They have the best comfort Filipino and Asian food in Karama. I didn't know they have another branch. :) Food here is amazing! You should try their noodles, they make it handmade fresh. And ooh, their Grilled food is the best - Barbecue Isaw, Chicken Isaw, T-Bone, Stuffed Pusit. Amazing!

Hey guys i just want to tell if you miss filipino foods Sinugba ng Cucina is one of the restaurant i can recommend. As far as i know this is the only restaurant in UAE where you can eat all time favorite street food of filipinos ISAW. Aside from their street foods all the foods are great, one that i can really recommend is their Bulalo very it really have the taste of the authentic bulalo in the philippines, they also have kare kare, beef pares, variety of sinigang and their very exciting boodle fight. The over all experience dinning in this restaurant is really great, so if you are craving for filipino food i highly recommend Sinugba ng Cucina.
I would recommend their boodle fight. It serves up to 8 people with incredible 220-dirham price! That's too awesome and reasonable for a very hungry gang! The salmon was fresh, which I really really like! Soup has flavor and beef oil. They are actually the first diner that serves "Isaw". For Filipinos who hungers home, it's one of the places conducive for homesickness and Filipino food cravings. Serving is huge and price is just right and affordable.
I just wish they have branch somewhere downtown as it is quite difficult to access for those boodlers riding the Metro.
Had a late dinner with friends last Thursday. We are 8 so we ordered the seafood boodlefight..we were surprised that the good for 6 pax boodlefight is actually good for 12 pax. Have you been at Sinugba ng Cucina lately? They started serving Seafood Festival Boodle Fight. Super SARAPPP na ang dami pa ng varieties at servings!!! We have also tried their other three boodle fight themes... to the max talaga sa sarap at may bitbit pa kaming pauwi. My family and I are regular customers sa resto na yan. Practically, lahat na ng food nila wala kaming pinalampas. Mga die hard Sinugba ng Cucina followers kami. Wala nang tatalo pa sa casual dining na Filipino resto sa kanila.... yun bang para ka lang kumain sa kusina ng bahay ninyo na luto ni Nanay o ni Lola ang mga pagkain sa lamesa. At mayroon na silang cake para sa mga boodle fighter parties.. Kudos sa Sinugba ng Cucina, keep up the good food and services!

Heard about the new boodle fight here. Me and my friends loved it! We had the Kadayawan. It takes a while to prepare but in a reasonable time for about 20-30 minutes so be sure to make reservations first if you want it to be served right away when you dine in. Kudos to the grilled foods, street foods and specially their leche flan. Love your food! :) xoxo

They have the best isaw and pansit malabon so delicious they also have this promo that every friday they have a give-away 50 sticks of isaw for one lucky winner and on the 24th and 31st WOW 100 STICKS FOR THE LUCKY WINNER!!! To me that just sounds fantastic. They have such a good service. They might not have a big dinning but the food is super. I always go there time to time when Im not busy with work and i always enjoy the good food serve. Everytime i go there i try to taste different kinds of dishes and all the dishes taste really good to me. if most of you did not try the grilled tahong then you should try it sobrang delicious and try the inasal thats really tasty especially when you come from work and really tired and dont want a heavy meal inasal is good for u. i hope others will enjoy the food service as much as i do.

Masarap fuds dito but i really hate the waiter, ang sama ng pakikitungo samin. Twice na nya kmi delayrd ng one hour tapos di p pala nya naforward sa chef ung order namin, damay tuloy mga anak ko sa gutom. Waiter na nga may kasalanan di man lng nagsorry at mas lalo p nya emphasize ung fish eyes nya. But ung baklain na waiter mabait.

So I have visited the cucina in karama a few times but I found myself at the al nahda branch for lunch this Thursday and I must say I enjoyed it more than I ever have in karama.. it's less crowded the service is excellent and the food was the best I have had yet... The grilled Bangus was great, the kakanin like tupig,cassava,muron are a must must have ,It's just an amazing place to eat... And the chef does a much better job... Had the butter cheese tahong grilled... And it was cooked to absolute perfection with an exotic unique taste... I will visit here again Thanks so much Sinugba NG Cucina .

Have you been at Sinugba ng Cucina? Grabe, ang sarap ng pagkain nila. It's my 5th time to eat there with my friends. And yes, may TUPIG, PUTO BUMBONG NA AUTHENTIC NA STEAMED BAMBOO BUMBONG AT SUMAN MORON na sila! Yes, PUTO BUMBONG na every Simbang Gabi lang nabibili. Not only na masarap ang foodie nila, the portioning ay super Oks na oks sa tulad kong matakaw.
I have not heard of a Filipino Restaurant which serves such a very good varieties of dishes from known provinces in the Philippines. And they also have the BINATOG. I remember my lola used to bring binatog to me when I was a kid. At dito mismo sa Dubai meron na!
From Sinugba, I learned the difference between Inasal na manok and BBQ chicken. I realized that the famous Mang Inasal is selling BBQ Chicken NOT THE INASAL NA MANOK. Inasal is their brand name. At super delicious and inasal at bbq manok nila, unlimited rice pa! Their fish inihaw may postreng talong pang sidings. Ang sarap talaga.
I hope the owner of Sinugba will put kahit na electric fans with mist sa outside seating nila or better they expand their resto at bilihin nila yung katabing shop na laging walang customer. Last night, I was there and the in-door dining was packed with customers. Grabe parang sardinas na dikit dikit and lamesa. People pulled the tables and chairs from outside and brought them inside the restaurant. Instead of waiting outside for a place. Even me and my friends grabbed chairs to share a table with kabayans. Enjoy naman, as I met new friends. Walang nagawa and may-ari kungdi patulungan kami. Even her she started picking chairs outside to add chairs in her indoor dining.
I was told by the staffs it is the owner who does the menu. Galing naman, talagang super varieties parang sinuyod ang buong Pinas. And the Pinoy na Kakanin super sarap. Para ka lang ba na bumili sa Pinas. Walang sinabi yung nabibili sa Al Attar. Although, I was told that the owner started in Al Attar. Samll shop lang daw, pero the same system - NAGLULUTO KADA ORDER NG FOODIE.

