Enjoyed a quick and fresh lunch at this tortilla outlet. Very friendly staff and food was made fresh and tasted well. Also great for delivery in the palm/marina area. Can only recommend!
🌮 😋 Taco salad 🥗 bowl tasted so good today at this clean 🧼 friendly restaurant in Knowledge Village. Three of us visited and were served all at once at the counter. Can understand the eagerness to please us all but would suggest the Subway system - one at a time - to save confusion. The young lady who served us was super keen to please so kudos to her. Lots of fresh variety, nice menu and ambience. Easy parking outside in this modern location right opposite Amazon. ❤️

Love ordering their classic burrito box for all thing healthy, minus the carbs, for a super filling lunch. The staff is always ready to accommodate all requests such as extra salsa, lettuce or beans at no cost unlike other stingy places. Great for a light yet nutritious and protein packed meal!
I love this place! It is one of the few restaurants I keep going back to order from. The food is great, great portions, and good value for money! My favorite has to be the barbacoa quesadillas with extra cheese! That is heaven! I usually eat at their restaurant on lunch breaks, but today was the first time I ordered a delivery and I was impressed it arrived on time although i was afraid there might be a delay since its Ramadan and the Covid-19 issue but still food came hot and quick! Next time will have to try their Churros, I hear from colleagues its great!

Calling All Foodies! This is a must try place! I tried the Barbacoa Burrito Bowl and it is just mouth watering. The meat is so tender it melts in your mouth and the combination with the black beans cheese tomato rice and guacamole just keeps you begging for more. The Large portion is good enough to keep you satisfied but short of exploding like a dynamite! Must try foodies.. MUST TRY!

Between my friend and myself we got the burrito bowl, one burrito sandwich and the nachos queso. This was my first time I tried their burrito bowl and I quite liked it. The sandwich and nachos queso tasted good as well.

Tortilla is the Chipotle (Mexican US chain) equivalent. We tried their burrito, burrito bowl, tacos and churros. Good taste, sizeable portions, pocket friendly and quick service. Highly recommend as a to-go or sit down food - filling and flavourful.

I always love the food from this place! Especially the bowls but today the bowl came without any sour cream or cheese and didn’t seem to have any spicy sauce either. The shrimp burrito had like 3 pieces of prawns or even less, for the price didn’t seem fulfilling either.
I hope this was just a one off experience as it’s one of my fav Mexican places to eat from!
I ordered a large chicken Burrito Bowl which had a high rating and I wasn’t disappointed, I added a squeeze of lemon and it was just yummy. The bowl turned up to be very big that I kept the rest for dinner of lunch tomorrow.
I will order again from Tortilla and try a different dish maybe :)
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could, the food is amazing, comes very promptly and well packaged, super delicious and fresh, I ordered the haloumi breakfast tacos, highly recommended, excellent value for money.

Tortilla makes up for the shortage of mexican restaurants in dubai. The burittos are really good, juicy and filling.
The place is always clean and the service is really good. They used to have it in the entertainer but not anymore.
I have tried their churros tonight they provide two side sauces, chocolate and caramel, but it was a bit oily you can feel the frying smell. I wasn’t delighted by the dessert but i still love their burritos.
Tested the nearest Tortilla outlet after wonderful experience at the festival city outlet. One of our favourite places.

If you love Mexican Burrito bowls , this is the place to be at . They have a variety of options to choose from depending on the type of rice to the fillings and toppings . I have been over here twice for lunch and have never been disappointed. The bowls are reasonably priced and the quantity is filling. I really like the chicken and steak toppings . The ingredients taste fresh and yummy. I highly recommend to try their Mexican Burrito bowls ❤️
I would like to thank charbel from tortilla for being very professional and customer oriented, zomato delayed the food pick and delivery and he personally called and made the restaurant deliver the food once he learned that zomato driver didnt come.
Mexican soft tacos stuffed with your favorite fillings @tortillaarabia . I chose the soft taco shell in which soaked in the beef and avocado flavors! Top was garnished with diced juicy tomatoes and onions...the mixture of all the flavors in one bite is truly something I still carve ! Definitely coming by for more healthy tacos for dhs30 which comes with 3 tacos of your own stuffings .
Today I had the chance to have lunch at Tortilla which is very near to my office. First of all the outdoor seating is great when the weather is nice. The place is self serve. I asked for a burrito bowl which you can customize as per your liking. I chose Spanish rice, Cheese, pulled beef, beans and salsa. Rice and pulled beef were great. Only drawback about salsa was the onions which was too much for me. However I liked the food very much. The staff was attentive and they visited our table for 2-3 times to check if we liked the food or asked for a coffee or desserts. Overall a recommended option for media city people.
From the second you walk in you get greeted by smiling and happy staff. Menu is very clear and simple. The restaurant is clean and tidy.
This is nothing compared to the food though. You get to choose your own ingredients for your burrito, taco or salad and it's very nicely displayed.
The food is tasty, fresh, and they're not stingy with ingredients. You get a fully loaded bowl of salad, track or burrito.

