مطعم 🍴 شامي واضح من نوعيه الاكل والديكورات يفتح 24 ساعه جميع الطلبات فطور ، غداء ، عشاء موجوده وفيه توصيل للشقق والفنادق القريبه وهذه ميزه راهين في السلطات والمقبلات الاكل رائع ولكن بعضه بارد خصوصا اللحوم لا انصح اختيار اي لحم 🍖 ، واضح انهم يسخنون اكلهم لانه نظام 24 ساعه وسرعه التجهيز. يوجد قسمين عزاب وعوائل في الدور الثاني ووجود كبائن لخصوصيه العوائل وهو افضل شئ عندهم ،، الاسعار غاليه لحدا ما الطلبات حسب صوره الفاتوره 203 درهم في مثل هذه الطلبات بالسعوديه تكون في حدود 130 ريال ، نقصت نجمه. لأن الاكل بارد وسعره غالي

This is one the best restaurant serving the Arabic Shawarma. Their Homous and Pita Bread is the best. The place is usually crowded during the weekend. But its worth the wait for the some goof food.

First time I order Grill from this restaurant..its really bad quality...Grill was not fresh...staff handling complain like they don't care...postion look like full of vegetables...what I am trying to say is totally horrible.....plz check the photo....price for this plate...AED 112...

We went to this lovely place today. It's a Syrian restaurant first established in 1978.The quality of the food is 5 star 👏🏻👏🏻 I must congratulate them for the high quality and tasty meals. Everything was fresh and tasty. I'm pretty sure if you go there once it will be your hangout place. All meals were full of yummy flavors . Perfect management 👏🏻👏🏻 always around to check if everything is fine. Professional chef 👍🏻👏🏻 big menu with lots of options. Fresh meat, chicken and seafood. Grilled or fried, they have meals for all tastes. Very nice mixed grills👏🏻 perfect grilled fish with their chef's special sauce . Crispy falafel . Fresh salads. Perfect appetizers👏🏻 fresh juices . Nice desserts 👏🏻👍🏻🌺😍 nice ambiance . You can sit upstairs family area private with curtains or downstairs and outside as well. One of the good Lebanese restaurant in the area. Located next to our very famous Bait Al Mandi. Freshly baked read with hummus is mind blowing. Their grills items are must try. Family friendly and good ambience.<br/>

Finally we planned to try al shami. Found many variety options. Ordered for brain samdwich,chicken sandwich and mexican shawarma. They have amazing tea. Food is good.

the cashier was very rude, he was dissapointed that I wanted only 1 shawarma which I wanted to go, he made ugly faces and spoke about me to his colleagues in Arabic in  a condescending way. Never going back there again. reeks of racism

Falafel wrap is good . Falafel is also well made . Chicken wrap is average , chicken needs to be further grilled .<br/>Garlic dip n the pickles go well. <br/>Happy eating

This was our third visit to this place with family . Nice place to enjoy Arabic food . We had hummus , cheese manakish , zaatar manakish , falafel sandwich, cocktail. Everything was fantastic. The hot pita bread served here tastes very good with the hummus . The staff was very good and the ambience was very nice too . They do have outdoor seating area to enjoy the meal during winters . RTA parking is available but might have to struggle on weekends to find one .

One of the best Arabic restaurants I’ve ever been to ... the service was outstanding and the food was delicious . Would definitely recommend this restaurant . <br/>

The lamb cubes were chewy and not as good.<br/>Shish tawook was alright but not amazing<br/><br/>The main surprise was that the shrimp pasta was not even pasta. It was saucy noodles with boiled shrimp. We told the waiter and he just said you got what you ordered.<br/><br/>There are some common communication issues with the staff<br/><br/>The cheesecake was tasty with the flavour and sauce but the cake portion was more like a pudding rather than a cheese cake.<br/><br/>Overall the experience was decent but there are comparatively better restaurants out there.

Little slow service but super friendly staff. Great for office lunches and dinners as the interior is great. The dishes on the menu is little expensive and the quantity is less.

