This pizzeria is in my building, so ordering from here really often! So happy to have real Italian pizzas few steps away. Pizza with burrata is a must to try!!

Unlike every restaurant that labels itself as Italian, Rossovivo's pizza is the authentic Italian pizza.
I tried Diavola and it was super. The dough had a perfectly balanced taste, and the tomato sauce used is to die for.
Portion is also quite filling for 1 hungry person.
So far, this has got to be the most authentic pizza I’ve tasted in Dubai! Food arrived hot and delicious. A must try :)
The best pizza I had in Dubai after 6 years living here :) Very fresh and authentic compare with the same version in Italy. They made it in an open kitchen in front of you which is another plus point. Will defo come back!

Undoubtedly the best for authentic Italian Pizzas. For vegetarians, blindly go for the Bufalina with chili olive oil and basil is the best combination and enough to satisfy your taste buds.

As an Italian I think this is one of the best pizza in Dubai for delivery or for a quick lunch/dinner. I love the taste and also the mozzarella cheese is really tasty. Very good.
The pizza was dripping quality, from the ingredients to the final taste. However, it was also dripping with oil. The crust is quite literally paper thin. Now if you combine a number of toppings, with a paper thin oily crust, you get a pizza napkin that is too soft and falls apart easily. A balance of crust thickness, oil and cheese fat quantity, and baking time temperatures to make it sturdy would take it to 5*.
all i can say is Fantastic food! This is a real italian concept! its been a while that i look for a proper italian restaurant and not a fake one. This turned out to be the one after trying the media city location. Their pizzas are the ones you imagine eating them in the little streets of Rome. My only hope is to see them in Al Ain soon!

A small and nice pizza place in business Bay area. The ambiance is decent, the place is quite small with a menu mostly focused on pizzas. Ordered the margherita and diavola pizza and both were good, though not exceptional. The slice couldn't hold up, it needs to be more crisper. Portion size is good and pricing is decent too.

Amazing pizza & delivery was super quick
One of the first restaurants to open in the Business bay area. I remember visiting this place when the roads around their building still had not been constructed. Visited them again recently and glad to see that their pizza is still as good as I remember it being. Perfect place for an authentic Napoletana pizza thats nice and light with the perfect balance between the ingredients and base. Personally I enjoy their truffle pizza the most, but everything Ive tried so far has been enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out for Pizza lovers.

Great pizza at my very high Italian standards! It's great that you can customise any pizza with so may additional toppings. Delivery is pretty fast. Just a little too expensive but it's ok because the quality is really good! Will definitely order again!!
Although pizza tastes very good and I have been ordering from rossovivo for so long ! But the taste of the chicken cubes on the pizza in the last two times were horrible ! It's either not well cooked or not fresh ! The taste is very bad of it ! I hope you get back your good chicken we used to eat

Let me admit that I am not a big fan of pizza. But, this place is an exception! These are thin crust, honestly made stuff right in front of your eyes.
The outlet in Business Bay has barely a dozen seats. And, no ambience either.
So, only thing that matters here is pizza! We tried 2 of them, both very well made. And, there was a bottle of chili oil that got passed around multiple times too!

Ordered the Burrata Pizza. It was exceptional. The dough is very tasty and the melted burrata on the top now makes this my favourite pizza in dubai.

Great pizza and very quick, friendly, service. Very good value for money. I order from here regularly for collection and sometimes eat in. It's not a fancy restaurant so I wouldn't bring guests here for a nice evening out but order for collection quite often when we have people over.

Pure italian Pizza! Capricossa pizza tasted fine but Genova sandwich pizza was amazing.Friendly staff and the pizza is served fresh and hot right out of the oven.Crispy crust with heavy topping.
I ordered a pizza on my way home. It was good, with a fine crispy base and good quality toppings. The menu had plenty of options and quite a few non pizza items too.

A bunch of us tried this place out and had the mushroom pizza and the pepperoni pizza (sorry can't remebr names).
I really enjoyed both and the peparonis were adorable! ( don't know if that matter when it comes to taste but it did make you go aww 😜)
The peparonis were a bit on the salty side but not bad. My only suggestion would be to have a thicker sauce Base on the pizza.
Tried the tiramisu too...didn't enjoy that too much. Can't say it was too authentic.

The view of Burj Khalifa from the restaurant really is a positive especially as the restaurant is so tiny and doesn't have anything special about the interiors. We tried the Garlic Mushroom, Genovese, Porcini and Calzone Pizzas. We liked all, but the Porcini especially was a favorite because of its special Mushroom sauce! The Calzone was yummy too and extra cheesy because of the ricotta cheese. I like thin pizzas but the base of these pizzas became soggy quite soon, hence, not the very high rating.
Wow. This is great pizza. When I entered to place my order there were, presumably, Italian customers who might have been regulars. The management seemed Italian as well so that was assurance as I wouldn't want to have authentic Italian pizza from a knock off.
The staff are friendly but make sure to ask them any questions about your meal. Since its authentic Italian just know that your pizza isn't going to be anything similar to the American or other fast food pizza franchises.
The Calzone was tasty. The toppings are generous especially the ricotta. The crust is light yet filling so you won't be tossing away the end bits. However make sure to request tomato sauce and not folded pizza.
The only issue is parking but at least the prep time isn't more than 5 mins.
This is a hidden treasure trove for authentic Italian pizzas that have a perfect combination of toppings and cheese.
I have dined in a few times - they have a bar stool setup or you can get a delivery. Their pizzas keep very well and do not go soggy.
Ordered the Margherita pizza with an addition of salami and it was good, a bit salty probably the salami and also it was skewed to the side in the box, but could have been the security guy at the hotel carrying it up.
Order from them again, this time i didn't add anything to the pizza and glad it wasn't salty, one of the best authentic italian pizzas i had so far.

