Had my food delivered. It came after an hour. The sandwich which I clearly requested to make it spicy was sent normal. The mushroom n swiss was as usual delicious. They should really work on the delivery timings!!

Was hungry and in a bit of hurry so prefered takeaways from this outlet of Hardees. We had ordered for blazing chicken sandwich, hot dog, super star combo, strawberry milkshake and chilli lava fries. All the sandwiches were nice packed and was warm when we had it later. Service was very quick.

Hardee’s never let you down when it’s comes to taste and service ordered here chicken tender fries and of course unliked drinks. All were tasted good. Great service

Amazing place for some yummy burgers. I tried the grilled chicken combo and the fish fillet burger. The star shaped chicken nuggets were really cute band tasty.

I like hardee’s chargrilled burgers 🍔. Tried their new flavor Monster Angus with Mashromes. We loved their fries 🍟 that we forgot to take pics 😂

Picked up a delicious Steak loader from here along with a strawberry Milkshake. Both were awesome as usual! Also, try the curly fries they are an awesome break from the usual bland yellow fries!

My childhood love. Hardee's serves some amazing burgers at great prices. I am waiting for the day this chain comes to Bangalore- India. Love.

Got a quick take away from this branch. I got my all time favourite which is jalapeño chicken burger with me curly fries and the chocolate chip cookie . I quite liked the chocolate chips cookie and their curly fries are also quite good . Service was quick . Easy on your pockets .

Fantastic service by Sheina. Lovely little outlet on jumeirah beach that serves quality fast food just like their other outlets. Softest buns for the burger is their highlight!

It has been a while now since I have come to Hardees ever since they removed my favorite menu item(similar to a sandwich with buttered bread) but I was hungry and dropped by for a quick bite. Not many things looked very appealing on the menu so I stuck to a cheeseburger which was decent. Pricing, service and ambience is average.

This order wasnt as requested completely,i ordered the large 7up and they brought the small. I requested very less mayonnaise but they put alot.

This was the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had in my entire life. They confirmed that the order was on route, only to call me 45 minutes later from the shop, to ask me what my address was. When i complained they were very rude and kept saying “do you want the order or not?” as i continued to ask why they would do that. NEVER order from this location, even if it’s closer to you.

Great value for money! Is small but my favorite. Fresh food, friendly staff and they finally have a new refill soft drinks machine!!! The old one was horrible! For 25 dirhams u get a great meal with unlimited soft drinks. Worth a visit

Best burgers in town, nice place and tidy the staffs also very welcome and has good service. Located in Umm Suqeim within one square with all fast food chain restaurant. I love my mushroom and swiss, its always be my favorite one from Hardees

I was so dissapointed with ur delivery today...my first and will be the last..late..and ur driver dont have balance to call ur costumer..how will u locate if no balance...ur delivery guy should be responsible to locate yr costumer...its not ur costumer's problem..ur delivery guy dont know how to handle costumer..seems like he is the one angry for not locating me right away...poor costumer service.food is 👍but service👎👎👎

Believe it or not it was my first time trying out hardee's. Once we walked in we saw only one girl behind the counter she was busy writting something and ignored us. We waited few minutes and spoke to her.<br/><br/>She seemed new in the place as she was very quiet and every question we would ask she would not respond.<br/><br/>She took our order. When we asked her what were the difference between this and that burger mainly enquiring about the ingredients and sauces. She would just point at the picture and say its this.<br/><br/>I asked her if the bacon in the chicken cordon bleu was beef or turkey. She did not check with the kitchen or supervisor she just said erm its bacon its ok to eat. We had to ask her to ask the kitchen to confirm.<br/><br/>We placed the order, she redeemed our entertainer voucher. What puzzles me is ...by that time a supervisor had arrived and was busy writting something and could over hear our struggle but she did not intervene. She just explained how to redeem the voucher and she left it at that.<br/><br/>Finally she realised something was wrong after 10mn and she explained to the staff that there are specific burgers included in the entertainer and obviously it was not the ones we had ordered.<br/><br/>We eventually got our order.... the supervisor never apologised or said anything to us. We were trying to order for 10mn....<br/><br/>The only saving grace was their new PepsiCo dispenser. You could add cherry or vanilla and more flav to your drinks. That was nice.<br/><br/>The curly fries are real yummy but some have a very pointed hard tip, should be careful as kids could get hurt.The burgers are a miss. The sweet brioche bread is too sweet and has a strange vanilla flavour although I usually love the savoury and sweet mix. The chicken fillet .... the chicken patty was very small so you end up eating only bread and mayo.<br/><br/>I would not recommend or I would just get the curly fries that is it.<br/><br/>Sadly, much later after we ordered we saw the shift change and the staff was much more welcoming and aware.

