Ridiculously fresh, great taste and always turns up very hot!
I love this place. Great gluten free pizza.
It was my first time I order from this restaurant, the food is amazing and the quality is very high and the portions are big. thank you.
Cute little place in JLT, no great seating options, rather barely any seating options, but that’s no reason to avoid this delicious Bakery/cafe. We had some lovely manakish and fresh piggy’s in a blanket. Worth a go.
The pumpkin & lentil soup tastes great, one of the best. Stay awesome !!
This is by far my favorite manakeesh and arabic pastry place, they have some magic dough recipe that makes the pastries super soft and stay frech for a while. I usually order the special zaatar manakeesh and a selection of the fatayer, i recommended the feta and parsley ones
First time to order from something baked.. I loved it. Food reach before time , fresh and tasty . The dough is so soft. It worth to try. The only thing I didn't like zaatar . It was dry
So my husband is Lebanese and can be picky about ma eesh etc. Whenever I want to order cheese manaeesh I have to be careful to chose the right place ;) I have tried quite a few places and over the time the quality has changed (especially the bigger chains) and this was noticed by my husband and kids. However, my kids and husband love love the cheese akawi mana eesh from something baked. The dough is thicker (you can indicate if you want thinner and crispier) and a generous amount of cheese. I have ordered many many times from them and we were never disappointed. I think the maneesh from something baked is the closest as to what you can get here in Dubai compared to Lebanon. Their zaatar special (light green zaatar) is very tasty too. The delivery has improved and delivery time therefore shortened. I would highly recommend.
Loved their fattoush and kunafa. Very efficient service and fast delivery. I would happily recommend this place to whoever wants to eat nice middle eastern.

This is my go-to place for a quick lebanese food fix. I love their manakish. There's always a struggle within, whether I must place an order for labneh with vegetable or the one with akawi cheese or the one with muhammara and cheese. Greedy for their good food, I always end up ordering two. Their kunafa is so good as well. And those tiny pizza fatayer are so simple yet packed with such flavor. The best part of their food is how fresh it tastes always. You need to order your breakfast from here once and you'd be surprised how soon it would become your breakfast regular :)

One of the best mana’eesh places! The right amount of toppings and the dough is really good. Highly recommended and would definitely order more.
Great food guys. I really like the food here though they do not have much place to sit. But it's a small little treasure in JLT. I love their manakeesh, wrapa etc. They make it fresh in the oven in front of you while you wait there. I would recommend this place to everyone.
The best fatayer in town !! The Spinach, meat, hotdog, cheese, the manakeesh, everything.. This is the best bakery.
The best bakery / pastry place in UAE! I've been struggling trying to find Fatayer (mini doughs ,pizza , Hot dog, cheese etc). Its so convenient when u have guests or a big family or order it to work.
I actually order a whole box of varieties and put them in the freezer. It takes minutes to reheat whenever needed.
I tried so many places and this is the best. The dough and stuffing are amazing. I would only add more olive oil to the spinach fatayer.
Omg they have this Nutella Roll it's by far the best nutella dessert we all had. Super soft dough and generous amounts of nutella.
I ordered the Pizza Fatayers and were pretty good for a breakfast snack. Made fresh and tasted good will definitely try the manakesh soon :)
Best mannaesh in Dubai , perfect staff as well , we had a big order for a party and their speed was impressive , everything was fresh and ready on time
The taste is amazing!!! I ordered the gluten-free Mana’eesh with goat cheese and roasted red pepper and it was so delicious, l actually wanted to re-order more immediately! They were already closed but I ordered again the very next day.
I only wish that they had a few more vegan options (why not offering vegan cheese?). And portion wise, it could be better if there was more filling inside the Mana’eesh (because it’s mainly eating bread, with some great taste yes, but still mainly bread).
We ordered for breakfast from here and everything was delicious I loved the Turkey one with cheese long time I was searching for a place that have all the choices which everyone in the family prefer and finally I found it.
