حبيت الاكل لكن الخدمة سيئة .. المكان اذا الله وفقك وجلست في مكان جيد حلو اما يحطونك في الوسط بين الطالولات جدا مزعج .. اتوقع ان الاكل مليان بهارات وملح تشرب لتر موية وانت تاكل وتحس انك عطشان .. يا ريت بس تتحسن الخدمة علشان الواخد يكرر الزيارة ..

I didn't like the way the hostess cleaned our table. She used only a wet napkin, I asked her for a proper table cloth and cleaning products, she said that the wet napkin was sanitized already. She left the table wet, she came back with the menus, I asked her again for a dry napkin to remove the water from the table. It was kind of annoying. Charles, the waiter, was amazing, very welcoming, very helpful, very professional he helped us through the menu with a lot of patience. I want to thank him for this kindness and his professionalism, it's very rare to find in Dubai professional waiters who understand their menu. The food was not good, it seemed reheated, I am sure it was cooked before. It is not tasty at all. Comparing to other branches, the food is very bad, it doesn't have the PF Chang standards that I'm used to.

I ordered Ribeye Steak. The meal which i received was not of satisfactory quality. Several hours after the meal, I severely fell sick and went to the hospital and was evaluated. The doctor mentioned that my sickness occurred certainly because of the food which I ate at your restaurant as, this was the only place in the day where I had my food.

They were understaffed during the busiest hour on a 3-day super sale. Too many vacant tables but took us more than one hour waiting time. I love pf changs. Been to other branches and they never disappoint. This branch is the worst branch we've been to. Not worth a second try.

As it's located in outlet village, the place is free of any hassle. We ordered for dynamite shrimp for starters, Dali chicken, Kung Pao chicken (extra spicy), Singapore street noodles and chicken fried rice. The dishes were just okay, lacked the extra punch of flavours. The staff were very humble and on request provided us with extra sauce for our dishes.

Went there for late linch- the food was tasty but it was super cold at this location. I head a lot about this place but never tried before. I don’t get what the fuss was all about. The food was ordinary. To be fair ..The dynamite shrimps were really good. Signature Lo mein was tasty as well as the lHokkien street Noodles But nothing “special”

As decent as any other location. Slow and lousy service with okay food. Dynamite shrimps were excellent as usual, our soups were good too. Lo Mein was absolutely lousy and the VIP duck, while cooked well enough, was overwhelmingly sweet due to the glaze.

DON APPETITE

After going around outlet village we felt it was time to get a light meal for the night and what better way than P.F. Changs. The whole feeling of those dynamite shrimps itself makes you run there for more. We ordered the Vegetable Fried Rice and Dynamite shrimps. The shrimps were heavenly as always and with that extra sauce it was worth every bite and the rice went good with it and was tasty as well. This left us well satisfied and after a hectic day around the mall.

Always a great choice if you are looking for a classic chinese food.. its a nice location after a long tiring shopping in outlet village... the food was as usual considerably above expectations.. Huge and accommodating dining crew...

Very nice quiet place in Jebal Ali close location for people working in this area. The outdoor seating arrangement is nice and as weather permits a wonderful lunch can be enjoyed. The service is quick and good, as it is not crowded we got all our orders on time, food was hot and fresh no complaints quantity was good. The only thing I noticed was rice was not served with the gravy dishes, we had to ask for that separately and the rice seemed a bit hard and dried up mostly not freshly cooked and the dumplings lacked a sweet chilli sauce it would be great if they served that with dumplings. Overall experience was good. Recommended dishes pad Thai, Singapore noodles, chicken with honey sauce Mongolian beef dumplings dynamite prawns

DUBAIDINER

This is the quietest Changs store in the country i assume.. easily got a table and not another guest in sight! We ordered the dynamite shrimp roll and philly veggie roll. You can always tell if is is freshly made sushi and this passed that test.. it was really really good.. we devoured them in no time.. Service was good however a bit more guests would have livened up the atmosphere..

Nothing bad to say even though the place was close to empty a lot of times because the location was far from the city. Service and food are great. It was fast and the servers were very mindful of each request made.

Didn't like this place. The food looked food but did not taste like p f Chang quality. The vegetables were not cooked properly and the prawns were also undercooked. Overall the food lacked flavour.

