One can never go wrong with chocolate, It was very chocolatey, tasty and creamy. Lava chocolate sauce over that enhances it flavour soo much. And lastly why it's called crunch, you can literally feel crunch in the chocolate syrup.

It was so creamy, rich and flavourful. It was made with fresh lotus icecream. It was the best icecream shake i have ever tried. Once you tried this, No icecream shake will appeal you.💓
⚡Dragon breath cheese balls:🍡
Its something very different, these were cheese balls mixed in nitrogen ice so when you eat them smoke coming out gave you having a sheesha effect. Isn't it cool ?😎

It's an amazing experience to see your ice cream has been made fresh in just a few seconds. Which is Fresh, Organic, No Preservatives , No Additives. No ADDED SUGER.
What I ordered there?
COOKIES AND CREAM:-fresh cream base and oreo cookies mixed with some nitrogen ice and served in a cup with oreo cookie on top.
LOTUS EXPERIMENT:-This ice cream is one of a kind. Lotus experiment is the divine one. Once, you try this flavor..no other ice cream will ever appeal to your taste bud. Fresh cream base and lotus biscuits mixed with nitrogen ice.
STRAWBERRY :-Fresh cream base mixed with fresh strawberries and some nitrogen ice.
SALT LICK CRUNCH SHAKE:-IT was so creamy,rich and flavorful.It was made by fresh natural cream base caramel sauce & pretzels with nitrogen ice. Once, you try this flavor..no other ice cream shake you will ever appeal to your taste bud.
DRAGON BREATH:- its something very different that cheese ball mixed in nitrogen ice and they served in a glass with stick, when u eat these balls smoke coming out.
Highly recommended,I would definitely try these flavourful, richest , creamy ice-cream and you will fall in love with Incredible experience to see ice cream form with Nitrogen in front of you!

I went to visit this place to try their pistachio ice cream and i found out that it’s made in house with less sugar and no additives which made me more attracted, I have tried their caramel milkshake, omg it was soo addictive !! Loved the concept of how they make fresh Natural Icecreams. We get that whole lab experience of making of Icecream. We tried the pretzel one and choc. The pretzel one was so good, Icecream tasted so unique with the caramel topping and the pretzel. Highly recommend ice cream lovers to give this a try 👍
A really good place for ice cream, the ice cream is made fresh in front of you and it consists of all natural ingredients, no added sugar no preservatives etc. Super smooth texture which just melts in leaving a great goodness, its made with liquid nitrogen and comes in amazing different flavours. I ordered the Coffee flavour and lotus.loved it. Secondly the cheese puffs aka dragon breath, soo yumm and fun it is to have them.

You can watch the process, so basically you enjoy watching your ice-cream being made and devouring it too !
Did you know…a frozen mix of milk and rice was used in China 200BC and that was a beginning of invention of ice-cream. At various stages the process went through different evolutions to reach the stage of ice-cream we eat today.

𝑳𝒂𝒗𝒂 𝑴𝒖𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒌𝒆 - was delicious and my son gobbled it all up..with perfect sweetness of chocolate, nice thick and creamy.
𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒐𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒛𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒏 - were super fun to eat, we even enjoyed watching some kids on the next table who were so much in awe & excited with their tumbler of Cheetos.
All in all this place is not the one to be missed if you are an ice-cream lover and c’mon who is not, so do head over to these guys and devour your favourite flavour now !

Both the flavours was amazing and we loved them .
The salted caramel was topped with the pretzel and the best thing was that it is not overly sweet .

LOVE IT !!! from time of check in till time of checkout, do try their best seller the Lotus Ice cream and try their mix milkshake. The way the ice cream is made and has no artificials and all is just amazing. I love when i asked about my ice cream choice how they explained everything about it, thus afterwards when your eating your atleast knowing what you experiencing. Such a good way on having your ice cream. Cant wait to go back again and great job on expanding more branches around the world such as in Sri Lanka, Pakistan and much more...

I tried their immunity booster and lotus ice cream.
I was surprised by the unique flavor in the immunity booster. Each bite had a combination of clove, turmeric, mango, ginger, black paper, and cinnamon and they garnish it with ginger.
Lotus was very impressive too. Not too sweet as lotus biscuits are a lot sweeter.
I tried the lava mud chocolate crunch ice cream from here. It was freshly made and they were really warm and welcoming. The filipino lady prepared a very yummy icecream, it was gooey chocolate and crunchy and had a waffle at the base. I just feel Dh 32/- was a little on the expensive side but their freshly made icecream is too good not to try!

