(التعليق الأصلي) Good environment. This building was built as an super 5-star hotel, original design is fancy and used a lot of marbles in a European style. Food is soso, and, why this restaurant is promoting business lunch on every platform while business luch is not available (there is even a stand poster at reception for it)?

(التعليق الأصلي) The food and customer service was exquisite. This is the second visit this week and I wasn't disappointed. All the staff are attentive and professional. This time we were served by Kasun, Gyan and chef Rohith. Thank you for a divine experience of fresh authentic French food!

(التعليق الأصلي) An authentic French restaurant in Dubai. I would consider it as a Dubai Hidden Gem. Had the set menu with La Perle show which was very filling and had a delicious taste.

(التعليق الأصلي) Follow me on Instagram for more on my journey: @PansAndPins This restaurant itself is closed for dining, but the menu is being served at the café next door. We had lunch here during our stay. It does lack a whole restaurant ambience, so judging the food we ate. It wasn’t a busy afternoon, but the service was a little slow. The staff was very polite and kind though. But seemed like the only one running the show, so I guess that’s understandable. They serve you some warm bread with butter whilst you wait for your food. We ordered the Wagyu Burger cooked to medium and the Corn Fed Baby Chicken. Both the dishes were perfect. Not a flaw in them. Something I’d surely order again if I went there. Would have loved to try some dessert, but we were too full.

This is one of our favorite places in Dubai. <br/><br/>It's like a Gatsby set in 90s, with french food & modern cocktails. <br/><br/>The staff is very friendly. If you need to take the edge of things, have a sit-down brunch with trolleys and hot food at your table, or even just feel like royalty, this is the place for you. <br/><br/>From the staff who is keen to serve you..  Incredible flavors of the bakery..

A palace that close at 11.00 pm and where you can’t make a reservation.... palace service ....

The interiors are so exquisite and inviting i ended up choosing to dine here. Was feeling peckish so ordered an onion soup. Presentation and service was superb. Glanced over the menu again and couldn’t leave without trying a caramel sauce brioche.. really interesting combination of flavours and delicious! <br/>

I visited this french stylish restaurant recently after a medical sponsored event in the Habtoor palace hotel. The entrance and the floor is classical continental with gilded ornated huge doors and stylish chairs and tables. Very airy rooms with large windows and glossy glasses. Numerous artistic artifacts and busts all around gives a regal impression.<br/>It was a buffet event. The main courses were limited, but the salads and desserts were of profuse and various quantity.<br/>Cauliflower soup was an interesting idea and tastwd quite nice.<br/>The salmon was of excellent quality and the vegetables. The grilled meat were okayish.<br/>I tried some the arabic salads and cottage cheese. They were top class.<br/>The chef personally was encouraging the diners to try the different desserts. I liked the bread pudding and date pudding. There were many other items which I didn't try.<br/>Decoration and ambience were of highest level.<br/>Service was acceptable.<br/>Cutleries were stylish. Recommended.

Very nice place we went for a French night the food is amazing the wine also the only thing is that they need to change the singer other than that it is more than worth every penny you pay I really like it they need to work a little bit more on the service to be faster that is it will be perfect

I must say, one of the best breakfast in Dubai. I simply love their take on viennoiserie pastries! Loved the french toast! Everything was exceptionally good. The service was wonderful too!

This is definitely one of the most peaceful place in Dubai, I enjoy seating at the bar and interacting with the staff, all of them are very professional and knows their business. Cheers to Hassan and Firry. Will be back soon.

The best French experience I've ever have in Dubai. The environment is glorious and the staffs are attentive to every single details. I enjoyed the very refreshing nicoise salad with a good match of tuna and mint sauce and the melted goat cheese on top of the vegetable tart. The chef Mr. Mikael Gotho came and introduced his signature dish Bouillabaisse, which is the fish soup from southern France. It was so delicious with a lot of seafood like tiger prawns and mussels. We ended with an artisan collection of cheese and raspberry sorbet and vanilla cream brioche. The dinner was full of small surprises in your mouth by matching all the different ingredients. It's definitely the perfect place for a night out or any important occasion.

I visited BQ for dinner, the staff and decor is nice and welcoming, the lighting is dimmed awkwardly between bright and dark, the food was less than satisfactory but the dessert was great!<br/><br/>I tried:<br/><br/>1. Escargot (1/5)<br/>2. Burrata (3/5): nothing special.<br/>3. Tagliatelle (3/5): less than average.<br/>4.  Risotto (0.5/5): worst I've tried.<br/>5. Caramel Brioche (5/5) amazing and only thing I recommend trying.<br/><br/>Overall, I was very disappointed with the food here.

Luxury place with skilled bar manager Rifky. Amazing cocktail, friendly staff, cozy place, great music. Alot of cocktails and liquers choices. Definitely will come back.<br/>

I gave this place a second chance which I usually don't, but unfortunately it was a big let down, the dessert and coffee is below average. The ambiance and the service are great!!!
Sarah
I came here twice, once for Valentines and another for a work dinner. The Valentines menu was perfect but when I went back I was quite disappointed at their beef bourguignon, especially considering it’s a French restaurant. Having said that, I wouldn’t mind giving it one more try and perhaps trying something I’m less familiar with. The ambience in the restaurant is great, but food is too expensive and it can’t afford to be mediocre in taste.
Muruganantham
Dessert was so so yummy and staff always so professional and humble.. people can have everythin in one place.. will come for sure once again.
Farida
Very nice breakfast buffet. The food is very good and the number of options are good too. I love the decoration and location in this sublime hotel. I will definitely go back

It's beautiful ....literally everything .. I went for beer and snacks with my friend and I think this is best place to take someone out ....had few snacks and everything was just perfect ...the staff is super friendly and extremely professional ...

