A cozy and tiny Japanese bakery with good options for dessert if you are a fan of this kind of food. Japanese cheesecake is what I like most when I head there. It is a kind of spongy cake that is tasty, light, and goes along with an espresso or coffee as it is of a small size. One piece wont cut it though :)
This place is so creative ans so yummy
Their ideas and mixes are crazy
Everything is yummy and affordable
My daughter adored her hello kitty bread with Nutella.
Great location as well in the mall and funny hardworking stuff.
Loved the place
Had their chocolate croissant the next day out of the fridge and still tasted as delicious as when i bought some
Wide varieties of fresh baked goodies displayed. I hear from people, but this is first time in here. We got a promotion of buy 2 get 1 free. What we ordered: burger, crispy chicken sandwich, kiri cheese croissants and a coffee.Food:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service:⭐️⭐️⭐️Ambience:⭐️⭐️⭐️Quality:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

located in the ground floor of dubai mall, this small shop will serve you original desserts, and offer a nice experience. The thing i also liked is that you get to see the chefs working on the pastry in front of you which in my opinion is cool. Can get crowded, at peak times, but their bites are worth the try
Tasty tasty tasty. The restaurant has a very good array of yum snacks. I like the enthusiasm and welcoming feature of the staff. Good work.
I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of food , style and great service by this place.
It's like an open restaurant without sidewalls and a central kitchen, it's just beside the escalator while going towards the lower food court of Dubai Mall.
•Ambience- 4/5. Can be too busy all around. Less privacy.
•Decor-4/5. Snow white dress and everything. Tastefully done to an extent. Minimalistic.
•Quality of food-5/5.
•Quantity of food-5/5. Good for small eaters.
•Presentation/Plating-5/5.
•Tariff- 4.5/5. Budget friendly. Small eats- very VFM.
•Menu- two types. Buns and pastries and Ala karte full restaurant menu- Continental and Japanese.
•Service-5/5. Rarely they can get busy. But generally very polite, helpful and sincere.
My orders-
● Hot chocolate- 25 dhs. 5/5. Love the silky splendour.
● Egg souffle sandwich. 32 dhs. 5/5. Great presentation. Avocado, roasted tomatoes and specially the light touch of Wasabi mayo elevated this dish to another level. Unique. Comes with Thick cut french fries. The bread and the layers of souffle egg and veggies are just optimum for the balance.
● Hokkaido souffle cheesecake. 28 dhs. 5/5. Super presentation and Plating. I am in deep eternal love with Japanese cheesecakes- and this one reinforces the belief. And souffle styles are my favourites. In addition, loved the berry compote and creams and sauces.
●This place has everything in favour, from style and service to great pricing and fine quality of food.
•I will visit again and recommend to all.
•They have a separate menu and display of sweet pastries and funny buns and all too.
•They have really kept up the tradition of fine arts in fine dining- Atelier, at the highest level.
Love packed in a box! Cutest dessert in Dubai and among my top favorite! Presentation and taste are perfectly captured, and would definitely come back for more!
Nice Japanese new bakery at the ground level near the fountain entrance. Tasty fresh food come continually from the oven. Their almond croissant is the best! Very reasonable prices around 15AED each item. I’ll be back to grab something new.
Beautifully delicate burger buns. Opened the pack to try one piece...ended up devouring all the buns 😫
The Yamanote croissant is a top seller for a reason. Their baked goods are just so...so...flaky and fluffy. Wonderful stuff 👌🏻
My bf brought me to this place just to taste the famous japanese cake..and i would say that this place was great.. the japanese cake was great, the cheesetart was great..it was very tasty and creamfilled..the presentation and staffs were also nice..it was so simple and yet enjoyable..the place looks cute and very relaxing..it was just a small bake shop and yet adorable..the croissant is a must try..it’s worth the price.. i would definitely go back again.. 🤗
Went in to this Japanese bakery to have a quick cup of coffee and ended up taking home a few of their super cute buns. They have a very good selection of sweet and savoury items from croissants, cakes and pastries to sandwiches, rolls and even savoury buns. I ordered a coffee and was very tempted by the delicious display so I had one of their croissants and packed a few buns to take home. I kept thinking of my little one when I was looking at these stuffed buns with cartoon characters on them. She was very excited and absolutely loved them.
What a brilliant place for baked desserts and pastries all the way from Japan. Freshly made and always inviting
I have passed by this shop for years and regret not trying it before. Their Nutella hello kitty is so tasty and soft. Their small pizzas are very nice and has fresh ingredients and the best part is their cheese and turkey sandwich.
Definitely going back to try other things.

