Amazing food, all the items were well presented and served very well. The best thing was the staff attitude and helping in selecting menu. I wanted to thank waiter name Eden in Hatam Deira city center, she was amazing, very active in dealing all the customers and because of her I wish to visit again to Hatim.
Loved the kababs they served. It was very delicious and juicy. We were served with the complimentary starters and bread with the hummus and fattoush salad we ordered . The bread was fresh and hot out of oven.
When I think of Lebanese food the first place that comes to my head is Hatam. It has the best Lebanese dishes on the menu. From kebabs, to khubbus to hummus to the authentic Arabic salad. It has everything. I’ve heard a lot about this place and I visited it for the first time yesterday. And I instantly fell in love with it. On to what I ordered:
I went for the Mix Grill which basically has skewers of chicken fish and lamb but as I don’t prefer lamb, we made it two skewers of chicken and one of fish. It was honestly the best Lebanese food I’ve ever eaten. The fish and the chicken were very well cooked and the best part was that it was served with fries 🍟😂❤️ We ordered Hummus and Khubbus and the khubbus here were different from the normal khubbus (in a good way) they were served hot and very very yum and tasty to have with hummus and the kebabs. Over all it was a very good experience and all the people out there who love Lebanese food as much as me should definitely visit this place. 👅❤️

A delightful experience at Hatam today. Loved the food. Tried their mixed chicken grill and kabab koobideh - which is basically minced meat marinated with onion paste and some spices. Arabic breads and fries are served with the platter. The fries were amazing. Complimentary salads were also served. We ordered hummus to go with the breads.
The prices are on the higher side though. Just wish this would be on zomato gold or they would bring down the rates.
Celebrated friend's b'day. Food was delicious and staffs were super friendly. Hatam is a perfect definition of original Persian cuisine.

You can never go wrong with Hatam’s Mix salad (Dhs 39) and Mast-o-khair (Dhs 14) - perfect way to beat the heat ! Their chicken tandoori with rice (Dhs 43) is well marinated and grilled - a little more tandoori masala would have made the flavor perfect !

First time to try Hatam, back in the Philippines I’ve tried just 1 place when I like to eat Persian food. I am glad I now have a go to place if I want persian food here in Dubai. So here is what I think.
Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I actually didn’t expect much but I surprisingly loved the food. The veggies that came with the hummus was super fresh we ate it separately and we actually enjoyed the freshness of the baby spinach and cucumber. The Chicken Tandoori was super tender and tasty. The Yoghurt chicken is also yummy you can actually munch it without needing rice. Overall I liked all of it.

The service is excellent. The servers looks neat and tidy. Food arrived on time maybe a little earlier than expected. I also noticed that whenever someone leaves their place they immediately sweep under the table which is really nice. You can imagine how well your food is handled inside because they now how to properly clean outside. Their manager also visited us and asked about how’s our food and if we needed anything, I appreciated it. Although there is one thing, maybe the servers can put a little more smile on their faces so that the service is perfect. Overall it was good service. Will definitely come back.

Ambiance was okay you, the place is actually very clean. Although when you are in a persian restaurant you would want to feel the vibe of “persian dining” anyway, as long as it is clean, I am happy :)

Good Iranian taste, the original taste of food without much spices. The food is healthy and light on stomach. We tried mix grill and liked it. Arayes as a starter is very nice. You will need to use spicy sauce if you like spicy.

Critic – Since I had gone for my lunch break, I quickly ordered the Chicken Yoghurt Kebab with rice as I was very hungry. The meat was soft and tender as it was very well marinated and also had a saffron colour. While the rice had raisins which also complemented with the kebab after adding the yoghurt sauce.
Final Verdict - This is one of the most common franchises for Iranian food throughout Dubai as they have many branches in malls. Overall a pleasant dining experience with satisfactory service, taste and presentation.

We had just the best lamb, ordered Baghalahpolo lamb and quail grilled. We love the food here at Hatam. We liked the complimentary oven fresh bread with sesame seeds and fresh green salad. HATAM team members Ahmad, Ganesh, Sheila Jenah were very friendly, courteous and attentive. We will surely comeback to try their other dishes. Thanks guys we enjoyed our dinner tonight.
Visited this place last Friday with friends, the place was worth it. Love the chopped lambs and the mixed grill. The ambiance was great, but what really sealed the deal was Lhito who was very attentive and accommodating. We all know that there are a lot of restaurants in Dubai who can give you better food and ambiance, but not the service :)
Had an amazing dinner just an hour ago. They're bread is very masarap we requested to be crispy. The kabab is very juicy and good quality for sure we'll order this one again. Service was excellent. Thank you Genna and mostafa They're very accommodating. Good smile. I recommend hatam dcc.

