We had the Half-board option with our stay at Caesar Palace Bluewater Resort.
This meant that we had our breakfast and dinner included in the price.
The breakfast and dinner at Hell's Kitchen was amazing!
Excellent customer service made our dining experience perfect.
We had A La Carte for Breakfast. We can order anything on the menu as much as we can as part of the hotel package.
For dinner, each hotel guests can order 1 appetizer, main course and dessert plus soft beverage.
We tried Gordon Ramsay's famous BEEF WELLINGTON for 80AED instead of the regular price of 250AED.
All in all it was a great experience!

We have always been huge fans of @gordongram. Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon's Great Escape, @hellskitchenfox , @masterchefuk and Gordon Ramsey's Home Cooking are a few TV shows where this incredible chef caught our attention and respect, a food genius and an equally fascinating personality. We have been dying to try out Gordon's Bread Street Kitchen in Dubai since a while and finally did!
What we had for Brunch:
Starters:
*Caeser salad
*Tuna tartare - Raw tuna flavored with soya-chili vinaigrette, sesame seeds, pickled fresno chillie and served with seaweed crisps - Don't be turned off by the raw tuna, this is a must try.
*Heritage tomato salad - Delicious creamy burrata, balsamic, pesto and crystallised basil.
*Superfood salad - A balanced combination of roasted butternut squash, kale, quinoa, feta cheese, toasted pine nuts and pesto dressing.
*HK hot wings - Finger licking worthy wings tossed in hellfire sauce served with blue cheese dipping.
*Lamb Wellington - Minced lamb covered with pastry, served with garlic egg mayo - This dish was pure genius, the elements go so well together ⭐️
*Crispy Hen’s egg - Crispy fried half cooked egg served with mushroom ketchup, another must try dish ⭐️
Main course:
For the main course we tried the iconic Beef Wellington. Gordon's Beef Wellington is one of his signature highlights, the amount of times we have sat in front of the TV salvating while he makes this dish is countless. The dish was everything we imagined it to be, wonderful, succulent log of meat coated with flavourful minced mushrooms and covered with crispy pastry, accompanied with red wine demi-glaze. The very first bite struck every food chord in our bodies, heavenly, what a brilliant creation!
Desserts
*Sticky toffee pudding-One word, Yummm 😋
*Mango cheesecake
*Assorted afternoon tea model mini cupcakes, pastries and snacks - We felt it was a bit too dry.
What we liked:
- Creative menu and flavours
- Energetic ambience
- Friendly service
- They have outdoor seating for winters
- Worth the spent
- Need to give a special shout out for Beef Wellington 🤤
Turn-off:
-Mocktails and cocktails were not up to the mark, very average.
WTF final rating - 9.5
We had a fantastic experience at hells kitchen for my friends birthday. Everything tasted fab- loved the wellington
Had an amazing time! Attentive staff great food! would brunch again there in a heart beat.
If youre a fan of mouthwatering food, amazing ambiance, topnotch service, this place deserves a visit!
Having led a life of sin, we decided to visit this place to understand what the catering will be like in the afterlife. It turns out Satan is a good cook and there is no need to repent.
Excellent Christmas brunch, variety isn't "Dubai plenty" but it's more than enough, taste of items was great. Attentive staff despite the very busy day then. Great for an occasion.. it doesn't disappoint
I can recommend it and would go again
Stunning place with fantastic food. Hell's Kitchen has absolutely everything you need in a restaurant. Great ambiance, spectacular food and great staff. We only visited for the breakfast buffet but everything was lovely and just oh so delicious. An extremely wide spread and they even take special orders upon request.
One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Looking forward to visiting them for dinner to truly experience that Gordon Ramsay magic!
Must try Hell’s Kitchen fine dining restaurant, from the moment you enter you will feel how good the service is. The food was amazing everything we ordered was delicious the Lobster Risotto, Beef Wellington, the braised ribs. The staff even surprised me with a light cheese cake wishing a happy birthday how sweet of them.
amazing food and hospitality, a must visit place for great food lovers
Super service, lovely food defiantly lived up to its giant name on its shoulders! Butter like meat and every spoon was bursting with complex combinations of sophisticated Flavours!