This Japanese fusion atelier is a must visit bakery!! They have few outlets, but I like the one at Dubai Mall, located in a cosy corner, next to the waterfall, ground level.. not too easy to find, but worth the hunt. The interiors are very cute and pastel, with enough seatings. The highlight is the way the goodies are arranged .. like a tiny buffet and you get to choose to your hearts content, which I think is awesome.. they are famous for their wobbly, two bites (ok maybe 2 big bites for me🤤🤦♀️) soufflé cheesecakes... it’s creamy and delicious!! Also one of their best sellers are the Kiri cheese with custard croissants... it’s sweet n salty n yummy!!! Do try it!! They have a variety of sweet bakes, savory, breads etc! And everything is tasty and unique in it’s own way. You feel like a kid in a candy store and spoilt for choice!! Don’t count calories here... just enjoy this pure bliss!! 🥰 highly recommend!!👍👍
Yamanote Atelier is bakery, cafe type of place.they are serving the Japanese bakery items .it was my first experience to visit the Japanese bakery when I visited and had their baked stuff I really enjoyed my every single bites.so highly recommend those people's who visit dubai mall must try their delicious baked stuff😍
One of my favorite place in dubai mall, good for quick breakfast, they have good variety of sweets, cosy place, friendly staff and beautiful athmosphere,
The restaurant is a vision of pink cherry blossom and pale green tranquillity with seating for dining in and self-service display shelves where you can select a range of savoury and sweet baked goods all prepared from fresh in their bakery. I Ordered 11 items on display for takeaway and had the cheese soufflé and Curry doughnut as an eat-in order. The soufflé cheesecake was a dream come true- like eating a sweet fluffy cloud, so very different from the traditional heavy creamy cheesecake experience. The curry doughnut was a real revelation, a crispy cornflake crust encasing a super fluffy interior with a just spicy enough warm creamy beef curry filling to satisfy your savory snack attack. If you are stuck for choice this is my recommended order as it truly reflects the best of the unique experience that is available at this outlet. Staff were friendly and very responsive in handling my questions and taking my order. The packaging is absolutely beautiful and perfectly houses their delicious edible treasures making Yamanote an excellent option for an unforgettable gift to take to a dinner party or special occasion. I Could not fault any of the food. The rose croissant was an absolute delight! Visually stunning with real rose petals sprinkled in the top and bursting with the bright fresh flavors of rose cream that was unlike the usual sickly chemical overdose you get with flower flavored goods. Summer wrapped in crisp light layers of pastry. If I was ruler of the food habits of the world I would make it a law that every new bride have a Yamanote rose croissant on her breakfast table the first morning after her wedding day. It is truly a thing of beauty joy and happiness. The Matcha croissant is an acquired taste only for those who know that they actually love the true robust taste of pure unadulterated powdered matcha tea as it is loyal to the noble traditions of Japanese green tea and represents exactly that. I recommend you buy a box of their Langue de Chat. These are then individually wrapped cream filled shortbreads in 4 varieties. They are so delicate in the way they melt in your mouth you may be moved to tears so have a box of tissues ready, wonderfully and creatively flavored, I salute Yamanote's genius. I do not usually enthuse about biscuits, but can now say that I have a suitably sensational tea accompaniment to offer own my guests. If you're in Dubai Mall and are undecided whether to visit Paul or Yamanote I'd go with the Yamanote simply for its originality and fun factor (Hello Kitty bun's!) Lots of choices for kids and its casual self-service style gives you the freedom to browse and even change your mind. I could write a short book in the entire box of edible precious jewels that I took home with me but I believe a picture speaks a thousand words. Endnote, don't dismiss the delectable crumbs left at the bottom of the box, even they look pretty and offer a welcome encore treat when the main event is over. I'm starting to sound like a Yamanote superfan, well maybe I am but they do what they do really well and for someone who is not generally interested in fried dough, their twisted doughnuts are the best doughnuts I have ever eaten anywhere in the world so far and I intend to make that a regular order in the future. Yamanote - an eating experience to be savored and never forgotten.
This charming little Japanese bakery has sweet and savoury delights in all sorts of novel shapes. Although I really wanted something sweet and nutella-filled, I opted for a beef hotdog and Americano. Probably the more unique pastries are better value for money in hindsight, but it was quite tasty and a refreshing change from neighbouring Starbucks, even if a little cramped/crowded. Also, they are constantly bringing out trays to restock their display so no doubts about the freshness.
Went to Yamanote Atelier at Dubai frame but writing a review over here.
Ordered Kitty Nutella, Panda Lotus Cream and Vanilla Ice Cream.
They tasted so good. And came in adorable shapes. Would love to go there again!
Yamanote is one of my favorite cafes since they opened their first branch at Al wasl . It’s so good that the first time I tried their food I started to question who does it better the French or Japanese ;) At the dubai mall branch
