Good meat mandi, nice service and a clean restaurant with neat washrooms (Barsha).. bit expensive but quality of food and service is better compared to most other mandi restaurants...
One of that restaurant that serves Authentic Emirati cuisine at its Best. A very Family oriented restaurant with lots and lots of privacy. There are normal seating and majlis seating available. As we got seated came the fattoush Salad had the epic taste of sour and sweetness and freshness. After that we were served with Adas Soup, Red Lentil Soup, again one of the best I ever had. Not too creamy not too watery and not too thick. Mix grill, Meat Madhfoon, Lamb Mandi and Kalabat Chicken. All the rice dishes were truly outstanding and flavours oozing in every morsel, all types of meat were cooked to perfection. Star of the day was The Kalabat Chicken, basically a sizzling Chicken but in a more Curry form bursting with all lip smackingly deliciousness.
Every wholesome meal has to end with coffe or tea and Dates for the Digestion to do Good ,,,😃😃😃
Lamb, goat and what not. Perfectly serving all the non veg cuisines in their own way. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We were delighted to be here and taste the food. I highly recommend this for Mandi lovers. Beef is also available in variety.
Visited this place with my family.... Alhamdolillah the food is so delicious that no effort at all was required with kids... All enjoyed and ate to fill ... Alhamdolillah
One of the best mandis in dubai believe it or not. Their service and food is exceptional. A lot of space to sit around and you can spend a lot of time eating and sitting there. Food is always fresh no matter what. Must try.
Mandi and kabsa rice are perfectly cooked. My favorite is Shafooth and saloona khudar. They serve lamb lentil soup and salads for all meal service. The yemini tandoor bread is very crispy and huge in size.
been to this amazing restaurant today. simply loved the food. I dont know the names of half the dishes that i had , since they were arabic names, the food was super tasty. We tried the vegetable soup which came with a mix of tomato and chili on the side, which we should mix as per our taste of spice .Just awsmmmm. The came the cheese and tomato raita along with a potato and drumstick dish with roti. this was served in hot stone utensil, sizzling hot. this came with light green sauce, that was amazing too.
i was full by then, but host had ordered mutton and rice, mutton was to die for. must for mutton lovers. it was soft ,juicy and literally melts in the mouth. this comes on a bed of rice with fried onions.
Finally the desert, this was bread pudding style with smashed bread, black seeds ,cream & milk with bowl of Honey. this again is served hot in a stone utensil. the entire bowl of honey is to be poured in ,mixed and then you should have it. Its not sugary sweet but very natural sweet.
Mandi is my fave food and I am surprised how tasty their food is. The serving normal as others. I almost finish my plate. That's how good it is.
Ordered chicken mathbi
I can say it was all good
One of the must try Mandi restaurants in dubai
I tried the beef as well and it was good
They have nice yamany bread must try
A great choice for traditional food. It gets very busy and it’s well worth it. Tried their fish sayadiyah which was amazing, as for the lamb makhmood it was good but I’ve tried better. Which really amazed me was their biryani, it was absolutely delicious and a must try. They also have private family seatings so it’s good for the family.
Great food ! Polite staff and quick service. Their meat Mandi is amazing, even the pot biryani is great. I would recommend this hidden gem in Barsha.
The usual trend of being new in Dubai is to go and try the famous GCC meal 'Mandi'. I am not fan of mandi but I am in love with all the type of rice this restaurant does. Zourbian chicken, Zourbian shrimps, chicken biryani, hanith lamb and lamb madfoun what I tried. All were exceptional. Hats off
Well i havent tried any thing bad in this restaurant. Everything just taste so good. From meat to chicken to fish, everything is cooked to perfection. Well I’ve seen a lot of locals and arabs eating in this place, so i guess they do serve really good arabic food without changing the recipe to fit the international market.
This place is too good...I'm not sure if this the same chain as in Dammam but the food and service is really up to the mark. The staff is courteous and the service is par excellence. The style of cooking madfoon however varies from the one I usually go to (i.e. Madfoon Al Khaimah) but the mandi (both lamb and chicken) is worth a drive.
The parking (RTA) is not a problem at all. I regard it really important feature for any good restaurant.
One of the best Arabic resturant. Service is very good. Food is delicious. A must try resturant. There mandi madhabi are the best. They have partitions also if you need privacy. Go and try. Yalla
Good experience in general. The food is consistently good, staff are friendly and generous when asking for extra items. I really recommend it.
