(التعليق الأصلي) We used to live in IMPZ 3 years ago, these guys were our go-toguys for Chinese, at the time they were great. After moving and not having ordered from them for ages, we moved again,this time to an area they deliver to. Needless to say, the Chinese selection (especially the new items) were absolutely mind blowing. The reason I say that is we ordered 6 dishes, and Each dish had an unmistakable individual flavour.that in itself in dubaiis unheard of. Yes, some dishes aren't perfect, but what restaurant for their prices are? These guys are something special. Perfect? No. (They don't claim to be a Michelin star restaurant), but what they do do is damn good and worth the price. Much live to the big wok crew. Glad to have you back.

I inform to them the same, but they are not regretting and claiming that will deliver in the next order. Mostly come here with my office colleagues for lunch. The only decent restraunt in IMPZ, love their schezwan fried rice and the chicken biryani. Used to love their grilled chicken and mashed potato. Good service and courteous staff.

I used to work couple of buildings across and was a very frequent customer there. The only thing that attracted me to go there often was the price. They had a biriyani for 12 aed for takeaway. The food was very average there and the other items were charged quiet high. The person at the counter had the worst attitude ever. Hence the rating. Plenty to improve.

A few dishes were really good in taste however a few dishes had surely disappointed me. example reshmi kabab not properly cooked and looks like they are experimenting more with some known dishes. guys, please look on the taste part. Location is very isolated specially for dinner and no proper signage. We had to spend sometime finding the restaurant at the first floor. Since we were the only table occupied, service was fast and the food were delicious. Overall a good experience.

THIS RATE IS NOT ABOUT THE RESTAURANT FOOD OR AMBIANCE!!! The Arabic menu is really funny, i was checking the menu and found that if you just use a 6 years-old kid will give you a better translation with google translator. This is not only your fault and maybe you’re not the only restaurant with such errors, but also I think Zomato should have some checkpoints before just pasting the menu or other info.

I love this place, the Chinese food is delicious! I especially love the Tempura Prawns and Dim Sums, I always get The Big Wok Special Noodles. I have also tried the Indian dishes and am never disappointed.

I had ordered lunch: fried rice, naan, drum heaven and fish tikka. Very much disappointed with the delivery and quality of food. The chicken was not well cooked, old and full of flour in the drum heaven. Fish tikka not done good as well. Fried rice and naan was ok, but was not warm. I will not recommend.

The Big Wok - IMPZ RATINGS Chinese - 3/5 Indian - 2/5 Good CHINESE. Decent portions. But your Noodles needs improvement - NO flavour...and needs to be thinner. Also didn't like your version of Kung Bao Chicken. It's too thick and dry and missing gravy - too much of stuff other than the Chicken is added. But your Fried rice and Beef were good. UPDATE: Tried your INDIAN cuisine today. Ordered some basics...disappointed. Chicken Tikka masala - Boiled red boneless chicken is not Chicken Tikka - it should be char-grilled. And the gravy does no justice either. Dal Makhani Didn't have the flavour this Dal is famous for. Mutton Vindaloo Was ok...atleast one dish was decent...though it was tasting creamy Indian cuisine at The Big Wok? - not really recommended.

This was the worst meal I have had delivered. I have used Big Wok for 3 years and tonight I was bitterly disappointed. The chicken satay was not cooked and it appeared to be reconstituted or leg meat...not chickei with breast. The peanut sauce was horrific..it tasted like sour mayonnaise and contained no peanuts whatsoever. The chicken spring rolls were equally as bad. I will never use Big Wok again. I was so looking forward to my food and my evening had been spoilt by the worst delivery ever.

We were a group of 24. Had pre ordered everything hours before we stepped in. The ambiance is good, but i wished the food was same. The menu was chicken biryani, roti egg curry, veg biryani, mutton biryani. Well, the chicken was not fully cooked was struggling to find a decent piece of mutton in the biryani. Only satisfying food was the egg curry. I did gave the feedback to the supervisor/manager, he just came back saying "chicken seems ok". You guys have to get it together, if after this i have to pay a heavenly price for a biryani, then you are asking bit too much.This would not be on my next visit list.

Went here for a team lunch. We ordered way an hour before we actually arrived and they still didn't have the food ready on time. They got most of our orders wrong such as the sweet and sour prawns with noodles. The sauce was just bland and didn't have anything sweet or sour about it. It tasted exactly like the spicy prawns though they were different things on the menu. Lots of food for 26-30 dhs but it didnt really stand out and all the dishes seemed to be cooked in the same sauce.