Nothing spells sheer opulence as much as The St. Regis Dubai does. This beautiful property brings out the ultimate magical Winter Wonderland, right in the heart of Dubai. So much so, that it can rightly be termed as the true embodiment of an elegant White Christmas within the desert. Borrowing much of its grandeur from the original St. Regis in New York, the hotel welcomes you to witness its magnificence in the form of sparkling marble flooring, a high central dome that holds a crystal chandelier and luxurious sweeping staircase, that lead you to its signature French restaurant – Brasserie Quartier.

The regal St. Regis Dubai appears to be the ideal place for a brunch called Versailles Evolution. From the outside, this Al Habtoor City property looks somewhat palatial and even more so during the festive season with the arrival of a gigantic Christmas tree out front adding to the opulence. A collection of nutcracker soldiers stand guard over the entrance doors like palace guards straight out of a winter fairytale.

The nonpareil grandeur of St. Regis Dubai almost propels you to obiesance. The extravagance carries on as you enter BQ for 'Versailles Brunch'. A walk around the lavish spread followed by an immense urge to ingurgitate is unavoidable. However, the composure that you wear needs to prolong some more. You're promptly attended to, and advised that what you order at each station will be brought to your table. The Salad bar and Cheese station offer a plethora of varieties. The Seafood station, the Pasta station, the Meat station: all with chefs waiting to exhibit their skills and cook to your preference. The Main Course is ordered at the table and brought from the kitchen when you are ready for it. My pick from the list was a Pan-seared Sea Bream and it was exquisitely cooked to perfection. Whatever room was left for dessert was met with a palatial collection of temptations. You have to experience it to imbibe the opulence. Big shout to the band of three performimg live music adding to the atmosphere. If Da Vinci ever offered to paint 'The Last Supper' with me in it #BrasserieQuartier would be the setting!

It is always a good day when it’s breakfast at Brasserie Quartier!<br/>Service is excellent and the buffet is so rich with items that you wouldn’t think of.<br/>The milk corner is one of my favorites and so is the fruit table.<br/>The coffee is so good, and the fresh honey is to die for.<br/>A luxurious breakfast that is highly recommended.

As soon as you enter the lobby of St Regis Dubai you are instantly blown away by the sense of grandeur. The golden spiral staircases leading up from the centre of the lobby adds to the beauty of this hotel. We make our way up the staircase and enter the French restaurant, Brasserie Quartier for their Versailles Friday Brunch.  <br/><br/>Boasting large windows and bright, classic interiors, Brasserie Quartier is beautifully French, both in the interiors and the food options, which are as every bit as indulgent as you could imagine. Listening to the melody of the live jazz band, we make our way around the restaurant. <br/><br/>The brunch offers a selection of buffet stations as well as unique live cooking stations. We stumble upon a buffet counter offering freshly made wagyu sliders, eggs benedict, cold cuts, breads and salads. A great way to impress the breakfast lovers! <br/><br/>A great addition to the regular pasta counter is the live risotto counter - The pumpkin risotto is truly delicious and we would highly recommend it. Brasserie Quartier also serves up a great roast for all you meat lovers. And the highlight? The seafood counter. Oysters, prawns, shrimps and lobster take center stage in the dining area, with ceviche being made fresh before you. <br/><br/>We love that the mains are served to our table (this is additional to the food I’ve already mentioned). Served piping hot, we enjoy the tender and succulent lamb, the fish is also a great dish and has been cooked perfectly. <br/><br/>You can’t go to a French brunch and not have cheese and pastries right? Offering a delectable selectable of cheeses, Brasserie Quartier ends its brunch in style, with a room full of desserts. macarons, donuts, truffles, ice cream, pastries and a chocolate fountain.<br/><br/>Note: This dining experience was complimentary as part of a media invite.

Brasserie Quartier located at St Regis Dubai is one of popular eateries in Dubai. The quality of food is the finest and french delicacies like never seen before! We happened to try out the famous Versailles brunch which is an unforgettable celebration of style and culinary art at BQ’s. Decor wise the restaurant is very royal! With mannequins displaying logos from famous designers such as Chanel look elegant and different. They do have a live band as well.

Get to know me better through my Instagram: @xotina143<br/><br/>My review for Brasserie Quartier Versailles Brunch – located in the St Regis Hotel, it is automatically assumed that the food offered here would be spectacular. I definitely loved the Versailles Brunch served here as everything was fresh, beautiful, and delicious.<br/><br/>My favourites from the buffet were the smoked mackerel, smoked salmon, beetroot salad, shrimp salad, tuna tartare, oysters, tiger prawns, crabs, the donuts from the dessert bar, and the macarons.<br/><br/>The salad bar was very appealing with so many different choices of fresh salads to choose from. I was impressed with the shrimp salad as it was creamy and the shrimp was full of flavour.<br/><br/>The seafood selection was massive where it was filled with crab, shrimp, clams, mussels, and sand lobsters. I was enjoying the crab claws a whole lot as it was filled with meat and was so fresh.<br/><br/>Finally, the desserts were my favourite part as there were donuts! It was so refreshing to see donuts as these are not seen often at the brunches here in Dubai. The donuts were perfect and had the right amount of sweet flavours.<br/><br/>This restaurant deserves a rating of 5/5.<br/><br/>I ordered the Versailles Brunch with alcohol for 650DHS.<br/><br/>The pricing of the buffet here was decent for a high end brunch.<br/><br/>The service that I received here was amazing with servers coming quick to the table to offer beverages and the finished plates were cleared so fast.<br/><br/>The chefs were wonderful and had a great attitude. I never had to worry about grabbing my own tuna tartare or oysters, as the chefs were more than happy to place them on your plate with no mess.<br/><br/>The ambience of this restaurant was elegant and very sophisticated. I loved how the decor and environment was so Instagram worthy.<br/><br/>The buffet was set up beautifully with mannequins wearing pieces of traditional UK accessories.<br/><br/>I loved how the dessert section of the buffet was on a separate area, and walking into the room with the beautiful desserts welcoming me was such a nice way to end the brunch.

