They have reduced the bbq. Smoked pineapple was so delicious. Deserts were really yummy. Fish bbq was good.

This place is like our second home near to our offcie and who doesn't love Barbeque and this has the perfect food with good ambience and very well taken care. If we have big team lunch this is our place always.
I have visited this place thrice back to back, and the reason is food. The food here is beyond amazing. Their buffet has amazing options especially their live grill is super tasty. The main course and chaat part is equally amazing. However i felt the dessert could have been better, i found the dessert counter mediocre. Overall a very good restaurant to have good time with friends and family.
Mohamed Hafiz, and Mani served us today and the service was very good and food was awesome as always.

They have loads of variety of food from starters to main course to sweets !! U can’t get enought of it.
But getting a table booking is sometimes hectic as it is mostly occupied especially during weekends!! So if you are planning to go plan it in advance book the table and enjoy 😉

Absolute barbecues----- The best buffet restaurant for Indian/ Chinese food. It was my first time dining at this restaurant. The ambience was beautiful but it was quite noisy and loud for me. The lunch buffet was amazing. The servers placed the charcoal grill on the table and each server kept doing rounds with a specific kebab. There was an array of kebabs; prawns, fish, chicken and beef. The fish wasn't that special but the rest were bomb. They also served grilled pineapple and fried corn. It was super delicious. The pineapple was so juicy and was oozing flavours of cinnamon. The lunch menu was the usual foods; Indian and Chinese rices and curries. I expected a international menu but sadly it was just Indian mainly. The rices were flavourful and the curries were excellent too. I despised the palak curry. It wasn't enjoyable at all. The desserts once again were all Indian; from jalebis, gulab jamun, kulfi, rolled ice cream and fruits etc. There wasn't anything special about it. They had a live chaat station and a live cooking station where they prepared duck, turkey and rabbit. They prepared ice golas on the spot too. The flavours were limiting and it was tiny. Other than that the food was basic but good. I might go again if I want to indulge in an Indian meal but if not it's a no.

Love this restaurant- the food is great and plenty of it service is great too all excellent value for money also. We went for lunch - our waiter was Mohammed Hafiz who really looked after us. We’ve been 4 times now - I expect we will go many more times.

We came on a lunch date on a and was surprised that most of the tables were booked even on a weekday.
The staff were courteous and very attentive. Our grill was refilled regularly and starters were always available, which was awesome since we just love the crispy corn that’s crispy on the outside and just pops when you bite into them!
All the meats on the table grill were delicious, our favorites being the kebabs and the prawns. The chaats were brought to our table and we were served complimentary berry coolers that were refreshing. The buffet menu was limited as it was lunch but was that was alright as the grill is the main attraction here. The butter chicken and freshly prepared naan were tasty. The tiny gulab jamuns give a burst of flavor and was hubby’s favorite.
Crispy potato was the best. It was never crispy before even thought the name is crispy. Something has changed. The food was much better today.

Mr. Bitlu at AB was very nice to us during the dinner and took good care of us. The BBQ is amazing and the PAN icecream is a must try. Kids love the experience.
As always the best, it didn't loosed its quality in this days also, same great taste, generous staff (Biltu), everything at optimum, and thanks for keeping all the guest safe with masks & gloves.

Utter delight for a foodie.. their unlimited buffet, Barbeque, starter and dessert can keep anyone occupied for hours without complaining of over food.. a place which I casually visited with my friends 3 years back and now I am a regular. They make your celebrations special by adding free meal for celebrant and a small but nice cake .. small gestures goes a long way to make a place successful.. AB definitely knows this mantra as their staff is trained to always be helpful and smiling. Although being a veggie I get less variety but still it’s totally worth for the money.. please don’t miss the experience..

Loved the food ... maintained its taste n service as ever. Appreciate that it reduced prices during corona but still maintained the quality n taste though two to three items are removed from menu in during this pandemic. would like to appreciate the service provided by Md. Hafiz, always querying about our taste n filling our plates without break. A complete satisfaction to tummy!!!!

Best Buffet in dubai with a wide spread of variety. They have different counters for different options of food. My favorite counter would be the wish grill where the customer can decide how he wishes to prepare his dishes. Also do not forget to try the paan ice cream.

Got referred by my friend to try out paneer tikka masala. however end up trying out their premium thali which was worth it’s price.
I would say the rice was properly cooked, and dal was slowly cooked and has so much flavour.
Although they forgot to deliver the dal in the first delivery so the restaurant called me and said we forgot to send dal.. order once again and we will deliver you again.. this all happened in 1 hour 20minutes.
I really like their service. Would love to order back again.

The Ramadan Combo was an amazing mix of grills, curries, Biryani and Dessert. All of them had an amazing flavor and unique taste, its some thing that lived up to the expectations of Absolute BBQ and their Zomato rating / professionalism. Hygienically packed and delivered within 30 mins. This combo was enough for a family of four adults. Will definitely order again. Thank you team Absolute BBQ.

Recommendations: The buffet was very large and there was almost so many options for one person. Although the grill was great, the side menu was average. I believe the crew should review the menu and focus more on quality than quantity.

Once you are done with bbq then an open buffet welcomes you with a wide variety of veg n non veg dishes along with varieties of breads n rice. To top it all and for sweet tooth lovers a superb collection of sweets , fresh cut fruits and ice creams is available towards the end. Its a serious indulgence and truly a gastronomical delight 👍😊 You will just love it 👌
When u want to have a mouthful what do u do? Go for buffet😁 ABs is located in a quiet corner of sheikh zayed service road. The grills were definitely the highlight along with the pan flavor icecream. Also there is a popcorn section and ice lollies for kids. The salad array was not too elaborate but decent enough. I did like the dahi chat was made perfectly. Even the jalebi with rabdi was appetizing. Good variety in the main course too but dint try much as was full with all the starters.
The only issue I found was the parking, the do have valet which charges 17 and there was another option of parking in basement which was chargeable. We ended up paying 13 which I felt could be covered by the hotel.
Better to park on the road side.
