زرت المطعم اليوم وطلبت حنيذ كتف لحم، للاسف من الواضح من الطعم والرائحة أن اللحم مطبوخ منذ مدة طويلة وتم إعادة تسخينه وبشكل غير جيد، الأرز جيد لا بأس به، وتم تقديم صحن شوربة حارة وسلطة وصوص حار كضيافة مجانا وبعد الانتهاء من الطعام تم تقديم كوب شاي وطبق حلويات كضياقة مجانا، كمية اللحم ممتازة بالنسبة للسعر، يعيبه أيضا النظافة حيث وجدت صرصار صغير على الطاولة قبل وضع الطعام، المطعم سمعته جيدة ولكن يجب الاهتمام بالتفاصيل

Good dining experience. Food was delicious. We ordered Mutton Mandi. Taste and portion size was good enough for 2 people. The accompaniments were delicious as well.

Staff was really friendly and amazing however sitting area was not according to standard specially in this COVID situation we were 8 and the majlis allotted to us was small and there was no social distancing at all also AC was not working properly hence we were all sweating 😥

We visited Zamzam mandi with family for dining out after ages. The restaurant was following all SOPS. We got the temperature check on entrance and our majlis seating area was sanitized. We were served delicious lentils soup while we decided what to order. We were 6 adults and 3 children so decided to have 2 Mandi, a Madhbi and a Hanith. It came with delicious and flavourful rice whereas the chicken and meat were cooked to perfection. The servers were attentive and provided excellent customer service. The food came along with salad and red tomato dip which added went really well with the overall food. In the end we got complimentary mint tea and a plate of delicious luqaimat which ended the meal on a sweet note. We also ordered their kunafah which could have a little bit more cream/cheese but it was good. Will definitely recommend it for a delicious Arabic meal.

Ordered mutton mandi and chicken madbi, but was disappointed to see that the rice for both dishes was the same. Normally in every Arabic restaurant the rice is prepared differently for each recipe.<br/><br/>Bone broth was delicious <br/><br/>Kunafa was good, but the filling was not hot enough to ooze out. Today we went to their best branch which is just opposite to Deira City Center around 8:30 PM but it was closed without any notice so then we went to Karama one.<br/><br/>We reached there around 9 pm and we came to know that in Chicken only Mandi is available, not Madhbi and in Mutton, only Haneeth Kidhf was there which I haven’t tried before. <br/><br/>Well, we ordered the available items and it was amazingly well delicious plus the quantity was too good. <br/><br/>Later they delivered the mint tea (Gaawa) and Sweet Balls (dipped in date syrup) as complimentary and then we ordered Cream Kunafa which was also good. <br/><br/>Their ambiance was also good as they have family portions (Jalsa) and the staff was quite professional and humble.<br/><br/>I have been to this branch so many times but didn't get a chance to post my review well today I took the pics so thought to write about them. <br/><br/>I strongly recommend this place for a good and reasonable price mandi plus if you are going in a large number of groups so do visit them as their restaurant is ground plus one so they can easily accommodate your group.<br/>

It was alright. And good portion for the price. Probably next time I shall try the meat mandi instead of chicken. But overall it was decent.

Amazing service and food with excellent variety. Huge portion and delicious food. Loved the complimentary dessert and tea at the end. One suggestion is maybe they can change carpet in family rooms. They are very dirty now with time..

Really am a mandi & Madbee lover and this time planned to try Mutton Haneeth (ribs) quantity was more than enough for 2 person and it was very heavy. Taste was really very good.

I am a regular visitor to bait al mandi. Based on the review on Zomato for this restaurant I visited this place & ordered chicken madbee,. Taste was ok not like as I expected. Curd they don’t serve- u have to pay extra! All I say the price what I pay is not worth the dish !

Two words - Mutton Madghout! I’m a regular at this place and I always order the same. A must try. All 5 stars are for mutton madghout only !

Mutton mugalkal was really good. Kunafe and luqaimat are good as well. Quantity is very less formandi's at 55AED. The ambience is bad. Not well maintained and messy. Food is good..

Brilliant mandi and chicken 65. This was one of my best mandi experience in Dubai. Would definitely go back. Parking can be an issue since the outlet is located in a busy street.<br/><br/>I ordered chicken 65(I am not very sure what the name of the dish was, but was like chicken 65) it was my favorite amongst the lot. Mandi, The best Arabic cuisine!<br/><br/>I believe I've eaten enough Chicken Mandi for me to back this title up, and comparing it to most Arabic cuisines I've tried which are mostly simple grilled meat with bread, Mandi truly is the best, more on this after the break.<br/>I can still remember the time I had my first Mandi and having no idea what it was, surprised me seeing the glistening chicken on top of a mound of rice with soup, some greens like cucumber or arugula, and tomato chatni Arabic ketchup on the side, thinking this is too much for a single person, but then I dug in and learned it isn't.

One of the best Madfoon ever tried. Their rice is really good and masala spicy and flavorful enough. The Chicken was extremely tender and juicy. The quantity for AED30 was actually sufficient for three people! The soup was also good.. Only one thing though... There was no yogurt served along with the rice which is usually expected.. still I would give 5 stars for the taste! Looking forward to ordering their Mandi next time...

Mandi was tasty but not as authentic as compared to other Yemeni restaurants. The rice is little oily and bit thicker compared to others. Side dishes are ok and their signature Luqaimat is a good treat after your mandi. Their special sulaimani with cinnamon touch is good to have. No clicks to share

Couple of friends have recommended this place to us and it certainly does not disappoint. Delicate flavours and authentic use of ingredients. I had the set lunch and my husband had a la carte 4-course meal. Portion size is just right and food does not feel too heavy.