Akawi cheese manaeesh with egg is ❤️. We always order it for breakfast at work. Hotdog fatayers is also a must try. Delivery time is fast and reliable
The best place in Dubai, in my opinion, that makes fatayer and mini pizzas... the dough is so light with many options of white, whole-wheat or gluten free...the sizes are just perfect for a party or a gathering, very yummy as if it’s homemade and you get them freshly baked every time... can’t wait to try their other menu options! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Brilliant food....the Zaatar Mozaraella manakeesh and the Fatayers ! Yummy stuff. To top it, super fast home delivery. In fact in Zomato it still shows that delivery is On the Way. Absolutely great place.
Great for wraps and salads! They amazing fresh tasty wraps, a must try are the gourmet one with truffle! I had also the Manakeesh with Halloumi and the Greek salad. Also good for ordering in, food arrives in time and hot!
This is a small eating place in Jlt. It's really good as the food is wholesome and tasty. But be warned you must have it hot. The muhammara saj was yum! They have wholesome options as well. What's not to like!? Highly recommended place 😘😘😘😘😘
a very good place to eat.Food is very hygienic and very good qauntity.Price is also pocket friendly.Everybody must visit once to see a foodie enviornment and a good place to visit
They definetly deserve the 4.2 score , my order came hot , meat with cheese manaech worth to try . Pepproni Saj was ok. Visited them again in store, its tiny gem but staff is so polite and again foid is awesome :)
I ordered a Spinach Man’oushe and a Fattoush.
Delivered within 30 mins to JLT which was acceptable.
The Fattouch is tasty , I would just request to remove the green capsicums next time I order.
I would also prefer to rename the spinach man’oushe to “spinach pie” because I was very confused about was about to receive. A Man’oushe filled with spinach? No it was a triangular pie! So better name it as pie 😉
If you want to have Arabic food with a twist and different taste, this is the place for you. I ordered a cheese awaki mana'eesh and it was superbly delicious. Will visit this place more often.
Probably one of the best manaeesh places in town. Love their akawi cheese manaeesh also their fatayeers. They even have gluten free options for the dough.
We tried the manakeesh, 4 different types and all were perfect. The food was quite hot when we received. Highly recommended. Keep the good work.
You must try something from this little shop at some point. They do not have much sitting place, but you can either order online or do a take-away. I will highly suggest that whatever you order, eat it when it's freshly taken out, you will absolutely love it. I was looking for some snacks and tried their fatayer, freshly baked...too good.
Soooo yummy and super cheesyyyy 😍
The mohamara is good but could use a bit of extra spicy.
Other than that well... found my new manoushe place ! Thanks guys :)
Best Lebanese food I’ve ever tried here. Fresh ingredients and very delicious. Fast delivery too, it came hot! I ordered manoushes and fattoush. Highly recommend 😍
My favourite mana2eesh in Dubai. Go for the meat and akkawi cheese. I also love the fatayer it’s nice to pick and mix from the wide selection and have them on the side.
Something baked is a great ption for delightful food and not too expensive food. Their variety of dishes with eggs is delicious. Come here with your family and enjoy a great meal.
Taste 4/5
Value 4/5
Service 4/5
Manakeesh: Very flavorsome fillings (especially Laventine Cheese, Muhamara, Kishik). The large serving size offsets the slightly above average price point making it one of the better deals in the area. The dough is good but not great unless pipping hot right of the oven. When we get delivery from here we usually toast the manakeesh for a few minutes in the oven to get a better texture.
Fatayer: Excellent fatayer great for when having guests over. The fatayer are flavorsome and generously filled. Only wish they had more than 1 Entertainer voucher for a dozen. All are great but our favorites are the hotdog, pizza, Labneh with olives and Feta with parsley.
Desserts: Varied options for a manakeesh place at different point prices. We like the small rolls which are perfect after a heavy manakeesh meal. The flavors are balanced. The Kunafah is the average pre-made type which is cooked when ordered which is not to our taste.
