During our recent stay at Hilton Jumeirah Dubai we got a chance to revisit Bice after a year. They do not disappoint and we were floored once again!
We had the Burrata as a shared appetizer which was Burrata cheese in marinated zucchini and mushrooms...so delish! Soft creamy and the burst of flavors was OMG!
For mains I had the Fettucini with Lobster and my husband had the mushroom risotto. Both were cooked well, good portion and the flavor took us back to our Italy travels. They also served us a bread basket with the best olive oil from Sicily and the tomatoes dip and crushed chili oil was so good. To end the night we each had their home made tiramisu in a jar - Now the mascarpone, the biscuit, coffee flavor was so well blended and we just couldn't stop at one bite 😀
It was a fabulous meal and we were full till the brim...sated and smiling. Our server Dennis was so helpful and kept us in animate discussion too, which was really sweet of him.
Having been here a number of times over the years, this hass been my go to for a quiet delectable meal with authentic Italian taste. Would definitely recommend visiting and the view + outdoor seating is perfect now. They also are on entertainer so more savings for you while you relish the ambience and experience 😉
I have heard a lot of good feedback about the restaurant from my workmates, so I decided one fine evening to try to eat at Bice, and you all didn’t fail me! I was a happy and satisfied customer when I went outside the restaurant. Food was great. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Ambience was delightfully amazing and cozy! It’s a bit pricey, as expected, but of course, it’s a given fact that quality comes with price! Will definitely come back soon!

I went yesterday for Friday Brunch. Friendly Staff specially Mahmoud and Shaaban. mahmoud helped me to select suitable table with beach view. The Saxophonist was amazing . I enjoyed fresh juices , mixed salads , Italian pizza and pasta and tiramisu.
The meat grill was not excellent but good however it is not my target.
The amazing time ended with a remarkable moment that i was the lucky guest who won the ticket for free dinner for two.
I will come again for sure.

I was recently invited to the Go Vegan food tasting menu at Hilton Jumeirah. The menu has been curated by Kamilla and Chef Davide. Am I vegan? No! but do I love some good food? Yes, absolutely.
I walked into a beautiful dim lit restaurant buzzing with a quiet excitement. I was ushered to my table within minutes of entering the restaurant, and I loved how courteous and well informed the staff was.
I started off with some freshly baked bread and dips, and of course some red wine. I went with Nero D’Avola which was suggested by Asia (I hope I got his name right). It was light and perfect for the evening.
I was served tacos on a bed of rocket leaves. I bit into the crispy taco to find some yummy avocado, hints of lime and caramelized onion. It was delectable. Loved it.
My plate was cleared for the first course of Mushroom and truffle dumplings. The mushroom was filled with a bronoise of mushroom and vegetables and was served on miso broth. I was there was more broth, but I know not many like it. I enjoyed It and the evidence was a clean plate.
For the main course I had eggplant Moussaka. I loved the texture of vegan cheese and meat combined with eggplant lasagna and tomato and basil puree. It was a little difficult to cut into, but it was so worth every morsel. It tasted amazing (must try).
To finish off, I was served the Vegan temptation – which was chocolate fudge topped with raspberry wafer and berry sorbet. The fudge was gooey and paired well with the sorbet. I didn’t like the waffle wafer much, but the addition of fresh berries and chocolate sauce was the perfect finish to this vegan affair.
The staff were extremely attentive and were well versed with the menu which was a plus. They ensured every guest was comfortable and taken care off. I was served by Haider, and I had brief yet memorable conversation with Anusa and Asia.
The Vegan 3 course meal in on for 2 weeks and is priced at AED 170 each. In my opinion, you must try it.
Authentic Italian food ! Love the weekend ambiance. Great fine dining to relax and have an amazing experience at one of the finest Italian gourmet to relish. Definitely recommended to try!
I went last Friday to Bice Restaurant located at Hilton Dubai in JBR to check their latest launched Friday Brunch: Il Brunch Italiano!. You will savor an authentic Italian brunch that includes Italian classics, grilled meat and seafood. You can choose to sit indoor or at the outdoor terrace and enjoy the live saxophonoist.
Amazing food and super courteous staff. Delicious risotto topped with a perfect desert Panna cotta 😊
We had been for the Friday brunch bottomless. Nice ambience, we got comfortable at a pool facing table.
The food was very Italian 🍕 lots of cheesy options to choose from! You could also choose your pasta type made from fresh flour dough, then take it to the live kitchen to have it prepared for you the way you like it. Nice !
We chose the house beverages pack that comes with wines n beers. Also, they had pizzas n classic risottos coming to our table on trolleys. The grills had salmon, sea bass, lamb, jumbo prawns and veggies with sauces too. The tiramisu was brilliant at the desert counter.
Mr Habib and Mr Denis did a great job helping us, with a walk through demo of the restaurant setup. Good place and will visit again.
oh and yea, the 🎷 saxophonist was great !

