My go to place for good desserts and pastries. My only thing is about here is that it can be noisy when it is a full house (which is uncommon) so if you want to have a good chat with friends, wait for non busy hours (don’t really know when that is hahah)
The best place for your small meetings. I love their cold sandwiches and Macaroon.
The morning breakfast was really nice...
Tried this plain omellate with salad and fries it was really nice and the salad was fresh...
Quick service plus good staff
Nice view
Love to come here again...
What a lovely restaurant, good food and service and atmosphere, definitely hope to go back.
Paul Café is known for their fine French pastries and desserts. I’ve tried their mains, but never tried their pastries and decided to give it a try this time. I bought the plain croissants, chocolate croissants and almond chocolate croissants for take away. I liked the almond croissants the best. They are quite pricey, considering the size of the pastries.
This is one of my favorite places that serves good breakfast options, and very fresh salads.
I must have tried a lot of their salad options, but I think their Salmon Salad is one of the best I had.
They make amazing and fresh pastries/cakes. Whenever I crave for mille-feuille, they are my only place.
The only disappointment is their coffee. Skip it and choose one of their many herbal tea options.
I like the eclairs in Paul , tasty 😋 and I like the atmosphere
Loved the very good beef stroganoff and onion soup.
Their soup is one of the classics but the sandwhich is very very moderate and basic . I like the fact that they give complimentary variety of breads with olive tapenade. The drinks are very basic and over priced. A bottle of water costs 20 DHS.
The food didn't take long to arrive.
The view from the Dubai mall branch is breath taking and during winter u can even sit outside.
Paul was a life saver in times of Quarantine! Delivered a tasty birthday cake in 22mins when I could not find one anywhere else, and could not go out to buy one due to lockdown.
Paul tastes exactly the same everywhere you go. The quality and taste of food are superb, even the recipes they use are like no other. Love the ingredients of every dish and the freshness of every salad. Even the coffee is exquisite.
I love everything about Paul 👍👍😍 the food, the freshness and the atmosphere is amazing 🙌🙌
Loved the chocolate eclair
Loaded with chocolate mousse cream from within and garnished with dark chocolate on top .
Loved every bite .
They do have some deliciously prepared desserts on display
You can never go wrong with Paul cafe’s Macaroons! Never. These yummy macaroons are to die for!
All the flavours are worth trying! I always pick up the entire box of mixed flavours. This box contains of flavours : Vanilla- 9/10, pistachio- 10/10, lemon- 10/10, coffee- 8.5/10, chocolate- 8/10, strawberry- 10/10.
Paul gives away free cake (small one) on your birthday for which you need to download the app and redeem. Had taken this yummy cheesecake with Halloween deco theme. The cake was moist and very tasty. Each piece usually costs around 25 AED.
Quality of service: Great
Vibe: Good
Recommendations: Dropped by here for a quick bite and we had the orange citrus shrimps and it was an interesting take at shrimps. Quite a snack
It is always a pleasure to come PAUL. We come here to celebrate our special days and happy occasions... Staff is super polite and respectful.. that's why we come back again and again.!
Super delicious cakes and breads, an authentic French bakery!!
Almost everything is as good as you would find in France, and the price is very reasonable.
I ordered a few times birthday cakes for friends & family, and they were all perfectly made, tasted devine.
I've also tried their brioche, chocolate eclair, black forest cake, croissant, danish... all are good, mu favorite is their brioche!
It is a really good place to go when you want to have a nice pastry freshly made in house! The outdoor setting is very cozy too, particularly for a nice autumn day:)
Coffee ia just so-so, smoothie is yum.
One thing I notice though, is that their staff are not uber friendly. I thought at the beginning it was just the cashiers who were occupied and busy, so they were not very smiley, but then later when I dined in, i found the serving staff were kind of cold and rude too.
Would definitely get a 10/10 if they have a better service.
Really good strawberry cheesecake! I think after a slice of cheesecake from Paul I will stop go to the cheesecake factory. The difference is that pauls cheesecake you can taste the real flavors of the crust and cream. The cheesecake factory tastes too much sugar for me and almost a little bit “fake” taste..
The best croissants you’ll have in Dubai. I usually get the Camembert cheese with turkey croissant. I wish they served it outside of breakfast, though. Would eat it every day if I could! Their pain au chocolate is also delicious. As is their coffee!
Very good and nice hospitality
A very nice cafe. Their croissant and baked goods are absolutely delicious and delightful and fresh. Love their breakfast items especially. Highly recommended.
It was a well spent breakfast at Paul. I really missed their bread. Was also happy to see many items we didn’t have in Lebanon. The scrambled eggs vol-au-vent was a nice trial!