St. Regis is a time-honored concept. A tradition of impeccable service, innovation and style, since 1904. The hotel’s interiors are influenced by the city’s beaux-arts architecture of the original St. Regis in New York, and accentuated by bespoke elements. A first visit to St Regis truly leaves one dazzled and in awe with a glimpse of the timeless luxury and the grandeur. As we ascended the grand sweeping staircase in the lobby of the St Regis Dubai we were stunned by the colossal crystal cut chandelier and the carefully selected beautiful art pieces dotted across the hotel. We went to try their Decadent Friday Versailles Evolution Brunch at Brasserie Quartier.

Money can’t buy you happiness, but it can buy you a luxurious brunch, which is somewhat the same 😛 Located inside the beautiful St. Regis hotel, Brasserie Quartier offers the 3 part Versailles Brunch with canapés to share, mains served to order on the table and an extravagant dessert spread.<br/> <br/><br/>Get Set Gobble:<br/>AMBIANCE | Oozing grandeur and brilliance, the St. Regis hotel epitomizes elegance. Following suit, the BQ restaurant recreates an old style European eatery with a fantastic brunch experience set in an elegant interior that is chic and spacious.

Fancy and Exquisite are some of the words I would use to describe the Versailles Brunch at Brasserie Quartier – A fine French restaurant located at the beautiful property of St. Regis. My first time visiting and the interiors left me in awe! Full review in Link Below!

This French Kitchen & Bar, located in the heart of The St. Regis Dubai introduces a never before brunch experience that can satiate all your senses. Versailles Evolution Brunch celebrates the love of food in a truly fashionable and inspiring setting. Read the full post on the link below.

There is one over-arching word to describe the “Versailles Evolution” Friday brunch at BQ – French Kitchen & Bar, and that is elegance. Sophisticated yet understated pure classic elegance. The dining area:. The live entertainment:. The decor accents:. The pre-lunch cocktails area:

Love the simple elegant interior design of this place, some of the finest French dishes ive ever tasted, other than that the service and ambiance was also very nice.

Been here for iftaar buffet <br/>There were a huge no. Of items but frankly none were really good the 2 stars are just for the rogan josh I would have liked something more French

Great morning breakfast for our stay at the St. Regis. The decor is bright, fun, and very French. They have a great selection for a morning breakfast buffet and the items are tastefully arranged and served. Cute bottle of juices and oatmeals and yogurts. Recommended!

Great setting on the first floor of The St. Regis, with the piano playing in the background. More so a business lunch location. The black cod was ok, quite sweet. The escargot were great, much better at LPM. Sea bass is perfectly cooked. Been here twice, amazing service both times.

Amazing brunch. Event though the door guy was Napoleon dressed hehe Versailles was before that. Anyways amazing brunch, great service and delish food. Just need better foie grass :p

A long due review. Some very fine French food for brunch, but the ambience and service really is one of the best in town, makes you feel that it's worth the time dressing up. They serve you so much food that you don't even need to go for the buffet section. I had to rush for opera with little time for dessert and the waiter offered to pack some for me. Yes, take away, 10 pieces (it might be that my bf told them it was my birthday). That alone is worth a 5!
BFT
Best french cuisine ever! We will come back for sure, it's one of our favorite places! I definitely recommend it for a great lunch or a special dinner.

I got to experience the place when the hotel just opened. We were having a business lunch, and the place was nice and quiet ... All for us.<br/><br/>We were served a 4 course set menu which included the following dishes: <br/>- Soupe de poisson - French onion soup with Gruyère toast<br/>- Quiche Du Jour - Quiche of the day<br/>- Saumon en Papilotte - Pan-roasted salmon with sautéed asparagus, morel cream <br/>- Dessert du Jour - Dessert of the day<br/><br/>Super loved the atmosphere, the vibe, the friendly staff, and the amazing tasty food.<br/><br/>Will come back again to try their extensive dessert menu, and coffee :)
Thierry Schlagdenhauffen
First the general atmosphere: it looks luxurious, and it is. On the other hand, the service is typical brasserie, i.e.e French chic, which could be defined as a subtle mix of class and casual. <br/>Then the service: just impeccable! the staff comes from all horizon, and have one thing in common: make sure your dining experience is perfect. And, to be honest, they are quite good at it!<br/>the cuisine by Chef Sofiane deserves 2 stars from the Michelin Guide: classical recipes revisited to make them modern variation of tried-and true tastes, like the inimitable "boeuf Bourguignon". That alone is worth the trip!<br/>Produces are specially imported for the restaurant (al Habtoor can do that!), which guaranties the freshenes and taste. <br/>Their new Thursday formula is great to entertain friends, with 5 starters to share and 5 entrees too! and that's without mentioning the desert: chocolate lovers, beware!<br/>The wine list is quite limited, but the selection offers great vintages, at prices that match the rest of the menu.<br/>In a nutshell, if you don't enjoy the Brasserie Quartier, it most likely means that you are not into French cuisine. If you are, then this is THE spot!<br/>No wonder they just won the award of best French Restaurant in Dubai. Much deserved !
Richard Cooke
Style meets substance... will you ever be satisfied with another brunch again?<br/><br/>The St Regis Al Habtoor City has that brand new straight out of the box feel, but serves up the St Regis recipe of sweeping staircases and ornate marble that conjure the mid-1930's American decadent feel. But we live in Dubai right? We have become numb to palatial extravagant luxury. So it takes something pretty special to give us a wow factor (#firstworldproblems)<br/><br/>Well, Brasserie Quartier does have a rare ability to impress. It is a sit down dining experience - not buffet, not a la carte but a number of courses in sharing platters brought to your table... canapés, fruits de mer on ice (we ordered a second thinking they'd politely decline yet another was on our table before you had time to say 'lobster tail') and of particular note is the dessert room... unfortunately dessert isn't really my thing but all looked so lovely I was almost converted - like the inside of a French patisserie. And the pleasant twist here is that not only is the service is excellent but the waiters and waitresses create a rapport that you wouldn't normally get in your average run of the mill buffet brunch. <br/><br/>Certainly not a party brunch but not a dull one either so bring your own party... but be warned that your standards will be irreparably elevated. The only one slight criticism is that the view is eye level to the SZR overpass. Someone should do something... how about building a water feature?
C. K.
One of the best lunch buffets I have ever had - it is called lazy buffet meaning that the waiter would bring the food to the table. It is basically a five course lunch with appetiser, seafood platter (oysters, Alaskan crab, mussels, prawns), 6 plates of salad, main course and dessert. More seafood available on the counters. They are so fresh and sweet. More than 5 types of fois gras. Many desserts choices including freshly made ice cream, candy floss, tarts and cakes etc... the price is not more expensive than the Friday brunch in other typical five star hotels. No negatives.
OhMyFood
It's got it's perks but it also does have its flaws, but by the end, all was forgiven and I left as a happy customer. <br/><br/>The restaurant is located in St. Regis which will take your breath away the moment you step in. The grand staircase, the chandeliers, the paintings, it's like stepping into an actual Royal palace. Coming to the restaurant itself, it will transport you to France with its interiors, live music artists, the entire staff, the menu, everything.<br/><br/>Being a vegetarian, my options here were limited considering I went for an event with a set menu but I couldn't be happier I went. This place is a treat to the eyes, and at short notice, they whipped us some really delicious vegetation options too which find commendable. <br/><br/>The menu consisted of house drinks, Foie Gras parfait, burrata with cherry tomatoes and miso stuffed eggplant, steak tartare, bouillabaisse, beef bourguignon, and chocolate fondant. The vegetarian alternatives were wild mushroom risotto, pasta in lemon coriander olive oil, Gnocchi with a tomato base and some spinach and fresh fruits. All the dishes in the original menu were cooked live which was really interesting to watch. <br/><br/>While I really loved the pasta and gnocchi, they only had lemon and strawberry as their non alcoholic beverage options, which was a slight let down. However, the strawberry drink was pretty good. <br/><br/>Since I was unaware the event had a set menu before attending and did not know there would be other vegetarian alternatives to the non vegetarian dishes; I asked our server to get us some fries which he got a small child sitting across us just a while ago. He blatantly refused which I really feel would not have been a big deal to arrange for and this situation could have been handled much better.

