Then it hit: this place is in easy access wherever you’re in Dubai as it it centrally located between downtown and DIFC. I ordered vegan japache noodles and they were not very flavorful. We also ordered a chicken teryaki but the chicken was alarmingly orange and the noodles weren’t juicy. Disappointing because normally the food from Asian 5 is delicious and I never have any complaints. They also promised to package food in Compostable boxes but I received mine in plastic.

Perfect family evening we spent at @asian5uae in burjuman mall . <br/>Delicious Asian food and kids friendly atmosphere. We had Pekin duck, Pai Tai nodules and Sweet and Sour Chicken. All tasted fantastic! Jasmin tea with mango dessert was just right. Kids friendly. Prices are affordable. is defenetely a place I recommend to visit.

Teriyaki chicken was undercooked. Bland, tasteless, noodles dry and unseasoned. Will never order from here again.

While walking in hungry stomach after a hectic day, I looked at @asian5uae with a lot of hope and gratefully they turnout amazing we order chowmein and soup 🍲. Food was so delicious. Location back side of DIFC

Brought an old, dry Peking duck. Definitely not cooked the same day. I complained but they refused to acknowledge the mistake, claiming “that was the way they cook this particular dish.” Total joke.

I love Asian food! Somehow Asian5 slipped into my instafeed as fellow bloggers shared their amazing food photos and it was a restaurant that I knew I wanted to visit. Time and again, with different groups of friends I would suggest we go, but somehow it never made the shortlist. That was until this weekend!!! Situated in Downtown (near RODA Murooj) the location was perfect middle ground (distance-wise) for my friend and I who were catching up after a while.

Visited you last night and what a gastronomic delight it was! Loved the Laksa, Grilled Teryaki chicken and Satay. The Pandan Milkshake is a Must try! Rose was lovely and made sure to make us feel welcome. So flavourful and so fresh. This is my favourite restaurant in Dubai - the food is amazing and I have never been disappointed with any items on the menu. In addition, the staff are very friendly and welcoming - Rose and Maria always provide great service. The Nasi Goreng and Thai iced tea are absolutely incredible.

I can still taste the authentic asian flavors! I've always been a fan of Pad Thai and Green thai chicken curry and man, you gotta try this for yourself. Real talk! 👌 Great location and a nice ambiance, not to mention their very friendly and accommodating crew (esp Maria & Rose). You guys are awesome. Keep it up! It was a great and prompt service from very happy staff (Hari, Lin, Rose and Maria) and the menu was so good, the food were so fresh, all delicious and perfectly cooked. Vietnamese spring roll, Gyoza, Rendang, house special Fried Chicken and Fried banana with pandan ice cream is a must! A huge compliments to the Chefs :)<br/><br/>If you love asian food then you gotta try this restaurant.

We had the Peking Duck, Som Tam and Pandan Ice Cream - all were delicious and portions were just nice! the Pandan ice cream is worth a try - so good! Staff were super friendly and attentive - can’t wait to come back and try more items!

Had been on the to -go list for the longest time. Super friendly staff. Very laid back, calm ambience.Can spend hours here playing one of the board games or reading a book.The spouse attested to the taste of the veg-egg Chowmein. Very good apparently.So all of the Thai dishes were off-limits to us as it contained fish sauce.Such a bummer! I guess their curry base is pre-made but honestly they are limiting the options that return customers can try.Pls include a gluten-free sign on the menu as the staff didn't seem to know whether your Soba noodles were regular wheat noodles or buckwheat ones. Taste-wise everything we ordered was above-average to good.

If your are looking to try a mix different Asian cuisine, then this the place to be. <br/>The ambiance is funky with wall spray paintings, benches and outdoor seatings. They have board games and books to read. I liked the vibe around. #cool. <br/>The staff were best. They have a tab to see how and what’s in the dishes. Good service and very cheerful people. <br/>Since I wanted to try different Asian cuisine, we ordered a dish from each cuisine. I liked the Thai dish which had cashew and chicken. The noodle was average, not so impressive in taste. The rest was good. I was delighted with this experience. <br/>The prices for the dishes were reasonable. <br/>Overall definitely worth the try. Love this place. I was regular visitor at their branch in DAFZA as I worked nearby, so I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they also had a branch in downtown. Great quality food at a very reasonable price.

