I rely on the place for delivery of authentic Lebanese meat meals. The place has the closest taste to meat from Lebanon, with Kibbeh(though a bit heavy on pepper usually), Kafta, and chicken seasoned and done in authentic Lebanese fashion. The quality of the meat is good. The place offers an option for ready made plates, that only need heating.
The perfect destination to think of if you wanna taste the amazing Lebanese food. Nice place to dine in and very friendly costumer service. Highly recommended.

We ordered three wraps (beef shawarma, kofta sandwich and chicken shawarma). They were all really tasty, but arrived almost an hour and a half after the order was placed, so they were not warm.
Also, they really need to learn how to wrap their sandwiches! All of them had the paper wrapped inside along with the bread, so trying to get a bite without also eating paper was challenging, and unwrapping the sandwiches to remove the paper was a mess.

One of the best lebanese restaurants in town! You need to try their signature "Roast Beef" sandwich, it is just so delicious! Also, their saj shawarmas and lebanese shish tawook with coleslaw! Their prices as well are the best you would find, very reasonable and the food is always fresh and tasty! Highly recommended

Loved the mjadara. Ask them to make it hot. It was absolutely comforting and delicious.
The fresh bread was really soft and tasty.
The falafel was crispy and tasty.

The zaatar manakish was small and the zaatar was less on the bread. But it was tasty.

The side strip on Hessa Street beside the Saudi German Hospital is turning into quite a little Beirut with a growing number of Lebanese restaurants and cafes vying for attention and custom. Qalat Baalbak is one of the newer such eateries and possibly the most humble and modest. If you like meat, it’s also the best. Located in the Shahab Adbul Rahman Building two doors down from Allo Beirut, Qalat Baalbak’s interior is simple, unpretentious, believable. I instantly liked it over Allo Beirut. There are two sections to the restaurant; on the right (facing the restaurant) there’s what should be a stand-up area where you grab a shawarma or sandwich. On the left is the proper restaurant.
Very good authentic Lebanese taste. Tried char grilled chicken and Arayes with some appetizers, the taste was very good. Service was great and pleasant. Great for a quick bite and to settle some authentic taste cravings .. can recommend it and will go again
They have expanded the restaurant and the new side is spacious. Their Arayes is also a dish not to be missed. Their beef shawarma is a good filler and tasty.
Best Lebanese street Food in town
The decoration is very simple. Food is perfect, magnificent . Spicy potato was very delicious. Nice and clean ,very high performance according to what you pay. I would recommend it to anyone who is in for nice mezza and Lebanese tradition dishes . Would definitely go back.

If u r wondering where to buy great quality meat for cooking it is just next door, this is a snack not a fine dinning for people who judge them for their service.
The food was soooo good!! It is very delicate, and the food taste took me back to Lebanon. I tried the Habra (raw meat), it was very tasty and very fresh. The humus was excellent like home-made. The cheese sambousek taste very good. Finally the grill meat sandwich was perfect, the meat was tender and juicy and not dry.
I am 100% sure that i will eat there more frequently. I totally recommend this restaurant. You can also invite your non-lebanese friends, as i did today, they will love the food given that it taste very authentic.
I love Balbaak. Their Shawerm, Falafel is really authentic and tasty. I didn't try their grills yet but I am sure it's really good. They have welcoming services and their delivery is always super fast " faster than Macdonald :)". The place is ok for a quick bite anytime. of course it has some flaws but overall they deserve high rating

Best farrouj in Dubai especially the garlic paste it is very rare to find a place in Dubai to price the right garlic paste they are all tasteless in general but this place was the best I like it a lot the shawrama is also good

It was my first time to see a lebanese "snack" in dubai. It s a nice place to eat traditional sandwiches and dishes. They are very generous and their prices are very reasonable. Falafel and beef shawarma were so yummi! I Will definitly eat many times again in Qalat Baalbak restaurant.

Everything was good but the shawarma chicken was average.
Portions are small so you will be Ble to try several type of sandwiches.
I am not exaggerating: it's the best Lebanese (Levant) food that I had in Dubai. The restaurant offers very tender meat and chicken cooked to perfection. My best dish is the ribs. Chicken Tawooq and Arayes Meat are other great dishes. Another great service that they offer is BBQ catering. So, if you have an event and you want to invite 10+ persons, call them for a BBQ catering!

I have been here 3 times in 1 week since I found out about the place. Excellent traditional "Lebanese Snack" restaurant with excellent sandwiches. The quality of the ingredients overcome any shortcomings of flavoring although the flavors of most items is great.
For those not used to this style of food remember to ask for less garlic paste as most sandwiches is slathered with generous quantities of the paste.
The value can't be beat, and for 8-12 aed average per sandwich (some are even cheaper like falafel or mixed fried vegetables) a meal can be one of the most affordable in Dubai.

The search is over I believe we have found the best meat shawarma sandwich in Dubai. This restaurant serves also very good Lebanese sandwiches. But the meat shawarma is a must try.

One of the best quality Lebanese BBQ restaurants in dubai... Love the fact they have a butchery also to buy raw and ready to cook meat.....we tried the boneslss chicken and the vine leaves, chicken was still tender and moist which is usually dry ND tough in most of the Lebanese restaurants.
I order malouba today it was so nice and the meat was great my kids loved it and the moutabal was very nice and the deliver is so quick and food still hot recommend this place 😉
All food served are good from fresh raw meat to daily dish. Currently we are ordering daily specials from Baalback, it is very well served and packed in an appealing package (for delivery/takeaway). Daily dish comes with soup, salad and yoghurt in some cases. Bon appetit!

We usually order to our office in Tecom with some delays happening as the restaurant is very busy.
We got a mix grill and tabbouleh and we enjoyed it so much.
Although the ambience isn't that great and seating isn't comfortable, still food quality and service is impressing.
Highly recommended.

Amazing fattoush, hindbeh, falafel and the BEST raw habra meat EVER! Puts many high end Lebanese restaurants to shame.
