لا انصح فيه لوجود افضل منه في الموقع و المكان و الخدمة و نوع الطعام الخدمة غير جيده تاخر نزول الطلب و نظراً لقرب المكان من الشلال ...المكان رطب و التهوية كانت سيئة جداً وبسبب ذلك لا تستغرب ان وقعت حشرة على الطبق او المشروب مثل ما حصل معي القهوة كانت جيده لكن ليست ممتازة الاسعار مبالغ فيه مقارنه بالخدمة و نوعية الطعام نجمتين بسبب المكان الغير جيد التهويه والغير نظيف بسبب الحشرات والخدمة المتأخرة والاسعار المرتفعة

Waw. One of the best sweet places in the UAE, the crepe and waffles are outstanding. The service level was not the best and not up to my standards. Yet I enjoyed the overall dining experience.

The cafe is located in dubai mall and their interior is designed to look so homely which I loved. Each seating area had these beautiful sofas and tiny decor which made me fall in love with the place even more. Their portions for cakes and waffles are huge and it tastes gorgeous. The cake just melts and the coffee was great too. Next time when you want to catch a break whole shopping at Dubai Mall, take a break here. It's worth it!😊

I usually don't order desserts or sweet dishes, but I had my sister in town, and her kid was craving for some pancakes, so I thought of this place.<br/><br/>They have a massive selection of both waffles & pancakes, so you are not short of choices. I found them too sweet, so inform the staff to put the sauce on the side.

The best waffle and crepe food joint in Dubai. Their heavenly mixed berry waffles and white strawberry crepe is amazing. Their ambience is very nice and unique esp the vintage look they have.

I absolutely love their waffles ! I have many favourite lotus, dark chocolate, loaded with berries. And I alsways combine them with a coffee. If you are a waffle place you must try this place. It’s totally worth it. They have pancakes , crepes too. Located in Dubai mall next to the indoor waterfall the atmosphere is calm n perfect to chit chat over desserts and coffee !

Quality of food: 3/5 we ordered the Granny’s exotic waffle and strawberry waffle and for the drink we had the fresh orange juice and café latte , both waffles were good but I recommend the exotic fruits , portion is enough for two persons if you don’t like to get a lot of calories. <br/><br/>2. Service: 3/5 (the service was ok nothing beyond expectations )<br/><br/>3. Ambiance : 4/5 (the ambiance is very good overlooking the Dubai mall waterfall with comfortable sofas ).

We went for dessert to Granny's Waffles. A rather disappointing experience, the waitress was rather not very friendly. Waffle & Crêpes experience was below average. Really nothing special. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant though, nice view to the waterfall and the seating is comfy. Wouldnt come back though!

The best thing about the place is that’s it’s on gold! Have tried everything the crepes are really good and portions are big .. Coffee wasn’t that strong as expected but I’ll be giving 5 starts anyways ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽

Great place for waffle lovers. Ordered Canadian waffle, it's was amazing.. The quantity is satisfying...instaworthy too😃ambience is really cozy and comfortable with classic velvet sofas.

Ordered the belgian waffle. The waffle itself was soggy and not crisp at all. The dark chocolate was quiet hot and the crushed biscuit situation was just sad. Whip cream tasted weird and the the dark chocolate scoop of ice cream was just out of a ice cream tub. <br/>The food was pretty average or a little below average. The only good thing about this place is that its in a quiet corner of the mall and the seating itself is very comfortable unlike other places.

Its a nice and friendly place. visited there with my good friends and we enjoyed it. Nice seating area and the staff if very nice and well coming.

Tried the granny's crepe and brownie. It was really yummy. Their location in dubai mall is perfect for relaxing. Only complain that some of their staff members were very rude.

@granny’s waffles is good option to try waffle, pancake or crepes we tried their waffle and crepes. Strawberry waffle was ok because i like my waffle to be little crispy but it was soggy, chocolate fantasy crepe was amazing. We used our @zomatogold so altogether it was a good deal.