How many times have you entered a restaurant 30 minutes before the closing time and were still welcomed with warm smile. Our server Vijay was a star. He was polite, warm, friendly it was 4 of us and he suggested what item from the menu would be best for each of us. Their portion size is superb. The food is delicious. It's a small restaurant tucked in between residential area of Downton. If you still wondering should you go here??? Yes dammit hell yeaaa. Good food, amazing portion size, warm and polite staff what else do u want. Asian 5 i'll be back to try the duck.

We visited today for the first time. Food was amazing, great taste and good portion can be easily shared between two ppl. Wonder how I missed this restaurant till now, will definitely keep visiting.. And most important the service was quick and staff were very friendly.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who is a fan and she was right! I have been here 3x and have always had the laksa - authentic taste, great quality and for the price they give a good portion. The staff are always around and eager to help. I like their homemade ice creams too and their starters - somai and gyoza. I just wish the boardgames are taken care of or updated and sometimes the top floor does get very hot - weak AC.

I just found this place recently as we shifted our place near by. Small place, but cozy, clean, with friendly staff. On top of that, they have delicious foods. They offer very familiar menu of Asian street foods. Love their beef pho, garlic stir fry kangkong, and Laksa. Yummy! My family and friends fall in love with this place too. We will come back soon to try other dishes.

It's a fantastic place to enjoy asian delicacies. I recommend bakmi and chowmein for all the noodle lovers. The pho soup and the shumai are a must before jumping onto further items . <br/>The service has always been welcoming and cheerful.

Love the food, we were in group had Pad Thai, Chicken Teriyaki noodle (da best), Nasi Goreng, Beef Pho, Gyoza, Dimsum - all are delicious. The deserts Banana wonton with ice cream (try with pandan ice cream instead of coconut - is yummy) and Mango sticky rice are lovely. The drinks Lemongrass Ice tea, Thai ice tea ( The best ), Hibiscus are affordable. If they offer you the salad at AED 3 instead of AED 7 if you take the main course, take it. The salad is not heavy and quite yummy. Overall price affordable. Location is good, plenty of car parks across the restaurant. The staff service is also good - food came fast and quite flexible when i wanted to change to pandan ice cream instead of coconut with banana wonton. We could use entertainer vouchers and Platinum cards here.

I've been to Asian5 a couple of times now and it still stands as my favourite restaurant in Dubai. The food is always delicious and full of flavour, and the portions are great for the price.<br/><br/>The Laksa is super rich and spicy and is my favourite dish from the menu. The noodles are never overcooked like I find in most noodle soups, the prawns and tofu are always cooked perfectly and I find the soup to be comforting and extremely tasty.<br/><br/>I initially found Asian5 on a hunt for Vietnamese Pho and this was THE place. A simple dish that you can elevate with sriracha, Asian5's Pho is pretty great and just what I needed.<br/><br/>I've never had a bad experience while dining at Asian5 and I will definitely be going back for more and will have to try every dish on the menu.

Quaint little place ,casual decor mix of all sorts of south Asian dishes. We tried the nasi goreng which was a really good portion, gyozas were yummy and flavorful. Laksa was ok a little too creamy for my liking. Love the promotion of healthy salads and vegan food. Homemade coconut and pandan ice cream to end the meal was light and left a good taste to finish

One of the best customer service which done by LIN our waitress for today lunch. Actually the Soup today wasn’t good as usual and Lin offered to change it and it happened again and she still keep her smile and showing empathy with our feelings. Really it was amazing experience thank u LIN

Been there with 2 of my friends for late lunch on Thursday. To be honest me and my friends are bit concern about how’s the food that they are going to be serve to us. But we were all shocked and blown our mind away after the food arrived to our table and we took first bite of our dishes. The food was INSANELY DELICIOUS. We had Pad Thai, Laksa curry, Fried Kangkong and Tofu. The taste of the food was so authentic and definitely it’s gonna be our next favorite place to go and spoil my yummy. <br/><br/>Not forget to mention their Thai Ice Tea too #heavenlymouthwatering <br/><br/>Great job guys!!!