My friend and I visited this place for brunch to use the Zomato gold privilege offer on the brunch . My experience is by far fantastic . And the food was average . I loved the truffle tortellini and the Margherita pizza . The service from Ajay, Nishi and Chetna was FANTASTIC, spot on .The ambience was very good . Also Ajay was kind enough to consider my Zomato gold even after the restaurant closing time after which Zomato gold can’t be unlocked, which I felt was very accommodating .
Beautiful, high quality food. We must acknowledge what fantastic service was given from Nishi - she really went out of her way for us. We will definitely visit again.
The food was tasty, but portions were small. The waiters weren’t attentive. If you wear a simple dress they won’t try to provide their best service. The main waiter was a bit rude.

I went to iftar yesterday. I thought it’s set menu like last year but they changed it to a small open buffet.
The items of the buffet were really limited but the quality and the taste of them were really nice.
The Arabic items that they had wasn’t that good that’s why I gave it 4 not 5. But the Italian food that they have were really nice and tasty. They have 2 types of pasta and ravioli 👍 There was steak, sea bass and couscous which were very tasty and also the lamb was good.
Very cozy Italian restaurant located in the middle of JBR. When you would like to have Italian with full bar available environment this will be the first restaurant to be recommended. It is always good to have Italian beer in draft with some delicious pastas! Burrata salad is one of my favorite.
Best Italian Iftar buffet, great food and excellent staff, colors and atmosphere is a perfect combination. You can use Groupon with great deal. Will be back definitely.
Very nice having dinner in the Al Fresco Dining (terrace). We had 2 lobster pasta and it was delicious. We will come back for sure. Also bread was great.

Bice Ristorante is my favorite Italian restaurant here in Dubai.. i love the italian seafood pasta, pizza and drinks. The assistance of Pradip helped us choose the right and excellent food they offered. Pradip knows very well which food suitable to us and he knows very well every food in the menu and he explains well the right combination of food to order, excellent job Pradip.

Went here with friends for a birthday and we were pretty amazed with the quality of service and attention to detail. The food was good and the desserts were better, however the cocktails could have been better.
The place was really amazing... Starting from the reception which MARIA made it special with her wonderful smile and very warm welcome. To the food which exceeded our expectation. And to the service that NISANSALA provided. She made us feel like king and queen tonight.., Hands up to her taking care of our table.

Outstanding food and a perfect service!
This was our first visit to The BICE but it certainly won't be the last. We enjoyed everything, the food, the drinks, the service were all first class. Must recommend for the Triangoli Romani and fettuccine della BICE con aragosta and some exquisite dishes
The staff's Mr. Ajay and Mr.JohnPaul was extremely friendly, the restaurant is very flexible (appreciate this!) The food was innovative and beautifully cooked and presented. Staff were knowledgeable and rather fun, it's lovely to see people enjoy their job! Food was promptly served and cooked to perfection. A nice selection of drinks were on offer in a lovely atmosphere

Bice has always been a safe pair of hands when it comes to any Italian dining experience and it's reassuring to note that even after 10 years of visits, the quality of the dining experience has not diminished.
From todays selections, the top favourites incurred the scallops which were the clear winners and the shared 1kg branzino sea bass. My sons also were very complementary about their seafood Risotto and the bolognaise pasta.
Top tip : always reserve... Even in quiet periods and aim for a poolside table at dinner time.

Good restaurant in Dubai. Today, the pasta with lobster was pretty nice, and lamb was quite soft and juicy. I often use this restaurant, as I and my family love dishes and atmosphere of this restaurant.

Excellent high end Italian with great food. Fresh pasta was really fresh, bolognese sauce was creamy and rich. The coconut mousse is a new fav. Sorelle was our waitress and she did a great job, was always spot on and made great recommendations.

The service was amazing, even though it was summer in Dubai, they gave me a personal AC just so I could stay cool while I was sitting outdoor.. the drinks I ordered, the long island ice tea, even though it was off menu, was delicious and was a great cocktail for a night out with friends.. would highly recommend the the place for a night out for a date or a chill night out with friends .