Perfect place for your group to chill. Not too loud not too dull. Right accommodation and proper services and food. A better deal in food can be done though. Overall, loveable.

Big plate of sweets overload with a nice Moroccan Tea. The place is just next to the waterfront inside the Dubai Mall! Staffs are friendly! I think the ambiance of the restaurant needs improvement and have a better lighting.

Inside the Dubai Mall And opposite the waterfall of the diving sculptures You will find this little coffee Gem. Great coffee, waffles and pancakes in all styles. It’s in a nice and peaceful area of the very busy Mall. Try it. Nice staff and comfortable seatings. All was nice but maybe a little to much Belgian chocolate on my pancake to my taste. 🤣🤣😜😜

Tried this place after craving some sweets. We ordered two plates : Lotus Waffle and Crepe Pouche. The waffle was so thick to an extent i couldnt taste the lotus. As for the crepe it was a bit better than the waffle but it felt like it was missing something .

Ordered double berry pancakes , veggie crepes and pistachio waffles. Pancakes were pefect. Crepes were well made with fresh ingredients. Waffles were a bit sweeter because of the white chocolate spread.. the pistachio gelato that was served with the waffles was top notch. A calm place amidst the busy dubai mall.

It hit the spot for my waffle craving! And just the right balance of crispy and soft that a waffle should have- as they advertise, straight out of the iron.<br/>I didn’t get to try the other flavors but the simple one with berries and chocolate on the side was absolutely perfect. ❤️

very poor service, took time to serve me and then refused to fix my coffee when i asked them to do so! my order was a turkish coffee with medium sugar but did not have enough sugar (you can not add table sugar to a turkish coffee and just stir it!! ) NOT ACCEPTABLE!

An absolute bliss! I was full but still wanted to try this restaurant. It is warm and well placed next to the waterfall area(the famous men hanging upside down at the dubai mall, level 1).Themed like a Shakespeare’s old play and With canvas paintings, has a comfortable-seating arrangement. We ordered a belgian waffle, and a crepe. Believe me that scoop of dark belgian icecream with the waffle is beyond my expectations and there are no words worth describing it!! 🤤 Gosh!! Waffle was topped with chocolate sauce and served with whipped cream. Crepe was delicious and delightfully made. Fresh strawberries and white chocolate sauce was yum..I recommend you to go there when you are hungry and not to have a dessert just like that! The portion size is really good and can make a meal! Turkish coffee was authentic! Real coffee! Staff is friendly and warm! The dark belgian scoop wont disappoint you🤪🤤 ( ah did i mention, i am a fan of dark chocolate, those who dont like it, dont hate me😁), it is truly a balance!! Try it. I would go to try others on the menu!

We frequent this place every now and then and always enjoy their desserts, especially the brownie crepe. It's delicious. The comfortable sofa chairs are are a nice touch too. We recommend this as a place to stop by for a sweet treat in Dubai Mall.

They have a lot of variety on their menu. I love their pancakes with the many toppings options. My sister loves waffles and says they have amazing ones here. However as a crepe lover myself i found their crepe to not be their speciality so id recommend trying other dishes

Location is great with good view. Fancy chairs and sofa's which is very inviting. But service is not that great. Not very welcoming staff. We tried the strawberry waffle, it was okay but not really that delicious compare to other waffle restaurants.

Cozy place to have some coffee and desserts with friends . Ordered the triple chocolate waffle and the granny's caramel waffle with Turkish coffee. Its totally amazing and delicious . Its too big, bigger than pictures shown in the menu. So its good for 2 people sharing. Prices are normal . Recommended

It is a yummy yummy place, just next to the waterfall, with some cute nice decor and very friendly staff. waffles are just freshly baked along with the ice- cream and fruits and berries selection !