My cousin and her boyfriend were visiting from Turkey and she was craving for Filipino food! I've never been to Sinugba ng Cucina before, but since they are closer later than most Filipino restaurants in the Al Nahda, we decided to take them there! Not sure how I feel about the decor, but their food is not bad at all! The service on the other hand was a little slow, but there was also a couple of customers in the restaurant the same time we were seated, so it was understandable.

- Crispy dulong okoy and Lumpiang Shanghai - Perfect appetizer for our us, a group of 3! 5 pcs Shanghai and 3 pcs Dulong
- Kare-Kare - Their bowl of Kare-Kare had equal amount of Beef and tripe! However the beef and ribswas tender and good, I just wish they put more. Some people aren't a fan of tripe, but I liked how they added some in there. Also, their shrimp paste is sauteed, which is good!
- Bacolod Chicken Inasal- This was listed as a must try on their menu, and it was also recommended by some neighbors from Burj Al Nahda. It came hot from the grill, their version of atchara and jasmin rice. Not a big fan of how they presented this dish. They could've made it look as festive as it sounds IMO! But the Quarter sized chicken is just enough to fill my tummy.
- Isaw - (One order comes with three sticks). DELICIOUS and juicy! We ordered five orders (that is 15pcs), and I must say it was my favorite for the night!
Overall we were satisfied and my cousin and her boyfriend were not disappointed with the food. Word on the street is that Sinugba ng Cucina is expanding!

Heard from a friend that this restaurant serves Sugba/Ihaw so we've tried...being very fond of Sugba and other grilled dishes above anything else. Since it was also dinner, we first tried the Sugba. We started with Inasal and BBQ, T-bone, and the Grilled Stuffed Pusit which tasted good. Then had okoy gulay and lumpiang shanghai which tasted quite nice. Then the finale...desserts. We couldn't make our mind so decided to take different ones like the sapin-sapin, pitchie- pitchie and try them out with the sago't gulaman in pandan and we were not disappointed. This was my first visit that day.
As for my 2nd visit last Friday. The service was meh but the waitress was kind enough to suggest what food to order. Now the food, the food was excellent. We love the Bulalo, Grilled Chicken Inasal, Garlic Butter Tahong and their assortment of sweets like leche flan, which is very tasty. We will definitely have a repeat. Thanks again and good job!
It is absolutely delicious! I ordered their grilled bbq chicken, Garlic butter and cheese tahong and bulalo. Honestly i've never tasted anything as tasty as their dishes. The authentic taste of grilled filipino dishes and good old fashion home cooking describes Sinugba ng Cucina and it is superb. I would definitely come back and taste more of their dishes and bring more friends to share this awesome food experience. I love Filipino food and Sinugba ng Cucina is right on top of my list!

After a long vacation with my family, finally we are back. A trye blue Filipino like us would normally go food tripping as our stay abroad make us miss our very own, Filipino Cuisines. Mind you, after hopping from one restaurant to another we ended up sort of frustrated as most of them were serving Filipino food which make use of inferior ingredients or shortcut procedures in preparing or cooking that resulted to inferior quality. Considering the ingredients are all locally available. Frustrating, as we travelled long way to their restos.
Just the same, our first day in Dubai, our cravings for authentic Filipino foodies brought us to Sinugba! Yeah, considering that we just came back from home. Wow, Sinugba changed its menu to our delight... they now have Sutukil and three themes of Boodle FIght... We had their Sinukwan and Kadayawan boodle fight themes. What we liked about their boodle fight themes, the quantity were big and taste of each dish was great! They have this Crispy Sinisig Isaw, buro, char grilled seafood and yes their bulcachong was superb.
Sinugba, you are number one!!!

We've been here a couple of days ago and we tried some of their well known dishes. If you are craving for isaw and other Filipino foods, then this is a must try restaurant. The foods were served well. Waiters and other staffs are friendly too. I have tried their isaw, sinigang, bulalo, and inasal. All tastes so good that you may think you are just eating in your home! And wait, have you tried their Cream Custard or also well known as "Leche Flan"!Well, I guess you should try that too because it is not just your ordinary Leche Flan!
Why don't you try it for yourself? And be served like it is your home!
Real food is the one that was cooked as you order!

I was there last night in Sinugba ng Cucina with friends. The place is very accessible with lots of parking spaces. Patio dining is a plus as weather at night is good to hang out outdoor. Food is suoerb and the waiters are very cordial and friendly. Cucina has been one of my favorite restaurant and we always visit them in Karama branch. When we got to know Cucina is in the neighborhood, we immediately went there to enjoy their Sizzling Bullalo, Bangus, Bake tahong and Isaw to die for. Congratulations Sinugba ng Cucina and more power! Balik kami tonight.