Absolutely loved my time here. When the weather is cooler, I highly recommend taking the outdoor seating. It comes with an impressive view of the fountain area. The dessert section adds a nice finish to your time here and do check it out! :) PAUL Bakery & Restaurant
A cozy place in Dubai mall I really enjoy having my breakfast or lunch there😋 their salmon in Croissant was great and yummy the pasta and fish is tasty and well cooked
Paul is precision and repeat ability. No matter which outlet you pick , they always deliver same product and very similar service, but in the case of the Dubai Mall outlet, they deliver even a better service than the average. They manage time after time to be consistent with uniform, presence and how to deal with costumers. Continental Breakfast is always the preferred choice, orange juice, almond croissant, baguette, and americano, and you will not fail, the only thing that they do not do right is the coffee, I do not understand why they do not invest on better beans for that !. Other than that, I always enjoy the trip.
Had their breakfast which was delightful and pastries are really good, specially the almond croissant which is out of this world and I would go there over and over just for it, also tried their eclairs but they were okay.
We have been here time and time again and never do they fail to impress us with the hospitality and service! All the staff are incredibly friendly and constantly smiling! When we required a table for 15 or so, the managers easily arranged it for us and were waiting for our arrival.
The ambiance and atmosphere is so authentic and welcoming, its difficult to leave! Their breakfasts, mains, drinks and desserts are so delightful to eat, it truly is an amazing experience. Their portion sizes are great, their presentation is absolutely on point and the taste is scrumptious!
Highly, highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem!
At present I am totally enamoured by the complet breakfast Le petit dejeuner. At 61 dhs that's my best choice in Dubai for value for money.
Paul is a well known brand in Dubai for eons. French hospitality, excellent service always. I have tried different items in other branches prior to my visit here. On this day , after a swim in jumeirah, I was hungry for a full bodied breakfast.
The inteiors are done in best traditions of the continent. Some walls are papered with book shelves. The main section is divided into 3 parts. Lots of time is given to the diners for relaxarion and enjoying the food. Good ambience.
My order was the Complet breakfast. They served in fast in spite of the restaurant being full of customers.
They will ask you the options at the begining. A choice of viennoiserie, a choice of omlette stuffings is available. Other than that you get a lovely creamy butter bowl, strawberry, apricot and juices and coffee, which I changed to hot chocolate. I added smoked salmon at 20 dhs. and sauteed mushrooms at 8 dhs in the omlette. I selected a raisin Viennoiserie- loved it, sweet and savoury. The breads were excellent. I literally didn't want to leave the table even after finishing. Each and every item was remarkably baked and prepared well.
This will be my favourite haunt henceforth.
Nice place with a good value for many.
I like this place, always buuuuzzyy and a lot of options to choose.
Coffee quality could be a bit better and service a bit faster and attentive.
My favorite from dessert is strawberry crepes. Just wow, so yummy.
Don’t hesitate to try it
Food it’s very tasty, well seasoned and fresh. The unit of Dubai Mall it’s beautiful, makes you fell you France. Attendants are fast and polite, but the price it’s s little high. But no doubts I recommend it.
We visited this place for desserts. Saw some people having soup in the bread loaf. Got our attention and we ordered one for our table as well. KIds loved it. Very nice flavor to the soup..
They showcase their impressive selection of cakes, tarts and other gourmet desserts such as chocolate moelleux, tarts and millefeuilles, just to name a few.
I still remember the first time I walked past Paul in France- the whiff of freshly baked bread & croissants that invite you in. Finding Paul in Dubai was one of the happiest moments in this country for me! We have had lunch & dinner here many times. But I always drop by Paul whenever I am at Dubai mall for their Strawberry tart, Raspberry tart & mixed berry tart. Their tart is absolute perfection. The base is biscuity and the custard on it is perfectly sweet and creamy without being too sweet.
In the savory section, I really love their quiches. A couple of times we have found their main courses to be slightly under seasoned.
My rating (#eatwithirene ):
Foof: 3.5/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Service: 3.5/5. Always found them to be crowded with less number of waiters to manage them all.
Price: 3.5/5. Slightly expensive but if you are into French cuisine then you will want to drop by.
I love the place. It was cozy. And the more i love they have so many choices of pastries. I really don't know which one i will choose, they all look delicious. I don't know what the name of this cake i chose but it's good, except the bottom part, it's very hard like a rock. I didn't finish it. And the passion fruit mojito is just fine. Maybe i just make a wrong choice. I will try the others on my next visit.
One of the best steak house...EVER ! If you want to spend around 100USD each you can get really good value for money, great cuts , tastes amazing and atmosphere is beautiful. Over all great experience and very nice staff.