this morning I ordered for some savory pastries and a coffee , a Cheese Croissant ( theirs I believe is one of the best in town ) and mushroom tar-tine. Both the pastries were microwaved and soggy . I did complain to the server who promptly changed them and apologized. I honestly believe that if the food cannot be served as it’s meant to be it looses something of value. It’s still a great cafe and I enjoyed my food in the end . I hope they can continue to maintain its authenticity.
Nice cafe , it is good for day snack. The best tart is cheese tart. They serve fresh Japanese cakes and tarts. The price is good. I would rate this cafe 8/10
Perfect place to have a quick snack or dessert. They have different types of pastry that can appeal a wide range of people.
Will comeback again for sure 👍🏻
I really like this place. Excellent for a quick snack or light meal. There is a variety of options; sweet or savoury. I always go back if I am in the area
Bulk breakfast was ordered in the office back to back for 2 days and it was great!! I loved everything that they had! So many varieties of vegetarian in the menu. Loved the rose croissant and red fruit bar. Musli was just perfect! Vegetable sandwich and pizza was nice!! Loved the food and I would definitely recommend this place!!
Yamanote has a good selection of Japanese baked goods. I especially like the savory selection. I tried panda lotus bun and custard pie, both very fresh and tasty.
I love love love this place. First of all, everything you see there looks absolutely delusions and cute. Second, everything you taste there is absolutely delicious. More over, the prices are very very affordable. And what else do you need?
Must try - the custard pie. It looks so simple but the taste and texture are unforgettable. You will come back for it again and again... and not only for it.
Really, when you can’t fault anything there’s no need for a lot of words. Just good and delicious.
The ambiance is really relaxing and not as populated as other cafés. Friendliest staffs as always. Their breads are really tasty and I’m in love with their iced matcha green tea 💚
Beautiful bakery that serves delicious food! So inviting and friendly! The place is immaculate clean! Everything i ever tasted there was yummy!
Yummy Japanese and local fusion light food or you can say snacks and sweet dessert. Little bit costly but worth trying authentic Japanese food, please note its a bakery not a fine dine in full meal restaurant. They have sitting option in Thier shop. Must try if you do you want to try Japanese snacks
Japanese patisserie in Dubai mall.
Matcha latte is healthy and delish
The pastry collection is light and fresh
Highly recommended for light/quick bites
Kon'nichiwa
Adore the restaurants which make the job easy for quick dine in or take away. They may not require a Menu as they have the open counter for all their savories and pastries. Select the ones you like , Decide if you like them, check the prices, pick them in the tray and pay for them. Simple and efficient.
Some of the pastries are brilliant with interesting combinations, What we selected that day was very nice but the show stealers were Custard Pie and Yakisoba Pain ( Noodle Bun )
We made a mental note to visit their premises the next time we are in Dubai Mall.
Sayonara....
I'll be honest, I only wanted one thing here - the Totoro bun. Because Totoro is the cutest, obviously.
I swung by this branch three times on separate visits to the Dubai Mall in the hope of finding the famed Totoro bun. But each time I came by they were sold out.
On the fourth time I returned I finally saw what I was after. Half a dozen freshly baked gorgeous little Totoros were laid out on display. Be still my beating heart!
So after all that wait and effort, was it worth it?
I have to say, yes. It was yummy. And cute. And fun to finally complete my Totoro Bun eating quest.
But will I be back? Now that my quest is complete, probably not.
I mainly visit the other branch of Yamamote, I didn't like the place at Dubai Mall at all; due to the food hygiene issue, although they try to cover the goods; but still it is not covered 100% and flies are flying in a near distance of the pastries..
I would suggest to change the display to a better covered and hygienic.
I would call this place cute as well as their buns, however, nothing special other than that
Tried the lotus bun which was average
Staff Friendly but they were pushing us to buy the choclate boxes
It is difficult to find a bakery where every item on the menu makes you go "mmm, different" (in a good way of course) and Yamanote caters to exactly that. Every item that you pick tastes different from the other in its own unique sweet and savoury way.
My Favorite is the Kiri Cheese Croissant.
This place is great to take your kids for the cartoon shaped breads and cakes. Kids are definitely going to love it.
I will go back there again and AGAIN !
Craving something different, quick and delicious at the same time? Yamanote is the place to go to. You can go there for a quick meal or even a snack. A delicious bakery with reasonable prices. Ever since I tried it in Dubai mall I couldnt resist passing by their place next to the waterfall without having meal snack or grabbing a desert to go.
A European bakery Japanese style. The display was beautiful and the friendly guys explained the concept very nicely. They had both savoury and sweet items. From noodles in a bun (!) to pizza bread to cinnamon pastry they had it all. The French toast was lovely.

