Irn Bru at the fish and chips room
We had lunch from the Market Menu, which is quite small but reasonably priced. We both had Irn Bru fish and chips, complete with mushy peas and pickled onions- very nice, although I'm not sure where the Irn Bru comes in! The sticky toffee pudding dessert is wonderful. Good food in nice surroundings and pleasant and efficient staff mean we will definitely be back.
Had a cod and chips that was huge. Very tasty and fresh. The place is clean and the people are friendly. Good service, comfortable seating, food I would give a 4/5. Definately recommend this place to others!
Great place to dine! Amazing staff all are very welcoming not to mention the food its really tasty. To all spicy lover you must try their homemade chilly sauce its the best. Definitely coming back.

Love the food, especially the combination of the malt vinegar with the cod and fried chips. Staff was friendly and delivered excellent service, even during wee hours. Arguably the best-tasting fish and chips I ever had to date.
I’m not British but I like the generosity of the potion and quality of fish. Clean and well managed place. Surely will be the place to go once weather gets better.
If you’re British and love a good old chippy this place certainly doesn’t disappoint. A wide selection of fish and the chips are spot on. Ordered from here a few times already and is one of the more reasonably priced chippies in Dubai. Easy and speedy delivery and comes warm and not soggy from condensation. Very happy to have found a good chippy in the UAE.
Don’t know why anyone could leave a bad review for here. If your British or Irish the only place that’s close to a chipper from home! So good!
Variety of food at reasonable price. Fish was amazingly delicious. Haddock meal and seafood meal was really delicious and had appropriate amount of spices. Quick delivery service.

I am not a fan of fish and chips, but my family loves them. So I decided to find the best joint so I could give the best to them. Read about this place and decided to try it out. Great decision. Place is simple but always crowded. Ordered haddock and cod. I like the fish batter and that's rare for me, so I give it a thumbs up.
We had dinner with friends and we ordered cod the batter on the fish was really lovely thin, crisp and beautifully golden , it just melted in mouth. Must try! And highly recommended :)
Definitely the best local fish and chips option. Nearly always very good . The cod quality battered and fried well and so is that the chips that are good and proper chippy chips .
The food is great, and everything is made fresh .. The best fish and chips in town and delivery is fast and accurate. they have all food from pizza, trad fish and chips, grilled food for healthy options..
They have the best freshly made fries in town and a big quantity enough for two. I am enjoying the lamb burger part of a special they have running. Loving it!!
I have tried once and it was ok , just want to have a good fish meal and they were serving a good meals.
I liked this restaurant when I went a few years back. It was winter and the weather was really pleasant.
However I see reviews here and I am inclined to go again. I did enjoy the food when I went those years back as I had ordered a platter and it ...... Sumptuous. We could not even finish :D
We visited this place yesterday, totally loved it, our order was two traditional cod fish and chips, one fried traditional calamares and one grilled jumbo prawns, taste was great, fresh and well seasoned, staff was amazing and they even hold our baby so we could eat.
One small negative point was the quantity of the prawns, i needed another two orders of that to get satisfied.
Will visit them again for sure.

It has been a long time since we ordered in for dinner. On the quest to find the best, we decided to order from the Fish & Chips Room. It is not hard to guess what our order might have looked like, right? We had one portion of breaded cod and chips and a portion of Jumbo prawns, also with chips, extra vinegar and mayonnaise.
The food was great, so great that we even forgot to take a picture. Either it was the fresh taste of the fish and prawns, the smell of home-made chips or the sourness of the vinegar, but we finished within minutes. And the portions were big, too big. As a future recommendation, one portion of chips is more than enough for two. Well, what about the service, you wonder now? Service interaction is very limited when ordering in, but what we experienced was top. First over the phone, Mr.Hariek, picked up immediately, greeted polite and in a cheerful manner. You could literately hear the smile on his face when answering the phone. He took all my details, then my order, repeated everything using a very well spoken English and being polite and humble at all times. He informed us that our order would take 45 minutes, however he would try his best to deliver the same as soon as possible. He thanked for the call and wished us a nice meal. The order was delivered in 37 minutes. Not quite as fast as we hoped - we were starving, and as usual waited for the last minute to order - but he kept his promise! When someone knocked on our door, it felt like relief! The young man at the door, had less to say but also smiled very friendly and handed over our order. He took our money in return, thanked in a humble and polite way and left, waving.
Top well done to the team, from the order taker, to the chefs and the delivery man!
It is the simple and small things in life, like ordering in, we tend to take for granted, but SERVICEXCELLENCE knows how to appreciate and understands the importance of sharing a small business' success!

Great food! The chips were just awesome and the cod was also good. The place is very small and smels a litle bit "fried". I will order at Home next time. I did not rate more cause I need to compare with others restaurants. But I definitely recommend it. Cheers.
this is d best place for d british fish and chips !!! d spicy cod and chips r d best and new management changed a lot ...even d managers and most of d front staff ..should strongly recommend every1 to try d fish and chips shop !!!