Where can you get a pizza hand-tossed by an Italian in the heart of Dubai? You guessed right, Rosso Vivo!
After a long evening of studying with a couple of my friends, we decided to walk ourselves to the building next door – not literally next door – where Rosso Vivo was. The place isn’t exactly tucked away, but would definitely need some marketing re the location. It’s right on the corner of Millennium Towers in Business Bay, next to a grocery store and some sheesha place.
The pizzeria isn’t that spacious but that was okay, they had an outdoor seating area. The weather was lovely hence we opted to sit out. The menu was very straightforward and I liked that. Having an extensive menu just makes it difficult to choose what to eat. I had the Cosenza Saltimbocca, while my other two friends had Roma Saltimbocca and a vegetarian pizza – not sure what it was called but it looked like a garden!
The interior was very simple and clean. I loved that you could see into the kitchen. I loved that I could see who was tossing my pizza dough, and yep, it was an Italian! You know you’re going to get some real deal Italian tasting food when it’s a local who’s prepping it in the back kitchen. It was very entertaining for me to watch the tossing and flipping – my friends thought I was nuts – but it really reminded me of those days I was in Rome waiting for my pizza to arrive fresh from the brick-stone oven!
Our food came after a reasonable amount of waiting time and smelled very appetizing. The saltimbocca was perfectly baked and was literally a pocket of goodness. The exterior was a little brown from the fire and had a tad bit of smokiness which I liked. Wasn’t over-filled so the ratio was just perfect for me. I’d asked for some chilli oil and it complemented the pizza-pocket to the tee. Both my friends were very pleased with their food, too. Pizza was thinly tossed and very light. You didn’t get that greasy crust or overly-thick chewy uncooked dough. I loved the balance of flavors, and really, pizzas are meant to be thin, in my opinion. Anything thicker should be called a pie or a deep dish. I’m not bragging but, you’d really only be able to tell the difference once you’ve had pizza from Italy, just like how it was with my first gelato experience.
Overall, we three had a very satisfying meal. Price-wise, it was very reasonable. I’d definitely go back again and try the rest of their menu!

Rosso Vivo had been my pizza place since the day they have opened. It makes it easier to order as I live in the same building and it never takes them more than 15-20 mins to bring me my pie . Will always recommend this place. Although they overcharge for sure at their airport outlet.
Great pizza. Good flavors . No messing about. Overall good experience. Highly recommended place, both outlets.

You might ask yourself sometimes, what makes a really good restaurant. And truth be told it's a combination of several facets - ambience, staff, taste, presentation, location; just to name a few off the top of my head. But what makes a truly great restaurant? Truth be told, there has to be something more. A fifth element, to be a little science-fictiony.
Rossovivo is a restaurant that does just that. It's a small restaurant in Business bay, with just a few seats, and a couple of counters to sit and eat at. But I heard about the quality of their pizzas from a trusted source, and I can say with confidence, it's everything that it was cooked up to be!
Words wouldn't do justice, so I'll keep this short and simple - the bread, cheese, veggies and the general combination of ingredients were super-fresh, and exquisitely prepared. And while I concede that making pizzas isn't rocket science, Rossovivo has taken one of the world's most loved yet simple dishes, and perfected it (maybe through some rocket science consultancy.
A must-try!
Probably the best pizza in town. The closest to the original pizza napoletana. Despite the number of Italian restaurants in Dubai offering pizza, this is the closest that you can get to the original pizza from Naples.
Best pizza delivery in and around Downtown and business bay. The taste is really authentic and delivery is quick. Dont have anything to complain about !! Brilliant !!

I order from them almost every day, their margherita pizza is cooked perfectly with the best ingredients, their chicken pesto saltimbocca is heavenly.
I didn't give them 5 star rating because:
1- they don't have a loyalty program
2- they don't have small size pizza
I hope the management would think about these two points i made and i wish them all the best.

We ordered for a Margherita, Vegetariana, Genovese, Umbra, Insalata di Pollo & Tartufo Nero for delivery to our office. The pizzas are prepared with olive oil which was something I've never tried & it tasted really good. The crust was the perfect size, neither too thick nor too thin. Only the sides were a bit hard. The Margherita, Umbra & Genovese were really good but the Vegetariana was not up to the mark. The ingredients somehow didn't blend well & it could have been better. The Insalata di Pollo was freshly prepared with the parmesan shavings topping it off perfectly. Tartufo Nero was a good finisher. Overall, I would recommend this place if your looking for authentic pizzas & don't mind spending extra.

Truly authentic Italian pizza. Tried Daviola and Burrrata pizza on staff recommendation and was not disappointed. One of the very few places I would recommend for pizza. Seating capacity is quite limited. Outdoor sitting would be good in winters but in the summers better to either sit on high chairs inside or eat in your car. Plenty of parking is available on back side of the building. Highly recommended. Pro tip: use zomato pro for 15% discount.

In my opinion until now this is the best pizza restaurant ever, I really really like it and I highly recommend it, the service was very fast and all the pizzas are delicious but my favorite one is the Pepperoni Pizza 🍕
If you like thin crust traditional Italian pizza, then you're gonna love this place! Crust is perfect, (we always ask for well done), and sauce is good and not too heavy. You always know you're going to get a good pizza when you order from these guys.