Ordered mutton mugalkal. Fried mutton with mandi rice topped with saluted onions and raisins. Loved the taste. Fusion of kerala style with arabic. They also complimented with dumplings and mint tea.

If you're craving some yummy chicken or mutton Mandi, then this is the place for you. These guys use very good quality meat and it is well marinated and perfectly cooked.  I find the portion size quite overwhelming, but yes if you're famished then it's a different story!

Very much spacious for dine in. You even have a closed cabin for eating the mandi traditional way. Mandi sufficient for two. Worth the money. The service was good. They never hesitated to serve anything we asked as extra. I also ordered extra mandi rice, extra caramelized onions and also sweet balls.Salad was fresh. Soups, mandi, sweet ball and classic traditional tea was served along with mandi. Only disappointment is that the sweet ball was not hot or freshly made. I ordered extra asking them to bring it fresh. But they just heated it and gave us. Rest others are all perfect.

So the food is not the best, I’ve had better mandi but I must vouch for the service. There was a waiting time of about 30-40 minutes to get ourselves seated in a majlis because the place was packed. Everyone was being served with lemonade while they were waiting, towards the end they offer complementary black tea and legaimaat.

Zam zam mandi is one of my favotite place whenever i have crave for mandi... The best part is you will get sweet balls after meal and solemani tea. As always i ordered chicken madhbi which is grill chicken with mandi rice and tomato chutney and chicken soup and salad and red chilli paste and... Thats it😁😁😁😁.... And at the end my favorite sweet balls and i must say staff are so friendly that if you ask for one more cup of sweet balls they will never say no....<br/>So if u wanna try mandi you should try zam zam.... If u want extra rice ask for it... Nything u ask they will give and will not charge extra....

Good food. We always used to go here for mutton Mandi. Arabic foods available. Holidays mostly crowded. For three persons around 150 to 200 aed it will cost. I recommend it.

Waited for almost 2 hours of our order and they don’t ever bother update you. If you don’t call to follow up, you might end up waiting for nothing.

We tried Mandi for the first time and we were not impressed. Hopefully We will get to have great Mandi one day. We tried Chicken Mandi and it had some sauce, which I think is a tomato base. It was an ordinary lunch on a weekend. I always love to make my weekend food extraordinary.

We ordered Mutton Madghout,<br/>Mutton Madfoon and Mutton mandhi. They all were very good. But the best of all was the Mutton Madghout. The complimentary sweet balls was also very sweet and yummy. Kunafa was smooth and of amazing texture and is mildly Sweet... .

Stumbled upon while looking for a place for dinner. Did not search as wanted to go for a walk and search for a place. Made an excellent choice even the restaurant only had 3 tables when we walked in. Visited this place for lunch with friends for the first time and we were lucky to have gotten a table almost immediately on a Friday. We ordered a mix of the Chicken Mandi and Chicken Madghout. One of the best mandi I’ve had in town, especially with their sides. First, they served us a soup and salad. And we finished the meal with their special tea and ligamat. Very good service. Overall, a good experience.

Had a lunch there and I must say it's quite a busy place. We ordered chicken madhbi n chicken madfoon. Chicken seems to be well cooked and marinated especially the madfoon chicken. The problem I had was with the rice. Rice doesn't seem like basmati rice, it's more tasted like SELA rice. Basmati rice are tastier then the other one. They were not as soft as usually Mandi rice are served in other places.<br/><br/>They served complimentary luqimat n tea. Both were fantastic.

We love the mandi/madghbi served here. They serve with sweet coated dumplings and black tea. The kunafa is just wow. We usually opt for majlis. There are people always waiting so need to come early during weekends. Parking is main issue at times Esp weekends. Food quality and quantity and hospitable staff add points to this restaurant.

This place is by far one of the best restaurants in the city serving Mandi.<br/>We order the Hamour Mandi every weekend as a ritual now. The quality of the food is very good.<br/>We experiment with their list of Chicken Mandi as well. The meat is always fresh and I would highly recommend it.<br/>In addition to this, their Kunafa is to die for. SO delicious.<br/>When dining-in, they also serve complimentary tea and Arab sweet balls which completes the experience at the restaurant.

Since then I tried many restaurants in Dubai but no where got satisfied and since long time I was thinking to order from ZAM ZAM (Karama), which I could order yesterday and to be frank finally I could taste one of the finest mandi biriyani in Dubai. Tried Mandi for the first time and it was delicious! We ordered the hammour Mandi and mutton Mandi. The fish was great super soft and crispy skin. It's a heavy yet hearty meal. We were served with a complimentary soup, salad, and for dessert the sweet deep fried dough balls. We also tried the kunafa which was really sweet but really good!!

I love this place obviously because of the food ambience and friendly staffs my favourite picks are chicken madfoon and mutton haneedh and last not least their Kunafa and Chai so yummmy

One good restaurant for mandi dishes in Karama area. Food was really good specially the rice which they use and the aroma of the same was really superb. Tried only chicken madbee so far which was very nice.<br/><br/>Awesome Mandi, Value for money what else are you looking for? Fingerlickin

I am very selective when it comes to giving 5 but damn this place just blew it when it comes to the overall foodie experience. What I loved the most was their service followed by taste and ambience. We ordered mutton hanid which was really good, even the rice was pretty good with light spices. Ambience was probably one of the best in a mandi restaurant and service was just out of the world good. When I entered itself they made it a point to attend to me very fast and coordinated with other staffs and arranged a beautiful room. They young guy attending to us was really nice, soft spoken and super friendly. <br/><br/>I also love the way they differentiated from other mandi restaurants by giving us free Laqaiymat and sulaimani at the end and sulaimani is unlimited!!!!