Heaven on earth I must say...Ordered a variety of dishes from here as and I must say they have a mixed touch when it comes to food as they have a top class..For the starters we ordered their basics of sweet corn soup and baked bread with jalapeno cheese and herb which turned out to be a perfect start to our meal..
Our drinks were aguafresca and bansheewhisper which turned out to be rich and flavourful.
For the main course we tried out the beef Wellington with a medium texture and trust me it blew us off..Quality content and texture at it's best
Second one from our choices was the wild mushroom with white wine glazed texture which is surely getting a 10/10.
And to top off the main course we added a rigatoni pasta and a slow roasted chicken breast turning out to be juicy and a complete meal.
Staffs here were really cooperative and supportive throughout guiding us with the meals.
Beautiful interior giving a royal touch to our dining experience.

Any time you have a celebrity restaurant, certain expectation automatically comes with it. When that celebrity is Gordon Ramsay, you know that the experience is more likely to be amazing than not. In the case of Hell’s Kitchen, the restaurant is looked after by Executive Chef, Craig, who created such an incredible menu along with the signature dishes that Gordon Ramsay is famous for, you would have thought that Chef Ramsay was the one who prepared all the dishes.
What a great place for each hell's kitchen show lover. We were waiting decade for it to open in Dubai. Great menu choice at a decent price . Well served burger and deserts . Beautiful in every touch. Deserves the nomination for the best in the region
My visit to Hell's Kitchen was few months ago, but it was memorable. The place was new and had the sensation of it. The food was top quality and the ambiance was engaging. Loved it.
We really like the experience. The lady at the entrace was very nice and found us a seat even without reservation. The lady that assisted us at the table was amazing. And the food was very good. We had beef wellington and dry aged ny steak and gouda mac and cheese. They were really nice. My husband cannot stop praising how good the food was. :) and the complimentary fresh bread and infused butters we had at the beginning were super nice. We will surely be back because i had to skip dessert. :)
The hospitality at this restaurant was outstanding. My husband and I follow Hell's Kitchen and we were very happy with the food and the service. Our lovely waitress was very kind and friendly. I had amazing cocktails, which were prepared right in front of me. I will definitely come back for those! We received a complimentary desert for our anniversary and a lovely and thoughtful card that was signed by staff in regards to our anniversary. I have not been to one restaurant that went above and beyond for this. This made my night. We are so thankful for this. It meant a lot especially that we watch every season of Hell's Kitchen. Excellent service!
Great location, great service and a good ambience. Usually crowded during the weekends. Wanted to check out if Gordon's restaurant lived upto its name. The appetizers we ordered were just ok (scallops and wagyu meat balls). The main course we had was amazing (roasted sea bass and barbequed braised beef). Great taste and it will leave you wanting for more as the quantity ain't a lot. The desert we had was also good, his famous sticky toffee pudding. Will definetly come back to try the HK burger..
Was here last night for my birthday and if I had to sum up the evening in one word I would simply say Great! 😊 we ordered the set menu - the starter, entree (Wellington of course!) and desserts were outstanding as was the service. Milos was very friendly, informative and provided great recommendations on the dishes and wine. This was refreshing given the general level of service one usually finds in Dubai restaurants which leave much to be desired. Will definitely go back and highly recommend Hells Kitchen!
We went there to celebrated our 2nd anniversary, ordered set menu. We seated in ´romantic’ area yet we could hear kids screaming from family seating area, a bit nightmare tho. Food was good not great. The service was great.
One of few celebrity chef restaurants that are actually worth their salt and good value for money. Service is a bit slow and off but the food is always stunning with every single dish executed to perfection.

Gordan Ramsay obviously knows what he is doing , my broccoli and asparagus was divine . Only ordered sides as was only peckish and on a holiday budget 🤣🤷🏼♂️
Hells’ Kitchen should require little introduction. Based upon the popular television show of the same name and fronted by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay the concept has spawned restaurants in both Las Vegas which opened in January 2018 and now Dubai. Taking up residence in the new Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai hotel.