Great food

I would recommend Hardee’s if you want to try beef burgers 🍔. I like the curly fries 🍟 jus different than the usuals and quite tasty too. They have the refillable drink counter. Good hangout spot.

Hardee’s is love every-time. I love their grilled Jalapeño burger with cheese loaded curly fries the killer combination if you add extra jalapeños on it. The strawberry taste ice cream shake will rock your taste till the max. <br/>One thing you are in a hurry to clean the table even one of the guest is still eating that’s not nice rest is amazing!!

My food did not arrive

Totally a disaster.. I ordered online and they served me a santa fe chicken on fungus filled on the bottom of the bun.. Chocolate hand scoop is served without whipped cream.. Cheap way of marketing and saving money.. This is second time same store once when i was dine in and now in home delivery no whipped cream . I even mentioned no ice in pepsi and it was full of ice 79.50aed meal was a waste of money.. If your employees are not interested in their job then fire them.. Dont bloody play with our money and food

Already a loved Hardee’s. I’ve been ordering home delivery almost my whole life and I’m not exaggerating. The Big Hardee’s burger is a great sandwhich, also the double cheese burger. The food always reaches my home hot and with great taste. The only sad part is my favorite burger got canceled which is the roast beef and cheddar.

A brilliant fast food joint. The burgers with fries are amazing. Finger food is outrageously tasty. Self service systems are good. Idk why but I found the cola different here and better. Outdoor seating is a nice option too

WAW!<br/><br/>When I give a place a rating of 5 stars there is a degree of bias but then again reviews are my own opinion and I think the best burger on the planet comes from this exact branch.<br/><br/>My order all the time has stayed the same since 2006 when i first had one is:<br/><br/>Super Star (no mayo no tomato)<br/>Spicy curly fries<br/>...<br/>and of course upsize!<br/><br/>When the basket comes around from the kitchen my inner fat kid jumps for joy, there are not that many happier moments in my life, I am not going to lie this is how much I love this burger.<br/><br/>I dont know what it is about this branch that gets it so perfect, and yes you must eat there cuz who wants a cold burger and soggy chips!! <br/><br/>quick tip- make sure the fries are straight out of the firer you want it to be extra crispy and hot if i see there are a few old fries lying there I wait before I order or sit outside and ask them to notify me once its fresh.<br/><br/>So ya, this is my opinion and I have several friends that feel the same this is definitely the best burger in Dubai and I have not had them all yet but I can say in my opinion best in the world!!

Slow delivery, but good food

I enjoy eating their grilled chicken burger and curly fries. Their Santa Fe burger tasted fine, although it was a little squished so it didn't look very appetising.<br/><br/>The chicken tenders were VERY oily- I had to remove all of the excess oil myself. Also, the jalapeño bites were tasty because of the cheese filling (but they were oily as well).<br/><br/>The cashier wasn't the best. I couldn't understand what he was saying because he spoke too quickly and he randomly stopped taking the order to chat to another cashier in Arabic.<br/><br/>Their cinnabon/raisin biscuit was delicious.

Worst delivery ever, 2 hours late and very cold food. I called the customer service and they are very rude didn't even apologize. They don't care about the customers so please don't order from them everyone.

Not a big fan of Hardeez. but there is something you can't resist in their santa fe burger. the taste is special and delicious but of course to good for health or weight watchers

I ordered home delivery from Hardee's. Took exactly 2 hours to arrive, ordered from 10 pm. Followed up around 11 they said order is on the way 5 minutes only. Waited around 30 minutes more then followed up again, a lady responded saying 3 minutes and the order will arrive . Why does she say 3 minutes???!!! Then talked to the supervisor who later said no it will not take 3 minutes and will take 10 to 15 minutes more. I almost forgot about the order when finally the driver called me and said to give him directions, I gave him directions and asked him when did you receive the order, he said 11:20. So all the people I followed up with were lying. It's just the worst service you could ask for. This is literally my last time ordering from this restaurant only for the reason that their service sucks. I hope this reaches their high management and the people who ignored me and lied to me at least get a warning.

Since coming to the UAE, been coming to Hardee's more often than any other fast food joints.<br/><br/>Highly recommending the roast beef and Mushroom and Swiss who wants to try Hardee's.<br/><br/>Quality of food is not consistent though. Sometimes it taste good sometimes its bland. Good value for money for a hearty meal.<br/><br/>If you wish to try it, go to the restaurant and not to the malls as quality is better.<br/>

Hardee's is my go to fast food place & this branch is the closest one outside a food court to me. They also have a drive thru. <br/><br/>My usual order is the Angus mushroom swiss with spicy fries but having seen the ads for their 15dhs meal deal I decided to give that a go. <br/><br/>For 15dhs you get small fries (which I upgraded to spicy for an additional 1dhs) small soft drink & 2 small burgers - a chicken patty (minced) & beef cheeseburger with double patty. <br/><br/>Amazing value for money but will be sticking to my Angus mushroom Swiss next time.

