The place is quite empty but because of social distancing which is good. We had the ala carte menu as it was already late but the team was helpful and really flexible with our orders. I would say I will come to this place for great food and for amazing customer service. Cyrell was very diligent and attentive with our requests. Again, for me, in addition to value for money, customer service makes a lot of difference and it is one the great pull for the customer to keep coming back to the same place. Thank you Fogueira team.
It is a proper steakhouse ..If anybody loves meat you should try this place. Although I am a vegetarian after requesting the manager gave us vegetarian side dishes option with our drinks.. It was a good experience.

Got to try different Brazilian cuts, and I must say that one of the yummiest meat i ever had.
I was served hot appetisers followed by unlimited freshly cooked meat. My favourite was tenderloin meat. I loved having Pineapple slice with Cinnamon at the end😋
I really loved the place and the food was really delicious or I would say that Brazilian cuisine at its best. I would recommend everyone to go there and enjoy the moment with your dear ones.

I went last week to have a Churrasco dinner at Fogueira, a Brazilian Restaurant located at Delta by Marriott Hotel in JBR. At Fogueira, you can choose beetween a Meat Menu or a Vegetarian Menu. Ideally, if you are at a Brazilian Restaurant, you have to choose the Meat Menu of course. Fogueira is located on the 35th Floor and has an amazing view on Dubai Marina.
Good quality and variety of grilled food. Live music band. The service a little bit slow but maybe because of the crowd. I’m general worth to try.
So, even if they only served raw radishes this would be a great brunch venue – you are on the 35th floor across from Dubai Marina, in the heart of JBR. And not 35th floor with a window… the open air terrace spans 360-degrees around!. The interior dining hall is also well-appointed, and a traditional Brazilian feel is throughout the locale.
As a meet lover was amazed with variety on Brazilian Carnival night which is served to your table until you stop it)). The ambiance of place is great, stuff is very friendly and drinks were good too ;) . We were on the terrace which has lovely view, so Fogueira is good option for romantic evening or company party!
My friend and I went for Fogueira’s special Brazilian Carnival night on Thursday. Great theme, variety of meat including yummy prawns 🦐 (my pick 🤤), various starters and salads... and cheeeeese plate 🙈
We tried original Brazilian drinks, I liked the one which was virgin with passionfruit!
Vegan might choose quinoa salad along with marinated mushrooms and veggies. Desserts - our favorites were chocolate small bombs and white coconut ones - if you combine them together it tastes like a heaven 👌🏻
Live band is really cool, reminded me of the time when I was teenage watching Clone (Brazilian soap opera) 😸
And guess what! Their Chief Daniel can sing and handle the rhythm really well!
This is a great place for couples, friends, families with kids as well as solo-visitors.

Our company had the opportunity to dine in at this restaurant in JBR - Dubai. Prior to our visit, I already secured a reservation to their manager Mr. Yohannes Nebyat. He was kind enough to answer my long list of queries, several rescheduling, change of attendees and even made recommendations for our group. He always responds to my emails and his team made sure that we’ll get the best spot upon our arrival. When we got there, we were welcomed with a sweet smile on their faces. Kudos to Ms. Jessa for assisting us all throughout our dining experience. I know she was bustling all night but not once I’ve seen her frown, she always wear a smile. Such a sweet and hard working woman. Those mighty men who served us different kinds of meat won’t go unnoticed - they’re actually fun and friendly. They just keep coming back to you and give you a huge slice of meat until you say no.
Now onto the best part - the dishes!
Aside from 16 different types of meat cuts, Fogueira has a plethora of side dishes to entice your appetite. From different kinds of salad to cheeeeeeeese and crackers, roasted vegetables, fresh salmon, couscous, garlic bread, chicken and cheese balls, sausage,etc. You’ll never run out of food options to entertain your taste buds.
My colleague and I enjoyed the cheese with cranberries. It was a divine treat for cheese lovers! Please don’t forget to have spoonfuls of shrimp salad to start with. It was a top notch I swear.
We’ve tried all types of meat. Everything was perfectly grilled and tender - from lamb chops to chicken up to every bite of beef slices. Ribeye steak is on top of the list that must not be missed when visiting their restaurant. Ask them to cut you a portion of the ribeye with little fat.
And oh, their garlic bread! It was baked to perfection with right amount of butter and garlic and surprisingly with cheese inside! Who wouldn’t say no to that.
And next time please ask for banana with caramelized sugar and cinnamon - what a marvelous sweet. We enjoyed it. Soft deep fried banana with cinnamon and sugar coating dipped in caramel. Yum!
Last but not the least is the roasted pineapple. Who would’ve thought that pineapple would taste way better when roasted and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Oh my! It’s the best way to end the night.
We stayed there for almost 4 hours with non stop meat served on our plate, friendly staff, entertainment plus the fireworks at the balcony. And we have no regrets. Food was amazing, all of the staff were friendly and attentive, ambiance was great too.
We’ll be back for sure! 😊

Loved the view, the food & service! Our staff, was amazing. Clarissa was super nice, the chef came to ask about our advice on the food and the team even asked how we liked the meat. When we said medium rare they made sure to bring us special pieces. I absolutely loved the pinapple. When I told them about our special occasion I was not expecting this! Unique attention with complimentary cake and special hats! We had an amazing time! All the staff was super nice. Loved it!