Shami serves the best fresh heart shaped felafels. We went here yesterday for dinner and ordered the Beiruti Hummus, felafel plate, chicken grill (for a friend who eats non veg), cheese bread and chilli garlic sauce plate. We were served with fresh salad before the food came. The felafel plate was served within 5 minutes of order, they were hot and tasty. The hummus was also a good proportion and the pita bread was served hot. It is a great option for good Lebanese food with veg options. The service staff was friendly and quick. The only drawback which my friends told me about was the price of the food. Apparently it is 30% lower, when you do a takeaway or delivery as compared to eating in. I still have to verify this. Overall, good experience. It is a busy area so parking maybe an issue on weekends.<br/><br/>⭐️Yummy Felafel served with tahina and salad

Enjoyed Iftar yesterday. This is a restaurant that serves Arabic cuisine. We were 6 people and given a good table.<br/>The buffet was a reasonable speed. However what I liked more was the bite sized servings of salads ( mutable, fattoush) and hummus, which ensured that you tried everything without over eating.<br/>The service though was superb. Top class.<br/>Despite being a buffet the server regularly brought fruits, sweets, chops etc. To the table.<br/>Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the evening.

We have been here many times. Our place to go when our kids want to have Arabic food. We love the chicken arais and the kebabs and shawarma are good too.

Wanna try mutton & chicken combo with various flavors and texture Al Shami is an place to explore.<br/>I tried button brain and chicken kebab with meat hummus awesome taste and excellent experience to have arabic taste.<br/>

Flavoursome Lebanese dishes. Had ordered yummy Baba ganoush, hummus, kuboos, pita bread, chicken bbq, Fatoush and Tabbouleh. To finish off the meal,had muhalabiya and kunafeh. Suleiman tea was complimentary. Very friendly staff and a good ambience !

This is a good lebanese restaurant in this neighborhood <br/>Place is spacious and pretty neat.Their menu looks pretty extensive ,but I doubt whether they have all those dishes displayed. Service was quick and staffs were attentive as well . Portions were also big enough. We had 2 appetizer platter and one kg mix grill which was more than enough for 7 adults . Ordered one fatteh too, but was too much sour. Otherwise definitely would recommend for their quality and quantity of food

When in Dubai you gotta try this place. It has the best lebense this place can offer with amazingly large portion sizes. The pita bread and hummus platters are really tasty . It's best to sit out in pleasant weather and enjoy the meal with really friendly staff<br/><br/><br/>

First time in my life, i tried an authentic lebanese cuisine, they gave a nice big plate of green salad complimentry, we ordered a lot of things but i cant happen to recall what dish was called what, but we got humus, chicken seekh, mutton seekh, zatar, some kind of pizza and few other stuff.<br/><br/>The staff although not fluent in english, still made a lot of effort to make us understand what was what, we chose the outside tables to sit, the wether was nice and service was good.<br/><br/>The taste was a mixed bag, although some items were delicious, but some were just about ok, or may be i am not used to the taste of this cuisine, not sure what was what but full marks to the effort.<br/><br/>Taste:5/10<br/>Ambience:8/10<br/>Service:8/10<br/>Value for Money:6.5/10

It had nicely shaped meat kababs over a hint of dressing.

Favorite Shawarma of all time. Their staffs are also very friendly and accommodating to special requests. I just hope they have more people who can speak and understand English well.✌🏻😘 They are mostly Arabic Speakers and they find it difficult to get my order right.

We tried this place after hearing about it from quite a few friends....juices are great and so are their pastries but they could try a little harder on their service ...overall fair experience but a few low points...would recommend for a cheap arabic meal

The absolute worse service I have come across in a very long time. We were trying to understand the portions and their pricing. As the waiter was not helpful, we requested for the manager. The manager made everything verse. He was the most egoistic person I have seen in the service industry.

Good food , well priced , great service, huge menu selection, all in all a good experience. Lunch bill of 200 for 5 people . Enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Will visit again

Best Fatayer in town ..only ..they used to be better restaurant before ..<br/><br/>Thier daily dish was never my favourite and I returned the dish I ordered because I could not eat it ( cousa bel laban) laban was like water ,cousa was thick in the edges<br/>The starters hummus was like it was taken from a can<br/>Kabab hendi was good<br/>Lamb brain was little smelly..I did not enjoy it<br/><br/>I will not dine again in this restaurant..will stick with Fatayer<br/>