This place looks good from the outside but the crepe are not not as they r suppose to be. Its overly priced just because it's in dubai mall. The service was horrible. This place has one of the most fanciest waffles and pancakes and crepes.The heavenly mixed Berry waffle is my fav, go check it out for sure!! Granny would not be proud...<br/><br/>With a partner craving waffles, I visited Granny’s Waffles in Dubai Mall although I was not a fan after first trying it in DAFZA. Sometimes places need a second chance, right? Wrong. <br/><br/>It took us calling out to the staff to figure out if we should sit and order off the menu or order at the counter. None of those working - behind counter or serving - seemed enthusiastic to greet people (not that the place was busy when visited). I got an unwelcoming vibe off the working team, and it didn’t help that they took so long to serve our orders of Three Cheese Crepe and Royal Chocolate Banana Waffles. <br/><br/>The crepe had a lot of cheese, hence, it was filling but quite average to taste, and the waffles were just sad - didn’t look fresh at all, reminded me of Eggo toaster waffles (so why did they take so long delivering? No clue.<br/><br/>Will I be going back? No. Would I recommend it? Not really. Are there other places with better waffles and crepes? Certainly; unless you’re looking for no greetings, no good service, no freshness.

Yummm.... We tried 2 savoury waffles - turkey and cheese (we changed from Edam to Mozzarella) and the veggie with pesto and Mozerella superb.<br/>The original pancakes had a nice caramelized sugar taste too.<br/>A nice Latte and Cappuccino to end a lovely breakfast .

Sound great, looks even better, but don’t let that deceive you! I’ve been there once and I am for sure not returning. Their pancakes and waffles were old, hard and crumbly and the fudge on the crepe was just not good at all.

Waffles are our all time favourite.The ambiance of this place make a you feel relaxed and the Interior are beautiful and cozy.<br/>Tried heavenly mixed berry waffle ,served with a scoop of vanilla icecream gelato and some hot chocolate poured on it. It had fresh blueberries,strawberry,rasberries . Tasted amazing.<br/><br/>We even tried Exotic crepes (pancake with lots n lots of nutella )with few fruits. Bit disappointed with this , as we could feel the raw mango taste and we expected It to be chocolate sauce ended up having nuttella in it. What an amazing start to my Friday morning! Went to this place for breakfast and ordered for a Veggie Crepe and Granny’s Exotic Waffle. The savory veggie crepe had cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese and onions and tasted like a different variation of pizza. It was full of flavors and fresh because of the rocket leaves served along. The looks were deceptive, since it looked quite thin but actually was very heavy. The exotic waffle was baked to perfection and super crunchy which gave it a nice biscuity flavor and the Belgian melted chocolate tasted perfect on top since it wasn’t too sweet. I suggest they used roasted almonds or pecans in this dish, although mangoes, kiwis and pineapple did a great job too. I loved the ambience too since it’s right next to the waterfall in the Dubai mall and the interiors are very tastefully done.

I went there with my girls, and had a great time over some wonderful waffles. We had a nice time chatting, taking lots of pictures of the wonderful themed decor and of course enjoyed the amazing waffles.

I was craving for having a good pancake in town. So we went there and had double chocolate pancake. <br/>OMG it was so moist, full of chocolate. A great delight for chocolate lovers. And the chocolate sauce on the pancakes just complete the flavour. <br/>I ordered latte coffee with them. It just complemented. <br/>Other than the food the atmosphere is so calm and mind refreshing. <br/>Highly recommended for pancake lovers. <br/>Will try again soon

A really quiet and cozy location inside the Dubai Mall overlooking the waterfall. <br/><br/>We went here one evening really craving for some good waffles and crepes! <br/>We had the Heavenly Mixed berry waffles and the Veggie Crepe. Had asked the waitress to get one after the other but both the dishes came together at our table. <br/><br/>Absolutely loved the Mixed Berry Waffles - waffles with yummy warm milk chocolate, topped with fresh berries, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.<br/>The Veggie Crepe had a mix of sliced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes topped with pesto sauce and melted Edam cheese. The portions with the veggies were really good! The pesto flavor was the best - It was really fresh.<br/><br/>The staff were really friendly and the service was good and quick! :)

