This place as a hidden gem. A definitely must try restaurant. I tried their Ragda pattie, kutchi dabeli, veg sev puri grilled sandwich and ginger tea. I must say everything was super delicious and quite different from others.
The sev puri grilled sandwich was a surprise for me. The ginger tea was also super.
The best place in Dubai for people who like Indian style fast food. Delicious food and great hospitality. The only place where I could find my kinda tea. ☺️

Love the food here and the quality hasn’t reduced since I started going over a year ago. Would definitely recommend the samosa papdi chaat 😍 the sev puri sandwich and vada pav are also great. Chai quantity is too much and paneer bhurji roll was disappointing: the portion size was quite small, and the taste was not great at all, the paneer was also served in cubes, not as bhurji.

ChaiPani is located in the Atrium Center, they have very cute decor and I really loved the ambience. I must say it is one of the best Tea time snacks place in that area.
I ordered the food delivery many times to my place, however this is the first time I visited the Cafe. My favorite snack is Sev Khamni and Dabeli. I also tried Red sauce penne pasta 🍝 and just loved it, it was delicious 😋. I remember, once I ordered pasta during the closing time, and I was overwhelmed that the owner prepared the pasta for us.

Pure veg. Mainly Bombay type cuisine. Snacks and sandwiches. Very orderly neat place with comfortable seating with soft sofa and chairs. Bright lighting. Nice smart minimalistic decoration. Pastel colours. Service is with polite. The owners are sometimes seating in the corner.
Quite a busy place.
My order was
1. Sev puri sandwich- 4.5/5. Excellent. The mix of sev with a perfectly grilled sandwich was done very well. Not much veggies in it though. 12 dhs.
2. Baked samosa. 3.5/5. 5 dhs is a bit too much for a medium sized one. But had nice green peas and tasty filling.
3. Dahi batata puri-4/5. 10 dhs. Nice one with lots of fresh dahi/yoghurt. 5-6 small panipuri type puffed bread - crunchy and tasty. Not much sweet, which is seen in other places. Reasonable price.
4. Hot chocolate- 4/5. 12 dhs. Huge quantity. The biggest , which I have ever taken. Tastes okay.
Cultleries are quite artistic and stylish. Nice chutneys.
Overall a nice place to have light casual vegetarian food from the western parts of India. Price is reasonable on the whole.

Eating at Chai Pani feels like eating a specialty of your mom or nana because of the fresh and rich ingredients used in every dish. Chai Pani Café has new interesting food to serve every hungry foodies who wants to satisfy their palate but still watches their weight. It is not printed in the menu yet but their servers are accommodating and they will surely offer these items as it sells like hotcakes and the prices are very reasonable you get a lot of bang for your buck.

3 friends - Casual dinner - Good vibes from the ambience - Friendly staff - Soft music and cozy chairs.
I liked how they tried to make up for a lack of a hand wash with hand sanitizers.
Dabeli was a good start. Would have liked some pomegranates in there though.
Pink sauce pasta kicked it up a notch. It was perfect in a lot of ways from the consistency of the sauce to the bread, but feel short in one aspect.
Chef, if you're reading this, the mushrooms I'm guessing we're canned came with an immediate sour taste that almost ruined it. Please use fresh ones or none at all. That alone lost the 5 point mark.
Sev puri sandwich was on the point. Probably the best dish of the meal. Definitely recommend this one.

A juice that I don't remember the name of that was good.
Hot chocolate did nothing wrong but dint exactly be amazing.
I was skeptical about the filter coffee, but it sure did blow my mind. This is the best filter coffee I've had in the entire City!
After all this, I got an emotional appetite for a little more of this Cafe and we ordered a mix veg pizza without the mushrooms, thanks to the earlier incident. It was a cute little pizza. Had a good balance of dough to sauce to cheese to vegetables.
The total bill for a Dabeli, pasta, sandwich, pizza and three drinks was only 75 bucks. That's real good value for money.
Overall I was extremely satisfied with the food and the time I invested here. I'll be back for more. That's a promise!
A new place , very neat , clean and inviting.It was recommended by a friend for the ladies monthly morning get together, though that didn’t work out it created enough interest that I managed to drag the family there for some chai paani. We ordered Pasta in white sauce, cheese pizza, baked samosas , sev puri grilled sand which and chana chor garam. The portions are not huge, perfect for one person. Stand out dish was the grilled sandwhich , green chutney and chai. All in all a wonderful place and will definitely drag the girls group there as well.
Sometimes I wonder how ths rating is given? Is it by just seeing a huge place with an ambience or food n taste that counts...3.3 for ths place is quite low. Though the place is small but tastewise superb, we tried dhabeli which was yum followed by sev puri sandwich n cheesy toast another plus n it's smoothies were superb too. I loved it n would visit again.

Chaipani has been my fav...small cafe offering tasty snacks.. Ambience is pleasing. Must try is baked samosas n misal pav n pasta. Good mix of spices just quantity has reduced so can improve on it.