I went to this place few days back with my husband and I loved the hospitality and the food tasted amazing! We ordered tortellacci pomodorini and parmiagiana di melanze which was basically lasagna with coconut mousse in deserts which was superb! Staff was very cordial and polite and when they got to know it was my birthday they also gave us a complimentary desert!!
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the portion of the food was tooooo less! Like way less.
Otherwise it was an amazing place and we enjoyed our evening.

Located inside JBR The Walk, this fine dining restaurant is a classy place. At night, the burning candles on each of the neatly kept tables creates a cosy, intimate space.
The waiters really treat you well and as respected fellow diners, one feels like they're in a VIP space. The waiters were able to explain each of the dishes to us accurately, which goes to show their thorough training and understanding of their menu. So with regards to the service, I'll give it a 4. If you're one who likes lots of variety, the menu here might let you down. Only purely quintessential Italian dishes are here - rissoto, pasta, antipasti, creme brulee, all the usual.
For the food, as a hot starter 'Frito Misto' was nice and more so with the delicious dips, but it was quite like any other tempura prawns you'll get anywhere else. It lacked some real standout punch to make it a BiCE standard.
The moment I tried the cream dressing of the Ravioli Alla Massaia, I was in heaven. A superb flavoured thick, rich and creamy sauce. Just the way it should be. I even called the chef and gave him the feedback. But maybe I was a bit hasty because after I tried the actual Ravioli filling, I was a bit let down. The veil meat inside did not really go with the flavour of the sauce. All in all though, it was a really good dish. The Risotto Fruti de Mare was good as well. So the food gets a 4 as well.
Mostly the drinks you can get here are alcoholic beverages, hence you can use the special Zomato Gold offer to get 2 + 2 on alcoholic drinks. If you are looking for non-alcoholic beverages, then there are a few options in the menu, which I liked a lot, along with the 'usual' soft fizzy drinks. So for the drinks, I'll give it a 3.5.
As for value for money, the dishes were indeed heavily priced... but as the food here is of a certain standard and is true quality Italian food, I don't think it harms your wallet too much. A 3.5 stars for value in my opinion.
All in all, BiCE Ristorante really does deserve its 4 stars. Try this place and it won't disappoint!

My absolute favourite Italian restaurant in Dubai! Love the sharing sizes, the wine, the quality of the food, the staff are really helpful. It’s just a really nice place with delicious food! Their brunch is also great
One of my old time favourites and wonderful italian restaurants in Dubai. Love everything about it especially its strength in sustaining great food and clientelle even with the boom of italian restaurnats (some great, others really bad). My go to dish everytime is fettucine with lobster. Beautiful tender lobster with delicious sauce and aldente pasta. There are two places where i always crave this dish and one of them is right here. Everything is from salads to starters is also great but the pasta dish is the crown on top.
Simply delicious. If I have to look for something that can be improved is the size of portions. I had a (excellent) fritto misto for starter that could have easily been a main. Great food, great service (Sorelle was a true star). Looking forward to dining here again.

Went for my first #Iftar preview of 2018 at Bice 😄
For those of you that don't know, Bice is an amazing #Italian restaurant at Hilton Dubai. The interiors are so beautiful and perfect for date night!
This Ramadan, they'll be hosting a sharing Iftar this Ramadan with an #Italian twist!! Love the concept of Sharing Iftar since it limits wastage as compared to buffets. I had such a great evening dining there and checking out their Iftar menu 😄
Their sharing starters include #Bresaola rolls (stuffed with labneh and ricotta #cheese), beetroot hummus, tune salad and truffle labneh. Main courses have many vegetarian friendly options such as burrata, penne arrabbiata, sautéed vegetables, couscous and vegetable brunoise. For the non-veg eaters, there is mixed grill platter, za'atar baby chicken and roasted salmon.
In desserts, they have date semifreddo which is basically an Italian semi-frozen dessert (like frozen mousse). They also serve panna cotta and some fruits.
Loved the overall vibe there and concept of sharing iftar! Do check out their Iftar menu with your partner 😄

I went to celebrate my birthday with a few close friends. The service was excellent and food too.
The staff kept a good watch on when our glasses were empty and kept refelling. The music and the pianist was amazing. Perfect ambiance
We enjoyed our first visit to Bice. Having been to Dubai many times we had some how missed this diamond of a Restaurant, it’s now firmly registered as one of our favourites.
The food was excellent, the service 1st Class and very good value for money.
A beautiful choice of starters and main courses all with excellent flavour and presented elegantly.
We enjoyed a stunning Cheese Soufflé to start with Sea Bass and Seafood Risotto for mains. Our daughter age 10 was made to feel special and very welcome and loved the experience as did we.
The team at Bice even presented us with a surprise Anniversary desert which we consumed with Gusto.
Thank you everyone at Bice, you made our evening extra special.

we also saw the pizza acrobatic show which was quite entertaining...
was not fully satisfied with the service ... it was not that bad either ...