Yesterday I had been to this place with my girlfriends. We placed all our orders and received the food quickly. I had ordered spicy chicken tender wrap. I was trying it for the first time. When I took a bite of the wrap it was good. But on the next bite I realised I have uncooked chicken in the wrap. I was disgusted. On bringing forth to the management it was just replaced without any explanation. After this I can never go back to hardees again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.

It was almost full and then also they have amazing service and they where gave us 10 to 15 mins and I was so impressed by there service . Food was very good fresh to eat , soft and mouth watering . Today I finally tried the Angus thick burgers and took one Turkey Bacon and one Memphis BBQ and I have got to give it to Hardee's for not making their beef patties too dry and leaving them a little easier to eat! <br/><br/>One thing I didn't like in the turkey bacon was that the bacon was too hard to bite on, making it terribly difficult to tear it into pieces! <br/><br/>But over all, loved the turkey bacon!

Big thumbs up for their sea salt with caramel milkshake, i can say that its the best milkshake i had in my life, other than that it's just another hardee's branch, nothing much to say. 5/5 for the sea salt milkshake and 3.5/5 for the restaurant itself.

At first we planned to go to Cali Burger, but somehow circumstances got us to Hardees. We ordered the Angus Memphis BBQ burger, I tried it before and loved it so I had to order it again. It's safe to say it's the best they offer.

It's nice place for a fast bite of nice juicy burger <br/>It's on the main road of jumeira near the beach , they have nice seating area outside <br/>I just have one complaint against the cheese cake cups which the offer they are expensive compared to their amount the are barely few spoons and 9 dhs they have either to increase the quantity or reduce the price !!

Spicy and yummy! <br/><br/>I've tried fresco which is a bread sandwich soo cheesy and soft it's a must try! and the chicken tenders meal has tenders with fries and a separate bun with two sauce dips. One burger that I can always have when heading is the Hardee's cheese steak. It's never disappointed me and for a fast food burger joint, this one is actually pretty brilliant.<br/><br/>The buns at always really soft and the patty juicy. Whenever I'm having a burger, one thing I need it to be is juicy. And here the melted cheese and the mushrooms, keep it that way. Order the curly fries along with the burger and you're good to go! <br/><br/>A few friends get the superstar and the grilled chicken wrap, and those are good as well. Oh and the shakes too are really good.<br/><br/>For around 25-30 AED, perfect for the end of the month dine-outs.

Hardees has always been in y heart as a simple and effective way to fill my stomach at really affordable prices. I order the chicken Frisco, a sandwich with real sandwich bread, and mayonnaise, and a really juicy and tender chicken fillet. Unlimited Pepsi on the gun, and simple fries straight from the freezer, and golden finishing.<br/>The recipe is simple, ketchup is included, but , hey mustard is NOT !. What is wrong with the mustard in this country, is really that expensive that you have to charge 1AED per cup, when the Pepsi and Ketchup is really flowing non stop?<br/>Can I suggest a Water Gun !. I really would go for it.

Hardee's has a new burger so I feel obliged to try it. I can't pass up a gimmick burger from any of the fast food chains.<br/><br/>I got the Steak Loader and it was just OK. I wanted this to blow me out of the water, but it didn't. The Steak Loader is a hamburger topped with cheese, topped with peppers and onions, topped with thin steak, and it's all wrapped in a tortilla. <br/><br/>The burger wrapped in a tortilla is actually a good idea. I could get behind this becoming a thing. <br/><br/>The whole burger/sandwich was just a juicy mess. That tortilla wasn't holding any juices in. Wear old clothes if you're thinking about trying it. <br/><br/>Also, the whole thing looks too neat. It's too nice to actually be made by anyone working at a Hardee's. The finished product and the grill marks looked too perfect.<br/><br/>Taste wise, the burger was good, but the steak and veggies were too watery and lacked flavor. The curly cheese fries and the strawberry shake were awesome.<br/><br/>Nice try Hardee's. I wasn't impressed, but I'll be back when you bring out another gimmick burger.

The burger is just ok, french fries are good but no as good as McDonald, only try when you fed up with McDonald :)

This it by far the best Hardees, the the UAE has to offer. The staff is super nice, and the food is very good. Sometimes i go there on weekdays at lunch time and have there Super Saver meal... It is amazing.