This restaurant was new & we had the monthly entertainer vouchers so we went with a group of girlfriends.  The decoration of the restaurant was beautiful and I loved that the host & hostesses were also dressed up in theme.  The food stations were done up very nicely and we spent most of our time at the cheese, foie gras, and seafood stations.  I didn't think the salads were up to par.  Most of the meal was brought to your table which was a huge bonus.  We had some small hot canapes - onion & cheese tart was wonderful, as well as more small salads and a seafood platter.  The seafood platter was my favorite part - with lobster tails, king crab legs, and massive prawns.  We had main courses after this, but honestly we didn't need them as they were quite large & I didn't think mine was very good (salmon).   I tried my friend's braised beef and it was much better.  We were seated very far from the dessert area & once we realized it had been opened up, we went over to grab some items - we had checked the room out earlier & it looked like a pastry shop.  Unfortunately, there were almost no desserts left by the time we arrived and no one was really around to help us or let us know if it would be refilled.  For drinks,  you were greeted with a glass of bubbly on arrival & they were quick to refill your glass if you wanted to stick with that.  I prefer vodka soda water & unfortunately it took a very long time to get my drink refilled.  Over the four hours, maybe I had 2 drinks, it took over 20 minutes to produce.  Overall the food and decoration were lovely, but I was really disappointed in the drinks service and the lack of dessert considering how expensive the brunch is (even with the voucher).  A side note - we kept being filmed at our table by a french publication which kind of ruined parts of the meal.  I don't want to be filmed eating or have strangers ask me a bunch of questions for a promo video when I'm spending that kind of money - I'm there to enjoy with my friends.  I would go again for a very special occasion if I still had the entertainer, otherwise I think there are better brunches with high end food & better service.

Worst french fries we have ever had. Was not fresh nor well fried (I think they had some old ones and refry it for us !! <br/>lobster was not fresh ..it was a little bit fishy !

Must-have: Bavette Frites! This place is lovely + the service is excellent! If you're looking for a fancy night out, I would definitely recommend coming here! This is obviously a fine dining choice, but look on the bright side - they have entertainer!

Their americano coffee was extremely strong, but full of rich flavor. The staff here were extremely courteous and helpful. The atmosphere is amazing, and the cookies they gave us with our coffee were super cute. Would definitely go back.

Went there for brunch, it was good but too expensive. Our waiter was really nice and helpful, seafood was the best we ever had, everything else seemed stale, the salads on our table were looking good but jot fresh and not tasty. The cheese and cold cuts were ok. The viennoiseries station was also not really fresh maybe because it was almost untouched because everyone was eating seafood. Overall experience was ok.
Michelle Chai
Loved the brunch - great dishes, except the desserts which I felt was a letdown. They call it the lazy brunch as dishes are sent to your table. Fret not though as you can still walk the buffet line if you want. You can also go over to the live cooking station - with chef handling the 'foie gras'. <br/><br/>Plenty of fantastic dishes. Particularly loved all their salad dishes - burratta with figs, caesar salad, butterscotch,  and poached egg. Main courses were a selection of meat, and they also bring to your table a big 'tray' of seafood extravaganza - very fresh oysters; prawns; lobsters..<br/><br/>Buffet also had a very good selection of foie gras terrine; cheese and port. Definitely a place to go for Friday brunch.<br/><br/>Service was perfect and very friendly and courteous staff.