Asian5 is a restaurant franchise which includes dishes from Thailand, China, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia in its menu. There’s something for everyone including vegetarians and vegans. In fact, there’s an extensive vegan section including red curry and laksa. The interior of Asian5’s Downtown Dubai branch (the original) is clean-cut and modern and will not look dissimilar to diners who have recently visited Wagamama (no connection). The kitchen is on the ground floor and can be looked into through a glass display. There is an outdoor seating area which is still usable although noisy. The main dining area is on the first floor.

Had some Pad Thai from Asian5 delivered via UberEats. I must say, it’s one of the best Pad thai noodles I’ve had in Dubai. It was flavourful and has the right amount of spice (which is good for me as I am not a fan of spicy food).

An absolutely delicious asian meal. We had recently ordered for the first time from Asian5 for dinner. We tried the Nasi Goreng and Laksa. The food was delivered hot and fresh. Though the Nasi Goreng was a little disappointing, the Laksa was very palatable and one of the bests I’ve ever had.

A great place to try Asian cuisine! The food is delicious. Asian5 must be visited during the Food Festival as it is a venue which is one of the hidden gems. I visited the restaurant during food festival, they had a combo meal of just 35 dhs which included an appetizer, main course & a drink! <br/>A great experience & this place is highly recommended for a hangout spot with a group of close friends.

Asian5 is a family favorite of ours owing to their amazing pad thai and green curry. We also like their siomai dumplings. Their dinein spot is usually quiet and easy. The takeaways have been spot on.

Monday is BOGO Burger night. Ordered the teriyaki burger and the prawn burger. The teriyaki burger tasted like a sandwich made with leftover steak. However, I almost fell off my chair after biting into the prawn burger - it was splendid!! Next time I will just order both prawn burgers, and not share with my wife! 😝

This is the best place to eat asian food in Dubai, I have recommended this place to all my friends, Great ambiance too.. Their Schezwan Chicken is something everyone should try.

In Main course, we placed an order for Nasi Goreng which was cooked in authentic Indonesian style - generous quantity. We also had Singaporean Laksa which was the highlight of our meal - flavorful and tasted absolutely delish 🤤😋 <br/><br/>Service and staff are good. Pocket - friendly spot 🤑👍🏻<br/><br/>Will definitely visit this place more often ❤️

Planned a mini reunion here and it was definitely a great decision! <br/><br/>We tried the Sweet potato fries, Shumai, Spring Rolls, Vegan Laksa and Pad Thai, along with Hibiscus Iced tea. <br/><br/>Actually enjoyed each and every dish but the hibiscus iced tea has made a very special place in my heart. It was so refreshing, delicious and didn’t have that artificial flavour of hibiscus! <br/><br/>The ambience is nice and being located in such a prime location with outdoor seating really helps with that. Our server was polite and super helpful with moving around 2-3 tables to accommodate all of us. I’m definitely going back soon!

I have visited this place more than 6 times in the past 4 months. Amazing menu to try out and the prices are really great. Lots of variety in the menu. The staff are really friendly and the service is super quick! <br/><br/>My personal favorite is the Schezwan Chicken Main Bowl and the Thai Green Curry Chicken! Makes me want to come and grab one right now!!!