Its weekend in dubai and this weekend i was craving for lebanese food,there are lotss of lebanese restaurant in dubai but top on my list is Al shami at muraqqabat...when i opnd the menu i was very confused...started wid fattoush and olives i ordered,<br/>🌟Tabouleh-arabic salad with cucumber spinach n tomatoes which was so damn awesome.<br/>🌟Hummus with meat cubes-a different kind of lebanese dish with boneless lamb meat cubes.<br/>🌟Falafel-Al shami have one of the best falafels in dubai wid garlic sauce and mayo it was delightful.<br/>🌟Grilled hamour-one of my favourite fish grilled so well wid tomato sauce.<br/>🌟Orange juice wid pulp was a cherry on the cake.<br/><br/>Beautiful ambience,the staff are very friendly and service is super fast,there is lots of interaction between staff and customers which makes everyone feel completely taken care of.<br/><br/>

Al Shami has been one of our oldest Lebanese food eatouts as long as i can imagine...<br/>.<br/>.<br/>My father absolutely loved their fresh served Hot puffed Khubz, Vinegar Salad, Hummus & grills...Shawermas too 😅...A busy resturant with all authentic Lebanese food servings at its best...<br/>.<br/>.<br/>Prices are not cheap nor expensive & ok to accept...Staff is courteous, helpful & makes u feel well looked after...Love Al Shami resturant always...💕

Me and my husbans decided to dine in here the second time. things that i love is you can feel the ramadan vibes in this restaurant also their interior is very syrian style. Went there to have dinner, ordered chicken broasted and chicken shawarma. Both arrived pretty fast and they were tasty. The garlic mayo used is so good. Highly recommending this place.

Such a very bad experienced in this restaurant i took order for take away and its just a chicken in machine yes its a chicken roast on a machine and took more than 30minutes and yes i post a photo because all staff is just watching a television a football match as i place my order the order taker says to me it may not take 5minutes to prepare so i pay by card and he gets it. But then it was a surprise that i paid my bill and im standing along the street to wait for my take away oder and such a hilarious experience to all staff they just standing and watching televisin i follow up my order coz it take more than 30minutes if i not follow up no one will give it to me coz all of them is busy watching i don’t know what kind of customer service to trained for all your staff. Never ever order again and never suggesting to dine in or even take away and delivery.

been here for dinner it was our second visit.<br/>ordered chicken Shawarma, Mutabbal with some extra pomegranate, then mix grill. Food was good I'll score 3.5/5 and the service 3/5. at times you need to wait for the waiter to come and attend you though there are no much customers.

When in Dubai we had to try authentic Lebanese cuisine!! We headed to al shami one afternoon for lunch.. hands down the falafels here were the best I have had in my life!!! They were so so delicious!! Crisp outside and soft and delicious inside!! <br/><br/>We are vegetarians so the options were quite limited for us.. we had the falafels, hummus, garlic sauce, salad and hot bread! <br/><br/>Like I said falafels were delicious!! Hot bread were freshly made! Hummus was alright.. garlic sauce was good too.. the falafels, hot bread and garlic sauce tasted superb together!! This was also my first experience with Lebanese thus didn't know what else we could have tried but overall quite happy with the meal! <br/><br/>In the end we were served this lovely honey tea!! Such a sweet gesture! But yes the show stealer were the falafels.. loved them so much than wanted to bring some back to India! Would love to visit the place again only for the falafels! <br/><br/>The restaurant is quite modest.. ambience was very very basic.. our servers were not very comfortable with English thus it was slightly difficult to communicate.. we couldn't even take recommendations from them! Would have preferred if there was someone who understood our language and recommended us more vegetarian options!

I'm very disapponted with the staff and also the manager of this Restaurant, We dine here together with my friend, bcoz of the famous mazbi and our favorite nutella banana crepe. Our server maybe around 4 times going back in our table to repeat our order looks<br/>like he don't know what his doing. Mazbi chicken served as what I expected its delicious and the presentation is good. But our favorite "Nutella" banana, makes me sad, last time we ate here the presentation is good there is pistacio on the side of the crepe even the chocolate sauce that they put is the real nutella, but this time, they served it like we eat in a normal cafeteria, and the chocolate sauce, they keep on insisting that this is nutella, and the manager said they dont have standard in their restaurant, (as fas as i iknow, every rest. need to have their own standard, but the manager of this resto proudly tell the truth that they dont have) bravo!👏🏼👏🏼 so the picture in the menu, dont expect that, thats the same foods that will served it to you) The taste and the color looks and taste like its melted milk chocolate. (Ofcoure we know the taste of nutella, with hazelnut) when we leave the restaurant they didn't bid goodbye and thankyou instead they look at us and chatting with each other, looks like they talking about us. by the way, we're working also in food industry.☺️

