We've been to many branches of little bangkok in Dubai and the dining experience that we've had this evening was definitely not a nice one. By all good memories that we had previously brought us back to one of little bangkok branches, the one in business central tower this evening. Due to my recent commitment of becoming a vegetarian, I was clear enough to the server who took my order from the very beginning that I'm vegetarian and my partner is not. She understood my concern and recommended the dishes that could be suitable for vegetarians. So I order myself a nice yum won sam and son ton. It took reasonable amount of time and when papaya salad is served, I smell hints of fish sauce in my papaya salad. So I asked the server, whether it was prepared as vegetarian then she said "yes". Hence, I asked again whether they put fish sauce in there, then she said it has a little bit of fish sauce . I was surprised how come a vegetarian dish has the fish sauce. Just to make it righteous, a vegetarian dish must be free from any oyster sauce , fish sauce and non-veg contents. It doesn't make sense to me at all that you mentioned in the menu that vegetarian option is available for the specific items but you still put fish sauce in there. It is very much different in meaning that the word "vegetarian" against "can be prepared with vegetables only". Before it's too late, I remind the server that my remaining dish, yum won san to be free from fish sauce. However i doubt it was prepared as I requested. Didn't want to make big fuss out of the dish with fish sauce content as I was also accompanied by my partner and didn't want to create big scene for this small thing. But just to let you know this small thing can also make a big deal for other strict vegetarians. If you can't prepared a righteous vegetarian dishes, you better remove that misleading discription "vegetarian " in the menu. One of the outlet in charges also approached to check the satisfaction on the food, I replied as I felt. Guess how he replied to my feedback, "I will file a complaint for you "with no hints of apology on his face. Shocking !!! I used to run many restaurants in my F&B career but this is definitely not the way how I will accept a customer feedback. Would I go there again? My answer will be no to that particular branch. Please take this steps for improvement. 1. Change the way you prepare a vegetarian dish to be completely free from those non-veg contents, else you change that misleading description. 2. Please train the servers to be more proactive enough when taking the order for vegetarians, ask questions and clarify/ reconfirm for something you can't compromise. Later it will be up to customer's decision, whether to take it or leave it. 3. Practice more how you can accept the customer feedback, extend apology and Work on recovery process.You know!!! the very basic ones!!!!

We dine in almost every friday at your Media City branch..Aside from the excellent food, the service is as equally excellent as the food..All the waiters and waitresses, supervisors and managers are very friendly, patient, smiling all the time even when the place is full pack with customers..we never came accross an arrogant staff even the staff at the bar..I did not even mind when they increased the price of their unlimited promo as everything there is excellent���

We had our dinner here last night. The service was ok in sheikh Zayed branch. But the food is really not good. I'm expecting the food the be complex and authentic Thai dish but I'm really disappointed. The Tom yup is not enough spice no herbs and some vegetables. The chicken with cashew nuts it like Chinese dish and it's really not good. Pad Thai was horrible there's no tamarind or even fresh herbs the chef just put sweet chilli sauce I think. The dumplings are really not fresh. No flavor no herbs very chewy wrapper. I hope they can do better

Awful. Tried the JLT branch before and it was ok if a bit expensive. We ordered delivery tonight and even though we live 5 mins from motor city branch, for reasons they alone know, the food is delivered from DIP. the food took ages (hour and ten mins), and was just weird. The thick sauce for the Penang beef was soup like. The duck was almost candied. The siu mai had salmon in it and tasted frozen. The best thing was the rice, and we cooked that ourselves whilst we waited. Never again.

Ordered chicken springs rolls ( Poh Pia Tod) but what is not written on the menu or explained when ordering is they come with a curry paste flavour. 2.LBKK Roasted Duck with Pancake was low very quality food. 3.Pad Seiew was not edible. This had a strange chemical taste. would def not recommend this food to anyone. cheap food courts do better than these guys.

Went to little bangkok bct and ordered appetizer and dessert wherein they delivered it on our table separately and incomplete. Ordered 2 appetizers and they only brought 1 (they did not bring the other one), ordered 2 fried banana with ice cream for dessert but the second came after 20 minutes from the first one that came in. Over all I think it was not acceptable that the reason is that they are busy and that there are a lot of people ordering.

This branch is by far the best amongst all other branches, aside from their food, the service here is exceptional! 👌🏻 <br/><br/>Cristelle was the one who assisted us during our visit, and she was very helpful and accommodating. She greeted us with the biggest smile and assisted us as soon as we entered the place. Their service was unexpectedly fast, we did not even waited long for our order to be served. <br/><br/>Their Manager, Souhraya, was really nice and friendly, she visited our table to check if there’s anything else we needed, and made sure that we are satisfied with the food and their service. <br/><br/>Few of the many reasons why we keep coming back! One of the best thai in town. Served by Johnny and Jassel who were both very helpful and friendly. Shunai Gai and Seeiw Gai were awesome!!!!

Beef Masaman and chicken satay were my fav. The meat quality overall is great here (tried the sea food red curry as well), very decently priced for what you get, and Jonny gave us excellent service, friendly, and on point with our orders.