Awesome place and food. They have family section too where in you can sit down and have a quiet meal in privacy of small cabins. The madhbi is a must try and the lamb zurbiyan. The meat literally falls off the bone. You should also not come out if this place without having the ma'soob, which is a sweet made of banana and I think oats. It's topped with Yemeni honey which makes it taste very very yummy.
When your tummy roar like a lion and your craving for a grilled lamb but then the place you used to dine is an hour away. What would you do? This is where the google maps plays the role of a "restaurant finder."
We saturated Al Barsha 1 just to locate a certain place, but what we found was Al Romansiah, a mandi/mazbi restaurant. I was not fascinated by the place and didn't expect much about the quality of their food.
When they served me my grilled lamb, great astonishment registered on my face...disbelief of what I saw. A HUGE serving of food that would probably for 2 persons. 😱 But they said only good for one.
So, I started checking it and wow it's smells really yummy. The taste is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Superb! Exquisite! I just so loved it and will definitely recommend it to my networks. 👍😍
It’s an amazing place to enjoy lunch or dinner with your family or friends...Has a nice and private family section ...
Loved the food so simple yet delicious,Their mutton was so tender and flavourful,Overall amazing experience! Highly recommend
This is one of the best mandi places I have ever had. The food is extremely flavorful. The complimentary lamb soup is simply amazing. We ordered the lamb chops and fish mandi - it didn’t disappoint at all. The food comes along with roti/bread - this is the best bread I have ever had.
Pure Yemeni food. Also you will find amazing Bryani
Very good and tasty dishes
staff is very nice with excellent service
Huge parking is next to the restaurant
Excellent Mandi, and related dishes including the massive Rateb breads, conveniently located in Barsha, food in consistent with good service but what I like best is the ambience for Mandi-like food in Dubai with a table with a road view - not like regular Mandi places which are often overcarpeted (although not denying that must have experience for first timers), Ample parking. Prices are probably 10% more than other similar places in the area. Also haven’t seen chicken Zorbian at any other Mandi place yet, most places have only the meat option.
It was our first time at the restaurant. It was clean and space is good. Servers were fast and attentive too. We had the meat zurbiyan, haneedh dhulu, fish biryani and kalabat prawns. We love the meat zurbiyan especially the rice. It was really good. The haneedh dhulu was tender and soft. The fish biryani has a very good portion. Can be shared between 2 persons. It was also delicious. The kalabat prawns was flavorful. It was to be eaten with a huge flatbread. I love the bread especially when it was warm. We would definitely come back as the food were good and portions were very reasonable for the price.
This has to get a full rating. It’s been my favourite go to restaurant to eat when I’m in a mood for Mandi. This is among the best in Dubai. I’ve tried all on the menu and everything is great. The Madfoon is special and not many places make it like this restaurant.
They had a branch in Al Baraha named Qasr Al Saba. I have been once to this restaurant good ambience, friendly staff, spacious but unfortunately my favorite dish "Meat madfoon" was not available at that time but going with the taste of Qasr Al Saba it is awesome. They had nice amount of masala on it which is just delicious.
I went to this restaurant several times also I ordered for home, the food is amazing, the service is very friendly and the delivery always came on time, I highly recommend this place.
Best Yemeni resturant in Dubai so far, I strongly advice to try it out. Perfect dishes with good quality and authentic taste, great value, and very good price.
Take my advice and go set there and order any dish, you will thank me for sure.
Easy access from street, parking near by, big and enough tables, and floor seatings, family section available,
Very nice friendly staff, clean place, healthy friendly environment.
Their mandi is great. Also the mixed grill, fish, traditional bread, and knafah.
Staff are nice and helpful.
It’s one of the beat mandi places in Dubai.
Yummy Mandi and there is something very special about the rice that keeps you wanna eat more :). Make sure to order and try the freshly baked bread as well, but it's over priced compare to other Mandi restaurants...
One of the best Yameni restaurant in the city the food never disappoints every time we visit. Service is good and they have separate sections for family which is great. Food delivery is not preferred.
Went with another friend, place was amazing, We ordered Madhby, potato and tomato sauce, arabic salad and kunafe, with watermelon juice..food was really amazing, the server was friendly too, would recommend to others
I found food esp chicken Mazbi, Riash (chops) and zourubian to be excellent. Ambiance is open and friendly.it includes esp rooms for families. Service is average to good. Overall well Done and worth the price.