Simply amazing. Exactly what you can expect how Gordon’s kitchen would be. Loved every dish. Star of the night was the sticky pudding. High on my recommendation.
Outstanding food. You have to try it to believe it now thats why Gordon Ramsay is just so amazing at what he does.

Came here to try some desserts.
Service was good, but they forgot my green tea
We tried the um Ali, the peanut butter cheesecake and the date pudding
The best was the peanut butter cheesecake
An avid fan of Gordon Ramsey and having been to several of his restaurants I couldn't wait for Hells Kitchen to open in Dubai. Oh and it was everything we expected and more! It was a nice touch to be welcomed with sparkling wine as birthday surprise as well a birthday cheesecake after desert. Now to the most important factor the food. All of the dishes were beautifully presented, the food was delicious. My partner an obsessed Hells Kitchen couch potato had already selected his meal before even making the drive to Dubai. Everything he had selected was generally a Hells Kitchen speciality and to our surprise was offered as a set menu. Each dish exceeded his expectations and all that could have added to his meal is if some drama erupted in the kitchen.
I’m a huge Gordon Ramsay fan and have been dying to try this place. Right from when we entered the restaurant we felt very welcome as the staff were so courteous, polite and attentive.
We had the Butternut Squash soup as our starter which was creamy and subtle and quite delicious. The star of the evening was definitely my short ribs! They were melt in your mouth cooked to perfection.
My husband ordered the signature Beef Wellington which he enjoyed but he also agreed that the ribs were amazing! Our dessert was the sticky pudding which was great though we think that the one at Hamptons cafe might be a bit better. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.
Hell’s Kitchen surpasses all our expectations. Had booked a table on a weekday and were seated immediately. Opted for their outdoor seating which was fabulous. Service is impeccable. Had informed them earlier about our guests gluten allergy and to our surprise they took care of it by serving us gluten free breads, also making sure her order was gluten free.
Loved their ravioli and risotto. Had ordered sides of Mac and cheese, cheese cauliflower, and fries totally delicious.

Apart from an indifferent greeting at the door; this was a great meal, with superb service and a nice ambience. Menu choices were good and beverage selection was also good. It’s a bit drafty if you sit in the passage to the external door. Minor things to put right but the food is really excellent.
I went with some friends and we all ordered the Hell’s Kitchen burger- very good but not as gourmet as I thought for the price of it. But I enjoyed every bite and the portion size was good. My favorite part was the sticky toffee pudding and peanut butter cheesecake. Those desserts were WOW!!! I just feel like the food has a big hype for nothing. It’s nice to experience once because you feel glamorous but it’s not a place you crave and want to go back again and again. We can get the same quality burgers in many other restaurants for half the price.
It was our daughter's 13th birthday and amazingly she chose Hell's Kitchen. We had also been meaning to dine here as we had seen it in Los Vegas but never got the opportunity to visit.
The restaurant is grand, with a huge open kitchen and nice outdoor seating also. The food menu covers a good variety of food whilst the alcohol menu is quite elaborate with a large selection of good wines. Service is as expected, excellent.
We ordered mostly vegetarian dishes and the fact that they have a reasonable selection was refreshing. All the dishes were very good.
Had amazing meal here the food was amazing and the staff could not do enough for you. We were given a glass of champagne each and a lovely cake and a box chocolate, would like to say a big thank you to all the staff.
Perfect fine dinning food. I am just going write about the food this time as they were the stars! Watched Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen and other shows, have turned pages of his books but never seemed to gravitate towards his kind of food but just the three dishes from his menu at HK has changed my opinion! The salmon dish was perfectly cooked with the right seasoning and flavors( salmon being my favorite fish and having had bad experience at many places) loved it! The ravioli was melt in the mouth! Not a fan of sticky toffee pudding but when it was suggested I decided to take a chance which was worth every bit!
Otherwise a lovely well spaced restaurant with friendly staff and a good collection of liquor esp. the wines.
This is a very late review which kept hanging till now somehow,
We were one of the first ones to try the Hells Kitchen restaurant before the official opening in November last year.
The outdoor venue is beautiful and it feels like you are on a vacation at Caesars Palace.
