A good option for a quick bite. The pepperoni and bacon cheese steaks are my favourites. Also choose your toppings and sauces well to enjoy these cheese steaks. The cheese fries are good but not the best I've had.
Awesome facility, very very clean, the staff was great but most important the food was on point. Being from the city of brotherly love ( Philadelphia ) it's hard to compare a cheesesteak to Pats or Gino's but Charlie's cheesesteak really hit the spot. You will definitely see me again and again.
Ordered a Pat king sandwich meal which was pretty good and quite filling. Definitely worth the money.

After my last experience I put my trust in the manager who did tell me he would rectify the issues I experienced last time. I can honestly say he went above and beyond his duty as manager and provided an excellent service. The food was good and the delivery was prompt. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant to friends and I am sure the manager will make them feel comfortable and satisfied with the service provided.

The sandwich is made fresh and all add can be custom made as per put taste.. we can also get cheese fried by the side or over the fries.
The fries are baked and fried I feel as they taste completely different.

Update: recently ordered from Charley's, and there was an error in the order. Charley's were very professional and courteous, and they sent a replacement immediately!
So I'm upgrading them from 4 to 5 for the great response!

The subs are tasty and flavorful. And it has a nice variety to choose from. And being prepared hot (not toasted) makes it all the better.
I like their wrap option, as you can have all the flavorful fillings, and still have a reasonable calorie intake.
If you set your expectations right, you won't be disappointed.
the Sub is amazingly fresh , Salad and meat how it always melt into one bite.
When it gets busy you gotta wait and maybe sometimes to follow up on the grill .

Decided to have sub sandwich thought of Charleys... opted to order the food through online service. placed family meal of two sandwich philly cheese steak delux and Chicken Teriyaki. must say Philly cheese steak delux was outstanding with perfect sauce and a little spicy they added pepper with white cheese. chicken teriyaki was also good and it includes gourmet fries as an extra. enjoyed and will definitely visit next time to try their other choices

Went for the small chicken buffalo sw with gourmet fries. It was actually not bad at all !! Very covenient place for folks like me staying in downtown when junk food cravings hit the peak.

Tried their Largse sub of Philly Chicken , Chicken Teriyaki , Buffalo Chicken along with Peach Lemonade & French fries with cheese . All of it was freshly prepared and served within 10 mins which is pretty quick . All of these above mentioned subs were really good and the Lemonade was lovely I absolutely loved it . Staff people were really friendly and not to forget the chef personally came to greet us which is really good .

I've always been thrilled about subs since its not only a healthier option, it's delicious!
Happy that they delivered my Chicken Teriyaki in less than 20 minutes or so, the bun was soft and warm, veggies were fresh, cheese was melting right and chicken was tasty!
I couldn't savour too much of the Teriyaki sauce but nevertheless its a great choice and complete value for money.
Went for lunch and I tried the philly cheese steak sandwich! I liked it and its worth the try !
Still will visit the place to try other options there.
Tried it first time bcuz of cousins recommendation...different burger with different stuff...i ve tried their most special philly chicken with their chees fries. Seems ok to me as it was large so didnt finish it in once. Can say a different burger with different style if you are in mood to taste somthing different. It was ok to me and good experience.😊

I love this place so much and I misses it. Everytime I miss the taste of it I'm visiting dubaimall. It was always a cool and sweet experience, everytime I visit this place in bay square. Always used to have this in the US. Not as good as it is there but good nonetheless. Great prices as well. Who adds lettuce and tomato to a Philly cheesesteak?! It shouldn’t even be an option in my opinion though.