I love Asian cuisine - it's so rich and abundant with robust flavours and have so much to offer. We tried Tom Yum Soup, Nasi Goreng, Laksa, Cashew Chicken and Mango sticky rice. Tom Yum Soup and Mango Sticky Rice was a disappointment - wasn't true to the authentic flavours of the dish, also there was something very off about the sticky rice and didn't soak the coconut milk sauce in. Nasi Goreng and Laksa was a delight, rightly flavoured and textured. Cashew chicken was quite good too (you can't go wrong with this dish honestly) The outdoor seating is lovely and we preferred dining there and the servers were friendly and courteous but service was frustratingly slow.

Come to Asian5 if you want a flavourful meal or consider ordering online given that they prioritise that. We loved the Laksa, the Nasi Goreng and Cashew Chicken were good, Tom Yum and Mango sticky rice were ok.<br/>The ambience is very relaxed. However, given the heavy online demand that they experience perhaps a few more hands should be added to the staff, the service was friendly and courteous but slow.

We visited for a very late lunch and were starving but thankfully the service was fast! I like the concept of 5 types of Asian cuisine and was very tempted to order one dish from each cuisine. <br/><br/>We still ended up ordering 4 out of 5! Thai Green Curry, Indonesian Prawn Nasi Goreng, Chinese Szechuan Beef and Singpore Hokkien Mee. <br/><br/>The food was delicious and filling but not to the point where we were ugly full. We also ordered Crispy Calamari as a starter,  Sticky Mango Rice for dessert and a coconut water to drink.

Came to Asian5 for dinner on a Thursday evening, what a lovely start to the weekend! Love this place. The food, the service and the ambience was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly staff with a great focus on the quality, authenticity and freshness of their food. <br/><br/>The best part of it all were the new vegan options! I had the vegan laksa which was the perfect balance of texture, flavour and spice and the sweet sticky rice with mango for dessert was simply delicious. <br/><br/>Overall, amazing and I have to say one of the best Asian restaurants in Dubai. I'll definitely be back for more :-)

The idea of serving 5 asian cuizines is intriguing. So we decided to visit the branch in Al Murooj. The interior is quite cosy. Out of 5 cuisines, we tried Indonesian- Nasi Goreng, Vietnamese - Cha Gio spring roll, and Singaporean noodle soup Laksa. Laksa was too heavy and thick soup which I didnt finish. But if you love coconut base soup you might like laksa. The quantity is sufficient and good enough for sharing. if you enjoy street food then asian5 is your place. But service is slow, lack of attention in the upper section so it's better to seat on ground floor.

Asian cuisine is really picking up and with a restaurant like this that has priced it's most delicious dishes so low, it totally deserves more! Dishes representing 5 countries, you get a taste of 5 different cuisines under one roof.<br/><br/>We had two drinks - Hibiscus Iced Tea & Lemongrass Iced Tea. Refreshing to say the least.<br/><br/>As we did not have the appetite to try all the 5 types, we tried three which were Thai, Indonesian, and Chinese.<br/><br/>Thai had to be with Tom Yum Soup. Decided to have a veg version as I would be anyway having meat otherwise. Delicious, perfectly made.<br/><br/>Indonesian cuisine is a bit unique so after suggestions, tried Rendang (Beef). Served with white rice, it's a dry curry made with coconut milk. It's pretty good.<br/><br/>Chinese needed two, for sure. We had Gyoza and Szechwan. Gyoza was a bit plain but healthy enough. The Szechwan was a chicken dish with rice. Not your usual, but authentic Szechwan. As a side, we also had Cauliflower rice. Something I've never tried before.<br/><br/>We ended the meal with Jelly Trio & Fried Banana Wontons. Don't eat anything else for dessert, ONLY this!<br/><br/>Hari was a wonderful, very humble host. All thanks to him for such wonderful suggestions.