Amazing breads, desserts and cookies.. went there as I had some promotional code but loved the taste and the quality of ingredients so ended up being a regular here. Do give them a try
best place for breakfast and lunch. big variety of breakfast. bread always fresh. the price is fair. staff are friendly and service is amazing
Of all the cafe and restaurant nearby home, Paul was the best choice for breakfast.
And of course for meeting family and friends. I don’t recommend this for business meeting though (as I tried it once but kids and adult were too busy chatting loudly)
5 stars for:
1. Food! Tasty 😋
2. Location: when you sit in the bacony/alfresco area, you’ll see Burj Khalifa and Fountain,
3. Smiling and approachable front of house
4. Clean (staff are neat here)
5. Nice ambience
Decided to go for a late breakfast with one of my friends. Besides the fact the waiter had to come back and repeat the order 3 times the food took ages to come for a meal that shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes on a non busy day. My friends meal was not hot. The omelette I got was good though so I cannot complain about the actual food just the service delivery. Will give Paul's a try again in the future
i love this place, every time i go there i get great food and good service
i have been there multiple times and never got disappointed
their cakes are super good, their food is fresh and delicious. their salads are very special.
im a fan of their goat cheese salad a must try
Who doesn’t love coffee, we all do correct. But coffee with a view is even more a picture perfect location. PAUL being one of my favourites French cafe, transports me back to my days in France.
Follow me on Insta: maniardhruv
Staff: 4/5
Location: 5/5
Drinks: I ordered a cup of vanilla latte. The coffee was freshly brewed and had the perfect belie of vanilla in it. The milk what heated just right. Not too hot nor too cold. If you lobe hot chocolate then you should not miss out ion PAUL’s hot chocolate as they are one of the best in town,
I have been to Paul’s several times and it never fails us. We ordered two omelettes and one breakfast quiche. My favorite was the quiche. I really love the taste of the quiche bread. The omelettes were good, but my only suggestion is to include a bit more flavor in the omelettes.
Very friendly and professional staff, especially the waiter, Amorgon. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pauls.
Worldwide, paul is one of the best bakeries and dine ins. Best bread, best croissant (my favorite is the cheese and the almond), best patisserie (must try the double chocolate tarte and the eclair au fraise) and also the food items. All in all, i love this place and I am a usual customer.
From 5 to 4
1st visit.
Paul Bakery & Restaurant caters to the French way of life. Since I got a welcome gift voucher I decided to bring my friend to have coffee and chill. We sorted outside and the view from the balcony is amazing!!
We ordered coffee with macaroons. I only eat macaroons from Paul bakery coz it's very tasty and the macaroon shell is soft but crunchy when you bite it. Paul bakery and restaurants never fail to satisfy my taste bud..
2nd visit.
After lunch, I decided to have some tea, I ordered the vanilla black tea. They served me lukewarm water which not really a good for a tea. Staff just double check what they are serving.
Paul is one of the famous places in Dubai for desserts and hot beverage.
I went there to enjoy Hot dark rich Chocolate. Apparently a daily cup of hot chocolate can help to stave off heart disease, as the nutrients in cocoa can widen blood vessels.
Very classy ambiance, food healthy but above average prices , bread basket free and tasty , tea under expectations, coffee better
Advice,try their soups
Amazing cozy place to go. A warm welcome is always appreciated :). We tried soup and few starters and they really good. Would definitely visit again for more.
Great for Breakfast, Lunch,Dinner!
Very delicious tenderloin we had there,
They will give you greeting card if you are couple, by the picture of old Paul,
At last you can by your favorite bread for takeaway.

The place to hit for fresh bakeries and ample food choices Love this place. I love their breads. Well csme here for lunch and ordered parmesan fries and sphagetti pasta with pink sauce. In drinks we ordered green apple and passion fruit mojito. Love the food and ambiance especially the burj khalifa and the fountain views.
I have always enjoyed breakfasts at Pauls however i have noticed that their prices have increased quite a bit over the years..The outburst of new restaurants in Dubai has created a lot more competition and lower prices and BOGOF offers.
Pauls isn't on any of the discount voucher sites or apps and that probably shows that they have sustained the competition and rightly so- an elaborate and extensive menu, a delicious looking show xase of cakes and bread when you enter the store, professional and courteous staff and a very warm and chic store.
We ordered the Complet meal which consists of a hot beverage, fresh orange juice, a croissant, a bread stick and an omelette- the portion size is large hence we chose to share a meal between the two of us and ordered and extra coffee.
The croissant and bread stick were fresh, juice was refreshing, coffee strong and egg cooked to perfection.
Overall, a fantastic experience!
It was really early in the morning but this was open. A big tuna salad baguette and a black tea was a bargain price and the staff is friendly. Clean place as well with well placed condiments.