Will score 5 because we just LOVE all of their breads! We are not a "bread-person" but we cannot resist Yamanote Ateliers'. Personal favorites: Kiri Cream Cheese Croissant, Cheese Tart and Matcha Ice cream
Excellent customer service by their staffs esp Jeca. She goes beyond her job, offering what's new on their menu. Keep it up!
Each bread is exquisitely baked and care about the details can be sensed even for its outlooking. Cafe interior is also tidy and simple thus cozy and relaxing.
I love you soooo much Yamanote! Please don't ever change your quality!! I always order from Yamanote for my gatherings because their mini items are absolutely adorable!!!
Excellent bakery reasonably priced, they offer soy milk options.the almond croissant and matcha latte is a must try. Was not impressed by the red bean bakes
The place is good and is enough to accommodate certain number of customers. Their pastries are superb and my most favorite drink that they offer is the green tea matcha latte. Recommended!
I have this thing with Japanese cartoon and when I heard about the buns characters I went to try them the ambience was so calm and nice for morning person loved their soft buns and as always ordered my latte ❤️
Best Japanese bakery if not the bet bakery in town !
Highly recommended :
Softie ice cream
Cheesecake
Kiri cheese tart
Custard pie
They serve salads and sandwiches too all of them are great and have oriental flavours

Having been to Japan recently I was well versed with the choices :).
Deff a great place for a quick bite. Be it sweet or savory
Loved their lotus filled buns
Too much cuteness. I've been wanting to try this place for more than a year. And I just did.
Decent bakery
Good variety
Not heavy at all
Too fresh
Yummy
I tried the yakisoba bun and I was like WTH? But some others like it :)
Always busy too. Which means good food
And tbh, it's not too pricey. A bit overpriced tho
I love, LOVE, this place. They have excellent pastries and my mom makes me buy tons of their fluffy white toast bread from them every time I go to dubai mall.
I'll be coming here on my cheat day next time!
Order:
Soufflé cheese cake - AED 12
One of the cutest cafes in located on lower ground floor in Dubai mall. It's a Japanese themed cafe. It's can be hard to locate but once you do it's worth visiting. I had their Japanese soufflé cheesecake and it was very delicate and it was served with some whipped cream garnished with pistachios and dried rose petals. There were many other baked good here and overall had beautiful ambience. Worth visiting.
We love how light and guilt-free all the pastries seem here! Japanese baked cheese tarts come in a set of 3 for Dhs36 and Kawaii fun pasteurized like 'Kitty Nutella' are Dhs14. We'd definitely recommend the Nutella pastry!
Few days back I had ordered Croissant and Cake from the bakery and they were really good. Liked the packed crepes they have. Look at the pics of the cute faces. Kiddos loved it.
Quite interesting food here! I have been to many Asian bakeries in California. They always come up with cool flavors for croissants, sandwiches n buns. This bakery here is no different. My last visit I bought a good variety of baked goods which included sandwiches, buns and croissants. My favorite was a potato n beef sandwich. Most of the baked goods here actually quite greasy and cheesy. Plus whole store is full of carbs:) So it's not for the people watching their calories. Good bakery for kids as they sell stuffed buns in kid familiar shapes like hello kitty and panda etc

