(التعليق الأصلي) Ok, so went to this place with 2 of my friends. Ordered a beef fry, Chicken tikka masala and Chicken Varutharachathu (South Indian dish). It took over 35 minutes to serve and all 3 dishes were not at all acceptable. We thought since we waited for such a long time, the food will be tasty but unfortunately not. Must say that I have been to this place before and the taste was nice and that was one reason why I planned to introduce my friend to this restaurant, but didn't had a good ending. If they don't find solution and correct the issues, customers will go away like us.

(التعليق الأصلي) It's an excellent restaurant which I will recommend for Indian food lovers. It also has burgers, sandwiches and arabic breakfast. It is a one stop destination for good food. Food is served hot with a complimentary flavored milk,or juice, curd and salads. I loved dal gosht, chicken tikka masala, mutton curry which was delicioso. The prawn biryani was more like prawn curry and rice but not over spiced. I tried south indian breakfast also which was excellent. The burger I tried was little over baked. Over all good food.

This is a place that doesn’t deserve customers at all ! They don’t value their customers one bit. I just placed an order about 2 hours ago and still haven’t received it. First of all the driver had the wrong location, and second of all he said that it would take him another 30 mins to reach my location because he has other orders to deliver (When it actually takes 10 mins to get to my location from his). I called the driver after 30-40 mins and he told me that he dropped the food off back at the restaurant because he doesn’t know the location. Then I called the restaurant back and the guy said that he’d send me my order in 5-10 mins, and did not mention that the food is back at the restaurant. I told him to not deliver it to me because I do not want to eat food that has been roaming in this heat for about an hour or so. He did not try to fix the issue by saying that he’d send fresh food, he just apologized and that’s it. I did specify my location and repeated it twice but, the guy on the phone was probably not paying much attention. This was my lunch break and they wasted 2 hours of my time and left me hungry. IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW GOOD THE FOOD MAY BE IF THE CUSTOMER CAN’T HAVE IT ! REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND STILL STARVING !

Visited here with my friends...overall experience was good😁 We had ordered Gobi Manchurian dry, Mix Grill and Nutella milkshake. Gobi Manchurian was simply awesomeeee❤ Highly recommend for a starter . Mix Grill wasn't up to our expectations....it wasn't served hot...so the meat had a tough texture which was a slight disappointment...especially the seekh kebab which lacked flavour..😢 The bestttt part.....NUTELLA MILKSHAKE ❤❤❤ It was reaallllyyyy good !!!

This is the first time I ordered from mud pot restaurant and I was utterly disappointed. Below are the items ordered 1. Big mix grill platter - AED 105. It is not at all what is shown in the menu. There are no lamb chops, no Arees and no fish. Chewing the lamb pieces could give you a good jaw exercise ... so hard... The mutton and chicken seekh kebab was extremely dry and crumbly. The red and white tikka were very mediocre. 2. Full Green Chilli charcoal chicken AED 38. Seemed like just chilli paste on a chicken and grilled. Totally dry and no moisture burnt top. 3. Full pepper charcoal chicken AED 38 Same to same as green chilli chicken. I didn’t know what the difference was. 4. Veg schezwan fried rice for our vegetarian friend. Very average. All in all totally disappointed with the grill. Maybe their the other items on menu might be better.

Mudpot is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. It’s a very small restaurant located at the corner with a Malyali touch. The customer service is really good as they treat you like family. The food is okay nothing too special. It’s quiet populate and it is extremely difficult to get a parking. I recommend coming 10-15 minutes earlier. Overall I would rate this place 3.5/10 and it is prone to Malyalis.

Ordered a full plate of mix grill half an hour before going to the place. Still had to wait for another half hour after reaching. No arayes or kebab. Only tikka and fries. Normal restaurants serve enough portion for six people while this wasn't enough even for four. Their biriyani also is not upto the mark. Only meals & ghee rice is consumable with some satisfaction. Won't recommend the arabic cusine from here. :(

I Eat here once every two weeks, Located in silicon oasis it becomes a hotspot for students and others working in and around the location. Their menu consists of food that is pocket friendly, packed with flavor and quite a variety. They have a casual seating arrangement although a little compact nevertheless the service is fast and servers are friendly. I've had their paneer butter, beef chilly, chicken kurma , chicken masala, dal tadka and have got to say that they have never disappointed. They have gorgeous fluffy parathas that can be eaten as a snack with tea as well as a great pair to go with any of their veg or non- veg curries. Overall they provide comfort food for great value of money. The only negative i'd say is that the delivery takes a long time, although being close by to academic city but kudos to the food. P.s- Great place for students living in academic city to order in.

Ordered food from here twice. First time they delivered over an hour late. Second time same thing, more than an hour late and they sent the wrong order. The food they sent was cold even. Zomato contacted them with the feedback and they said they would give me a call but there was none. I would say it's just horrible service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I don't remember even once they delivered food on time. I stay just 2 streets away from them and every time I order would take a minimum 2 hours for the food to be delivered. The person who ever answer the phone keep lieng " on the way " . Ordered the chicken charcoal from them. The promised delivery time was 35-40 mins, but the food arrived in an hours time with no apologies from them. The food was subpar and the fries were cold like they just came out of the fridge. This is a budget delivery place, but at least the food can be decent.

Been to Mud Pot last night! Wide and diverse list of dishes in the menu with surprisingly lower price tags. Very friendly and smiling staff members and they greeted us with warm smiles! The starters: chicken Manchurian and deep fried chicken were very good and in par with any upscale eatery. We have further ordered main courses from chicken, mutton and beef dishes supplemented by Nan and Kerala Porotta; all were with lip licking taste and value for money. Staff were very attentive and helpful and before we left there with a full tummy, had tried Faluda and juices, all were excellent enough to stimulate our taste buds. Nice place and definitely recommended for food lovers.