A nice quiet little place located on the second floor near the waterfall. The menu is mainly focused on waffles and there's limited options in regards to other items. While they have a good selection of waffles I would expect a bit more.<br/><br/>We tried the strawberry waffles that comes with white chocolate, strawberries and strawberry syrup and the belgian chocolate waffles with milk chocolate, dark chocolate gelato, whipped cream and graham crackers. While I loved both, I had a slight more inclination towards the strawberry waffles than the chocolate one as it was one heck of a combination.<br/><br/>Quantity wise it's very filling as one plate is easily sufficient for two since it's quite heavy. Don't forget to use the entertainer for ultimate value. Service was okay, took a while to get the servers attention. <br/><br/>

A fab location with a view of the Waterfall in Dubai Mall this place has some good waffles and decent savoury crepes. <br/><br/>The staff are not attentive and do not seem to understand very well. The warm milk chocolate poured on it was finger licking good and it had fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. It was served with a scoop of vanilla gelato. I would agree that Granny’s recipes are always the best and heavenly as they say.

Granny's Waffles is the place to go when craving for waffles, because they do it just right.<br/><br/>The restaurant is located near the waterfall area, love the ambience, it''s got a feel of a house with all the comfy sofas and wall hangings.<br/><br/>We ordered the 'True Belgian Waffle', the waffle was topped with melted dark chocolate and came with a side of dark chocolate gelato. Loved the waffle, it was crisp on the outside yet super soft on the inside and the dark chocolate went perfectly well with it.<br/><br/>Do check out this place when around for waffles. Granny's Waffles are the place you go to if you are looking for a sugar high. They are situated in an open area of Dubai Mall which is nice if you want to sit down and watch the world pass by you. Their waffles are incredibly sweet and dense. One thing that's good about them is that they can add or remove anything you might not like from their standard ingredients while also having a large range to choose from. Which brings us to our next point which is the staff, they are friendly and warm. Happy to help with most of our requests to change the waffle toppings and sauces to what we wanted.<br/><br/><br/>We made the mistake of sitting down here thinking we could finish an entire plate individually, don't let the size fool you though. These are incredibly heavy and rich and they mean serious business. They are a must try once in your life to know what sugar really means. They definitely leave you remembering them there no such thing as bad publicity.<br/><br/><br/>However, we rated them a little low because when we think of waffles we like them to be light and airy such as how they make it in Belgium and Amsterdam. But we mostly just left feeling sick and too stuffed for our pants, we needed a few walks around Dubai Mall to feel better. This is the to go place if you like rich heavy waffles.<br/><br/><br/>Bonus Tip: You might want to order a pot of coffee while eating these preferably without sugar. If you aren't a coffee person you will need something to drown out the sugar from the waffles. The Entertainer has Granny's waffles so you can buy one and get one free.

This place is a very hearty place that will get you engaged to it's good goodies.. the place is having such a homey atmosphere.. that hour would pass while you seat comfortably chatting with friend or a family member, or even setting by yourself next to the falling water.

This place has the cutest interiors. Went there to grab some breakfast before a shopping trip.<br/><br/>We order a savory item (pizza crepe) and a sweet one (lotus waffle). The pizza crepe was pretty bad, with chewy cheese whereas the lotus waffle was absolutely amazing..<br/><br/>Will probably go there again for the sweet menu items.<br/><br/>Also, we used the entertainer for these.

Had the Triple chocolate waffle and True Belgian waffle. The chocolate in the former was absolutely delicious and tasty and the waffles were warm and soft. The cool dark chocolate gelato in the Belgian waffle was a pleasant contrast to the warm chocolate. One waffle is good enough for two people.<br/><br/>The place has a good ambiance with the decor set up to the Victorian era. The couch was comfortable until the food was served and I had to bend awkwardly towards the coffee table to have the waffle before the chocolate dripped away from it. <br/><br/>The staff are friendly and welcoming. <br/><br/>Would I visit again? - Definitely yes for the waffles but maybe select a better place to sit. Also, please provide a spoon to have the gelato. Its quite a cumbersome task with a fork, once the gelato starts to melt.