You know when you go somewhere and you feel really satisfied with the food? This is how I definitely felt when I left. It was a really good meal, best I've had in a long time.
I had the bread to start with the dips. Spaghetti Bolognese for my main which was so tasty, after this I was so full! I didn't think I had room for desert, I ordered it anyway and as soon as it come I couldn't let that go to waste. For my desert I had chocolate soufflé and was very yummy. The food and the staff were incredible.
Id recommend this restaurant to anyone. Definitely a gem!

We return every year for the past 15 years and neither service nor food has ever disappointed.
The beef carpaccio As well as the tortellini with ricotta and spinach are sublime and ambience is romantic especially after the recent renovation.
Moktails are great and staff is always very friendly and accommodating.
One downside are the chairs which are slightly uncomfortable.
Good quality restaurant though not extra ordinary..Best thing is their service..Staff was good and friendly..Quality is nice as well..As far as taste of food is concerned that was not average..I tried pasta, salmon fish and octopus which ok.. not too good and not too bad..manue was not extensive and not many options to choose from..Though worth a try..

Throw back to probably the best #Italian #brunch I've ever had @bice_dubai @hiltondubai 😍😍 The #restaurant latest renovation has added a bright and airy feel to the venue while keeping a relaxed atmosphere.
The dishes are served at the table with a selection of unlimited shared starters brought to the table first. (Swipe to the end of the photos to see the #menu). Im talking buratta #cheese , goat cheese and beetroot #salad 😋😋 Then comes the unlimited selection of shared pasta 🍝. My #favorite is this lovely dish 📷 of Pacchero with Nduja salami and brocoli The #pasta as expected was perfectly aldente and the creamy #sauce had a nice #spicy kick to it from the salami.
But its not over yet! Next comes the main course!😲😲😲 where you can choose one of the four options available. I highly recommend the #fish .
And it wont be an Italian fair without some #dessert #classics like #tiramisu , panacotta and some #authentic italian #gelato 😋🍨. If you're looking for a more quiet and chilled brunch. I would suggest you give this place a try, and with @entertainergcc its a 2 for 1 #deal 😆😆
A very lovely fine dine Italian and it's very reasonable. Normally getting to Jbr is a nightmare but good thing is it's right when you enter and they have valet.
Excellent food. Had the seafood risotto and it was gorgeous. A big portion. For starters I recommend the eggplant tomato and mozzarella. My husband had the sea bass. It looked amazing too.
Atmosphere was really really great!! Food the best! Every dish tasted great, the lights in the restaurant were soft and cosy, romantic restaurant. The service was very friendly and Nothing was to much to ask.
Ambience was excellent. Servers were polite and knowledgeable. Food came quickly and taste excellent. We ordered the ravioli and margherita pizza. 👍🏾

Went to Bice last night on a whim as ite close to the flat. We had the 4 course sharing menu at 150dhr per person. With the Entertainer app making it 150drs for two. Seriously good value. Tbh even at 150 each its great. We had a quinoa salad with palm hearts and a beef carpacio to start. Both really nice. Then the pastas. Rocket pesto with prawns (cant recall the name of the pasta - large tubes) and a tortellini stuffed with spinach and riccotta and topped with buratta. For me the prawns were unnecessary. But thats rocket pesto was amazing. And the pasta cooked to a perfect al dente. Hands down the best pasta dish i have eaten in UAE. Tortellini was also excellent. By that point we were both stuffed. Main courses came - chicken escalope in a lemon sauce (very tender with a sharp, slightly thick sauce) which i though sounded odd but was very moreish. And sea trout in a tomato sauce. Both good but no where near as good as that pasta. They came with fried potatoes and roasted veg which we couldnt even touch as we had eaten so much. Lastly dessert. Rosemary panacotta and a strawberry sorbet. We got both, each!! The panacotta texture was perfect - a little too much rosemary though. A weird (for me) combination but it did work. İ ate the whole thing and the sorbet was good too -slightly tart, slightly sweet and very flavourful.
Washed down with a 295dhr bottle of prosecco. All in all about 400drs for two with booze. Thats unbeatable value.
Definitely recommend this sharing menu - but come hungry!!!