Authentic Arabic cuisine is what you order at this place. We ordered the all time favorite mixed grill and as expected it was one sumptuous and heavy meal🥘 ... Starting from the hummus to the sulaimani, everything was perfect. The freshly prepared hot fluffy breads dipped in the hummus tastes so good😃 Overall, a good experience but a bit heavy on the wallet ranging about 140-150 Dhs for two individuals.

Food is delicious. Tried to buy my all-time favorite shawarma and i liked it. Sauce is creamy. Ambience is okay, staff is friendly but took a while to take our orders. Didnt really like the kunafa as the kunafa from other restaurant i tried is much better.

It’s been over 10 years I’ve been ordering food from here. We had ordered mix grill, grilled chicken marinated in lemon and kunafa. The meat was so flavourful and mouthwatering something where meat lovers look for, Kunafa was delicious too. Moreover, is the service very quick and spontaneous. If you dine in then they would provide you with lentil soup as a complimentary and at the end of the meal they serve complimentary tea which will help to digest all that meat you’ve eaten.

Love both the shawarma plates, Baba Ganoush, Salads, Hummus and the never ending fresh Pita bread! <br/>Weather is perfect to sit outdoors! We always end up overeating here at Al Shami.

I ordered for their falafel platter which came along with hot steam puffed pita bread. The taste was average. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is ok.

The restaurant is beautiful with beautiful chandeliers and old Syrian pictures on the wall.<br/>Ordered apple juice, falafel sandwich, chicken shawarma, hummus with mutton, Al shami mixed grill, cheese cake.<br/>The mixed grill platter was the star of the dinner. The flavours were perfect. It was served along with pita bread. Cheese cake on the other hand was not upto the mark. But nevertheless the mixed grill platter won our hearts. The ambience and service was also good.

I’ve been to Al Shami numerous times in the past (few years back) and used to enjoy it. <br/>On New Year’s eve, I ordered from Al Shami as it was the closet restaurant nearby my place and I regretted that I ordered from there. <br/>The Hawawshi had raw meat inside. The shawarma had no taste and had loads of mayonnaise in it. I don’t know if it was due to New Year’s rush or the quality has really deteriorated from my last experience. <br/>

Eaten here too many times.<br/>Breakfast a few times, turkish coffee every time i pass by. <br/><br/>The food here is good too. <br/>I have nothing particularly to pick, their meat products are good.<br/>When my wife was new in town, this is where i took her first to try out muttabal and baba ghanoush and she really liked it. They serve fresh bread.<br/>Their sandwiches, specially the falafel sandwich is worth trying.

We dined at Al Shaami for dinner. This place was buzzing and quite crowded for a weekday. <br/>We ordered the Al-Shami Mixed Grills, Hummus, Baba Ghanouj and Halloum Cheese Sandwich.<br/><br/>The Al-Shami Mixed Grills was massive and was loaded with pita bread, Tikka Chicken, Chicken Wings, Kabab, and Lamb Chops. <br/>The food and service was excellent and the portions were quite huge.

Stopped after work for a quick lunch. Ordered stuffed vine leaves & stuffed baby marrow, 4 small meat, cheese, and spinach Fatayer, Taboule and hummus.<br/><br/>Everything tasted good specially the spinach Fatayer it was unbelievably soft. It was only the hummus and the taboule that I wasn’t fan of. But overall place is good and staff are friendly

Went to this place for dinner recently. Their outdoor seating was quite average. Ordered Vine Leaves, Meat Arayes and Kabab Khashkhash. The Vine Leaves were very sour, unlike any I had before. Believe me, I like my vine leaves sour but this stuff was next level, difficult to even take down. The rest of the food was okay. Nothing special but not bad either. I'd probably try another syrian place next time.

