‪the World Eatery‬

You will be escorted on a golf cart to reach this lovely restaurant at the heart of Atlantis, hidden in greenery and bamboo, with a woody setup. The place had brunch and buffet that were great before the pandemic. The A la Carte Menu is also decent, serving international menu options. The place also supports loyalty programs for redeeming rewards.

Aside from the amazing interior and ambiance of the restaurant, The World Eatery never fails to impress. Service, check! Food Quality, check! Check! I forgot to take a photo of their pizza because once it arrived on our table, it’s immediately been devoured because it’s really good! Like totally! Keep it up!

Relax and kill liesurely your time on the watery eatry with the best view of Dubai . Time will simply fly with a soft drink that will quence your thirst and refresh your vitality to explore the exotic city, the city of Angel.

Me and my better half went to the world eatery for our wedding anniversary. We tried their Family Fiesta Brunch. Our initial effort to find the restaurant made us do a full circle around the Hotel :) , we got a bit worried when a few of the staff outside didn't know where the restaurant was and it wasn't covered on the signage either. Finally we got a very kind staff member Mr Mohammed at reception who literally guided us by holding our hands through the maze from the Hotel Entrance to the restaurant. 

This was a new experience for us. We had been accustomed to Buffet style brunches, while this multi-course experience more along the lines of a tasting menu was different. And we loved it. The live music and the drinks menu kept us going through the wait times between courses. The experience around 2-3 hours. But we were never bored , so that says something. 

We first got a platter of their hot starters which included East 2 West meat platter with the most juicy succulent beef. A breakfast spring roll, Barbecue Chicken Bombs and potato hush puppies. The chicken bombs were just sublime. 

Cold starters included Salmon n Brioche pockets, Beef Carpaccio, Zucchini / Caprese Salad and Hunter's egg salad. While all the items were nicely done, the aged beef was just awesome. With us not being big fans of cold meats, the beef was so tasty that we couldn't help admire it more. 

They also have a live cooking section for eggs where you could order eggs on your choice. The same station does the breakfast pizzas too, so there could be a bit of a delay. But if you are here for a Family fiesta Brunch, you can't be in a hurry. You won't enjoy it if you are. And it ain't designed to be done that way. 

The main course included Butter chicken served with Paratha (Indian Flatbreads), White rice, Saffron rice with Lamb Kofta, Miso and Honey Salmon and Goat Cheese Ravioli. The lamb kofta literally melts in your mouth, if you are squeamish with pink meat like us still give it a go. You would love it. The miso and honey Salmon is classic and butter chicken was perfect too. 

The desserts had fresh fruit platter, walnut tart, citrus gateaux and mille fuille. Again very nicely done not too overly sweet desserts. The mille fuille was the only under-whelming dish of the whole day. Because even the drinks and mojitos we got were just perfection. 

We just saw perfection done repeatedly dish after dish :) It was a great experience for us overall and one we would not forget.

My overall experience was superb. Staffs are very attentive and responds quickly to all requests.
Ordered the 220g Beef Tenderloin and it was cooked exactly the way I wanted it to be. Their margherita pizza tasted so fresh. The carbonara was so creamy and the pasta was just cooked perfectly and lastly, their beef burger, it was a top notch😍😍😍😍
This deli is located in the apartments, which is far from the main lobby, so you'll have to take their cab to reach to this place.
Its worth a try.