Amazing quality of food & customer service every single time I come here for dinner! The view from the terrace is the best. My husband usually doesn't like eating beef - but he loved everything we ate lastnight because they prepare & grill everything to perfection!

One of the best meals we have ever had in Dubai. We left the Ramada hotel rolling instead of walking. All the staff were amazing and treated us like family. Special thanks to Saraile - the lady managing the room - and the brazilian fellow that served us all the meat. At the end, they mentioned that our Platinum Card had expired, but all they can to compensate for the discount we lost with free drinks and a smaller discount. We loved it and it's now our favourite Brazilian restaurant in Dubai!
The meat here is insane. Mudassir, David, Jason and team provide great service. The view is breathtaking. We even got pineapple to take home.

The food was amazing as usual, the weather was so perfect with the view over JBR. All the stuff made all effort to keep us comfortable especially Marcos he was very friendly and we did really enjoy the conversation with him. He is a good ambassador for brazilian hospitality
It’s my first time visiting a Brazilian restaurant and it was the best food I ever had and I think I had enough of meat for a whole month.. the staff were lovely and the live music was just amazing I will definitely go back again next month
We normally go to chamas for special occasions but decided to come here as it was local to us.
What a great churrosco experience. The meats were very well seasoned and service was good.
The starters, hot sides and deserts weren’t as good as Chamas but the flavour of the meat was definitely better. When we asked for mash potatoes or fries - they were also happy to accommodate.
My husband also told them it was my birthday and they surprised us with a complimentary cake & birthday song.
We paid 355dhs for the basic package which includes water only. The manager offered us a round of drinks on the house which was a nice touch and we also had an extra coke.
We would definitely come back when we are craving a meat feast.
Parking is free as part of the hotel.

My favorite brazilian churrasco is Dubai although being overpriced. 335 aed per person including water and a single round of soft drinks or juice. We used Entertainer voucher and paid for just one.
What sets it apart from other places is the flavoring of the cuts (you don't have to use sauces to flavor bland cuts) and better cooking (most cuts served medium to medium rare compared to the others serving rare and medium rare at best) and the low number of customers which improves the service to a break neck speed (meat tornado).
They have excellent service, great atmosphere especially the outdoor seating, high quality salads and desserts buffet and overall great experience. We also enjoy the intimate atmosphere and the live band that blends in without being distracting.
The beef and lamb cuts are all great. The Picanha, parmesan crusted cubes, lamb chops and flank steak are out of this world. The prawn and duck offer a bit of variety. The chicken is just ok and I believe it detracts from the experience and should be made better.
The grilled pineapple is extremely juicy and we always end up eating more than our fair share. Make sure to save some place for their Brazilian inspired desserts while the regular desserts can be passed.

From the time of placing our reservation,the lady on the phone was very friendly and accommodating. On our arrival,the hostess get us settled to our table and Munassir,our service attendant was so attentive.refilled our drink when it was becoming low. He had an excellent customer service.regardless hosting big group on the main area where the salad and main course buffet. The meat were mouth watering and selection of grape drinks complemented the meat cuts. Chef came to our table to say hi and gave a bit of description of the meats served.it was a pleasant night for us especially a birthday surprise singing and cake for my dad in law. LIVE music was not loud and you can still have a conversation without shouting to one another. We tried all the churascharria in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and we always come back here for excellent handpicked meat and customer service.They never failed us always consistent. My mother in law wanted to give a rate of 10/10.Thanks for a wonderful experience
This Brazilian BBQ is beyond amazing literally in my point of view. As per my work i travel a lot and have experienced eating in many Brazilian BBQ restaurants even in Brazil in one of the most famous BBQ restaurants there but i can tell that the quality of the meat served here is really superb. Here i say why this restaurant is really nice and the atmosphere is fabulous:

First of all, and most importantly, the service. Impeccable. Couldn't be better. The staff are very well trained, polite, courteous, professional, and friendly. Always smiling ! From the Valet parking all the way up to the restaurant and it was smiles and welcomes. We tried their capirinhas and they've got quite a variety of Brazilian cocktails. The salad bar was good, although it does have the potential to be a little richer like it's competitors, but still the quality and taste of the variety available was great. The cuts of meat, however, are way way better than most of its competitors. You're here for the meats and that's what counts. Very lightly salted, tender prime cuts served by PROFESSIONAL gentlemen that know how to carve and serve, and I must say are very generous. Whether it's regarding drinks or food, this restaurant is a good example of generosity. Although it is a tad pricey, what you get in return matters. Drinks keep on flowing, and the meats keep coming. Never did I feel the need to "ask" for anything, while our lovely waiters wanted us to try everything. Truly a remarkable experience in this restaurant. Easily deserves 5 stars. Keep up the wonderful service and the high quality food !

