It was two minutes walk from my office. My morning and evening coffee place. I was a regular here till I worked in jumeirah. Staff was nice.

The place is nice and cozy, the staff and Baristas ( specifically the night shift ones) are more than helpful, patient and friendly. There was a misunderstanding about my order and when I went back inside it was instantly resolved. very customer satisfaction oriented.
Grabbed the Red Velvet Frostino and Marshmallow flavour as they were running a promotion..The service was commendable and the frostinos were chilled, sweet and relishing...
It's a comeback stuff for summers and the Red Velvet is a must try...Would try few more frostinos as they look and taste good...

Coffee tastes even better when there’s a bit of an ambiance on the side. Parking can be an issue but the side street beside Saga mall is a good alternative 🤫our little secret! 😜😜
This is such a great "coffee" shop! There are lots of food and drink choices. Prices of coffee were fabulous and size quite generous. The service is always fast and friendly

This place is my favorite because I love their coffee, sandwiches and desserts 💕 Their strawberry shake is always fresh and yummy. Staff is also friendly.
For me Coffee works as a stress relief. It makes me calm and fresh. And being a coffee lover I am always up to try out new coffee combination. These time I chose to visit the Costa Coffee. . We went to mercato mall as an entertainment there was circus going on, both of us enjoyed it. It was more of a kids circus but it was fun watching people around and kids laughing and jumping with excitement. What I like about this mall is there is less crowd which makes me happy. The place is open and very much comfy.
Came down for their Valentine's Day offers. The location is such a beautiful place, especially in winter to sit outside and have a warm drink. They have very comfortable seating so you can spend hours chatting over a coffee. The staff is one of the best I've ever seen, very friendly and helpful.
We ordered a caffe latte and a Belgian chocolate cream, a donut to eat as well. The coffee was on point, gave a shot of warmth and energy after a long day. The Belgian chocolate is must try for chocolate lovers, very rich chocolate flavor and the cream just makes it better.
Great place to indulge your taste in feah samdwiches and butter cookies and love their hot chocolate .The prices are reasonable and always the services are recieved with a smile .

Costa on jumerah 1 is a good place for a quick coffee and meeting with clients. Good ambiance great flavour and good collection of sweets and snaks.. enjoyed chovolate pastry

This branch in Jumeirah 1 is easy to access and a perfect hang out place. It's neat n clean and the staff too is friendly.
They have a variety of drinks here hot as well as cold. Coffee lovers love this place but for non coffee lovers also they have lot to offer. Their cakes and sandwiches are also decent enough to with your loved ones. It's so gourmet!!!!
I went Magrudy's at Jumeirah 1 since one of my friends asked me to hangout. We were immediately drawn to Costa cafe where we ordered for the blueberry frostino and wild berry - white chocolate cheesecake.. Frappe was decent (yet not my favorite) and the cheesecake was on point.. We were also delighted with the cozy ambiance of the cafe and the friendly service (kudos to our barista named Walter).
Forget their coffee... try their breakfast collection.. I was pretty amazed to see that they have quite a few options and have evolved alot from just being a coffee place to almost offering good breakfast/ snacks options... they have good variety of sandwiches/ rolls/mufins/cookies& cakes and they r not bad... only thing is their coffee is below average....but must try their new bf/snacks range....
I normally don't believe in reviewing coffee places, but this place stands out (and I'm procrastinating work :p).
Very cozy atmosphere, great place to get some work done, and coffee is always good. Other Costa branches are sometimes a hit and miss with my mocha, but this one gets it right every time.
This particular outlet offers a more relaxed ambience, particularly when compared to many of its mall locations. It's also, perfect for take-aways although parking can be an issue during peak hours. Perhaps Costa should consider a drive through like Starbucks has at Jumierah. I ordered a mint lemonade and was quite happy with my choice. The service was fast and efficient.
Apart from the well known good coffee, I particularly love the ambience of this branch. It's super cozy and very peaceful. I have gotten a lot of reading and work done here. The bariatas are also very friendly.
Well!! I wouldn't rate it higher than 4.. And 4 is surely good.. I usually pick up my breakfast from here. I would say I am more happy with in as the place is less crowded.. And you can really sit there and work and enjoy..
It was not planned, but my cousin and I ended up coming here on a Saturday evening. Lets put it this way, unplanned evenings end up better than planned evenings. Great ambiance, friendly staff, and a perfect place to enjoy and relax with your closed ones.We tried the frostino, Double chocolate cookie mocha. Great drink and pretty reasonable. I found it to be a perfect blend of coffee with chocolate. Lets just say that it is my favourite drink now. Do give it a try.This is how it looks...
This is my favourite costa branch only for the fact that its not so packed and is peaceful(perfect coffee ambience) I personally like their hot chocolate, and their donut. The tripple chocolate muffin is something that should not be missed in any case.
Recently I tried their frostino. The caramel one i must admit was better than the chocolate one. The chocolate one had a stronger taste of coffee than chocolate. The caramel was great.
Parking isnt an issue in this area. In all a good place to chill with a cup of coffee :)

It’s a small quiet coffee shop which offers …. Well everything You might want from iced latte to cakes and snacks.
Costa was founded in 1971 in England , the idea to bring Italian coffee to the masses. Fifty years later it’s one of the worlds largest coffee chains.
The only drawback for me it no outside seating , however it does have excellent WiFi, it’s great to pop open the Mac and work for a while.
The service is always what you would expect , it can get busy n the tourist season.
