Very non corteous and unprofessional staff attitude. Even if you ask them for an extra sauce satchet or tissues they grumble on your face. Most of them don't even wear gloves and they have a ridiculous tone while speaking. You are pathetic Wendy's Trade Center!!!!!

my favorite is double stack with all veggies that's why I ordered 2pcs. When I got my order, I was surprised that there's none when I asked my friend to tick the no onion only. This is the 2nd time it happened and the crew/s who take and prepare my order didn't do it right again.

The food was delivered quite fast and without calling. That's a plus. Packaging was reasonably efficient and practical. Price is a plus here. Very reasonable. The sandwich bread was quite a new one for me. Soft and with some sprinklings of seeds. The egg and the patti inside was good in combination. I has some additional hash browns in addituon to the one which came with it. The hash browns were not bad, but a bit bland. A juice of a branded local company came with it. Overall a reasonable one but without a wow factor.

Located in the Saqr Business Centre, the place is spacious and the staff is friendly. Our favourite from Wendys is their Grilled Chicken Burgers, which is quite a treat and one can have this without much guilt :) You should definitely try out these grilled chicken burgers!!!

The food was delivered on time. All the burgers were cold though. Need proper insulation during transport. Apart from that can not say anything about the food. The patty had a bitter after taste, which I haven’t experienced in any other burger joint. In the cooking instructions, indicated that raw onion should be added to the burgers. Raw onion was provided on the side. First time where onions were served separately. Patties are not very thick. So if you are looking for a big meal, order accordingly.

One burger paddy was burned and the fries was cold and also they forget to deliver the vanilla ice cream. I did call them and they told me to order a small item to get new fries and the ice cream. I did try to order after 2 minutes but then the brunch was closed for online orders. Never again.

This people don’t know what is veg and what is non veg. In menu it chili cheese fries given as veg and when I ordered it came with meat. Since when meat counted as veg??? And also the staff don’t even understand what is the issue. One of staff respond that ur order is on the way without even asking why did I called. Really this is how you guys r professional??? I am going to take this issue very seriously. And I will make sure to submit this issue consumer court. I am pure veg and I m getting non veg in my house bcoz some of u couldn’t do there job properly

Please keep in mind that my rating system isn't a universal grade but rather how I would rate that particular restaurant based on its price range and what it serves. So when it comes to Wendy's, an American fast food chain, I give it 4 stars based on other fast food chains, American or otherwise. Wendy's is one of the very few fast food places that serves good burgers and good tasting patties, be it chicken or beef. Their spicy chicken sandwich is amazing, and most of their beef burgers are generally good across the board. If you're looking for a quick burger that's relatively inexpensive, Wendy's is a good place to start.

Had our dinner moments here & ordered a HomeStyle Chicken Burger, Daves Double, Chilli Cheese Fries & the Boneless wings.. . Among the wings & fries, the fries totally standout..Absolutely flavourful with generous toppings & cheese, were as the Wings were a complete let down...Too hard & overcooked plus the Spicy Sauce along was not good enough to coat it.. . Among the burgers the Dave's Burger was amazing while the HomeStyle was too plain...Hope it can be improved. . The branch is good for the beautiful Sheikh Zayed views you can enjoy while having your meals!

The only reason why I am writing this review is because of the crappy customer service the Sheikh Zayed branch has! I placed my order at the counter and presented my 20% discount which is valid all across UAE, the untrained staff firstly was very rude to begin with and denied my discount card with exact words “this is not accepted in main outlets, only malls” once I told her that read the back of the card and you guys are the one who issued it, she calls her manager and the manager was truly embarrassed with the staffer behavior and accepted the card. Once my order came through and upon looking at my order, my fries box was not even half full and no ketchup, no ice in my drink and no tissues were given! When I asked the same staff member her response “now you want Ice and Ketchup as well mam” I was truly baffled!!! Never going back this branch again!!! 😔

From rose rotana this restaurant is just at 3 mins walking distance . I wanted to have something veg the first day , though i am a hard core non vegetarian I had the veg burger , some onion rings and fries. The veg burger tasted really good . The place is quite small and only has bar stool settings. We tried the crispy spicy chicken burger and the pulled chicken burger. The crispy chicken burger was okay and nothing amazing but the pulled chicken burger with a choice of 4 sauces was really good. I liked the chipotle sauce the best till now. The food was not worth the value. The burgers hardly have any filling or freshness to it.

This review is for Wendys Burjuman! We decided to have Wendy's as it's been a while since we had it.I paid via entertainer/cash and the lady at the counter seemed to be in her own world however she did assist us in the end.What I didn't like was when the order went through the staff were shouting it's from entertainer,Are you serving us half the portion because we paid by entertainer? Well we paid for the entertainer as well and it's definitely not free!If you guys are not happy serving guest who has entertainer,you should remove yourself from the app. We received our meals after 10minutes,it arrive hot and ok.The fries could have been seasoned better. Wendys in Trade Center is definitely better than Burjuman!

This is a regular beneath my office. I've pretty much sampled everything on the menu even the daily rice meals. But aside that, their strongest point has to be their beef burgers and chilli cheese fries. Go for the extra patties they're worth it, plus love their fries cooked in the jackets - gives a whole new dimension to them. In chicken, you can't go wrong with their mushroom chicken burgers - a succulent fillet of chicken with cheese and mushrooms piled on nested beneath a fresh bun - delish! Definitely one of the best burger places around.

