Loved their mutton biriyani, actually everything is nice there. Worth driving far and take out as they won’t delivery to my area. Keep on cooking same way

The Meals with Fish Curry is very good and only AED 10 dhs for a filling meal.
Quantiy and Quality is good.
Tea also is very good.

A typical Indian restaurant with an arabic name. The food served here is average. But you sure should go for their tea and parota. All ok stuff

Have passed this place countless times and always been intrigued. Had their famous karak and butter chicken and rice, and a coke... all good and enjoyed the lively frenetic atmosphere even though it seemed pretty quiet at lunch compared to the drive through dominated evenings. Total bill 20 AED 🙂. Will pop in again for sure for my karak fix!
This is an old indian local restaurant in Jumeira, could be one of the oldest there. They server local indian food which i personally love alot.
They have one of the best dhal (cooked lentil) and paratha (indian bread).
They serve also karak tea which i can confidently say its the best in town. You will be surprised of the amount of fancy cars waiting thier turn outside to get thier karak. I remember seeing some celebrity as well and guess what its for 1 dirham.
I can have very glolod meal and tea and pay less than 10 dirhams :D
For sure its basic shop and simple so don't expect luxurious service there.
This is the best restaurant that have the superior very best and tasty "Karak".. which is not to be found else where in Jumeirah, umm suqiem, AlWasl or even at AlBarsha..
The Parata bread is to me the best ever...

Had their chicken sandwich. Extremely delicious. Chai was exceptional too. However the samosa were oily and lacked taste and the fried banana were downright soggy and uneatable. Do try out yeh chicken sandwich though!
The ideal joint for a hot cup of tea is here. Located opposite the Dubai Library and you cant miss it as there is a never ending queue of cars waiting to take tea and snacks.
Top: Order the Special Chai and you will love the aroma and delightful experience.
The omlette paratha is another blockbuster of this small joint.
This tiny cafeteria serves the best zafrani chai in dubai ! And guess what the price is - an unbelievable aed 2!!
It's amazing to see a long queue of beautiful fancy cars all waiting to get their chai - in short : this place is a super pupil at spot for chai ☕️ in the evenings !

One of the real hidden gems on Jumeirah Beach Road. Don't judge the restaurant by its crowd. It's a bare basic cafeteria but you still need to try them out. My favorite is their chai kadak. They do deliver to your car or just do a simple takeaway if you don't want to sit inside.

The best stop in Dubai for a quick cuppa - from memory they serve a spanking desi style breakfast, looking forward to that tomorrow morning. Daal, roti, yum yum
This place came across as one of those very convenient unplanned drive through places like Ijaza, where served good tea.
I love going there for their Paratha Omelette Rolls with a Kadak tea in the morning. Though i have had it for dinner too :) The paratha+omelette+some salad+mayonaise/ketchup/chilli sauce makes a very interesting taste. Though they do have 3 different chefs, thus the version you get can vary a lot from one try to another. There is a version with kraft cheese + Omellete + Paratha. This uncertainty of which version you will get is also fun, though i actually like all 3 :)
I have tried their Samosas, their kesari ( a sort of semolina cake) , another dish i have forgotten the name of but which could be best described as a savoury donut hole which they have in the after noon. Love all of those snacks too.
In all honesty with the reasonable price bracket, and the maintained standard of taste they keep :) , its a bit hard not to like the place.
Cars queue outside this place from dawn. Friendly, efficient waiters supply them with Karnak chai (spiced, sweet tea) for 1 aed per cup. An Umm Suqeim institution.
If Chai is your energy drink then often you are stumped this side of Dubai.
Farwania is your quintissential malabari cafeteria, good chai, competent and quick service, some reasonably good fast food like paratha rolls of which, the beef roll was exceptionally good (Spicy and curried chunks of beef).
The place is quite basic and ideally you would wanna go for a take away.
Long drives along the Jumeira road requires a chai stop at Farwania. This place brings back memories of college. Their 1 DH chai is a hot seller with fancy cars lining up their doorway. The staff come around to each car and take your order, returning with hot tea. The best thing on a long lazy journey
One of the best places in town to get a good karak! If you're in a hurry or just craving a good paratha sandwich, this is the perfect place to order from.
Need a parata chips oman and cheese with Karak fix? This is the place to go if you are on Jumeirah road. I also often go here for a parata and egg breakfast when i'm in a hurry, so good!
I went for take away only and the craft cheese with paratha is nice and the Karak chai is normal good , but I never tried the main dishes ..
