Great place to stop and grab a cup of tea. Best part is the friendly young owners that welcome you. You can sit on the roads and socialize with people you meet there. It's fun in winters to chill and relax on the footpath. Tea lovers this place is must visit

Just had cold coffee from Park and Sip and must say that it's one of the best I've had in Dubai with perfect amount of coffee and ice cream.
This place has one of the best cold coffees I've ever had. The atmosphere here is amazing and the staff is friendly. Park and sip is more than a cafe, it is a social outlet. For all the tea and coffee lovers out there, this place is a must visit!
Pretty relaxing ambience. Nice place for chilling with friends at night. Pretty affordable too. Thick shakes are heavenly. Definitely gonna visit again.

The best place for a cold coffee and some of the best sandwiches in town! Ambience is amazing and it has a book section with some good ones in there. Honestly one of the best spots to relax and have a chat. The staff is super friendly and fun to interact with. The offers are always good and thoughtful and most importantly the quality of the food is top notch, all of this without burning a hole in your pocket!
Yo, this place is mad good! The cold coffee and PBB ( peanutbutter Banana ) is the bomb! Gotta come here and try it out. Loads of parking as well to just sit in chill for hours.

Arguably, the best chai in town. These guys have actually focused on presenting the actual flavor of Chai rather than focusing on the masalas. Unlike many other places, they serve Davidoff coffee.
I like their Sloppy joes which are very soft and juicy. Their menu is quite interesting and limited.
It’s the vibe of this place and the hospitality and warmth of the staff including the owners attracts you the most. They mean it when they say they don’t just serve food. They give an experience. A must visit place in the Vicinity.

So these guys were a drinks only place for a while and they’ve just begun their food.
And what a good decision that was for the customers.
They serve chicken and beef sliders and veg sliders too. All sliders come with the most delicious, thick, crunchy steak fries and a chai.
I tried the chicken sliders and sloppy joe ones . Absolutely recommend it . Chicken sliders are not overloaded with anything- a simple mixture of chicken , fresh lettuce (and I mean REALLY fresh, not the sad yellow ones you get elsewhere) and a yummy sauce.
Sloppy Joes was even better - thought I must warn you to sit while eating it . It a delicious warm slider bun stuffed with a rich mince mixture and their sauce.
They also serve breakfast. I’ve been fortunate enough to try the BLT - do NOT miss this if you are a meat eater , it’s a heavenly combination of bacon , tomato and their crunchy lettuce. The BLT is prepared in a very generously sized sandwich bread that’s totally worth it’s 15dhs price tag.
Not to mention the two owners who supervise the place are the most friendly people you’ll come across.
Definitely recommended.

Was in desperate need of a good chai while driving around this heat , but didn’t want to hunt parking in any busy area. That’s when Park N sip clicked me and thought of giving it a try ( as there is ample parking space opp this cafe ) . Must say u made the right decision :) . The chai was out of this world .....The interior was very bright and positive, that itself helps lift your mood .The staff was very courteous too . Hope they had some snack options so we could enjoy the chai a bit more .
Hands down one of the best tea spots in Dubai. Absolutely quirky interior, and the best Chai ever. A place where you can hang out with friends or family both. They have nice books on a shelf, incase you want a read with your tea. Good stuff!

The bevs are well priced and of good taste- I’ve had the Sulemani, the Classic Chai and the Hot Chocolate so far and have had no complaints. The folks that run this place are open to customer feedback - yet look to stay true to their startup vision.
Come with friends and conversation. Don’t whine for restaurant-style, dine-in seating (Although some of that is available) as this spot rolls best with the camping chair+big parking lot+good company vibes.
A fan of good tea... this place will definitely make me come back for tea no matter where I am in this side of the town. The taste of TEA not milk or sugar alone stayed on my taste buds for more than any tea I ever had... a completely dedicated place for tea is something that makes it unique... unlike the F chain which sells anything but TEA in zafran :)

Perfect place to hangout with friends with great vibe and amazing music being played at all times. The owners of this restaurant are hands down the most friendliest and welcoming owners I've met in town who are always ready for a chat and always up to take any constructive criticism.
I've tried their classic chai and saffron chai which are both made to perfection and always served in minimal time. And I recently heard that they've started a cold sips menu as well so I'm eager to visit them soon and try their new items.

My friends and I had fun exploring a street in Karama Dubai to try some cafes on a Friday late afternoon. Found this Park and Sip here in Zomato and why not give it a shot? and I have no regrets at all!!! PARK AND SIP have this aesthetic minimalist concept which I fell in love! ♥

The quality of the tea blend has tremendously improved since its inception. Ample of parking space makes it a great experience. Also really a nice palce if u wanna relax and have a chai in a chill spot away from the noise.

Visited this place last night and ordered for the saffron chai. It was freshly prepared and served to me within 5 mins of time as the place was crowded. The chai was good not bad at all. Staff people were also friendly enough and lastly when it comes to pricing it costed me dhs 4/- only.
The service was amazing, the tea was just the right temperature and strong, the shop was well lit and has a nice friendly atmosphere to it. Most definitely going to become my go to tea joint.

So my buddy Srishti and I popped by Park and Sip a few nights ago to catch up over some freshly made tea and freshly brewed coffee.
I'd been seeing Park and Sip in my recommendations on Zomato and thought that it was about time that I finally tried the place. To my surprise, the place was super chill. It's well lit with slick white interiors and there's chill music playing (if you choose to sit inside) which sets the vibe for hours of chatting and chai-drinking. :D
Their menu is very simple which makes it super easy to get what you want and their prices are very reasonable for the quality of their chai and coffee. We ordered quite a few chais (Suleimani, Zafran and Regular) and even tried a cup of their Davidoff Coffee which, in my opinion, was just fantastic. This coffee is a great blend of strong flavoursome coffee beans, sugar and milk and this makes it fun to drink at any time to be honest.
Each and every one of the chais was really good. Not too sweet, not too sour and definitely the right quantity (for a really cheap price) and that, for me, is a tick when it comes to value for money.
The owner is a really friendly guy and mentioned that they'd be starting a food menu soon. Can't wait to go back and try their food as well! :)

The new shop in the block! Park And Sip (P&S), a lovely little chai shop that's become my favorite spot to chill.
The chai is perfectly crafted with just the right amount of sweetness and flavour.
The ambience at P&S is millenial hip with minimalistic décor. They play good beats all day and attract a great crowd. I've been visiting the place for a while and have made so many mates in there.
The chai, the people, the staff and OH, the easy available parking always makes me wanna sit and never leave the shop.
They also serve great hot chocolate.

Where do i even begin?! I guess by parking, and heading to order my favorite so far The Saffron Chai so i can Sip! A step before ordering, you are approached warmly by either Ray or Puneet who are the business owners of Park and Sip. Whether you roll in with your car, or on foot, they are the first smiling faces you see! The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly, and you could easily spark up a conversation with other Chai and Karak enthusiasts! Would definitely recommend this to anyone! Enjoy!

I’ve loved a good Classic chai at Park and Sip since they started. The owners have amazing hospitality even when it comes to just serving chai!
I would say try their classic chai or the Davidoff coffee. Both are pretty amazing. They only have hot bevs on the menu right now but I’d say their hitting off well.