Had a lovely lunch at the bradserie quarter. The place was quite empty , but I still liked it. They serve business lunch for only 95AED which makes it a good deal. I absolutely loved the smoked salmon pizza, it had a very thin crust and was very yummy! The lentil soup was too watery. The desserts were ok. But I am still craving that pizza!!! So definitely try it there! It's very small and light - perfect starter option. The service was good, lovely stuff( mostly Russian people are working there)

I have visited Brasserie Quartier at The St. Regis Dubai a few times now and each time I do I receive the same five star service and high quality delicious food all in a beautiful setting. <br/><br/>My last visit to Brasserie Quartier was for their new Thursday Tasting Table. <br/>5 starters, 5 mains, and a spread of desserts. It's a great mix of steaks, fish, pastas, tarts and more all designed to be shared. It's the perfect menu and high profile place to get your weekend into full swing. <br/><br/>Check out my full review of the Brasserie Quartier's Tasting Table menu on my blog themissw.com > categories > restaurants > Tasting Table St. Regis

Absolutely beautiful and classy Friday brunch in a French style. Excellent and attentive service, top quality food, great dishes presentations & grand décor of the restaurant. We were impressed from the entrance and time flied really fast over set courses served on the table. My favorite were oysters, seafood platter, buratta with tomatoes, herring salad and snails. Cheese station was pretty impressive as well, some of the items I had to try for the first time. Their dessert room is a different story. Its almost too beautiful to eat. Make sure you leave some space for sweets. Overall experience was fantastic. Food 5/5, ambience 5/5 and service 5/5. It is expensive, but totally worth it. Just don't make the same mistake as I did and try everything they have to offer! I really hope that this new restaurant will keep up their great service and quality, I would really want to come back there.

I was excited to try this restaurant out.. But there is nothing to be desired about it anymore...<br/><br/>The decor is interesting, I felt like it was French driven with a little bit of Brooklyn in it. <br/><br/>The waiter was lovely and really wanted to help us pick out a wine. We actually had a great bottle, which I took a picture of and then deleted, so sorry no name.. But I do believe it was a Medoc<br/><br/>The food wasn't good at all.. The escargots didn't have enough garlic for my taste... My steak was bland and just very sad... <br/><br/>For dessert I really wanted the mille feuille to be good.. but it was also disappointing and lacked any sort of real pecan flavor... <br/><br/>All in all it was a disappointing experience for me..

Very Good. The Earl Grey was really nice, I tried the chocolate raspberry tart ; it was pretty delicious. The cafe eclair was ok and smelled eggy. The Macroons were soft and chewy (which may mean that it's not fresh) however, on of the other selections of the Macroons tasted much nicer. The server was really kind and also gave us 2 chocolates for free. And he also asked us if we needed the Wi-Fi and he also suggested what's the best selections of desserts. His name is Careem an he's also so Careem (Careem means kind in Arabic). Over all I give it 4.5/5<br/>

A lovely, elegant and stylish place for dinner. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious. <br/><br/>As a vegetarian I was slightly disappointed by the menu at first as they only have one vegetarian dish listed. I loathe not having choices. However, the service staff was brilliant and they really knew their stuff. Our waitress offered to place a special order and even suggested dishes for us to try. Her suggestions were all delicious and they consistently surpassed our expectations. <br/><br/>Their mixologist is excellent as well. Throughout the night he whipped up an eclectic mix of drinks that tasted sublime and were an absolute feast for the eyes. He is a really talented and friendly chap. <br/><br/>Definitely a restaurant I would highly recommend. I would love to return for a "promotion night". However, I would suggest trying this place out on a regular (non busy) day to truly appreciate their brilliant service that allows their passion for good food to shine through.

Having lived in the UAE for this being my 8th year, I'm not easily impressed and somewhat tired of faux French, faux quality, faux service versions of Friday brunch, which are mostly focused on getting the patrons "oiled up" with this probably being an attempt to detract from very average/nonsense food offerings (frozen fish rubbish) and staff overworked/rushed off their feet.... So, when you come across a REAL DUBAI GEM, it's even more of a pleasant surprise... Anyhow, the review, PROPERTY RESTAURANT: From the moment you walk in to the main lobby and are courteously greeted by the welcome staff, you instantly realize you've picked a winner... The main hotel areas are beautiful and would sit right up there with any brand (Four Seasons, Shangri La etc). After passing imposing sweeping marble staircases and taking a lift to the first floor, we arrive at the restaurant and are once again very warmly greeted by the hostess with a welcome drink and a smile that made you once again feel special... The restaurant itself is elegant, comfortable and oozes high end, whilst not feeling too ostentatious. SERVICE: Orchestrated to PERFECTION by the floor manager, Stephan (very nice chap and a master of his profession, thanks Stepahan). He and his excellent, professional and highly trained team really couldn't do enough and delivered with sincerity and unfaltering accuracy... Not to bang on, but this service is the best I've received in all my years in the Middle East 10/10... I would like to specially thank our brilliant Indonesian waiter ANDRE for attending to our every need and it really does once again make a refreshing change when table staff are attentive, vigilant and as warm as you could possibly require, A BIG THANK YOU ANDRE, ST REGIS ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE YOU.... and finally, CUISINE: First things first, hooray, the fish is fresh and very tasty (unlike a majority), Lamb was cooked to pure perfection, great potato offerings, salads, deserts (inc chocolate fountain & on site chocolatier) was sublime... Free flowing Bollinger was great too. As you can clearly see, I'm a massive fan and believe the will very soon sit as on of Dubai's landmarks of excellence... Thanks again Stephan and see you real soon, BRILLIANT efforts.