Wendy's is probably one of the best places I have ever had a beef burger from. I always order the Dave's single combo meal and I absolutely love it. The burger has a nice mix of sauces, mayonnaise and ketchup I believe, which gives it an amazing taste. The beef is mouthwatering and it is a decent sized piece of beef too. The only thing that could be improved is the fries, they aren't bad but there could still be some improvement to them.

We order at 1:50 am and the cashier inform us the frosty is close so we change our order and when we place the order the cashier inform us to wait 5 minites to the food after us one guest come and order frosty and she said available its so very bad attitude that they refuse to our order and for the other guest they accept the order. When I talk to the pilipino staff there because they close the machine if they open again we need to wait 5 minutes to make it ready thats why they tell its close so i tell him him i wait already 5 minutes to our order. Then you will open they are bery rude and they ask me if i will make additional.Much better change your staff before it will be more problem in the end. This is the review update. After the below review with in couple of hours I received the call from management and they invited me to the branch to rectify the mistake and improve our experience. I visited them after few days and the branch manager Ms. Teresa welcomed us and served us with great hospitality. Kids got her special attention and they thoroughly enjoyed. Issues and mistakes happen, but the way Ms Teresa handled the whole issue was very professional. I'm very thankful to her for her great approach towards customers and appreciate her dedication to her work. Thank you very much! ********************************************** What an interesting yet annoying experience I had. We walked to the ordering counter and were greeted with a smile. Our server informed us about a family offer which comes with 5 sandwiches of our choice. When we started choosing sandwiches, She seemed bit confuse and called her colleague. Now this guy told us that there are only 4 sandwiches either all beef or all chicken. We can't mix! This person was using the rude tone , so I requested to see the manager۔ Now the branch manager told us about same 5 sandwiches and when we were ready to choose another server came in and corrected the manger about 4 sandwiches. All the tv screens were blank, there was neither a printed menu for this offer nor any sign board. At last we ordered what we were forced to order, a family deal which is worth 59 dhs comprising of 2 Dave single pattie burgers, one chicken burger and 6 nuggets with 4 fries and drinks. Just placing the order took us 15 minutes due to confusion of staff. I'm surprised of this customer service. Considering the fact that they have such tough competition in the market , they should be more vigilant! Average tasting burgers, when served were cold. I took the special new fries , which I found over seasoned. Neat clean sitting area.

When I took that first bite...I was in awe!! Just when I thought, burgers were bland and never matched up to their commercials. This burger hit my mouth with such bombardment of flavors especially the juicy 'squarish' burger patty. Every ingredient was so much in place that no one could raise a question! I've been going to Wendy's for many years...since my office is in the same building, it is always our once-every-week-go-to option. The meal is good value for money. Wish they had options for vegetarians too. The ambience in the first floor is very relaxing, especially on a stressful work day. I've been to a birthday party here and while the place is not too big, the fact that the place is open and bright makes it kid friendly.

I must say that this food joint serves one of the finest fast food burgers. Try out their Angus beef patty burger. They are so juicy and it has the real taste of red meat. The custom made bun, which has a yellow color texture is their trade mark.

I usually wouldn't write a review about Wendy's but the guys here are spectacular; hence had to write. The team is always efficient, prompt and smiling. Have been here a couple of times in the day or late at night - but always the same!! My usual order is the veggie sandwich and they do it very well. Just a word of caution on the shakes - they are too sweet .. so be careful before ordering them. They do a good job at running the place! Keep it up!!

Burger is thin but delicious. Ordered Dave's burger meal. I loved their sauce and their ketchup is proudly their recipe so the taste is very natural, very good combination with their fries. We'll try more of their burger varieties next time. We ordered again yesterday night for delivery. Quality is ok but there are no condiments like ketchup and bbq sauce for nuggets plus there's also no cutlery for the chili cheese fries.

When it comes to 100% quality burger and fries Wendy's is truly one of my favorite picks . This time I decided to go for the spicy chicken burger meal which has fries and a soft drink . All of it was served to me within 10 mins of time which quiet decent . It was excellent in taste and portion wise it was super filling . Pricing wise it costed me Dhs 25/- only . If I feel like going to a fast food joint, I usually go to McDonalds and KFC. But today, I tried something different and I didn't regret it one bit. We ordered the fire attack - the spicy jalapeño chicken burger, the ghost pepper fries and the m&ms shake. If you're a person who loves spicy food, this is your go-to meal. It was way too spicy for me to handle, and I'm Punjabi, but the ice cream "flurry" was perfect to cool it off. Taste was splendid. Will definitely go to try other things on their menu. Love it!

For my first dinner in the city of Dubai, I chanced upon Wendy's a few blocks away from our hotel. The first time in years that I dined at a Wendy's store. I can say that their BBQ Brisket was amazingly good. It had a favorable serving size unlike when you order it in Manila; annoyingly small. The single beef patty was generally big, juicy, and moist. BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet. The yellowish brown bun was a surprise because it was soft and fluffy.

The burgers are quite impressive albeit with meat being fresh and chicken burgers nice and crunchy. The fries are absolutely spot however dont forget to ask for the sweet chilly and spicy sauce as they add quite a kick.

Standard fast-food. Less dry and cardboard-like than many of its competitors and great to soak up any ill-effects of a night out and about. Specify that you want a fresh serving of anything that could possibly be reheated and remind them to not speed up cooking for the sake of a quick delivery, or you may end up with random frozen bites of food.

Heard about Wendy's a lot and when it finally opened in Dubai we rushed to give it a try. Well i wasnt really impressed as the burgers are really small. What i really liked is the sauce that comes with the fries... very special and yummy!