I had the latest addition to their range IMMUNITY BOOSTER
This was a mango icecream with all the ingredients that boost immunity-ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and cloves.
This was sweet in the beginning, as you chew the ginger it gets strong, turmeric and black pepper comes as small bits and the flavor of cloves and turmeric. All this mix of flavors with mango ice cream as a base. Served in a waffle cone. If you love to experiment with flavors, this icecream is your type. I loved the experience.
Another new addition to their range is called as THE DRAGON BREATH. This was basically cheese balls infused with Liquid Nitrogen. The moment u put it in the mouth and exhale, you will literally feel like u took a breath like a Dragon as u see the gas popping out.of the mouth.
I also tried the salted caramel which was served beautifully with a waffle cup and topped with caramel and a pretzel was tucked over the ice cream.
Ice Cream Lab’s idea revolves around the molecular gastronomy freezing concept, utilizing liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze fresh ingredients into ice cream.

I do love their ice cream. They're not too sweet and heavy, the texture of the ice cream is smooth. Also, they serve their ice cream with their freshly made waffles/crepes which makes it tastier because it is crispy. The salt lick crunch and the lava mud flavors are one of my favorites.

The little bites of ice (if I'm not wrong ) was such a great added effect.
Ice Ceam Lab use liquid Nitrogen to quick-freeze the ice cream so it doesn't melt as quickly. Also, you can add a huge amount of toppings to make unique flavours. The serving is quite good so it can easily be shared (if you're willing to do so). I like their Cookies & Cream which tastes like the real deal. Highly recommended for ice cream lovers.

We saw quite a show going on near the icream lab stall and icy vapor and decided to give the place a shot. Yea we are suckers for a good show.
The ice cream was a bit pricey as is to be expected at Dubai mall but the quantity and quality of the iced cream was good as I was not paying for the thing 😜.

It is impossible for anyone to miss this place if you are walking though the food court in Dubai Mall, I have been going to this place ever since I moved to Dubai. If you go by the name it says Ice cream lab and this place literally looks like a lab, it looks like an open nitrogen chamber where they make liquid nitrogen ice cream. This particular visit was three of my closest mates and we were like kids eating ice-cream from each other’s cups.
Ratings and Comments:-
1. Lava mud chocolate crunch (4/5) – There’s a reason why it’s called crunch, you can literally feel the crunch in the chocolate syrup.
2. Pistadates (4/5) – That generous amount of pistachio made me think, man is this thing for real and I kept saying it is heavenly, while munching away to glory.
3. Chocolate (4/5) – One can never go wrong with chocolate, very chocolaty with choco chips, what more can a human ask for, more chocolate I guess, lol. :)

Absolutely adored this place. Ordered the large chocolate chip ice cream in a waffle cup.
The waffle was freshly made, warm, crispy and delicious! The ice cream which is made right on the spot was the best ice cream I’ve had in Dubai. Extremely creamy, just enough chocolate and just enough sweetness.
Definitely would recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth.

The ice cream here is really good and fresh. We ordered the Lotus ice cream 🍨 with marshmallows, which was good, will come back and try other flavors.

The ice cream and the wafer are made on site - just for You. The process begins after You place Your order and You can follow all steps while waiting. I have worked with ice cream all my life and have visited hundreds of ice cream cafes but this is definitely number one. The structure achieved this way beats everyone - and so should it also be if made this way.
I enjoy seeing that they make icecream infront of us. Also, they provide samples to people all the time. However, I believe the portion & quality of every branch is different. Deira city center branch is much smaller, however the portion & taste is better to Dubai mall branch.

Wanted to try this from long time.
Tried chocolate and pistachio. Both were rich in flavor and tasty. Pista was with mild sweetness, which was good. Chocolate was so flavorful and topped with chocolate chips.
Lotus ice cream just left speechless. Not your overpriced ice cream store or ice cream parlor but definitely creamy enough that deserves a four star ratings. Try their various flavors and toppings but for me i’d like to keep my ice cream vanilla and simplest toppings.

A one of a kind ice cream joint. They make their ice cream as per your choice on the spot. Freshly made and soft that it just melts in the mouth. Had their Lava Mud Chocolate Crunch and was simply delicious.
This time I tried the Salt lick Crunch , the taste was good ( not too sweet) specially with the pretzels 🥨.The chocolate mud flavour is a also good for chocolate lovers . Best part is the ice cream is freshly prepared in front of you.Staff was quite friendly and suggested the flavours. Price is slightly on the higher side but it’s worth it.
The staff were very friendly and polite but the ice cream flavors were so unique and creative and the best part is that they make the ice cream in front of you and they add nitrogen which looks so cool 😎 they really know their ice cream flavors

These people here are doing just the right job at the right time and at the right place. The ice cream texture and consistency is good, just that it was a little too sweet or maybe my bad . You could always come in for quick grab at the mall.
Had the salt lick crunch ice cream . Its basically caramel ice cream with small crispy pretzels. What makes this ice cream special is the use of nitrogen to make it . They make this ice cream on the spot . The vapours of nitrogen creates so much excitement and entertainment . Must end the meal on this sweet nitrogen note 😊😙😎