My wife and I were invited to a French Aperitif which was in partnership with Zomato on a Thursday evening. Nice music and big smiles welcomed us as we were escorted to our table. The bartender was so knowledgeable, he could be labeled as the Google of drinks. He served us several delicious cocktails I couldn't help myself from drinking at least 4 of them. The food was served at the bar ranging from puff pastries to meat and a variety of cheeses. Overall a nice experience and would definitely visit again for a drink or two... Maybe more :)

We came here recently for their Fondue night which takes place every Tuesday night.<br/><br/>Fondue is a dish of melted cheese served in a pot and eaten by dipping bread into the cheese using long-stemmed forks. This is very popular in places like Switzerland & France and places close to the alps.<br/><br/>The concept is simple. Indulge in the cheese fondue which is a mix of 4 different aged cheese, along with an endless supply of the Bordeaux white, La Grande Chapelle, which I quite liked. This is accompanied by cold cuts, salads, hot bread, crotons, pickled cucumber & Steamed potatoes.<br/><br/>I was kind of skeptical at the start looking at the menu wondering how I'm gonna be satiated.<br/>But it is quite easy to fill yourself up fast especially with the cold cuts and bread and did I mention that the portions were unlimited?<br/>I felt that there could have been one dessert option in the menu as well.<br/>But we placed an order separately for the Warm chocolate Fondant with vanilla ice cream which was fantastic even though the fondant wasn't as gooey in the centre as I would've liked.<br/>The service was great and our host Bruno was fabulous. <br/>I'm definitely coming back to try their other Specials like the steak night among others.<br/>But do give the Fondue night a go as they'll be now making way for a newer nightly special with summer approaching.

Want to feel like a million bucks? Dine in at any of St. Regis Hotel's restaurants. Want to feel like two million bucks? Try the Authentic French Apéritif from Brasserie Quartier. <br/><br/>They offer a beautiful array of numerous types of cheese and bread, alongside floating house wine and beverages.<br/><br/>The service is excellent. All very friendly French servers that are keen on pleasing their customers.<br/><br/>The interiors were absolutely beautiful. Typical high class French interiors. From the statues, to the marble & wooden floors, to the beautiful chic furniture; enjoying the beautiful interiors was definitely my favorite part of the whole experience!<br/><br/>Another favorite thing I loved was the live piano and flute musicians that were performing beautiful songs right by the entrance of the restaurant. They were so good, I found myself stopping in the middle of my walk just to stand by them and enjoy the beautiful music they were playing!<br/><br/>Overall, great place. Not for everyone, but for anyone who is looking to have a pre-party/dinner spot, this may be just the place you're looking for!

Last Thursday I was invited to attend French Aperitif at Brasserie Quartier. It is located at the beautiful St.Regis Hotel. The Brasserie Quartier is a contemporary French restaurant that offers rich culinary fare from France. St.Regis was on my must-visit list since it opened in Dubai recently. I was thrilled to visit the hotel finally. The hotel looks stunning from outside, it is more spectacular inside. It has an old world charm about it. Loved the spiraling stairway, gorgeous chandeliers and fresh flowers.

Before to go, I wanted to check their menu on their website ... What a surprise !!! The menu is in French. Well, at least it is supposed to be in French. Because it is SO full of mistakes that it looks honestly unprofessional, especially if you are French. <br/><br/>I decided to send an email to the email address I could find on their website. <br/>I copy/paste : <br/><br/>"Hello, <br/><br/>Just to let you know that the person who wrote your menus in french made many mistakes ... You have a lot of plural forms missing, some feminine forms missing also and some pretty weird expressions that look just like bad translations. Not to mention that there is no consistency in the dishes titles. <br/>You should ask a french person to rewrite completely your menus ... It looks stupid from a French point of view, especially according to the standard of your restaurant and your hotel. Unprofessional to say the least. <br/><br/>By the way, the english underlines are not perfect either ... <br/><br/>Best regards"<br/><br/>They did not bother to answer. <br/>So I tried my luck via their Instagram ... No answer either. <br/><br/>So, I don't think I will try the restaurant knowing how much they care about their menu and their potential future customers.

Visited the place for cocktails and canapés on a Thursday evening. Great ambience, food and drinks! Will definitely be back to try the brunch!

Exemplary service with great food<br/>I was here with friends and we had a great time.even though the location is bit complicated to reach and there is not much exciting things YET around ,the hotel itself looks great in this area.warmly welcome with bubbly and the hostess seated us and gave us the set menu.its called the lazy brunch so you don't need to go every time to the buffet to grab food.Good selection in the menu and svetlana did take care of our table very well.pictures will talk rest! We will be back.

The opulence of St. Regis Dubai manages to take my breath away every time. The cobbled driveway lined with vintage street lamps transports me to the romantic era of horse-drawn carriages and corsets. The magnificence of the palatial-style facade is further enhanced when stepping into the marbled floors of the lobby. The spiraling stairway, gilded with retro glam, frames a larger than life chandelier, an epitome of luxury that would be so apt for the scenes of The Great Gatsby.

Went for the business lunch today and was definitely not disappointed. The hotel itself is very grand and the restaurant ambiance was very French. <br/>The menu is set for the business lunch and not too many choices however what came was delicious. The duck and halibut which we had for mains was cooked very well and delicious accompanied by fresh ginger ale and grapefruit juice which was really refreshing. Ended the meal with a chocolate pastry and lemon tart both wonderful. <br/>Service is also excellent and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The hotel on the surface seems to be glamorous but when looking closely you can see they did many things cheaply. <br/>From the beginning the service was confused, the hostess greeted us for "dinner" during lunch time. <br/>Our waiter then assured us the lunch special was on, only to come back to us 15 minutes later telling us the chef does not have the specials today... <br/>There was only one other couple in the restaurant... <br/>The wines are extremely overpriced per glass. <br/>The onion soup was good, the Nicoise salad was OK and the chicken main dish was overpriced and tasteless. <br/><br/>We tried to end our experience there on a better note by going to the French patisserie for desserts. <br/>The coffee was great while the French deserts were tasteless, dry, and seemed like they were made many days ago despite our waitresses adamant assurance that it was made today. The marble cake was dry and the custard Danish tasted like dry scrambled eggs. <br/>If you're looking for desserts go to carrefour instead surprisingly they're better than this 5 star cafe... <br/><br/><br/>Overall the food is very underwhelming for a five star hotel and the desserts are downright disappointing and tasteless. I won't be going back and I'd advise anyone I know not to waste their time or money. <br/>For a similar ambiance and food style go to cafe belge in the Ritz in difc you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful building with winding stairs lead you up to the small restaurant. Staff were amazing and made you feel a million dollars. And guys that's difficult when most restaurants try to do the same in Dubai. We went to the Friday brunch. The staff were immediately there to show us around. It was a lazy brunch. So didn't have to move. 7 courses. It's wasn't over full it's wasn't noisy it was just perfect. A great change from the normal high end brunches. The food was amazing. I had the lamb for main. And the vodka sorbet was amazing. Every course impeccable in taste and presentation. I had a conversation with the head chef and sous chef both were vey informative. I challenged them to keep it this way and don't over grow. EXCELLENT MY NEW FAVOURITE BRUNCH.

