The restaurant atmosphere is really nice and the revolves and gives a panoramic view of Dubai . The staff are really welcoming and friendly. They have glass up at the food section and chefs serve the food for you so it is organized and tackles the Covid issue.
It is a very nice buffet style and there is 3 main sections:
1-Cold section nice variety of Salads and cold cuts and sushi and sea food stand (oysters, Crabs, shrimps)
2-Hot section International with very nice variety options and cuisines Chinese/Thai, Indian, Grill, Arabic. Also Pasta made to order.
3-Desert very nice selection of deserts
Great place to make a new memory. It was a good experience. Food was great too. The staff were really good. They checked on us every time. It’s a little expensive but worth trying . Had a great anniversary date night.

Get ready to revolve! Dubai’s only revolving restaurant the legendary Al Dawaar is back. Located in the 25th Floor of Hyatt Regency in Deira, Al Dawaar is a must-visit destination for both the tourists and the residents. It is open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday and for Sky Brunch on Friday. The restaurant and lounge not only offers a stunning view of the city skyline with Burj Khalifa, sea and the creek, it also serves up great food and drinks.
Server didn’t attend to us until we called out, later service was fast.
At all counters, since buffet was not self service there was a long queue. Less choices for vegetarians in the main course and serving rice and dal in Indian food did not do justice!
It was fun to have the restaurant revolve and finding the buffet counter, beautiful views.
Before all of this Covid storm fell on us, me and my family and cousins had a dinner at this fabulous place, everything was so great from the amazing ambience, great tasting food, and service. This place is really a treat. You can literally spend hours, just relaxing and enjoying your time there. Definitely a must visit!

This place is the best for all sort of celebration. It is the only revolving restaurant in uae so far! The ambiance and food is amazing! Honestly it’s worth a visit and specially for romantic dinner. Would highly recommend!
Each and everything in the buffet was exciting and delicious! The food was made fresh and the serving was super fast. We had indian, Italian, juices, bakery, sweets everything. Loved it
Afzal was very polite and was very helfpul . He managed to get a very nice green tea even if that was not a part of my pkg . Amit made amazing sushi and it was delicious . Keep the good work on Hospitality . My stay here became better because of their hospitilaity . Cheers !!
Try it, its an authentic experience
We were there with a treat from son and daughter in law on our wedding anniversary. We were well looked after by the staff and served with an anniversary cake at the end of our meal. We had a fabulous evening.
Delicious food and great server Ahmad was very nice and helpful.
Went for our Anniversary and was not disappointed.
Being vegetarian they made us veg dishes and made us feel comfortable. Enough said!
Only suggestion for visitors is to go during day as sea view is missed during night.

Plenty of reviews out there telling this place isn't a "stand still". No doubt the view is mesmerizing and having the floor move beneath you is a class apart, but beyond that, the food is exquisite. The servers don't step a foot wrong. All on point and polite. Unfortunately I was seated right next to a family with half a dozen of lovely little juveniles who added a bit of noise in the air but the restaurant not at fault. A must visit.

I like the theme of the place - revolving restaurant. We celebrated a friend's birthday. Had this dinner buffet. Food was great. Flattered by the crews gesture, heart warming and so entertaining. What I really like is the view so calming ...not too crowded even if it was weekend. Highly recommend the place. ❤️
I recently visited Dubai and this selected this restaurant for lunch. It was worth it. It offers excellent views. Vegetarians and non vegetarians have plenty of options to choose from. Tasty food and excellent service.
Unique experience of a revolving restaurant with a wide buffet spread. We loved the desserts, especially Umm Ali and the cakes.Great service and polite staff. View from the restaurant was nice. The ambience was okayish. Taste of the food was alright but didn't quite meet our expectations based on online reviews. Their drinks menu wasn't unique or worth the pricing. A bottle of water and a non-alocoholic drink costs almost the same.