One of the first Yemeni joint i tried in Dubai and it was just an awesome experience. Ordered a meat arayes which was accompanied by a huge soft bread, authentic as it should be. Then a portion of mandi for my partner. Both the dishes came out well. Mandi rice was well flavored with the meat just perfectly cooked which came in with this tomatoes greens sauce. Next day evening went again with a friend and family to try their majlis dining and ordered madhbi as well as few meaty dishes. Wrapped the session with a live station kunafa. :) Just a treat to be there..!
To rate, quality of the food fantastic, service was slightly slow but in action, ambiance good, value for money ok.
Lamb Mandi
One of the best Mandi in town.
A bit high priced but worth the taste.
Served with traditional YAKHNI (plain soup) which is a good tasting starter.
Service is also good.
Have a separate sitting area for families.
Traditional Mandi eating area.

I have heard about Al Romansiah from colleagues and friends many times, however, I finally had my lunch there yesterday. What can I say? My first time ever in a Yemeni eatery. Very neat and clean interiors. They had both conventional seating and Arabic 'majlis'. I saw people from all nationalities eating as well as Europeans taking away their orders with them. I ordered lentil soup, cacik and rice. I was surprised when the waiter brought many free add-ons like salad and another bowl of different soup. The rice serving alone was enough for 4-5 people! Delicious food served in generous portions and the waiters were very polite. To top it up, the bill was hardly AED 35 and this price is only for cheese sticks in other eateries. I highly recommend it. It was worth every dirham and every minute.
One of my favorite go to Mandi place when I crave for madfoon. It’s a steamed chicken dish that I love to eat every few days. I call Mandi places as Mc Donald’s of Middle East, I grew up in Dubai but never had Mandi 6-7 years before. The trend in Mandi places popped up literally like mushrooms. There are many mashrooms (I mean Mandi places) in barsha but my favorite is Romansiah, food is amazing, ambience is clean and nice. Parking is ample and location is very convenient.
The food - quality and quantity is excellent. The way the food is delivered is presentable plus convenient for the customer - from providing paper plates to a mat to keep the food on. Always a good experience.

مطعم متميز ومن أجمل المطاعم اليمنية في دبي وأكثر ما يميزه رز مندي مع حنيذ الضلوع وقلابة اللحم والدجاج والتونة وأخيراً فتة بالتمر والقشطة والعسل

I had gone to this place today for a lunch with a friend. We decided to try chicken Zurbiyan instead of the usual chicken mandi , and it was indeed really good . The quantity was more than enough . The service was also good . Good experience overall
Excellent food. Reasonable price. Decent quantity. Free tea and dates was a hospitable addition. Ambience is great. We used the separate family area.
However, the waitresses who served us was very rude. No smile on face and did not help us through the menu.

Very good food and service. Big serving size. Worth the price. More choices than bait al mandi etc. I recommend this place. Separate section for families.
Tried Yemeni cuisine for the first time and I must admit that I was not disappointed at all. Great place to have Mandy and Mahfouz. The Shakshouka we ordered was also perfectly seasoned and tasted just right.
Soup & Arabic salad were served complimentary and the staff was ever smiling and friendly.
Overall a good place, will surely go there again!
Amazing MashaAllah barakAllah, really the best madhfun so far. The lamb was succulent falling off the bomes and the the spice was to the point. They use quality rice which was cooked very nicely. Soups were better than I was ever served in a mandi restaurant . I also ate meat mandi which was lovely too along with all the salads. This was my second visit and many more to come. Insha Allah. Hope they keep up with the quality so we can bring more guests 💕💕
As a an Arabic food lover I can say that it is a traditional Yemeni food. I have recieved on time delivery in hot pack ,it's really worth for money . You must try guys
Okay so this isn't an easy review to do. The food is good in taste and quality. I felt that the place is a bit odd, but that's probably cause I am a westerner and not used to this type of thing. Nice setting where you can kick off shoes and sit on the ground and eat. Really traditional. Menu is very traditional with no description but luckily it has pictures next to each dish si its cool. Service was slow. If you order bread as a side dish, they send you enough to feed a nation. Food portions are big and tasty. If you want a culture change while dining, definitely pop in here
Modest place, but very good Yemeni food and quick, efficient service. Inexpensive. Great Yemeni breads. So far I tried only two dishes - both were very tasty.