I always default to going to Paul when I want to have coffee and a piece of cake. It is always comforting to go to a familiar place.. I also love how they introduce new items to their menu.
t is super filling and super amazing when it comes to taste.Their omelettes are super fluffy. After my asian lunch I had to treat myself with Paul cheese cake. Outstanding service from Paul staff and very affordable prices for the bakery products. I got discount from the Paul app.
Beautiful location in Downtown, Dubai Mall with options for smokers. Great menu, my best food there Onion soup in Bread & desserts. Tasty so good.
After my asian lunch I had to treat myself with Paul cheese cake. 100% amazing taste and very delicious. Outstanding service from Paul staff and very affordable prices for the bakery products. I got discount from the Paul app.
We spent a wonderful evening time with my buddies, this is a good place with good ambience and good service and good food quality and affordable prices, i ordered one pasta and one browinie in dessert, liked the white sauce used in pasta and browinie was very sweet and mouth watering.
Love this place. I love their breads. Well csme here for lunch and ordered parmesan fries and sphagetti pasta with pink sauce. In drinks we ordered green apple and passion fruit mojito. Love the food and ambiance especially the burj khalifa and the fountain views.
The place to hit for fresh bakeries and ample food choices. Their gratins and mille feuilles are just spot on! Ambience is always alive, and the outdoor seating area overlooks the Dubai Mall. Staff is courteous and attentive.
Absolutely in love with the cakes baked at Paul.
They look grand and taste delicious.
Specially the chocolate mousse and the one that is loaded with strawberries.
Gonna try the other flavors soon!

Paul is my love
I love there breakfast and coffee
Guys I want to give you suggestion please start all day breakfast as people love your breakfast
Highly recommended
If you have ever been to any of the mall is dubai in the morning you will find a place most crowded and filled with chirping people, yes it's Paul bakery, the place is quite famous breakfast spot. I despite being a lazy decided to go there for a breakfast too, the garden like feel is really nice ambience in the outlet and the staff is friendly and suggest meals quick to a vegetarian guy (who asks options without salad) which shows the staff knows the menu inside out.
I decided to go with Halloumi Sandwich and a classic cappacuino, the sandwich was great in terms of build, quantity, freshness and taste. You can feel the little bombs of freshness popping in the mouth with every bite, on the other hand a cappacuino is really great to kick start your day, it was creamy and the blend was great the only thing missing was the desired aroma.
Overall it was a great place to eat, i would try there famous bakery products in next visit, I am sure they too are worth it.
Excellent food - we especially loved Paul bakery
The gave us a good taste of
everything. Excellent food, excellent service
(though a little bit rushed) - Waiter was an
excellent server and gave us some great
recommendations! Also really appreciated
we'll be coming back for sure!!!
Last night simply went to Paul ...... tried its desserts all the 3 desserts i tried were awesome
Very nice ambiance
friendly staff
Its a bit expensive but worth it
Visited this place for a nice coffee in morning. They have outdoor seating with a view of Burj Khalifa. The service is good and fast. But their coffee is best
Fabulous quality and stylish seating off the main walkway of the mall. The windows of the display never fail to impress and the service is top class. They have a very comprehensive training program it seems as I see consistency in the outlet time after time. Good for gift boxes of goodies and personal treats. Always a pleasure to dine here.
I've always loved getting the bakery items from Paul for takeaways. Freshly baked artisan bread, tarts, cakes and many more sweet treats.
Today I decided to get a 'Tarte de Citron' a.k.a. A lemon tart and a chocolate tart to go.
The lemon tart was lovely. The lemon curd has just the right amount of tanginess and was well balanced with the sugar in it. The crunchy biscuity tart base was a good vehicle for the thick lemon curd.
As for the chocolate tart.... Well what's not to love about rich not overly sweet chocolate. It wasn't very sweet so you felt less guilty eating it.
Restaurant was pretty full at 4pm on a Monday afternoon so that's good. Nice ambience if you like the crowds.
I paid AED 38 for both the tarts which I think is a pretty good price compared to prices in some large coffee franchises and since they taste amazing i would say that it's very good value for money.
The food is pretty simple and good. Vegetarians must try their daal rice balls which is served with green chutney, salad. Paneer lovers must order the Banjara Paneer kofta which has the perfect blend of spices and tomato cashew curry. Surprisingly the masala tea was good which I didn't expect but thought was a lil overpriced here.
We visited on last weekend. We usually go at times but first time using Zomato gold of my Hubby there. Ordered a Murgh (Chicken) Masala Biriyani, Roti basket and Kaju Tadka Chicken curry, everything was good. Maybe Biriyani could be more flavourful. The high priced main course was free.
Always best place for breakfast, friendly staff and beautiful athmosphere, wide choice of sweets, actually one of the best place for sweets in town,