They give you this bread to start with some pure herb butter and trust me i have never had that kind of bread anywhere..it was so good
We started with HK hot wings,
Did not like it at all as there was this unpleasant smell coming either from the sauce or the chicken.
Heritage Tomato Salad which was also okay.
I had Rigatoni Pasta, and it was the best decision I made as after having the wings my tastebuds literally died.
The pasta was well cooked not over not under..perfectly well done, I loved the idea of pairing it with basil sauce.
My fiance and brother both of them selected Filet Mignon and they were practically drooling over the first bite.
It was my brothers birthday and we mentioned it to the staff and they made him feel so special from one staff to another staff they kept wishing him till the time he left the place..it was so overwhelming for him.
A very great thankyou to all of them.
They said it was delicious, perfectly cut and cooked, an experience from heaven. They both are die-hard steak fans and they have never ever had such beautiful filet mignon anywhere else in the entire world.
Coming to staff, they are friendly, attentive and helpful to make choices for your food selection
Love the setup....was expecting it to be loud & crowded but there was only 3 tables other than us. Which may be because it’s new.... but their buffalo wings are amazing! Their burrata is nice and a must try is their beef Wellington & pizza!!!! The waiter recommended the best stuff to us!
The interior of Hells looks exactly like the TV set – fantastic. Big man Gordon was not there. In his place protégée Craig Best heads the kitchen under the watchful eye of Christina Wilson, winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season X. The missus and I visited recently and ordered our dream three course: pan-seared scallops, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding – Ramsey’s greatest hits. All were superb. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The whole experience was amazing.
Blue waters island is my new favorite spot. I’ve been to Caesars palace in Vegas and was surprised to see Art Deco style hotel in Dubai - transforming/moving bench is a must see and try. We went to Hell’s Kitchen for our lunch, we all heard about the tv show and famous chef so we decided to give it a try. Tv show fans will love the indoor part of the restaurant as it feels like you are actually on the set of the show, but we opted for a table outside with beautiful surroundings. Service was very friendly and attentive, but not over the top- which usually happens with Dubai venues and makes you feel uncomfortable. We started with amazing fresh bread- it was just perfect, fresh from the oven ( at least it felt like that) so crispy and warm! For starters we had delicious tuna tartare and hot wings - which you can enjoy without getting all oily and embarrassed. Obviously we had signature HK burger which is probably the best burger in Dubai and very reasonably priced! Risotto with truffle is the best option for vegetarians, very creamy and enjoyable. We felt quiet full but couldn’t skip desert! Pineapple carpaccio was the best option for us -it’s very light and refreshing. The good thing about this place is that you can go there for a casual family/friends lunch or you can go for a fancy date night- it will work both ways. All in all very happy with my experience- beautiful setting, good service, reasonably priced and delicious food.
We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary dinner at the Hell's Kitchen..right from from the entrance of Ceasars Palace until we left we were felt so special..the staff were so polite and helpful..since it was our first time there our host Raisa helped us with recommending the famous dishes and with the choice of Rose'...we ordered the Pan seared scallops, Cauliflower gratin, Lobster Risotto so perfect and their famous Beef Wellington..for dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding..we were overwhelmed when we ordered the pineapple carpaccio...my love for sorbet made me order it...its a must try..very good presentation and it had a smoky effect..we also ordered a drink called Smoke on the Blvd it had a smoky effect drink...must try...they have a choice of set menu as well...loved the food the ambience everything made us feel so special..the red team and the blue team working in the kitchen with the head Chef the experience was amazing..recommend to sit indoors if you want the Hell's kitchen experience..the only person missing was Gordon Ramsey himself 😉..we definitely recommend this place to experience the Hell's kitchen...we are so lucky to have it now in Dubai as well..Beniz Fernandes
The place is just awesome! The food was amazing and specially famous Wellington, was just the best in my life! I can’t wait to go back for the same meal. It’s very normal that menu is not huge for such restaurant, but you can feel there is attention to detail. Our waitress was from South Africa and she was just perfect, made us feel at ease. The best place in Caesars palace! Good luck and keep it up!
Really wanted to try this after watching all the episodes of hell's kitchen.