There are very few places in Dubai serving good vegan food, and when we heard about Asian 5's vegan menu we just had to try it out. <br/>They've got great food, quirky interiors, a calm outdoor seating, and a huge shoutout to their incredibly friendly, helpful staff!<br/><br/>Drinks: <br/>Hibiscus iced tea: One of the tastiest drinks we've had. Something so different and refreshing, a definite must try!<br/>Lemongrass iced tea: Certainly something I'd recommend with an Asian meal, it just fits perfectly, and was quite soothing!<br/>Lemon iced tea: Just the regular iced tea, nothing out of the ordinary. Can give it a miss.<br/>Appetisers:We only had their vegetable skewers for appetisers and were disappointed. The chutney is was served with was delicious but other than that it was just a plate of boiled vegetables on skewers. <br/><br/>Main course:Here comes our favourite part! We fell in love with every single dish we tried here, and would 100% visit again simply for this. <br/><br/>Vegan Laksa: A noodle soup, cooked to perfection and a perfect dish for all those looking to divulge in something spicy! This dish burts with flavour with every bite and we just couldn't get enough of it. MUST try for everyone.<br/>Sweet potato curry: It was the first time I tried a sweet potato curry and I loved every bite of it. Pair it with some jasmine rice, it tastes wonderful. The sweetness of the sweet potato does not overpower the spiciness of the curry, giving it a spicy-sweet touch at the same time. MUST try again.<br/>We cannot wait to dine at Asian 5 again and while I want to eat the laksa and the sweet potato curry again, I'd also like to try some more of their dishes. Oh the confusion!

Really enjoyed the authentic flavors on show at Asian 5. The food hit all the right notes, everything I had from the seaweed to dynamite prawns to the rendang curry was superb. Can't fault the quality and the ambience and service was also great. I will definitely return and maybe even order a home delivery next time!

Authentic five asian cuisine from 5 different country (China, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam). Form in perfection from one awesome restaurant. They even have a Vegan optiin for our lovely Vegan friends. I can say that i was mesmerized with their vegetarian option. Didn't honestly expecting that i will love their Kangkong with sambal and Colliflower rice. Their wow Peking Duck is a must try for the non vegetarian ones. The iced tea are all unique taste but all nice. The service is also wow. Big thumbs up!!!<br/>

Woo wow wow, totally amazed at the service from this little place with a big heart, from the minute I stepped in, the warm welcome and a friendly chat while I was going through my menu. Now this is what customer service is. Now let’s shift to another outstanding thing, on Mondays after 6 it’s 2 for 1 on burgers, and its not just a lousy burger(special) but a really well and freshly prepared burger. I had never heard of a prawn burger, so this was an adventure and experience for me. To say that I was blown away is an understatement, the food in this place is amazing. The taste, freshness, presentation and the service is just out of this world. These guys make magic. To top it all of, the dessert, had banana, cashews, ice cream and caramel, my word, one can spend the whole evening there. Bravo guys, u have earned yourself a loyal customer in me.

My wife was craving for Laksa soup and we ended up in this hidden gem. I have to admit it, I was surprised, everything beyond my expectations. Staff was outstanding, very attentive, incredibly polite & friendly.<br/>Let’s talk about food :): we got one Laksa soup, one Hokkien Mee, Shu Mai (shrimps) and Fried Banana with coconut ice cream.<br/>Presentation was really good and portions were huge! I haven’t tried the Laksa soup since I can’t eat spicy but my wife (Asian) said it was the best she had in town so far. <br/>The Shu Mai were delicious, didn’t fall heavy on my stomach at all and the Hokkien Mee was indeed beyond my expectations. I’m used to eat Pad Thai and was willing to try it there but my wife convinced me to try that Singaporean dish and.. yes, her advise was definitely good!<br/>The dessert was delicious, I said goodbye to my diet and decided to please myself with it 😅.<br/>What to say about the price?! Well, we ate all this at a very very very reasonable price. <br/>We loved it and for sure we will come back again and we highly recommend it! Enjoy!

So good to know that all my 5 asian favorites are served in one roof. Tasted 1 specialty from each menu and good thing all<br/>Of them did not dis appoint. Loved the balance of flavors in Singapore laksa and spicy Nasi Goreng. Banh mi is delicious but i feel it lacks that creamy liver if you compare to the authentic one. The interiors are beautiful. And staff were friendly and very accomodating.