Once you find your way past the construction, you pull up onto a private drive to the entrance of what looks like a massive stately home. The staff are aplenty and are awaiting your arrival. They whisk open the doors and usher you inside this sumptuous haven. You walk into a large foyer with sweeping marble staircases, chandeliers, fresh flowers, and Doric columns. Even the scent you inhale is sweet.

I was invited for the #Zomatomeetup at the Brasserie Quartier at beaux-arts inpired St Regis Hotel in Dubai on friday at the “Brunch at the Manor”. Brasserie Quartier is a French restaurant and the “Brunch at the Manor” is not the regular brunch you have in other hotels.

The brunch was a great experience!! The afternoon started with a glass of champagne. <br/>The serving style is very laid back. You sit and enjoy your meal and they bring everything to you. <br/>The meal started with some small appetizers a fried escargot ball and some small bites. <br/>This was followed by a oysters, prawns, lobster, langosteen all amazing. <br/>Then for salads we had buratta, beetroot salad, goat cheese with beetroot, pumpkin salad, also quinoa salad. The buratta was the best, the goat cheese presentation and a bit of truffle oil made it amazing. <br/>For mains it was the steak, duck, salmon. The duck was in foiegras sauce that was very good. <br/>We had a lemon sorbet with vodka to clear the palate before dessert. <br/>For dessert they moved us to a separate room and it was all very good. <br/>Service was very good through out. <br/>Shall be back.

What a dainty breakfast ❤️ . The place offers an ample range of french based brasserie along with many other international dishes. The setting radiates with french etiquette and humbleness and the staff were so friendly and engaging.<br/><br/>I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to experience a dazzling breakfast 😆<br/><br/>

Imagine with me a little, you walk into a grandiose hall with elegant marble onyx columns that lead to a flight of golden railed stairways, chandeliers and golden framed paintings and splashes of color from the beautiful flowers. Well you don’t have to imagine because this is the enchanting scene that greets you as enter the newly opened St Regis Hotel in Dubai. #ZomatoMeetup #BrunchattheManor

Once upon a time in Downtown Dubai, way back in 2015, the grand manor that is the St. Regis was built. This brand new premises is spectacular by day but even more so if you arrive in the evening. The furnishings will speak for themselves, gorgeous marbled stairs, giant chandeliers; the St. Regis oozes luxury.

St Regis recently opened in Dubai and this my friends is set to be another landmark in the history of UAE. With a overwhelming response this fairly tale like hotel has taken my heart away and I can’t wait to visit it another innumerable times. Just a few days back around 1000 guests visited...
Dubai Food Picks
There were so many lovely things about this brunch that it wouldn’t do justice to stick to the usual 50 words or less review. This brunch starts of on the right note with a glass of grape before you are even seated. Followed by tableside service featuring a selection of appetisers, seafood and yes even salad varieties to appease the sound of your mother’s voice in your head telling you to eat healthy. <br/><br/>Part of the charm that goes along with brunch is walking past impressive displays of food. And impressed we were by the cheese station, baked goods and cold cuts. It was secretly a relief to see that there was only a limited selection of main courses (also served tableside) after all the other food we had already eaten. <br/><br/>While the mains weren’t particularly enticing, the dessert selection was possibly the best aspect. Smartly located out of sight (we might not have eaten anything else had we seen this first), this is not one of those brunches where they skimp on quality dessert presuming that diners will be too inebriated to care. Aside from novelty items like cotton candy, fondue and pick and mix candy, there was a massive selection of decadent tarts, cakes, pie, eclairs, chocolate and truffles.<br/><br/>Although the cocktail selection was rather small (only 3 were included), the intensity of the flavours in the Parisian Punch were much appreciated. The mocktails were also refreshingly good. All in all a great choice for a Zomato meet up.<br/><br/>Do not miss: Truffle mashed potatoes, couscous, sourdough bread with onions, brie, lemon tart, calamansi ice cream, all the in-house chocolate and truffle varieties <br/><br/>#ZomatoMeetup #BrunchAtTheManor #StRegisDubai

Amazing French food at brasserie quarter. For vegetarians mushroom risotto is the highlight ! One of the best risotto, creamy and mushrooms were super crisp and properly cooked. The deserts were amazing too ! Go for it 👍🏻