Was worried to order after reading negative comments but the manakeesh are delicious and they have gluten free options which is great! A little pricy though..
This place has good manakeesh. Especially the zataar and the akkawi ones are really good. Didnt like the spinach fatayer and the Mohammara manakeesh though. Again its a taste thing.
Overall the food is always packed well and the service is quick. They also have options for vegans and gluten free and also whole wheat which is good in case you are into it. If you visit the place you actually see the making and the baking process which was nice.
Great food! Fast delivery, fresh food and good value for money. Have ordered from this place so many times and I would very much recommend it.
I just ordered different types of manakesh from this restaurant. It’s my first time to order from it, honestly when I was making the order I didn’t check for how long will it take to deliver, and after I ordered I noticed that it will take about an hour, I was very disappointed. But the order was delivered way before an hour, I was very happy because I literally were hangry, and to be honest the food was very good.
I recommend you all to try it for quick breakfast.
'Something Baked' has earned a regular customer. Truly delicious Fatayers and at very reasonable cost. I've had muhammara Fatayer before but this one has been the best till day. Also, Lebanese breakfast is very healthy and light. It's a great pick for light eaters like me.
A friend recommended this place and we used Something Baked to cater for an office event - mix of Fatayer and Manakeesh! It was absolutely fantastic and in store rep Fatima made her best effort to get the order ready on time. Everyone enjoyed the food and we will definitely use them again ! Keep it up Something Baked.
Something baked offers a gourmet menu that is a cherry-picked selection of otherwise humble bakery goods. I think this is the USP of the establishment and allows it to differentiate itself from a busy niche. I was particularly impressed with the Goat Cheese & Pepper Mana’eesh. The tangy cheese is an appropriate balance to the slightly crispy base and the peppers impart just the slightest of sweetness to the dish’s palette. While the price is premium, the delightful ingredients justify it. The other dishes that I ordered were the zaatar with muhammara, muhammara and cheese, and the turkey and cheese mana’eesh. The latter was the most disappointing of the three. The savory, salty turkey was simply a poor compliment to the cheese. The other two were just alright and uninspiring in their taste palette. It’s tough to differentiate oneself when you have a few ingredients to work with but I have seen the rare exception to this argument. Nonetheless, the awesome goat cheese mana’eesh kept my experience in the positive and left me feeling satisfied with the overall experience.
The pricing is on par with the other bakeries in town. If you can grab a Zomato discount on the menu, the pricing is definitely enticing. The delivery service is punctual and professional. In conclusion, Something Baked offers a couple of delightful surprises with its gourmet menu and while the other menu items are a bit of a hit and miss, the overall experience puts this establishment in the better half of the bakeries that I’ve tried out.
Food: 3.8/5
Value for Money: 3.5/5
Service: 3.5/5
Overall: 3.7/5
Love the honey and cheese saj, I’ve tried both the Manaeesh and saj and both are excellent. The dough is soft and with a little chewiness which is just how I like it! Also still warm on delivery which was pretty impressive :-) now if only I could get some karak on delivery this would be my go to cheat breakfast place!
Thank you for such fresh, delicious inexpensive salads and baked goods! Yummy!
I have tried the manaqish ... eggs and hotdogs, zaatar, labneh with vegs it was really good everything is fresh plus delivery is super fast
Best manakeesh in Dubai
Try Levant cheese mankoosheh, spinach with Mohmara and the small pizza
I ordered delivery from Something baked and I can say without any doubt that it is one of the best places to serve Manaish and baked goods. The dough was really nicely done and all the fillings were equally good. Would definitely recommend as a must try!
simple yet delicious flavours. labneh saj is my absolute favourite for breakfast - thin saj smothered with generous amount of labneh.
I ordered Akawi cheese manakesh with fattoush and labneh with honey manakesh.
All food was perfect, specially super happy with fattoush, I rarely find good fattoush, usually its too sweet, or too sour to me, but "Something Baked" made it perfect. Delivery was quicker than expected and prices are reasonable too. Will definitely order again.