This resturant offer 5 cuisines, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Singaporian and Indonesian hence ASIA5 :) !<br/><br/>Last time we ordered Chicken dim sum and prawn crackers (you just shouldnd miss them) for appetizers and chicken chowmen and another Chinese dish for main course. This type I repeated my order, ordering chicken chowmine which on request they made spicy and my husband ordered beef black pepper. And all the dishes before and this time tasted like heaven!!! I highly recommend place for asian food!<br/><br/>Their staff is efficient, very courteous and well mannered.<br/><br/>Resturant is a double storey, small place but has ample seating space. plus outdoor seating.<br/><br/>The only one thing that i didn't like at all (which is stopping me from giving them a 5) were the seats. They either have metal chairs or wodden slabs to sit on which are really uncomfortable. I would suggest to add cushioning to the wooden slabs upstairs and to please get some better chairs. Because there are people with back bone issue and they really need to sit properly in a comfortable position.

One of the best cheap asian restos in DXB. Laksa, beef rendang, siomai (esp when fried), etc. Only thing missing is the milk tea. Staff are very welcoming and resto is actually kind of cool too (ig worthy).😊

Singaporean noodles were fantastic with just the perfect kick from the chili and good tasting prawns. The prawn dumplings were also lovely and each one was a mouthful!

Wow !! a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Dubai! small restaurant with outside seating as well. very cosy indeed. the food was so tasty... Asian food with variety of Singapore Thai Malaysia m Vietnam.. at such a decent price. my new fave place !

Long term Bur Dubai dwellers may remember Wok Inn and Wok It - 2 excellent long closed Asian restaurants which combined South East Asian cuisines like Indonesian and Thai in a delicious and affordable manner. <br/><br/>The memories of those gems were brought back to me this weekend when I paid my first visit to Asian5 - a place that covers the cuisines of 5 SE Asian countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and China).  <br/><br/>A concept from the owners of the Lemongrass chain of restaurants, these guys don't mess around when it comes to food, flavour and ambience.  Nothing is done lazily here and the venue itself doubles perfectly as a workspace with desks ideal for sitting on your laptop post-meal with a vietmanese style iced coffee!<br/><br/>We started with tasty deep fried Siao Mai dumplings and spicy fresh Som Tam papaya salad.  <br/><br/>Our main of the creamy yet spicy laksa soup was delicious, so were the chow mein noodles with that wok-burnt taste.  We also had chicken in black pepper sauce, which had a great kick of heat and comes with rice too.  <br/><br/>Although we haven't tried it yet, it was great to see the famous Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwich make it's debut in Dubai (not seen it anywhere else at least!).<br/><br/>Their home-made pandan and coconut ice cream and crispy banana won-tons are a lovely way to finish your meal.<br/><br/>As you'll see on Zomato the prices are great, almost what you'd expect to pay after using an Entertainer voucher (without the need to use one!).<br/><br/>If tasty affordable South East Asian food is your thing, I'd definitely recommend a visit to Asian5.

Ever since I went to Indonesia, I fell in love with Nasi Goreng and have been searching for a place in Dubai that makes it the same way. I have not had luck, until I came across Asian5 restaurant. The moment I smelled it, I knew it was going to be good. As soon as I bit into it, I got flashbacks of being by the beach in Bali and just enjoying soothing tropical music, great weather, and a Bintang (local Balinese beer). Honestly, this was hands down the best Nasi Goreng I have ever had in Dubai. It was at the right level of spicy, the serving size was huge, the chicken satays were good too and the peanut sauce that comes with them was very nice. Delivery was quick and the food arrived hot as if it had just come off the stove. Overall, I had a very good experience here and I am going to try a new dish from them today to see how it is. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is in search of good Asian food, and most especially if you're in the market for some kick ass Nasi Goreng! :)