My review for Fogueira – can a pescatarian like myself eat at a Brazilian steakhouse restaurant? I sure was able to, with the salad bar from the buffet and ordering seafood items, I ended up loving my experience here.
With an already amazing menu, the restaurant has decided to add 5 more different types of meat cuts along with some delicious cocktails for the Brazilian Independence Day coming up on September 7. Be sure to head to the restaurant from September 7 – 9 for the celebrations and live entertainment!
The starters and salad buffet was great to go along with the protein cuts that is served table side. I couldn’t eat the various meats that came to the table so the buffet was a great way to keep myself busy while I waited for the seafood dish to come out of the kitchen.
The buffet consisted of hot and cold dishes which included croquettes, rice with vegetables, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, and various salads like quinoa, sweet potatoes, and kale salad. These are only a few that I listed and I was also interested in the antipasta station that had various delicious olives, mushrooms, and pickled vegetables.
The seafood plate that I recieved had salmon, 3 large prawns, and 3 pieces of cod on top of a bed of mashed potatoes. The salmon was cooked beautifully and it was so juicy. The 3 prawns were grilled and it was wonderful. Finally, the pieces of cod were so tasty and the mashed potatoes went well with it.
The last items that came to the table were the pineapple with cinnamon, and a plate of small dessert bites. The pineapple was absolutely tasty and the cinnamon on it gave the pineapple an extra kick of sweetness.
This restaurant deserves a rating of 5/5.

Everytime my husband had his card turned over to the green side, different cuts of meat came to the table quickly. The servers were on top of their game making sure our drinks were refilled and dirty plates cleared.
The ambience of this restaurant was warm and inviting with dark colours all around. This restaurant is located on the 35th floor of the Ramada Hotel in the Jumeirah Beach residence area. The live entertainment was wonderful and they were singing in Spanish so it made it feel more authentic here.
It is definitely the eat-all-you-can a person desires! They have some really delicious meat servings! Well basted and full of flavour! You even get the trimming of your choice! Their pineapple grill is superb. Grilled just the right bit.
They have a superb spread of salads right from oriental to authentic Brazilian style. We totally enjoy our visits here.
The cocktails are also classy and just right.
Deserts platter is a genuine spread.
Appetisers are loved always!

It was a breezy rather windy evening that we took an outdoor seating towards the lovely Dubai Marina view. With drinks of our choice, the finger food was quite good. On the debut of the infamous meat and the caramelized pineapple, I really had my taste buds savored. Well done and served hot meat, amazing weather with chilly wind really blended well.
The restaurant staff provided us with soft and cozy blankets and ensured to made us feel comfortable throughout out visit.

It is nice for a special occassion with friends or having visitors with us. The food is really nice and the ambience. Also with live music and samba dancers. The only thing which changed and we didn‘t like and make us coming less to this place is that they changed the drinks of alcohol package. You only have a small choice any more and this is quiet sad as the package is quiet expensive.
It's been an absolute pleasure dining here. Amazing ambience, picturesque view, great staff who sincerely helps you and wants to serve you! Last Friday I had gone with my husband for the brunch and it was a great experience. Regarding the drinks, cocktails.... Not much selection. But again when it comes to food, the array of meat that is being served is truly unimaginable! No amount of prep can take away the surprising amount of meat and the cuts served. Just wash these down you would need the free flow of alcohol.I have to comment on two people who made my day.... Ms. Cyrell (thanks for that amazing cocktail that you recommended) and Mr. Hiago from Brazil who would literally run around to serve us. Thanks a lot guys for making the day awesome!
Everything is great about this place. From food variety to service. We used our entertainer voucher and it was well worth it. If we hadn’t then i’d say its a bit overpriced. 5 stars ad will definitely return.

There are only a handful of Brazilian barbecue houses in Dubai and Ramada in JBR contains the best that I have tried so far in Dubai, that being Fogueira. The food and beverage manager is Brazilian and this undoubtedly plays a huge part in the quality of the food that is served at Fogueira. Many restaurants that offer a similar concept, serves meat that are overcooked, dry and tough to eat at as a result, but everything here is the complete opposite. All the meats that I tried were tasty, tender and juicy.