Food was horrible we paid 120 AED for 2 starter and 1 main side dish. Drums of heaven tasted so bad and there was a very strong smell of rotten chicken, shrimp dynamite was fairly average for with tiny pieces and broken pieces of shrimp and minced beef didn’t taste good at all. Me and my husband suffered from food poising after just tasting a little big of each. Such a waste of money and time. Wouldn’t recommend it to my enemies.

Had ordered food for delivery. Delivery was on time. Food quality was not so great as expected. I ordered butter chicken, reshmi seekh kebab and honey crispy chicken as appetizer. I found that the butter chicken had the punch of butter in it and that remained even after two hours in my palate. I had to drink lots of water to overcome it. Honey crispy chicken was just dough fried with sesame seeds. I couldn't find a single chicken in it. Need to improve on their quality. Kebab was great. I may look for other options next time.

I haven't been into the branch but I definitely will update this review when I do eventually visit! The take away however was perfect! Last week I ordered the dhal tadka amongst other dishes and this week the tom yum soup as well as noodles. Probably the best dhal and soup I've tasted thus far. Will definitely be visiting soon!

A good place for Indian food. We have been ordering for over two years, but yet to dine in :-). This is our first choice for home delivery during weekends. A good range of food and a quick delivery makes it the easy choice. Wish they add South Indian food as well to the menu as currently it has North Indian cuisine besides Thai & Chinese. Preferably South Indian breakfast like idli, dosa etc., would be great as we don't have such restaurants around Arabian Ranches/Motoricty with home delivery option.

The food was terrible. It was delayed by over 45 minutes. When it did arrive it was so so salty that our guests and us ended up ordering from another place. What a complete waste of time and money. It's a wonder to me the place has survived so long!

Super quick delivery ...food was amazing and fresh ...had pan fried noodles with chicken and pan fried noodles with beef !!!!! Staff also very friendly and helpful in choosing and selecting from menu !!!!!

Super fast delivery and the food was tasty we ordered chicken panfried noodles and beed panfried noodles the noodles tasted like home made, veggies were crunchy and the overall dish was great value for money. Would definitely recommend it based on this first experience

Pathetic pathetic pathetic, We ordered chef recommended "Hyderabadi Dum Biryani", what worse can happen then ending up with a bad stomach, the quality of the products used in that were worst, they quality of the food was very bad and they used rotten herbs too which were not even grated properly as it was super painful, I for sure will take this issue up with FCD to have a regular quality check on them.

Decent food, good portions and affordable. Nothing absolutely amazing but you get good eat for the price you pay. Have ordered here a few times and will still order from them. Good menu choice as well along with good delivery time.

Hi everyone, today was my first time to order from this place and it is just sad that the food was not up to my expectations. Had called for Chicken chilli garlic noodles which was overloaded with shredded chicken (noodles and shredded chicken quantity was same) and had called for chicken in chilli Garlic sauce, i had specifically told to keep more sauce and less chicken and veggies but it came with overloaded chicken and the whole dish was swimming in oil..... BAD EXPERIENCE

I wanted to try some good indian food for the night so i went to the big wok. The interior was done beautifully. We order hot and sour chicken soup which was nice with lot of chicken. Then Kali mirch tangri which was pretty good with the green chutney was perfect. No words for mutton rogan josh was a boneless mutton which was well made, naan was soft, rumali roti could have been better. Then one i got was, one side little over cooked and other side was little under cooked. Loved the food and staff. The host was good kind enough to serve hot water as per request.

One of those evenings when you wanna try some piping hot inDo-chinese food so went looking for this resto BIG wok...couldn't locate it first off albeit I was right there. Later discovered it's inside on the 1st floor of one of the bldgs in IMPZ. Straight to the point - ordered Tom yum soup, big wok special fried rice and wok fried fish with special xo sauce (recommended by the server) Food was good overall. Will order for delivery henceforth. Thumbs up.

I haven't been there, but today was my 5th phone order, they have chinese, thai, continental and indian cuisines. I tried different stuff like appetizers, soups and main dishes from different cuisines except the continental menu. Nothing disappointed, although it's not easy to master such different cuisines, everything was fresh, tasty, full of flavors, arrived burning hot, portions and prices are good.

With cravings of Indo chinese food, we were recomended by a friend to try this place for dinner. We had ordered for delivery for a couple of people which included Schezwan fried rice, chicken manchurian and some more dishes. Firstly to comment about the delivery, it was pretty fast (prob coz it was night and the time was 12pm, which i was surprised this restaurant delivered at that time). Secondly the food was delicious. The Schezwan fried rice was a bit spicy tho but all dishes turnes out to be good. The only downside could be the Price,but definetely worth a try.