As an all-out foodie, I of course was determined to try this place, since it was rated amongst one of the eye-catching luxury restaurants located around the UAE. Having read the menu and occasion, we tried to be as prepared as possible. <br/><br/>Upon arriving, the valet was very friendly, provided he would park my vehicle with a complimentary valet parking ticket. Such a cheerful greeting. Upon entering the hotel, we were approached by a welcoming staff who kindly lead us to the restaurant located on the first floor. Once we've reached, we were cheerfully greeted by the front staff and welcomed us with delectable wine. She then lead us to our seats which was facing the newly constructed bridge on Shk Zyed Road, right below the metro station rail. <br/><br/>This place was very casual, staff are dressed appropriately and formally. Once seated, we were greeted by one of their friendly staffs, Mr. Othmane, who gave us a variety of Champagne choices to choose from. And before picking he made sure we've tried one of the restaurant's best choices. We ended up picking the Bollinger Champagne which was utmost delightful. A little while later, we were at awe at how large the sea food platter was. Ranging from lobsters, to minced crabs, to oysters, and not to forget shrimps! They tasted amazing, I myself am not a seafood fanatic but I honestly enjoyed myself digging in! After the seafood platter, came the vegetable platter. My company was vegetarian, and as always, the dish provided to us was utmost perfect. <br/><br/>Then came the meal, the cart was brought to our table, ready with a variety of meat, steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, and many more. The staff welcomed us and kept us company while he was preparing our food. Our conversations were filled with laughter and fun! I had the medium-rare steak and duck, my partner had her vegetable dish. Both were very sumptuous! <br/><br/>We were stuffed! But of course, there's always room for dessert. We brought out our inner child and looked at each other with smiles on our faces cheerfully saying "Let's go?" "Let's go!". I myself don't favour sweets but I was really surprised at how much I've eaten! I've had the molten chocolate cake, and some few other sweets that are hard to pronounce, lol! Oh, and there was a popcorn bar, a sweets corner, and a self serving cotton candy machine! How amazing is that! The chef was delighted to serve us and we're even insisting on giving us more! One even said "before you have your meal you should visit the dessert stand first", she said jokingly. <br/><br/>After having our dessert, we sat down, our stomachs out, laughing, enjoying the moment, talking, even Mr Othmane joined us in our conversation, such a great lad! We've made friends with him! <br/><br/>Once the conversation was over, their staff cheerfully asked us "so, would you want our famous cheese dish?". My company and I looked at each other and chuckled, then the staff answered his own question saying "that's a yes!". <br/><br/>We had our cheese dish, barely finished due to us being through with the amount of food inside us, lol! We then just sat down for a little longer, chat, admire the place. Once we were about to leave, I made sure that I've spoken to the Manager, Mr Bruno Valentino, about the restaurant. What a great guy, extremely friendly, and open-minded. I spoke to him about how the restaurant is top-notch perfect in every single bit. He was very glad to be hearing something like this from his costumer's. I spokento him about Mr. Othmane, he's an intern, and I do personally believe he's got potential to be something better than an intern! And of course, Mr Valentino put my words into consideration.<br/><br/>Upon leaving, we were sad that we had to go. But! I will surely visit them again! I do hope to be seeing all the friendly faces of the staff and the welcoming committee of St. Regis! <br/><br/>To sum up my experience, oh, I loved it so much! 100/100! Definitely recommend going for their Brunch from 12:30 to 3:30. I'm sure you'll enjoy every bit of your stay. <br/><br/>Shout out to Mr. Othmane! You're an amazing person, keep up the good work!

Friday Brunch is a Dubai institution, it’s the start of the weekend and anybody who’s anybody heads out eat and socialise late into the afternoon. For most of us brunch is a late breakfast, but in Dubai, brunch starts at 1pm and can go on for several hours (it should really be called Linner!)
✨Fabulous✨In✨Dubai✨
Simply appalling!!! Don't get me wrong the decor and the ambience of the place is beautiful but that's where the praise ends! I just cannot get over the fact that a beautiful restaurant like this in a 5 star deluxe hotel is being run and operated in such an unprofessional, amateur manner! No where else in the world have I ever had this kind of experience where I arrive at a restaurant am presented with their menu all to be told that more than 2/3 of their items are not available!!! What is the point of the place being open if they have no food? They had to check if they had chicken after most items were not available! Then let's talk about what was available - coffee from a machine not one made by a barista for 40aed, a salad for 90aed which comprised of leaves and a sprinkle of bacon pieces and chicken for 135aed which said absolutely nothing for the chef, the restaurant or the hotel! For the price tag of the items on the menu one expects quality, creativity and above all flavour!! The worst of it is the response from management - after making a complaint we were simply given a cold "I'm sorry" with a promise to be contacted by management after providing them with our contact details. A week later and no sign of anyone! Absolutely disgraceful! #zomatouae

This is one of my favorite places in Dubai. Actually, probably the world. No jokes. It's like walking into a Gatsby set from the 90s but with french food and modern cocktails. The staff are incredibly friendly and the bartender is an absolute artist. <br/><br/>If you need to take the edge of things, have a sit-down brunch with trolleys and hot food at your table, or even just feel like royalty, this is the place for you.<br/><br/>From the staff who are by your side at your every beck and call to the incredible flavors of the bakery and seafood (don't get me started on the drinks again), this place has the unique combination of homely & lavish, believe it or not.<br/><br/>The Parisienne drink there is to-die-for. Any cocktail is, really. The pasta with minced beef is the perfect fusion between comfort food and a light meal, the croque madame is delightful, the quiche has a crust that crumbles in your mouth to perfection.<br/><br/>I'm not just saying this - this place is paradise. Give it a go, folks!

Beautiful ambiance, excellent food, extremely polite and friendly staff. Excellent spread for their Christmas Bruch. The desserts are absolutely by far the best i have eaten in Dubai with the signature éclairs' to chocolate mousse and cheese cake..a must visit restaurant in dubai

Having been in Dubai for over a decade I can claim to have seen it all – the opulence, the oomph, the luxury and all the gold, so when something as iconic as the St. Regis comes your way, you sit back and appreciate the 19th century legacy it represents. The majesty of the driveway may well take you back in time to conjure up images of horse-drawn carriages. One step into the lobby makes it hard not to notice the elegance of gilded stairways, stunning columns and a massive chandelier that define the central atrium and the world within. Riddled with the old world charm, even the elevators showcase a half moon dial atop them, welcoming you to experience a bygone era.