Located in the busy hustling and bustling environment of DIFC is a fabulous Japanese Bakery concept restaurant called Yamanote Atelier. They are super packed during the weekdays for breakfast and lunch and very famous among the office crowd in this area. They are a bakery and therefore do not go here expecting the Japanese sushi, they serve freshly made bakery goods and delicacies of Japan. Very few restaurants in the UAE specialize in what they specialize in and therefore I was super excited to visit here. Started in June last year, this place has already gained a lot of popularity for pick and go kind of food. They also serve a lot of continental food for lunch.
We opted for their beautiful outdoor seating and were greeted by the warm and friendly Naufil. He took us through the menu and explained the concept of the restaurant.
Yamanote Matcha Latte: Macha latte with extra zing of green tea. This one was delicious blend of green tea and latte combined. It was nice and fresh which really refreshed and awakened my senses. Do not add sugar this is quite strong and sweet enough. Yum o meter: 5/5
Ying Yang Macha: This is another blend using espresso and chocolate sauce. Quite interesting with goodness of chocolate and strong espresso. Yum o meter: 4/5
Egg Benedict Cube: Choice between salmon and or the mushroom spinach vegetarian filling. This one is stuffed into the bread cube, the filling has poached eggs, and sautéed mushrooms and spinach served with hollandaise sauce. A surprising and innovative presentation with soft bread cube made in-house. It was soft and oozes with fresh poached eggs as you break it apart. It’s a must have you go here for breakfast. Yum o meter: 10/5
Smoked Scrambled egg in Inaka Toast: We had this one with turkey bacon. It was simple yet very delicious. The chives tasted amazing with the homemade bread and the perfectly scrambled eggs with turkey pieces. I also loved the salad served on the side, so basic yet delicious. A must try. Yum o meter: 10/5
Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes with Honey and berries: A very simple pancake preparation, fresh from the bakery. It was pretty simple and the presentation and taste was just perfect. Yum o meter: 4/5
Cheese cake: Firstly it costs only AED 12/- the taste of this one was out of this world. Quite literally one of the best I have had. Served so beautifully this fluffy cake was just cheese done with so much precision. The cake presentation looked like a painting, it was served with the most good looking cream with rose petals and pistachios. Extra points only for presentation. Yum o meter: 5/5
Hokkaido soft cream: Naufil wouldn’t let us leave without having the worlds yummiest ice cream and we knew this exactly when it was served. We had half and half of chocolate and vanilla. It was so delicious and a must try even in winters. Yum o meter: 10/5
Hello kitty Nutella: Soft delicious bread oozing with Nutella was a tasty delight. As cute as it was, it tasted equally delectable. Yum o meter: 4.5/5
The experience at Yamanote was really pleasurable and the breakfast was just too delicious. I also wish the team good luck for all new inventions they keep coming up with. I loved the hospitality here which I am sure this drives many customers to this restaurant. I will surely come back for lunch and taste some more delicacies.
Incredibly delicious pastries! Me and my friends had a totoro pastry , pistachio croissant and a matcha bun!!
Totoro pastry - warm flowy custard cream with soft scrumptious buttery bun !
Pistachio croissant - delectable flake pastry with nutty pistachio paste !
Matcha cream bun - really yummy matcha glaze and crispy dough ! Service was great an overall pleasant experience! Definitely recommended... (´゚∀゚`)
Love everything about this baker and the idea of having Japanese desserts. Also the idea of having matcha in dessert. But the match sweet bun was dry. And the matcha cream cheese bun was perfect.
Very cute concept , I love Japanese products , design , experience are lovely , taste is average when it comes to the chocolate in the pastries , my favorite de Red bean pastry with. Lack sesame seeds , perfect combination, too bad there is too much bread for the filling ... overall I like this place
I love everything about this place.
The food is very good, and the desert is different.
Service is ok, and prices are very good.
You need to give it a try

Love their Kiri cheese and custard pastry! Out of the world! It a cute lil place in the corner but it amazing pastries being prepared inside it!

To everyone in Dubai if you haven't yet tried Yamanote Atelier, you are in for a treat! Being a Japanese fanatic, when i heard about this Japanese bakery in town i was extatique to try it out and it did not fail. They have a wide selection of lovely flaky pastries, hello kitty brioche filled with nutella, pikatchu , custard filled dough, croissants, fruit tarts and even lots of savory pastries! Awesome magical place!! I highly recommend it. Wish i could live there or maybe i would settle for an internship :D
Yamanote is a small cute bakery which offers a wide variety of delicious treats. Tried the rose croissant which was fresh and very tasty, found it a little pricey but will be back to try more.