Ordered bowl which is practically the content of burrito and is oriented for those who would like to cut curbs as it is burrito without wrap actually. The taste of grilled chicken and coriander rice were awesome coupled with black beans. Onions were a little too raw but still acceptable. Good to try!

They delivered my burrito bowl with only lettuce, beans and rice. No guacamole, no salsa, and no sour cream even after specifying it in the order.
When I called them to inform them about this, they were not even apologetic about it and said that I’d have to wait another hour to receive my order. The customer service of the staff was not up to the mark. However, a big thank you to the manager, Hassan, who immediately acted upon this and not only got in touch with me, but also gave me a free order to compensate for my experience :) Delicious burrito bowl!
I have honestly tried a lot of Mexican places here in the city. Thought of trying this place out. Ordered the grilled chicken large burrito bowl for delivery. Asked fr a slightly lesser portion of coriander rice. The selection options were very good. For the protein part had the option to go with grilled steak, barbacoa, grilled chicken or veg. Went for the grilled chicken. Delivery was fairly quick for a weekend. The portion is sufficient for one person. The quantity of chicken is decent though it could be slightly more IMO. The beans were cooked brilliantly with the right Mexican spices. The cumin flavor came out very well. The pico di gallo quantity could be more. The rice was well cooked. The toppings were perfect. Overall a very palatable and satisfying bowl. Definitely recommended for ones who prefer a lighter bowl option. It’s not oily at all. 5/5 for me. A great find to be honest. If your up for Mexican cuisine give it a try...
Had been looking for a good breakfast burrito for a while, well done was great. Good food, great prices. Excellent breakfast meal deal. But why does it say on zomato you are closed for breakfast and no mention of the breakfast items on the menu on here.

I had a bad experience a few days back with Tortilla they forgot to send me my guacamole, the next day I had a call from them, they were apologizing and they offered me to a free burrito bowl with Churros & Tortilla chips... that was really nice of them! Their food is really nice & fresh. Now that's what I call a good customer service in Dubai! Tortilla place cares about its people :) I will always order from this place.
I've ordered here for delivery twice and have not been disappointed! They pack the tres tacos so that they aren't soggy when delivered, with both crispy and soft shell tacos. The food is delicious in restaurant and in delivery, will order again! :)

So Tortilla is a semi-fast food chain growing across Dubai. The feature is California tacos and bowls, which is a way of saying this like Mexican food but not really — that’s a kindness to Mexican food which is often reduced to just tacos and burritos.
Anyway, the decor here is bright with terracotta colours and soft couches as well as the usual chairs and tables dining. I recommend the sofa for the window watching onto the street outside.
It’s busy at lunch times due to the copious offices in the area.
We eat here about once a week. The food is very fresh. The format is choose your type of food: taco, burrito, bowl or quesadilla. Then you choose your fillings. The following are HIGHLIGHTS from my grazing here:
• BARBACOA: it’s the best one I’ve had outside of a full scale restaurant. The meat chunks are generous, the slow cooking leaves everything soft, it’s meaty slow cooking at its very best without the distraction of spicing and herbs.
• BOWLS: good value for money especially with the beans, rice, peppers and salsas.
• GUACAMOLE is freshly made on site with real hass avocados. You can tell the difference
• FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE is a must and curiously overlooked in many other similar restaurants
LOWLIGHTS
• CHURROS are fatty and taste undercooked inside. There is gooey and then there is dense, undercooked batter. I think the batter may be too thick and therefore it does not fry all the way through. The chocolate sauce that comes with is a miss: it’s gritty like it’s made with cocoa powder vs high quality semi sweet 70% chocolate. The best part about the sugar cinnamon coating which get you through a portion - just.
I will definitely continue ordering from here. It’s a welcomed break and addition to the now tried and tested restaurants in this area of Media City.

Like the restaurants in Office Park building, this place also has a big seating space primarily to accommodate the office crowd during the lunch times. I ordered the Chicken Burrito Bowl. You can choose base rice - I had cilantro rice - and as toppings I added mild salsa, corn, black beans, sour cream, and extra chicken. The taste was slightly close to what a well-known Mexican chain offers in the US. But the only missing part was that the sour cream was in such small quantity that it was almost not there. Nevertheless, the taste was good. The service is very quick.
I would surely try this again when I feel like eating a burrito bowl again... must try, at least once!
This place is so good, it reminds me of Chipotle. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, affordable and one one my favorite salsa’s from home. My kids love it!

Finally, I have not had good TexMex or CalMex in the UAE until they opened Tortilla. The food was delicious!! It definitely tastes like it was from California. The crunchy chicken tacos were sooo good!! My wife had the burrito bowl and it tasted fresh. My 12 year old the steak crunchy tacos and she loved them (and she is a vey picky eater). We had the food delivered and it was here fast. I will definitely be ordering again soon.😋😋😋😋

Sad, bored faces this time while happy stuff last time.
They were spaced out with no focus on what we are ordering.
The guy who was preparing the order was trying to put as little fillings as he can while last time the tacos were amazing.