Been to nearly every P.F Chang's in Dubai and this was definitely the most sub-par. Food arrived cold and I'm not sure if the waiter was having a bad day or if he was just lazy, had to repeat our order thrice because he didn't seem to be listening, forgot some of our rice portions and took his own sweet time to bring it (not them, it, just one) by when our main course too had gone cold, we decided to carry on with it rather than bring him around again. Will probably avoid this particular outlet in the future.

Big fan of PF Chang’s. Their restaurants are all well laid out, polite and friendly staff, and excellent food. Only reason for not going back more often is the cost of a meal. The meal today was nearly 200 AED. We shared a starter and main course and had one drink each. See attached bill.

Empty place and very weak service. It took them more than 30 minutes to bring the starter plates (dynamite shrimps) knowing that in another busy branch it will take maximum 10 minutes. But you know what, it is my favourite place so its fine. Still recommended.

Their food is quite amazing and a trademark across all branches however the atmosphere is not. I usually feel I'm dining in a fancier than average place whenever i come to any pf chang's branch but this branch had so many families with loud kids and people speaking in a loud tone it ruins the experience.

This is probably the least crowded restaurant of of Chang’s that I’ve ever been too. We have sushi - dynamite rolls were excellent and so were the ebi Katsu ones . I also like the lo mein noodles - quite basic but flavourful

Ambience beats most other outlets of this chain. Lives upto the taste reputation totally. Limited but the perfect menu. Food for veggies made in the vegetarian duck sauce - just nomenclature no duck. The emperor's feast and the veg sushi platter are recommendations for veggies. Don't miss the sticky toffee pudding. We were delighted with the service of Donald. Will repeat time and again.

When a restaurant is not busy the staff tends to relax and Good service can just be average service. The staff, nonetheless, were polite, smiling and courteous, but not attentive. Nevertheless, the food was good as always. The Dynamite Shrimps and Chicken Lettuce Wrap are on our list as usual. Kung Dao Chicken, Beef with Broccoli and Vegetable Fried rice were also very good. PF Chang's is always a place to go.

Bridge

When you're tired of shopping in The Outlet Village and you need to recharge your energy with good food, i recommend PF Changs. Their maki rolls and my all time fave Sesame Chicken is highly recommended. Also, order their Lo Mien or Pad Thai if you crave for noodles.

It was our lunch out, i'm with my colleagues as we would like to introduce how good your food is, as much as i really love the foods it my frend first time to try. We order lettuced wrapped but it was a bit bland compare to the usual, then dinamite shrimp this is amazing and my all time favorite and it was perfect, next is the wok charred beef that is too salty from what we always having, and we ordered also from the new menu a sweet and spicy chicken one that is no wow factor to it but quite good as well.

The starters are ok. The Singaporean vegetarian noodles is average. If you are someone who wants to dine in style but do not care must for taste well this is the place for you. It is convenient as it's not much crowded but I have to mention pathetic service. My little cousin was holding the chop sticks and while we were exiting the guy came running to grab the chop sticks off her hands. I don't think I will recommend you at all to anyone but would definitely share this experience with many.

The PF Chang’s franchise is synonymous with American Chinese food. It has gone from niche to mass appeal with favourites like its signature Dynamite Shrimp to such an extent that even authentic Chinese restaurants are now copying them. This Outlet Village branch is part of a new wave of outlets opening all over Dubai (including the Pai Wai take over outlets) and brings with it the new menu…with sushi. My family and I stick to the classics; Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and also the amazing Chicken Noodle Soup to start before moving on to Mongolian Beef, Lo Mein Noodles, and Kung Pao Chicken, which we have with brown rice – superb. Service is always excellent. Worth a visit. Waste NOT. Want NOT.

This place is something you can never go wrong with. I love almost everything on their menu and specially love their kung pao chicken. This outlet is usually quiet and not very crowded and the servers are very nice and polite. the sushi here was not great and wasn't rolled properly. Leaving that everything else was spot on.

The items here are not really that special, I don't know how they can command the prices that they do, perhaps with the decor and the number of outlets they have give them a certain novelty. What respectable Chinese restaurant serves cheesecake and brownie? I rest my case. 3/5* as they are better than food court quality but not by much.

I absolutely love the chinese food here..always a fan of the lettuce wraps with chicken or tofu filling and the sauces are also nice..the crab bites are good..dynamite shrimps are awesome and evergreen here