Beautiful fresh food. Very friendly staff and service. You have the option to eat in the main hall served on a regular table or opt for a private booth and eat on the floor (my preferred option) for a more authentic experience. Did I mention the food is delicious? It is also very affordable.
A really great place for Mandy and Madhfoun with great flavours and meat. The staff are very friendly and the food comes quick.
Foodie Recommendations:
Chicken Mandy or Madhfoun both have delicious rice but the Madhfoun has great spicing and flavour, super delicious!
The complimentary soup is also very good.
Also really recommend their bread, fattouch salad and Arabic salad. A great location in Al Barsha with easy access to parking opposite.
Very fresh light nicely cooked. Strongly recommended.........................................................................................
This is one of the better Mandi places that I have tried in Dubai. Here's why :
1. The food here is amazing. I wish they had larger tables because the kind of food that you are eating it does not justify the current table size. I recommend you sit and eat in the majlis area ( some friends had problems getting up after the meal though)
2. You have to try the meat madhfoon that is I believe their speciality and goes out of stock quickly.
3. The roti/ bread is HUGE and can be sufficient for 3 people and is very well made.
4. The soup, hummus, grills are equally well made and make a good accompaniment to the Mandi which is the star of the meal.
5. The service is a bit slow and you have to do a fair bit of wait - but the food makes up for it
6. Airy and bright the place makes you feel really ready for a heavy meal.
Romansiah - is one of the more amazing restaurants in dubai - that offers authentic yemeni mandi. The dish to order there - however is not Mandi - it is Haneeth - side ( a full carcass of Ribs) with rice. IT can feed two - so its value for money - but what more it is outstanding. please dont order it - just go and eat fresh.
Very nice welcoming restaurant i hope Uncle Salah and Uncle Tawfeeq will be successful in such a nice restaurant and convenient price. Best wishes and blessing from my heart Ahmad Al Najjar 0501022666
A lovely dinner during eid holidays. We were missing Saudi food so stopped by to enjoy this delicious treat. Neat clean place with traditional floor seating. Service is just average but food is outstanding. We had Chicken madghood ,mix grill with large Yemeni bread and hummus.
Ladies and Gentlemen, our dear reviewers, I learned that every person seriously basis the rating based on one experience and it is difficult to be convinced that the rating is fair.
The rating of the restaurant is seriously unfair based on my repeated visit to this restaurant. I have been here three times and the food is unbelievably delicious!!! I know our local dishes and for us this is by far one of the best yemeni restaurants you would ever experience!
The Haneeth Janb "Ribs" is a must and I'm really not interested to try anything else as I want to have it every time I visit this place! Enjoy it and thank me later!! Try also the pomegranate juice! Free Yemeni tea at the end is a nice closure ;)
How was the food?
Yummy!
Ordered the chicken madhfoun and meat zurbiyaan for ifthar. It is enough to feed a family. The portions are huge!
How was the ambience?
We were seated in a private room which had an Arabian style. There was a curtain, a bell to call for any queries, and the best of all we were seated on the carpeted floor
How was the staff?
Very polite
How was the price?
35+65 + additional for drinks
Will I recommend it?
Yes
I don't know why this restaurant has such low reviews - this is my go-to for lamb mandy rice! The mandy rice is nice and rich, not too dry like other places, and the lamb is delicious and full of flavor. I've never eaten in the restaurant, so can't say anything about cleanliness and ambience, but they do fast delivery!
Great food very authentic. Meat was very well cooked and the bread was amazing. Service was good but waitress could have been more informative. But over all i recommend this place for anyone that is looking for very good yemeni food.
The food quality is great and my favorite has to be the Chicken Madhby without a doubt. The soup that comes along with the order just compliments the rest of the meal and the quantity is more than enough for its price so I'll say its economical as well. My only suggestion is that they should give more chutney's along with the meal.
Al Romansiah has the tastiest Mandi and Madfoon I've had in Dubai. The rice is flavorful and the meat is so juicy and tender. The soup, coffee, tea... All tasty. Service is also great. This place has a great Arabic seats on the floor, private and family rooms for dining, and the standard table. I salivate thinking about another meal here!!
