We loved the broth they served at the beginning by Broth lab. It tasted amazing !! We tried a burger and Half chicken rotisserie. Unique taste 👍 The Burger tasted amazing too👍
My kind of place i have to admit, the way they grill the chicken and marinated it, well its just amazing. No stains, no bad smell no nothing, its like absolutely well done. Every single bite we had made it precious. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a 100% great chicken. And do ask for the chicken broth shots...
I loved the food here, its so super fresh, I was very happy to learn that all the chicken they use is Hormone and antibiotic free! I tried the latest edition street style burgers to their menu in the Nashville flavor (the spiciest) it was perfectly spicy and so delicious! Must try 🌶😍

I had their food delivered for a birthday celebration that was being held for my sisters fur baby. Not only were the humans happy but the dog loved the chicken too!! The delivery was on time and so was the customer service. I ordered the full Monty which was a whole chicken and their so sublime salad. Everything was absolutely delicious and everyone was left feeling very satisfied with the good food.

The Roost Rotisserie offers free range ,hormone and antibiotic free chicken. It’s sourced locally. Because it’s fresh and organic the taste is unlike other rotisseries. I think the fact that it’s marinated for 48 hours adds to its taste.
They serve a wide variety of food along with the chicken like burgers, salads etc.
I was intrigued to try this chicken. As usual I wanted a salad too, so I ordered “A salad so sublime” this salad did justice to its name. The mint and spring onion gave it a kick. It was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it.
I also ordered chicken, after all it’s their speciality. The chicken literally fell off the bone on touch, that’s how tender it was. I loved my oregano fries too. They were perfection. The sauces and mash were up to mark as well.
For dessert I ordered a Jammy dogger, which was a unique combo of crunch & soft.
Some times the simplest of things are the best and that’s how my experience was at this lovely place. I will definitely go again to try another salad and the burgers.
The restaurant in general has a lovely ambience. It’s kid friendly and a perfect place for a family meal.

I am so happy that I finally found a delicious premium quality Roasted Chicken and what I loved too is that they slow cook it for 40-hour which make it more juicy. The place is called The Roost Rotisserie and they have 2 branches in Dubai. The Al Safa branch has a very cool sitting and the one in Al Barsha is on delivery basis only.

I tried the bone broth both for chicken and beef- I used these in my cookings and they turned out delicious! The packaging is very convenient as it can easily be stored in freezer for upto 2 months and thawed when needed. I’m looking forward to make quick soups with it post ramadan! They offer broths made from chicken bone and beef bone made of bone marrow and also offer broths made for vegans, its shitaake mushroom and miso infused with the goodness of seaweed. Last Friday my husband and I tried the place. It looked very welcoming and the weather was nice so we sat outside. Ordered burgers, (sandwiches) chicken for myself and my husband ordered beef. It was good, no doubt. Chicken one was really very nice but somehow as we are so used to the idea of getting fries etc being served with sandwiches and burgers we weren’t really sure if the price just justify this tasty burger alone with nothing else as sides at all. Though you can order everything separately. The chicken broth served before was really though and later when we came home and saw the reviews we realised we shouldn’t have ordered burgers. As the reviews are extremely good for chicken. So I guess we ll be heading there again, soon. Just for chicken. I liked the place. There is no restroom, but yes a small corner as a children’s play area. Loved the small chicken statues scattered out on the floor. The place looks welcoming and the staff is really nice.
This is another outlet of The Roost Rotisserie located in the Al Safa area on the Al Wasl Road, in the line of Burj Al Arab. It's very easy to locate in the area.
The restaurant has decent seating space. I ordered the Roasted Quarter Chicken along with one crop, as they call it. I went for the Corn Cob with Lime, Herbs, and Cheese. The chicken was absolutely delicious and the garlic dip along with it went perfect. They have great sides, but the 🌽 taste with cheese wasn't to my taste buds. The service is very good and prompt.

Cozy place with smiling serves who do their job decently. Coming to the food, the chicken was fresh and mild flavoured. I love the crispy skin. The mushroom sauce would be the best accompaniment in my opinion. Chilli lime wasnt great with the meat. The mashed potatoes were super smooth and creamy.
Ended the meal with the only dessert they have, kurtos. Opted for the salted caramel one with slices of pretzels, sliced banana and a scoop of icecream. Everything was flavourful about it other than the actual kurtos. It felt like hardened croissant and I was expecting something more of a cake texture. Didnt pair that well together.
Anyways would love to visit them again :)

Honestly one of the best restaurants ever the food, the service, the rustic ambiance everything was great.
The restaurant has been creating a-lot of hype because of their famous chicken broth but there’s so much more.
The highlights from the lunch were, moo-s like jagger, in chicken we crust, full roast with their delicious truffle fries and corn on the cob.
From drinks and desserts we loved their kurtos cones and their kombucha
Over all can’t wait to go back.

Well, I would say that their roast chicken is one of the best chicken I've tried in town. Flavorful, tender and juicy. They had the free-range Chicken Plus their sauces are exceptionally delicious. Salad stands for its own freshness. Chicken skewer doesn't impress me but still good. For the vegan out there they have the vegan burger too! Delicious food and healthy food can be in one roof. ☺️ The staff was very friendly but they can enhance the service coz it's quite sluggish. overall experience is decent. We are happy! Pretty much sure that I'll be back soon. The Roost Rotisserie is absolutely a place where you can find the best roast chicken in town.