A Dawaar of Hyatt Regency is a legendary restaurant of Dubai with spectacular rotating view of Dubai, the restaurant itself rotates and you can get a 360 degree rotating view of Dubai. Had the lunch buffet here, had reached here at 2.30 and the restaurant closes at 3.30 so the staff was slight hesitant of refilling the dishes, altough it has a live cooking station with a very good variety of food right from soup, starters, main course and dessert. The food was amazing with the rotating view of Dubai is once a lifetime experience. To see the view of Dubai slowly change in front of your eyes is so enjoyable, I would recommend everyone to once visit this spectacle.
Good value! The buffet was very diverse , the service was impeccable and it’s actually cool to keep running after the buffet ! I believe the dessert and the wine list can be definitely better !
Went there for christmas dinner! Everything was so nice decorated and all the desserts were in christmas theme. Food is very good and desserts aswell. You can use here 1+1 entertainer for the people who are interested! I got a bit dizzy from all that rotating but i think thats a personal thing im very sensitive with movements.

Al Daawar, the only Revolving Restaurant in Dubai. Went there for our special day, Marriage Anniversary. And I must say what an exhilarating experience. The ambience, the food, helpful and courteous staff, everything was so impeccable and impressive!!! Everything on the menu is scrumptiously delicious. Salad station has amazing salads. I loved Couscous salad Guacamole the most.
Being a vegetarian we were given special and extra attention and care.
Chef prepared special vegetarian recipes just for us 3 for the main course. And I must say I have never eaten such yummy Broccoli curry in my life.
If you have a sweet tooth this place is definitely for you. Varied choices of fruits, sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolate fountain and ice creams are there to choose from.
There was just one downside to an otherwise great experience:
Inspite of informing them in advance about the occasion, there was no special gesture from their side. However, other tables celebrating special occasions were given such a treatment.
We have been to so many other eminent places of Dubai and they leave no stone unturned to make your special day all the more special but this was not the case here, unfortunately!
The concept of the revolving restaurant is something which i love, the food is okaY BUT THE ambience and the service of the place just lights up the mood.
If you want an unique experience while you dine, this is the place to be! You'll have a different view with every bite u take off your dish! The ambience is classy as you'd expect. Food could've been better; can't complaint though

Mom and dad wedding anni and had to come up with something different than usual..and there it hit me up with al dawar-which we always used to talk about to visit someday..and THE DAY has come for it..excellent service and staff let me tell you at most sweet,helpful and lovable staff- Aflal and naina...when it comes to food..all to the desire taste and they have a vast variety of dessert... definitely coming again next time..thank you..even their main chefs come to you with helpful hands..

Me and my friends visited this place for dinner. It was a great experience as we enjoyed the food so much with a revolving view. Good selection of dishes. I enjoyed the seafood so much. The fresh oysters, crabs, fish and even the meat and salads. Would definitely recommend to try this place if budget is not a concern.

Stunning view and good ambience. But I find the buffet very limited and the Chef gave me a roast beef with only fats, I only noticed it when I was having it on our table and had to left it on my plate. Food taste was just okay nothing special. Service seems tired and bored. We had to pour or own wines and water all the time.

It's my first time to try this restaurant. Went with a friend of mine for dinner. They have wide array of food choices in their buffet. We also tried their wine that was recommended by the waitress. I did enjoy the night. It was a delicious dinner with a view. I would definitely come back and bring the rest of my friends here.

Visited this place for their saturday buffet. Good food, great service and awesome view. The food is good but found their buffet limited. Can't fault them on the quality though. Everything made tasted good especially the freshly made chicken spring rolls from their live counter.
If your someone who enjoys the view while eating this place is a must go...you will surely live the changing views from you table.
Went to this Revolving restaurant for a dinner with family. Worth a try. The buffet was excellent and they had different cuisines. The desert counter was huge and lots of cake and deserts to try. They have singaporean, indian, thai main course dishes. Couldn't try all the dishes as it was so heavy and fulfilling. A bit expensive though but an excellent experience all round. A must try! We tried the lunch buffet. Loved every bit of it. Beef Steak was my fav..just fab !!! Indian dishes (meat) were a little dry, but tasted good. We got our seat near dessert counter. What more do I need. They had a variety of desserts. I tried every single one, couldn't resist - it was just too good to be true.
Friday lunch buffet for the first time at the revolving restaurant and I am completely blown away. They have a very lavish spread of different cuisines. Love the seating arrangements and the view. The servers are polite and welcoming. The food was excellent in taste and my favourite was the nachos and guacamole, the sushi, Thai veg fried rice and the green chicken gravy. Good salad selection and fabulous appetisers. It’s a great place for a celebration especially if you want to impress your guests.

Out of all the dishes i can say Singaporean black pepper shrimps & shrimp rice were my favourite,it was a bingo combination.