I would recommend getting their Boneless Grilled chicken and chicken shawarma platter while finishing off with Kunafah. Some of the staff are friendly while the others need to smile more.

This is the place I think of when I’m not in Dubai and crave shawarma. One chicken shawarma and two falafels with some tahini sauce make for quite a happy meal for me. Al Shami is no fancy restaurant, but neat and spacious with indoor and outdoor dining. We usually take away from here, so the picture below is one of my plate, half-way through my sandwich. As the prices of shawarma have soared and/or size has declined at most places across the UAE (from AED 2 per sizeable shawarma about 20 years ago to plus or minus of AED 6 per smaller shawarma today), this place has maintained a consistent level of quality since we first bought food from there. Which was not too long ago, to be honest, but consistency over about seven years in this “trade”, if I may call it so, is considerably noteworthy of mention.

I had a very bad experience in this restaurant .. I was satisfied with the food taste and quality .the quantity is very less in mixed grill in 1kg and also it’s not worth for the money .. other Arabic cuisines even if they charge high they provide sufficient things for that money but these people .. it’s not upto the money .. juices and other sides are very gud and affordable .. but main courses are very expensive though less quantity

Nice place too eat sandwich and mixed grill busy place but I usallay order for take away. It’s average depends too other Lebanese restaurant.

Have breakfast with friends. Place is extremely clean, staff is formerly and opens 24/4. We ordered falafel, manakesh, hummus. Hopefully next time I’ll try to have a more variety

A place for authentic labnese food. Great service and seating and great value for money. Mixed grill platters, shawarmaz are amazing . Not to forget the lamb chops are a must have. They hv recently introduced some great desserts that are worth a try.

Had a lovely multicourse meal here of speciality Arabic Syrian dishes! Delicious and the staff is courteous. No frills but great food!! Will visit again for sure :)

The best meat shawarma in Dubai! Me n my hubby have tried shawarmas from various places but none matches to what Al shami offers.... I also love the complimentary super fresh salad they offer.... Should definitely try their arayees..... So yummy!!!Reji T S

This is a lovely Lebanese restaurant that serve authentic Lebanese food and kebabs.<br/><br/>Ambience was really good, staff were very welcoming even at 2.30 am.<br/><br/>We tried recommended dishes like shawarma, pita bread with hummus and garlic mayo, they were good.<br/><br/>The Best part about this place that is is open 24/7 you can always keep this place at the back of of your head when you crave mid night snacks and don't know where to go.

If you're in the mood for fresh, authentic, and tasty middle eastern food this is the place to go. The staff was very attentive and the food was fantastic. The starters we ordered were their smooth hummus and fattoush (a green salad with fried Lebanese crushed bread). We also ordered the chicken shawarma, which comes with hummus, and salad. The portion was massive and incredibly tasty. I would highly recommend Al Shami both for food and atmosphere.

Everything we ordered was superb! The grilled Kibbeh was great and the pomegranate inside gave it a nice sweetness! The vine leaves were lovely and perfectly salted.. the falafel were in shapes of hearts and tasted great :) the Baba ghanouj and humus were to die for and the fattoush was finished by my wife before I could even try it so it must have been lovely! The mixed grills were also very nice but I thought there were a lot of chicken wings and I would have preferred shish tawook instead. Greatly recommended and will be visiting soon!