The place is next to the waterfalls, nice decor and seating. There are different options for pancakes and waffles. Both are pretty good. <br/>This is an update to my previous review. I went there during the weekend and tried their special christmas dessert. It consists of 2 waffles of top of each other, milk and white chocolate and some raspberries and blueberries with some sugar icing. <br/>I couldn’t finish it, but the dessert was amazing.

Lovely seating area. Very cute decoration. Comfy sofas. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Average service. <br/>Gelato waffle was delicious! Juices were just ok.

The waffles were tasty and the texture was crumbly rather than soggy which was great. The quantity was good too. The only suggestion I have is that they could serve chilled fruits than at rtp for further enhancement of the dish!

THE BEST WAFFLES IN TOWN.<br/><br/>Granny's Waffles has been on my go- to place for quite a while. Being an ardent lover of waffles and basically anything sweet, I just regret that I put this visit off for so long.<br/><br/>Located in Dubai Mall, on the second floor right next to the Waterfall Atrium, the place is in a perfect spot- a little away from all the hustle-bustle peculiar to malls. <br/>"Away from home to a mini-home setup" is what will best describe the ambience. Every seating area is similar to a very small yet cute living room of a house complete with super-comfy sofa sets with cushions lined with beautiful fabrics, tables and portraits lined on your part of the wall (partitions), clocks and flower vases. Also you have disrupted view of the waterfall.<br/><br/>Because the name suggests Waffles, we thought it best to just order the same:<br/>1. Triple Chocolate Waffle (AED 45) : When you cannot decide on a single chocolate flavor, go for this! You get your dose of white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate on the same plate. There are two square waffles provided which are super soft and warm (not a bit chewy!) and melt in your mouth.<br/>2. True Belgian Waffle (AED 36): When you want more dark chocolate- DEFINITELY go for this! 2 square waffles (super-duper soft + warm) drowned in dark chocolate, topped with dark chocolate shavings and biscuit (Digestive) tit-bits. Served alongside with a scope of dark-chocolate Gelato and whipped cream. The dark chocolate is rich and not the intense bitter. Its in the perfect taste range. This waffles was love. <br/><br/>We scraped both the dishes to the last bit of chocolate sauce or at least whatever we could manage!<br/><br/>The portions are large and two waffles were more than enough for 3 people. The cost is nominal for the quality and quantity of goodness they provide.<br/><br/>The staff are welcoming and the service is quick. As we visited around 12 on a weekend, there wasn't much crowd as the mall was just starting to fill up. This is a cute cafè next to the Waterfall inside Dubai Mall - the place looks quite cozy with lots of sofa chairs and coffee tables. I only stopped for a quick afternoon snack - I had:<br/><br/>- One scoop of lotus ice cream (12AED) --> This was very good and flavoursome (though not on par with the softie from Salt)<br/><br/>- Jasmine Green tea (19AED) --> This was a good brand, but for the price they could have at least brought a teapot instead of one mug with water.<br/><br/>I spent about one hour there working and service was attentive and friendly - will visit again to try one of their waffles, the smell was great!

Ordered the Canadian Waffle, when it arrived half an hour later, it looked very pale and not at all appertising,  Unfortunately it was undercooked and looked and tasted like the frozen ones you can buy at the supermarket.  When the waitress cleared the table I told her it was horrid and undercooked, she just smiled and said thank you.  The place only had people at four other tables when I got there  but the service was very slow and the two waitresses spent more time talking to each other than actually serving the customers.  When the waitress brought the bill and comments card in the folder, the comments card had already been filled in so she obviously hadn't even bothered to put a fresh card in.  I would never go back and have already told friends not to bother going to this place.

They are good in serving some good waffles but not crepes or cakes. Their Gelatos good but not great. I like their Belgium dark chocolate gelato. <br/>Food: Good/Average<br/>Staff: Nice<br/>Ambiance: Good location but not so neat <br/>Price: a bit over priced. <br/>