Been to Al Dawaar a couple of times in the past few years. The view is really great and since it's a revolving restaurant you get a 360 degrees view of the city. The staff is really courteous and polite and they make sure that all your needs are taken care of. Their buffet spread is pretty impressive. The one dish that has always stood out to me in their buffet is the Umm Ali. It tastes so, so good! Apart from that, the other dishes are pretty good too. Albeit a bit on the pricey side, the money you spend is really worth it given the view and the service. If not for the food then stop by to have a quick drink and enjoy the amazing view!

This place is one of the best and my most favorite since 1996. Have visited it umpteen number of times, its so relaxing to view Dubai 360 degrees and enjoy your spirit and super delicious buffet ! Amazing food layout, this place is renovated recently and has come out very very well !! One must visit and experience the 90 minutes aerial tour of the city !!!

The place is comfortable and cosy with very attentive service staff.
It’s a buffet restaurant with a decent spread comprising of sea food and other local and Asian delicacies, though taste wise it seemed ok.
Though I would love to visit again but only for the experience and views with a couple of cocktails.
We went withe family for Saturday lunch in June and we loved the experience. It is a place which deserves to be better known. I would have rated 4.5 if I had the option.
First, the interior is so bright with 360o windows with a fantastic view on the old Dubai, port and sea. The restaurant is indeed turning very slowing which can be funny sometime: your table is not at the same place when you come back from the toilet...
The food was good but I especially liked the sushis and some dishes you never have in buffets: guacamole or quail legs. Very diverse choice including Indian, Mexican, Japanese or Thai. Excellent dessert too.

Assalamwalekum 😊, had our company Iftar this Ramadan at this revolving place. To begin with the ambeince is beautiful and the view from the restaurant is simply amazing. The relvoving of the restaurant takes 1 hrs 15 mins approx to complete one round. Coming to the food it was good and with lot of variety, the salmon, prawns, kababs garvy, chicken Tikka, whole lamb biryani, variety of salads (loved their beetroot salad) the only draw back was the Hyderabadi biryani which needs a lot of improvement. The variety of desserts was more then the main course and everything was very tasty. Overall it was a good experience.
Please note this review refers only to the iftar buffet. This restaurant is all about the view, it is rotating very slowly so you get a full 360 view of downtown Dubai and the creek from the 25th floor of the Hyatt hotel. The selection of food was smaller than other buffets I’ve been to but definitely well prepared. It ranged from mixed grill to pasta, it included a couple of seafood dishes which were very tasty. The salad bar is also great, everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The dessert selection was the highlight for me: great mousse, fruit tarts, creme caramel, creme brulee etc all served with fresh Arabic coffee or tea. All in all it was an enjoyable experience topped with excellent service. I would like to give a shout out for Anna who was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Recommended.

Since my extended family couldn't find time to go up Burj Khalifa or Dubai Frame owing to the lack of time and bad weather on the day they were visiting, and also since we wanted to celebrate my niece's birthday, this place turned out to be a blessing in disguise. And for someone who was brought up in Dubai, this place held a special place in my mind being this massive structure I could ponder upon everytime we visited the Vegetable and Fish market. I've always wondered what it was like on the inside, and I finally got the chance.
The place is posh, unlike your regular buffet places, with great ambience to boot and great seating area as well. They underwent a overhaul under a year ago, and it definitely shows. The kids enjoyed the automatic door of the bathrooms the most (so did we), while the bathroom felt luxurious with the marble and gold inlays. However, the highlight of the place had to be the slowly revolving setting, which obviously cannot explained enough as experienced. It was really exciting to have the kitchen next to you at the start of the buffet, and later find yourself at the entrance. It was also fun trying to figure out which way to go after picking up items from the buffet. The food was good, with good variety, but nothing exceptional that had us going for seconds, except for the desserts. I have to thank the staff for seating us right next to the desserts, it was awesome as well as such a convenience, even more so that it didn't revolve away from us. Also a special thanks to the staff for arranging a cake and song routine for my niece, that it left a big smile on the entire family.
Overall, it's all about the experience than the food, and it's definitely worth it as the food complements the whole experience quite well. We sat around long enough to get a full revolution of the restaurant, which took around 2 hours. The only downer would be the price since it didn't include water or soft drink, however you really can't put a price on a great experience as this.
