The mandi rice was so very good. So much in quantity good enough for two- three people. The mixed grill was the best

The restaurant is very close to my home and hence convenient. Their offer on mini-chicken madhbi & grill chicken is a great offer with a fine taste. The shatta (spicy sauce) is up to the mark!!

A small joint but rich in taste. Their lamb kebab sandwich or lamb kebab to be precise is the best i had. An only mandi restaurant, where i have a sandwich and not mandi. Must try for a quick snack/bite.
It was the best shoulder ( lamp ) i have ever had in my life , the meat was amazing cocked the portion of meat and rice was huge , came with complimentary lentil soup and the konafa was well cooked and unbelievably tasty, i also got 20% off

I ordered thru Zomato. The food is great, I like the Lamb Madbhi and the cheese kunafa. The only problem is they took so much time to deliver when they are just in Oud Metha and we are in Healthcare city, it should be 10mins away. And they forgot 1 order, its good that they delivered it again.
First time trying madfoon. I have always been curious, because I liked mandi and madhbi. So, here.
The chicken meat is falling off the bone. It was good! I cannot name the spices but it tasted different from mandi, in a good way.
Arabic shawarma was okay. Big serving.
Humongous serving! I finished half.
Packaging was also good, no spillages and mess.
Delivery was fast and the guy was nice.
good food. quantity is enough for 2. not expensive.. soup was quite filling. never been to the restaurant but confident to order again in future. only thing is the chutney could b added more since the quantity of rice is huge difficult to finish without any chutney. otherwise food has no regrets

Food was good, delivery took longer than expected.
Quick service and quality of food was mind blowing as in the real Mandi taste was craved. We have ordered both mutton Madbi as well as madfoot. Both were super awesome
I generally don’t give a full review unless I feel the place deserves it...this is one of them. The best mandi I have eaten so far. Every mandi you order the rice has a different flavor. And ofcourse, you must end with their kunafa.
This is the first time I am in this restaurant , very difficult to find the location . The best thing in the restaurant was the waiter received us with a good smile , Ordered only a chicken shavarma . Average taste , nothing special there .

Ordered chicken madhbi from this restaurant for the first time... Dish came with lentil soup, yogurt, salad and raw tomato chutney (sauce) it was absolutely delicious... perfectly cooked rice, very aromatic... perfectly marinated chicken, so juicy.... Delivery was also quick...
Total value for money... definitely worth trying 👍👍👍

My experience
During work lunch, ordered the Shish Tawouk and was informed it would be 15 mins. After 10 mins the order came, with bread, soup, hummus, salad, chilli sauce, garlic paste, fries all included. The prices at Zam Zam are the same as the others yet all the food was high quality, authentic and tasty, I could notice the difference from the other cheap cafeterias that claim to serve Arabic food. The staff were friendly and attentive, I'll definitely be returning.
I love the Madbhi, I received the food hot and the condiments are complete. The order also came with yogurt and lentil soup and some veggies.
Can't wait to order the super yummy mandbi again.

We ordered 2 chicken mandi on 19th may for lunch it was an amazing experience real taste of mandi in reasonable price , chicken was so delicious and the rice is well cooked with arabic aroma
Visited this place for Lunch during the weekend, the restaurant is small in size and also had a decent crowd. Placed an order for the Chicken Mandi which costs only Aed 25 and is totally worth it. Service was really quick. Served along with a Lentil Soup, Salad and a Tomato-Based Sauce which had a bit of a weird taste but apart from that, The Chicken Mandi was really delicious, perfectly cooked. And I'd definitely rate it as one among the best Mandi places in Dubai.
Also placed an order for the Cheese Kunafeh, which was served with a sugar syrup. This was quite delicious as well.
Pocket-friendly and also a complete filling meal, great value for money.

I love the lamb madfoon! It is cooked to perfection and the meat is so juicy and tender! The rice and the yellow sauce it comes with is amazing!!!

Excellent Mandi and Yemeni dishes. Definitely recomended for Madfoon, Mandi and have a delicious Kunafa after meal. Unusually is quiet here, every dishs is freshly made and the staff is very friendly.

Zwad al-Mandi is easily one of our office favourites. I don’t think there is a single day when someone doesn’t order something from them. The tiny restaurant is located behind Karizma Centre, near Lamcy Plaza, right beside Benny’s, on the same stretch as Adukkala and around the corner from newly opened Dragons Corner – quite a little culinary enclave they’ve got going for themselves in that nook of Oud Metha.
The food is good, not fantastic but good. Soup though is not one of their strong points – whilst you taste a little cumin it does not have any of that hearty, meaty taste these soups are so famous for. Nor did think much of the hummus. But the Meat Mandi is right up there with the best of them – juicy, tender, flavoursome, tin-foil wrapped in its own juices lamb served with a separate container of fluffy, fragrant, autumn leaves coloured rice – yum! The Chicken Madhab comes with a full baby chicken butterflied and beautifully grilled. However, I will not order it for delivery again as chicken tends to dry out quickly. The Shish Tawook was exceptional but the same applies. I did not like the minced Kabab, part of a mixed grill, which was so meh it could have come from another restaurant altogether.
Prices are very reasonable and delivery times decent (Lamcy to Wafi where we are for example, in under an hour – 45 minutes actually). Although I haven’t actually eaten there, I have popped my head in for a looksee and small though it is, it isn’t at all a bad place to have a meal – I wouldn’t want to be there when it was busy though. None of this of course will make the slightest difference at my office where Zwad al-Mandi remains a runaway hit.
Overall great taste, very well priced, very nice staff.
Problems are unavailability of parking, small space, no family areas, kunafa is good but can be better.
ordered chicken mandi today, the rice is well cooked and the chicken is soft and juicy! lentil soup is delicious and their tomato sauce is one of the best! prices are reasonable and they have a fast delivery. recommended!
Ordered a simple chicken mandi and mix grill. Mandi was delicious, the rice had a biryani taste which I liked a lot. chicken was well cooked and soft. What i didn't like was the grill, the quantity was very disappointing, not enough for even 2 people, based on the assumption that mix grill is good for 3-4 people. The delivery was spot on and my order was delivered in less than 40 mins.
Really good tasty meat...ordered madfoon from this place couple of times. Delivery time is quick. Serving size is decent. staff speaks well.
Best rice, best n in time service. Its all about the meal we got for guests and ssince then we had food from them a few times. 9 out of 10.