Have ordered today meal for iftar, it supposed to arrive by 7, however 7:30 no one have came. I called the restaurant and it appeared that they confirmed the order, but forgot to make it. This is minus of cause, guys pay attention please. On the other hand, the restaurant Managment not just send me the food, but made a full refund for that. Let me make an honest confession before I write this review. The sole reason for my visit to The Roost Rotisserie yesterday was to have their famous Kurtos. But I ended up having an entire meal including Kurtos and in fact I really enjoyed my dining experience. Located in the peaceful and pretty neighborhood of Al Manara in Dubai, Roost is a premium yet affordable rotisserie. Their main focus is to provide free range, hormone and antibiotic-free, fresh, locally sourced chicken in rotisserie style.
We won a giveaway to come dine in for the 4 flavors or kurtos and all I can say is that it was just amazing.. Kurtus @theroost_ae Kurtos with Apple Pie filling, custard and vanilla ice cream . Really loved the Kurtos which is big enough for 2-3 people to share (35dhs) Totally worth a try !! There was one with strawberry flavor served with vanilla ice
The chocolate kurtos had a perfect combination of flavours with its pineapples and chocolate syrup complementing the choco ice-cream. It is a spoon of heaven for you chocolate lovers! The Roost never disappoints with its satisfying desserts! 😋

Roost is not a usual rotisserie, it has a interestingly curated menu that lets you balance your meal without taking the taste factor away.
Everything is prepared in-house except for ice cream & bread, I guess. The chicken they use is hormone free, fresh local chicken making it full of flavor, effortlessly soft and juicy from the inside & crisp from the outside.
You start with a bone broth shot ( in-house prepped, healthy & sold in large portions)
Then you’ve to order a salad, the portion is big so it’s a meal in itself to me, ( a light lunch ) but since this was dinner we ordered a whole chicken & sides, truffle fries, some greens & rice.
The chicken was delicious, they do have four in-house sauce ( banana ketchup & chimichuri my liking) but honestly the chicken is delicious even without them.
Save room for desserts, cause they’ve two interesting things you’ve to try !!!!
Dulce Le Leches Kurtos, it’s got caramel, it’s got banana , it’s crisp it’s perfect!!!
Oh and they’ve a nice paleo brownie, also recommended with some coffee ....

A quick word about the Broth, which is now sold in pouches, comes in beef, chicken and vegan options and is delivered across UAE. Is highly recommended, it’s hormone free, antibiotics free, color free, gmo free, gluten free and is also no added salt or pepper, perfect for you and your children as it is or as a base for your soups, rice and other dishes. It’s an ideal drink to boost immunity.
The Roost is a little joint in Jumeirah which specializes in antibiotic and hormone free chicken that is locally produced!
The chicken is marinated for 40 hours and then roasted for upto 3 hours so it’s flavorful and very very juicy. What’s better are the wonderful sauces that come in the combo, you have lovely options like Banana Ketchup or simpler ones like Chimichurri which are handmade and kid friendly depending on their tastes.
We tried this combo which served a full chicken with 2 sides and 2 sauces. The sides we got were Parmesan Truffle Fries (so so good!) and Brown Rice flavored with broth.
The dessert was Kurtos, dough shaped like a hollow circle with berry jam and ice cream. I would definitely recommend to try this if you’re dining at The Roost
Really really enjoyed this. The chicken is delicious, slightly sweet and smoky. I also had a shredded bowl with quinoa and avocados and beetroot hummus, it was sooooo goooooood.

We had the burgers, the beef and chicken, both were superb in taste and presentation.
The star of the meal was the Apple Pie! A work of art and tasted even better.

The Fifty - big portion of half a chicken, tender, juicy and flavourful. This is what real chicken tastes like.
Parmesan truffle Fries - you can taste the fresh truffle and it Is not so overpowering, perfectly balanced.
Moo's like Jagger - ordered it medium came well done although we returned it and it still came back well done. It's not bad for a burger but stick to the chicken for a better experience.
Corn on the cob with lime and Parmesan, - so soft and delecious, recommend it as a side to the truffle Fries.
Herb mash potato - heavy but light. Not that great on the taste.
Rosemary delight drink- very refreshing especially if you are into lemongrass.
Highly recommend to try this place.

upgraded the fries that come with half chicken to parmesan truffle fries; even though it tastes great overall, i would have loved if the fries were freshly cut (probably with skin) as opposed to frozen fries
another issue i had was the lack of cutlery, im sure the restaurant has an explanation for that but regardless i believe they should send some!
i read comments saying this is healthy food, no it is not! everything seems to have hints of butter, high quality butter and it tastes good, but butter is butter, so be warned weight watchers :)
The Chef /Manager are focusing on the customer satisfaction which make a better overall experience. The mango and chicken salad is extremely spicy, maybe they should notify the customers in advance.

Tried The Roost as a takeaway option one hungry night. Was very happy with how it turned out. Arrived in good time and was piping hot. We tried the Roost Rotisserie for a delivery order. Our order came in good time, the food was piping hot and intelligently packed. Keeping the sweat to a minimum.
We ordered the Full monty with Mashed Potatoes and their French Fries. While for sauces we tried the ChimiChurri and Chili&Lime.
The chicken itself was grilled to perfection , the meat was falling off the bone. It was so tender, juicy along with somehow keeping up the crispyness in the skin. The seasoning was perfect but honestly it was the salivating feel you had after every juice filled bite that was a star. They really do it well.
The sides or crops as they call it were pretty awesome too. The herb mash potato was loaded with butter, again immaculately seasoned and that smooth silky finish where the potatoes just glide off your throat. Their french fries were pretty good too with the Oregano+Salt combo working pretty well with the crispy fries.
The sauces were definitely representative of their effort to be authentic in their way. Both were pretty awesome combos. Chili+Lime includes both heat and the citrus but it would be nothing like a Chilli and Lime that you would have tasted elsewhere. Unique to them a very interesting thick sauce for your chicken.
All in all we have a fabulous experience, one of the best delivery orders we have had. We just kept thinking how would it be if we were there, but that's for the next time :) Definitely trying them again.