A rating of 5 mean Excellent while 1 is Poor.<br/><br/>FOOD: RATING 4 OUT OF 5.<br/><br/>Item 1 – Appetisers – Hummus with Meat:<br/><br/>Hummus is a very staple dish of any Arabic Cuisine and hence the flavour profile tends to vary from each Cuisine. I always believed the Syrians and the Lebanese made the hummus because of their skill in ensuring the right mix of Tahini and Chickpeas.<br/><br/>Al Shami hits this mix to perfection and top it off with the meat, it is just brilliant.<br/><br/>Mind you there is 2 variants for this dish. I opted the normal Hummus with Meat. The other variant is Hummus with Meat Cubes.<br/><br/>Item 2 – Appetisers – Hummus: The regular hummus with a drizzle of olive oil. The hummus saved the Tawook. <br/><br/>Item 5 – Main Item – Half Grilled Chicken (charcoal):<br/><br/>He who fails to order a grilled item from an Arabic Restaurant is worthy of being called a loser.<br/><br/>That being said, I am easy bait for grilled items.<br/><br/>One look at the Menu and you wonder “why the hell do they have only Half Grilled Chicken?”<br/><br/>The answer to that lay on the plate of half grilled chicken served on my table. Me, my wife and my son had a pretty decent meal with it.<br/><br/>I presume the word “half” here meant HALF a tray and not Half a chicken!<br/><br/>The chicken “charcoaled” to perfection and served with some French fries & a slice of bread that has one heck of a sauce spread on it. Tangy, spicy and creamy!<br/><br/>My advice is that you take piece of bread and rub the sauce on to the chicken and then much away the bread without feeling guilty of not having enough sauce for the chicken!<br/><br/>Item 6 – Main Item – Arayes<br/><br/>The Syrians make the best Arayes but then Al Shami just rewrote my taste bud preferences with their version of the Arayes.<br/><br/>Hands down, this was the star of the show! A brilliant pastry of meat filling that just kept me wanting for more.<br/><br/>The best part of the Arayes was that the meat was not overcooked. It had a good succulent kebab feel to it.<br/><br/>Item 7– Main Item – Plate of Chicken Shawarma:<br/><br/>Shawarma – My Wife’s Opinion - Always good as a Wrap or a Sandwich.<br/><br/>Shawarma – My Opinion – Just Serve the meat well. The bread and fries can wait.<br/><br/>Shawarma – Our joint Opinion – “Museem! Order the Sandwich!”<br/><br/>Shawarma – Al Shami Version – We serve you well<br/><br/>It was a very risky affair trying to order a plate shawarma knowing that your better-half has already geared up with enough ammunition of criticism to blow you huge appetite away.<br/><br/>Al Shami seemed to know my predicament and dished out a plate worthy of my better half’s accolades.<br/><br/>The meat was moist and fresh of the “shawarma tower”. The sauce was something very different, not very garlicy nor very “tahiniy”<br/><br/>Being a self-confessed “plate shawarma expert” the plate was not the greatest of them all for me but it was surely one among the best.<br/><br/>Item 8– Desserts:<br/><br/>We had to skip the desserts because we were too full. But the Kunafe served at the other tables looked wow!<br/><br/>Item 9 – Ayran: Do not miss this drink. We got to know about it when were about to exit the restaurant after a hearty meal. There was a drinks machine that was churning some white juice in it. Upon enquiry, the staff explained it was a yoghurt drink and he gave a sample cup.<br/><br/>SMACK! It was good!<br/><br/>SERVICE – 4 OUT OF 5<br/><br/>Arabic is the preferred Modus of Operandi but the menu is Bi-lingual so all you have to do is point to the menu item and mention your serving size.<br/><br/>The waiters were really friendly and well mannered.<br/><br/>LOCATION – 3.5 OUT 5<br/><br/>It is in Muraqabbat. Shami happened to be one of the restaurants we tried this Ramadan during suhoor. It is open 24 hours, 365 days a year and serve amazing Arabic cuisine. We have visited this location multiple times so I can say off the bat that it's a great place for Arabic food especially late night/ early morning. We always have to have their half chicken grill which is served with unlimited complimentary khubus or bread (some of the best I've had in these type of restaurants). We also tried their shawarma plate and mandi. All food here is fresh tasting and authentic. The staff is always ready with a basket of bread for whenever you may run out. Overall, this is a great restaurant in the area and is the same (I must say, sometimes even better) than popular restaurants serving similar cuisine like Aroos Damascus.

I was craving for mixed grill and was thinking between Aroos, Al Safadi and Al Shami. We tried Al Shami since the mixed grill is much cheaper here. We ordered and the staff who got our order thru the phone was very pleasant. He explained that an order of mixed grill with lamb chop will cost us AED 50. I requested to give us complimentary pita bread and they delivered to us on time and we truly enjoyed munching on the flavorful mixed meat grill. I recommend you try Al Shami restaurant's mixed grill.

Decided to visit the Muraqabat branch based on my experience at the Sharjah branch, while the service was great I found the food to have been dissapointing. The Shawarmas (chicken and meat) while both were large were quite tough and bland. The felafel also was sub par, they just look cool. Pricing seemed kinda crazy as well considering what we ordered. Would probably not visit again.