Good food. Great kebabs. Ordered the Kashk Badamjen ( I dont know how its spelt!) and its one of the best sides with the bread. Regalar orders are yogurt chicken, kebab koobeideh and mix grill. No complains at all!

Hatam Restaurant Deira City center Dubai is a beautiful restaurant . decent location . family restaurant. food is fresh and deliciuous , specially Fresh Juices Kabab steak,Kabab Sultani,Tikka and Kabab , Mutton Biryani,Mutabadal salad and futtosh all have good taste , but service is not much active , Specially the tanduri bread take much time to be served , BBQ kabab items are little expensive.

Visited last night for dinner and experience was good.Yesterday it was summer surprise sale at DCC and it was over crowded,even this place was crowded wrt normal days but when we arrived after 10 pm ,seats were available and we took our seat.This place certainly operates with short staff,there were only 3 or 4 staff to handle more than 50 table but certainly they were helpful, courteous and fast.After 5-7 minute (this was the only delay in service we experienced) one waiter arrives with menu.We ordered chicken mix,mix salad and softdrinks.The menu posted at Zomato is either old or of different branch,rates are on little bit higher side (around 10 percent).Bread, complimentary salad arrives withing 5 minute,mix salad in 10 minute and chicken mix in next 5 minute.As we were too hungry so didnt wait for chicken and started with mix salad.
Mix chicken has 3 types of kebab,yogurt,tikka and minced,tasted good.Mix salad have hummus,Baba Ganoosh and salad shirazi.Overall good experience and may visit again.
Review based on an open buffet iftar. In my opinion it was a good value for money with a variety of tasty food. All the possible meat dishes were available. The starters selection was decent as well. The selection desserts and fruits was poor.

Hope they had some veg menu along with their tasty flavourful rice that satisfies some veggie souls. Their kababs are good and my family enjoyed them. So even though I didn't have anything much to eat apart from their rice and yoghurt I'll still rate them 4 for their non veg taste and services which is more important.

The selections were many and am sure to cater to all taste buds from around the world. The taste of the dishes were very good leaving us no room to stuff!! I would say the lunch was excellent and worth it.

After spending time window shopping around Deira City Centre & watching a movie in Vox Cinemas I had a strong desire to eat meat. I thought to hog down a juicy steak but felt Kabab's would be a good change.
Walked into the restaurant & I was taken to a table. I noticed it was clean & welcoming. Looking through the menu I decided for starters I would select a Lentil soup for starters. A Moutabel for the side & for main course I ordered a Mix Grill . The meal came with a fresh greeny salad.
First look towards the plate when served the mix grill meat & kababs looks so appetizing , mouth watering & delightful. After a bite or two from my plate I found the kababs & meat skewers to be soft , tender , juicy & succulent . It matched my expectations for good Iranian food.

HATAM as usual they maintain their food taste and quality. But staff need to have little improvement for customer care and needs. Response level is very bad if we ask something needy. Anyhow it's a lack of control over restaurant manager.
He should take little initiative to improve their staff morale and quality service.

Went in late yesterday and found as expected an almost empty restaurant as it was the first day of school today.
Surprisingly the table we chose was dirty and asked the staff to clean it, they apologized and asked us to move to another table which wasn't much cleaner. With an empty restaurant, don't think it's hard to clean the tables of the bread crumbs etc.
We ordered a salad mix which had hummus, tabbouleh, mutabbal and some cucumbers. And for mains we ordered tikka and Kabab and lamb Kabab which both came with rice and pomegranate.
The drinks we asked for were bottomless soft drinks and when I asked for a refill, I asked for no ice but the waiter put ice in it on purpose.
The food was good and using the Entertainer one does not pay a lot but it's just the service that if improved could help this restaurant be a big crowd puller no matter the day or time
I love this place,if you are a person who loves Iranian food then this is your jam. I love all the kababs here,the chicken and the lamb cooked in a very tender manner.the flavour of every single dish here is amazing.