Weird desserts items. But good weird. Settled down for some sweets after a mad day at the Dubai Mall to try out Yamanote Atelier's Bakery. I liked it a lot. Will be back for more especially on an empty stomach.

@AyaashPaw
Beautiful bakery with stunning confectionary.
Disappointing service unfortunately.
Not kid/ baby friendly at all at this branch.
A small place next to the entrance of the fountain valet parking. Loved the desert and the coffee on my one visit there. Will definatly be back again.
Overall recommended
Finally! A Japanese Bakery in Dubai! I've been waiting for this! The Yakisoba Bread is my absolute Favorite. I also love the Melon bread! I've yet to try their gourmet delicacies but I'm sure to come back for more and more. I was really happy to visit Yamanote and it really made me feel more at home and nostalgic. Please open more branches!

First visit to the Japanese Bakery, to try the famous cheesecake. Very busy bakery. Staff are good but need to focus more with the client. I liked the cheesecake and the espresso.
This place is weirdly good, loved almost everything i tasted so far... The best sandwich is the burger and that curry doughnut is amazing and a must try. I like the concept of the store, it is like you are shopping, you put your sandwiches in the tray and you pay at the end, very nice concept and really good Japanese fast food.

We have been her some time back with friends for tea . A decent cafe that time have had the hello kitty bun . Recently for a function at cousins home ordered few stuffs from here, bite size sweets and savory . They have catering services too all the item selection were made by my sis in law. The soufflé mini cheese cake is yummy perfect sweet and very soft and mouth melt in . Sandwiches I dint feel great , the sausage roll was good . I also loved the Danish pastry kind don't know it's name . Also the croissant with rose petals.
My favorite for a snack in a cute and original place, they serve delicious drinks, and have a large choice of bakeries you won't see anywhere else.
Yamanote Atelier is an adorable Japanese bread place. The bread selection is not as wide as bread places in Asia, but it is acceptable. Great red bean bread (an pan). Their totoro bread (custard-filled) is also absolutely adorable.
While I enjoyed my Totoro (and the price -- AED13.50), I think the venue is a bit crowded/small to offer much more than a grab and go option. With guests circling the pastry counter, there's simply not enough room. Hopefully, the other venues are larger and offer more seating!
Very good outlet!!
Most of the items are pretty good..
Just find small bottle of water very expensive!! Voss water..
Guys we need normal water also!!
Overall very good..
The best freshly baked bread!
My number ONE bakery shop in Dubai!
Staff are accomodating especially their manager. I keep recommending this place to all my friends. It's worth every dirhams!
Good food! Goodluck and more power Yamanote Atelier!!!
Yamanote Atelier is a Japanese Bakery serving a wide selection of freshly baked European bread (sweet and savory both) with a Japanese touch. It is a tiny yet very cute joint in Dubai Mall with few seats only.
This was my first time here. I had absolutely no idea it was a self service thing. The staff who welcomed us in should have mentioned it saying "Please take the tray and serve yourself. Then hand it over to us so we can heat it and give it back to you" I kept asking what's next? to the staff nearly 2-3 times.
Coming to the food: I had the Kitty Nutella which was really, really good! My niece ate the sausage roll and loved it. Also, I tried the bread stuffed with noodles but did not really like it. The bread was insanely soft and that is what I liked about this bakery. Can't wait to get my hands on some more of those!
The quality of food is great! The food tasted delicious and the yakisoba bun is one of my highlights! The service however is very slow, even when eating in the waiter is unresponsive
Yummynote! My absolute favorite is the rose croissant.. They have a nice variety of options, both savory and sweet.. And options to suit everyone's taste... The way each person has the ability to choose what he wants on his tray is nice..staff are very friendly... The seating area is quite small though.. Quality is maintained well with every visit.. One comment though, on the wall the story of yamanote is also written in Arabic.. There are some spelling mistakes, would be nice to get fixed
Tried the branch in Al Safa before, the impression was good. This branch in Dubai mall, the standard is still there. Food is nice. The only thing to pick is the staff service is not as good. I spent like 15 min just for the bill and change. Hope they can improve on the CS.