So I ordered
Hell's kitchen signature burger : Amazingly good
Pasta: I dont remember the name but that was not upto my taste.
The hospitality was great , each and every waiter or waitress showed immense respect.
And I must say the prices were reasonable.

Went to the newly opened Gordon Ramsay restaurant at Caesars Bluewaters and was pleasantly surprised that the food menu was priced very reasonably - think it is exactly the same as the one in Vegas!
Must try the Lobster Risotto- possibly one of the best dishes on the menu!! So creamy, super delicious and a very, very generous portion of lobster.
And you obviously must have the Beef Wellington - again, great portions and the meat is cooked perfectly!!!
Word of caution though - the drinks prices aren’t as reasonable and be prepared to shell out if you want to enjoy a tipple or two.
The Hills Kitchen Restaurant for International Chef Gordon Ramsey has the most famous television show about cooking, the restaurant is generally comfortable and quiet, the service is good and the food was delishious .
Really good open space, great and simple decoration.
The menu is not overly ambitous nor complicated, just good food. The outdoor sitting is really a good option, provided the weather is good enough for.
We were told that the Chef himself will be there and of January 2019, not sure how accurate.
It is a great addition and a must visit.
Went there last week, the restaurant had a nice set up for a dinner out! Nice vibes but wish the view outside was nicer... would definitely go back in few weeks
I went to this restaurant just after 2 weeks from the opening. The location is stunning, I was expecting it to be full but it was half empty. Even if the place was not busy the service was quite slow. The food was nice but not wow. Pricey but not too much, I would say affordable, my rice was 90 dhr for instance. We got a very nice Russian waiter who made the whole experience a pleasant one!
Awesome experience. The tuna tartare was an excellent starter and we loved how the bread was made fresh. My fiancé and I order the salmon and Beef Wellington. Both cooked perfectly and Beef Wellington was cooked the perfect medium and the meat was soft and easy to eat along with the crust. Finally we had the peanut butter chocolate cheesecake which was exploding in flavor. The service was great, enjoyed the waiters product knowledge especially Ms Judith. All in all very impressive. Please let us know the grand opening so I can meet Gordon Ramsey myself. Thanks.
We loved this place as expected. The food was amazing, great presentation, excellent taste but over priced. I would like to see more options on the menu
Amazing hospitality ! Great ambience ! awesome food . luxury at its best and must really mention the most important thing amazing service and specially the staff silvester quick efficient and excellent service thanks for making our experience vow.
Bluewaters Island- a superb destination
Caeser’s Palace- wow
Hell’s Kitchen- yum!
Been there twice already in two weeks!
Tried the ceaser’s salad, the shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare, burger, crispy salmon skin, filet mignon, sticky toffee pudding and peanut butter cheesecake.
All the food ordered was amazing- enjoyed every bite!
On the first visit, we were given a 50% discount as it was the soft opening so that just added to a better experience..
A must visit!
Hell’s Kitchen is a beautiful restaurant in a very nice newly established location. The hostess was extremely welcoming, she set the experience up as a pleasant one right from the start. The whole staff was actually nice and helpful. The food is good, especially the meat dishes, the pasta was not outstanding. Some of the well known dishes will be added at a later stage. There were a few delays here and there, but I believe these issues will be ironed out with the opening once everything is up and running. Net, a pleasant experience that I will surely repeat.
It’s a rare day when we go to a restaurant so early after it opens, but they seem to have started on the right foot. We were very impressed by the quality of the food - and the service was even better. A group of us went for a friend’s birthday and I really didn’t have any expectations. Service was impeccable from start to finish - you felt welcomed, there were great recommendations, and when there was an issue with one of the dishes, mgmt came right over to address it. While there was a smallish menu, the effort to excel at each item is visible. I especially loved the piping hot sourdough bread rolls that were served at the start. Perfectly crisp outside and soft on the inside.
Apart from one risotto that was slightly underdone, and perhaps some of the sides that we were ok with, the quality of the mains were top notch. That’s the only reason why I’m giving a 4. Else I loved the tagliatelle and our group polished off theirs too.
I hope they maintain their quality - and especially maintain their service standards as they become more popular and more people start streaming through the doors
