Absolute value for money. This place is budget friendly & also is suitable if you have family/women along with you during an afternoon. The food is truly magical & I bet you would return to this place more often if once visited. Their Kappa biriyani & beef is out of this world.

Hoggers In Dubai

Nice place to chill. Not very crowded. I have a couple of beers and a prawn dry fry and I usually have a good time. Most of the alcohol isnt over priced. Food is quite good. Overall great place to drink a few with good mallu food.

The quality of food served in padippura is really good. I am a very big fan of their Nasrani meals which is only served on Friday afternoons. The Nasrani meal comprises of Mutton, Beef, Chicken and Fish. Their Kappa Biriyani is another hit amongst my family and friends. A nice place to relax and have a nice meal along with a beer. Service is nice and the customer service is good, very friendly staff.

Padippura means threshold in English.....This restaurant has a different ambience when compared to other restaurants serving mallu cuisine.

Onam meals are good here....I also like the porottas and beef curry and beef kondattam.....

They also serve my fav beer 🍻....corona!!😉

***Like Alec Smart said " if life gives you melons 🍉 make hay while the sun shines or whatever but if it gives you lemons 🍋 cut it vertically and shove it down a bottle of Corona beer" 🍻 🤓🤓..cheers!!

Padippura is a famous restaurant located at Abjar Grand Hotel in Hor Al Anz. Went there for lunch and celebrated Onam there. Loved the food, the hospitality and the ambiance. The staff was traditionally dressed, there was a beautiful flower Rangoli and the entire mood at the restaurant looked festive. The food was fresh and well prepared. I loved everything they served. It was a pleasant surprise, I wasn't expecting such a grand treatment. I will definitely go back to try more delicacies.

Padippura is one of the famous Kerala restaurant in Dubai. It’s in Abjar Grand Hotel in Hor Al Anz. They are specialized in Kerala delicacies with bar facility. I love that option 😜. We normally go there if there is any function or gathering of some friends and all. They have good ambience for such gatherings. Their service is really good , I must say.

Very nice Kerala meals. The interiors are not like the usual restaurants, its an open space with lots of natural lighting and a bar in between.
Food was delicious esp the Inji puli and sambar. Good service too, no delay in serving the curries again and again. Love the place, value for money.

Kerala restaurant with alcohol to accompany if required. Tried chicken lollipop and it was crispy and tasted very nice. There s one starter in minced prawns which is really tasty but I forgot it's name. kappa and fish curry is excellent. And elaneer chicken curry is also worth trying. They have a good combination of cocktails and mocktails too.