I have been to almost all the unlimited meat Barazilian restaurants, without mentioning names. Fogueira is by far the best of them.. The food was soo good and not fatty unlikr other Barazilian restaurants. Meat wasn't plain l, it had an amazing seasoned taste.. And the grilled pineapple OMG its one of the best.. The staff was not just the best among Barazilian restaurants, they were the best among any restaurant i have been too. They are simply super friendly.
Have been here on 3 occasions- once for my birthday and twice for dinner and I have to say this is one of the best restaurants in Dubai! The food although pricey is absolutely delicious and worth every single penny. The ambience is relaxed and the staff are wonderful!! Not only did they remember us but they were so friendly and courteous and worked hard to accommodate some of our friends dietary needs. This place is a real Dubai gem and I can't wait to go back for another taste!

I was invited to review the restaurant, and as a fellow Brazilian, it was truly a pleasure.
Fogueira is located in such a pretty part of Dubai, and the view from their lounge is so perfect! I could have been there for hours just enjoying all the pretty lights from Dubai Marina.
The restaurant is comfy and totally gives you the vibe of a Brazilian Churrascaria. The live band is so cool! They accept song suggestions and play such Brazilian and Latin classics. I caught myself dancing and singing along many times!! Hahahahaha.
And the food... OMG, the food!! I had a good coxinha after so long!! I almost couldn't believe my taste buds. Hahahahahaha. The beef cuts are perfect and barbecued in coal to perfection. The food buffet has an awesome selection of Brazilian favorites to accompany the meat. I love eating picanha with white rice and vinagrete.
Writing this already made feel lile going back there!
If you are a meat lover, this is the place for you.

As my father in law taught me, you have to take a sip of guarana then take a bite of pao de queijo and enjoy the delicious taste of the meat cuts.
Love the live entertainment there, the dancers are beautiful. The food itself is tasty, the salad options could be better. Comparing to other Brazilian as Chamas and Frevo in Dubai, my favourite still be Frevo in Fairmont.

Went there on a weekday evening for the churassco. The balcony has a great view of the marina. The food was a delight all the meat served fresh off the grill was perfectly cooked and juicy. The starters and the dessert are served on a platter at the table. Side options and other snacks were inside on the buffet table. There was a nice band and some lovely samba dancers on entertainment. Pretty much endless champagne for the next 3 hours, coupled with masses of salads, meats off the skewers, and, my favourite, palm hearts.
We ended up sitting outside the bar, having a few more drinks.
It was a great day out, and we would definitely recommend.
Been here several times, it is one of my favourite restaurants in Dubai. Definitely one for the meat lovers as the waiter keeps bringing you various cuts of meat constantly until you turn the green coaster the other side to red. They have various packages and the drinks are inclusive. The outdoor seating that overlooks the entire marina is definitely a plus. I would absolutely recommend the picanha
I have been here many times and it has been always good experience. Lovely personnel and a very nice atmosphere with the live band. Large variety of meat cut and for this time we had also grilled shrimps.
We have been served by Tahseen a very nice guy who made us feel very special.
The Restaurant is faultless. The view, service, meat cut and entertainment all are amazing. However it is a bit pricey, but with entertainer coupon it will be fine.

We've just had an amazing experience at Fogueira. From online booking, to the reception, food quality and services, we were impressed. All covered. Thank you all, Angela, Junior. I'm looking forward to visit the restaurant soon again.

Fogueira is a Brazilian style steak restaurant located in the Ramada Hotel in Dubai Marina!
We went there last Monday to try their dinner!
Getting there wasn't so convenient, the lobby entrance is located in a parking lot, and there are no clear signs on how to get to the valet or where to park, which made our start to dinner a bit murky..
However, the staff greeted us very nicely and were kind enough to explain the menu, how the restaurant operates and take our drink order! They also kept checking up on us every once in a while to make sure we were enjoying our food!
The style of Fogueira is as follows:
You have an open appetiser and salad bar which you can fill up with as you please.
You also receive a Green/Red card to place on your table facing green if you want more food and red if you want a break!
They serve 15 different types of meat cuts, Chicken (Heart, wings, medallion, drumsticks, medallion with beef bacon), Lamb (legs, chops, medallion), beef ( tenderloin, rib-eye, flank steak, sirloin, tri-tips, rump cap, beef medallion with beef bacon)! You also get a plate of appetisers straight to your table with fried bananas, garlic bread, cheese and potatoes!
My favourites were the lamb chips, beef medallions, tenderloin and sirloin! With these types of restaurants, service is key and staff were always ready and on point!
You also get pineapple with cinnamon to cleanse your palette and help digest!
There is also a live band playing and samba dancers that add a lively touch to the restaurant that play after 9pm from Monday-Thursday! they also have a beautiful outside terrace with a wonderful view of the marina!!
I wish the menu came with some dessert at the end though!

The place is amazing, the views from the outside are the best I have seen of the Marina so far. The meat is just too good. Recommend it 200%