Chai Pani located in the Atrium Centre, Mankhool is a worthy choice for a vegetarian snack. The food is fresh and I have ordered from here at least 10-15 times. In truth, never have I been disappointed. The palak paneer sandwich is a highlight to say and so it the chili cheese toast. A worthy try if you are a first timer. It might be a little pricy for an outsider seeing the menu, but once you have the food your opinion is definitely going to differ.
Just love it. Food, taste, ambiance, price all good.
I have tried dabeli, sev puri sandwich, mumbai grill sandwich and pasta and lt was amazing. Being from kutch myself i can say this is most near to the authentic dabeli.

This place is hidden away in bank street, a comfy place for a couple/bunch of frnds. Its a prefect spot to just chill and get the day or weekend started.
Pros :
Interiors of this place was impressive with splash of candy colours which was pleasing to the eye and the mood.
Shout out to all the south indians who are craving for fliter coffee, this place serves soothing filter coffee which is a must try! ~ oh and they serve in super cute coffee mugs too ;)
Chats items were rather smaller on the propotion but with NO compromise on taste, hence no complaints!
U are served with small water cups for free which seemed as a welcoming gesture to me since lot of restaurants charge triple the mrp of bottled water which we land up buying for obvious reasons
Cons:
They accept only cash so do remember to pay a visit to the atm before you head out here.
Tiny and cozy restaurant found close to my place..hopped in to see and was wanting to eat dabeli and was happy seeing it in menu...tried the baked samosas and liked them as well..pricing seems to be reasonable..perfect place for light snacks...
Tried this place, it wasn’t crowded, the ambience is nice and clean, staff is friendly, the owner came and personally greeted us. I tried the daabeli sandwich which was tasty but too spicy for my taste buds
The food was brilliant and arrived in a timely manner. Despite the placing being very busy we weren't rushed to turn the table over. Will definitely come back here next time I'm here.

Masala chai- good, made with fresh milk.
Karak ginger chai- not your typical strongly brewed evapourated milk drained chai, rather a nicely brewed fresh milk chai.
Sev puri sanwich- wow! Tangy-spicy chatpata sanwich! Must try!
Dabeli- flavourful, not sweet like usual players.
4 seasons pizza- this we found a bit bland for our palate, but definately very close to desi style pizza.
Overall a good place to enjoy ur cuppa of chai & relax in peaceful ambience very unlike dubai;)
Unique sevpuri sandwich... was very delicious... clubbed with penne pasta... and their desi pizza.. light food... u won't feel stuffed or bloated... simple crisp and light delicacies.... clubbed with tasty drinks..

Was passing by and was intrigued by the décor which is very well done ... So ordered for a veg toast N cheese toast . Both were very similar but taste wise good and filling for the price . The packing was very neat .. A thumbs up for their plastic bag 🙂 . Would surely like to try other dishes.

Casual catch up place though it's a small snack joint I recommend veggie lovers to try their paneer wrap Wada pav and noodles... tastes nice located in bur dubai.
To start off with i have tasted almost all the Chaat items and the sandwiches on their menu over my innumerable number of visits to this place and the satisfaction percentile has been over 90% . The service as well as the quality of the food served has been consistent and impressive . The chaat platter is one thing I would most definitely recommend here.
Only con I would say is the parking as despite a lot of parking spaces behind the atrium centre to find a empty slot is very time consuming.

Mumbai food and light healthy snacks in a different package. Worth a try. Liked a toast and pasta, mojito. Only problem is its hidden in the mall which has hardly anything else.

The best place I have been in recent times in Dubai. Since on a diet preferred something light.. green .. what a aroma and taste and so much tast healthy diet menu. I had a treat without feeling guilty. It's a very clean, neat warm place with such a friendly services. Have to mention those shakes were extremely delicious when I noticed my kids finishing it till the last drop. My daughter highly recommends four season pizza. Husband loves chai.. will certainly recommend to all my friends.

It was a wonderful surprise for us when we ended up in this small cozy cafe. It's owned and looked after by the Gujarati owner who showed a detailed personal interested in our likings and requirements. And the food we had was amazingly tasty and very simple and no extra oil or chilly or any kind of nonsense. Plus the service was tip top. And plus they were open to new ideas and dishes as requested by us for future visits.

Tried their Dabeli, it was good. Chat platter is a very good idea. Small tea was a perfect quantity. Staff was very courteous. Really liked their gesture of offering 1st glass of water for free to all their guests. Worth visiting
Can Samosa be enjoyed in a healthier way? Answer is yes. Go to Chaipani and order baked Samosas and enjoy them with Karak Chai. Pasting a photo of Samosa Chaat which was served very cold but tasted good. Will visit the place again if they don't compromise on quality.
SUBSEQUENT VISIT REVIEW:
Impressed now. As commented earlier, they actually included "CHOLEY SAMOSA CHAAT" which served hot. Excellent way of exceeding customer expectations.

Reasonable priced eatery in the town, mostly crowded at evenings. Indian chat items are the famous, very reasonably priced. Seating arrangements available still won’t be enough for crowd coming in. Take away n delivery Options are also available.. fast service and tasty..
