يبقى خيار المستعجلين او المتعبين او الشباب الذين يحبون الزيوت. أي اكلة مقلية غالبا تكون مرغوبة من الشباب وغير الشباب احيانا وللاسف ان زيوت كي اف سي غير موثوقة ولان الشركة في حاجة للكسب حتى تتوسع فانها توظف اشخاص يهمها اولا بتكلفة قليلة والنتيجة يتحملها الزبون في اهمال الموظفين لطرق قلي الدجاج والبطالس بالاسلوب الصحيح المعتمد من كي اف سي العالمية وهذا الحال موجود في فروع الشركة بمعظم بلدان العالم للاسف قللوا فروع وركزوا في الجودة افضل ومتابعتها واسلوب الموظفين.

I have ordered twice in the month and both times waited for almost two hours. The restaurant is just outside the community, I am still waiting for my food, almost two hours now. 2 hours and 30 mins now , I called the manager. The manager had a terrible attitude and said that the driver delivered to a wrong location, I would like to point out how bad of an excuse that is, the restaurant either never dispatched my order or people are cheap and have taken free food that I have paid for. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. We realized there was a fly after drinking the whole Pepsi. Who knows where this fly has been and what it’s carrying!! The food I ordered was unfortunately very bad quality. The popcorn chicken was overly salty and the French fries was old and stale. Felt like it was dipped in oil again after cooking. I will never order again.

Simply Pathetic. Yesterday we placed the order for KFC bucket with spicey chicken and spicey fries. I received my order after 3 hours and there was no spicey chicken even coleslaw was coming out of the box.After making number of calls finally spoke with Nishad in Motor city who said am the store incharge when i asked about my order he said there is some issue going on and we are getting the order 3 hours late which i know not even possible. Service is terrible, it mentions delivery time is 30 minutes but it can take 2 hours without any valid reason, they fake data by marking the order delivered on the app while it's not, called the restaurant and the agent said 2 minutes but that was a lie as well, contacted zomato and they called the restaurant and agent told them 10-15 mins which was also fake, Zomato should start delivering this restaurant or just remove it from the app. Worst restaurant ever, never order KFC

After ordering couple of times iv noticed that kfc motor city are very consistent. Im rating their consistency of 5⭐ without fail of delivering messed up items. Garlic/gravy sauce paid will be missing, not even single preferred chicken parts mentioned in the order will be included. Spicy fries paid, received normal fries. I hope the staff's are not doing it purposely and get it from inventory. Delivery always late and food will be cold. Above experiences based on multiple times delivery order specifically in zomato.

Actually I find this kfc to be good. There's parking right behind them and the chicken is crisp and we really enjoy it here. It does tend to get crowded sometimes and the staff are a little unorganized but in terms of taste they do very well and better than several other branches.

First of all, they "accidentally" mark my order as delivered when in fact ot was 25 mins away. Then, the food was delivered. But of course everything was soggy. And then take a look at the chicken. What happened kfc. Are you giving away food for free as a favor . This is paid food. Pathetic and aggravating!!

To be honest I am more than disappointed. I have been living in Dubai for over 13 years, and I have been living in Motor City and ordering KFC from the MC location for the past 5+ years. Last 6 orders or so have been with Zomato. The last 2 orders have been sub standard. The second last order was chicken hat had been under the heat lamp probably for an hour, as it was very dark brown, old. But I was hungry and did not complain. Last night's order was delivered incorrectly with an invoice for 36 Dirhams and change. I ordered my meal package with the 4 strips, 4 pieces of chicken, 6 shrimps, 1additional loaded fries, 2 drinks. The delivery came without the chicken package. I sent the driver back and he re-delivered about 20 minutes later. I double checked my Zomato order and checked my order on my phone which indeed include the chicken/shrimp package for a total of 69.50 Dirhams. I do not understand why a computerized order can be screwed up. Anyway, I ended up eating a half hour later than planned. A hungry man is an angry man. In refection, the freshness of the order from KFC MC location has been hit and miss over the past year. I will have to rethink who I will order food from next, as KFC is slipping. Not to mention how awful the KFC in the MOE food court near the ski hill is...always poor quality, cold, not fresh. The MOE location at the food court at the North end of the MOE is ok.

KFC's fried chicken is certainly good but the delivery service needs to improve. The delivery was untimely, 35 minutes late and the gravy sauce, which was paid for an additional charge, has spilled inside the bag. I hope the team may improve this. I suggest that sauces or gravy should have holder so it wont spill when being delivered.

I have ordered zinger box and dinner meal mix. The taste is all same whatever food item your order but it's actually tasty only when you dine in. KFC is not the type of food which can be eaten cold, so better you eat it hot.

Went in for a quick lunch around 2:30pm. Ordered popcorn chicken, chicken rizo, mighty zinger and snack box. It wasn't the cleanest location, very smelly and the a.c. wasn't working properly. While there was nothing terribly wrong with the chicken, it wasn't very hot or satisfying. The rice was under cooked and the sauce was far too salty. KFC is one of my favourite fast food chains but this location is definitely a miss. If you need a fried chicken fix, head to Popeye's next door or go to Mall of Emirates to get the best KFC experience.

My order is 1:15 minutes late...called the restaurant for a follow up. The guy who answered me was rude enough to tell me that my order is not delayed, and he said that you will receive it within ten minutes (this was 40 minutes ago!). Moreover, I called the branch manager on ‭055 602 6208‬ and he failed to give me a proper answer, and to add to that he hung up the phone while I was talking, and he doesn’t answer my calls now! This is a mess, totally mismanagement and utter joke! I really don’t recommend this restaurant for delivery orders.

We opted for a bucket of family meal with 15 pieces all non spicy and also chicken strips . The delivery was timely . The chicken was good. Coleslaw was fresh and nice . Fries were a bit soggy though . Nevertheless for the times of fast food cravings I don’t mind having it from KFC once in a while .

The worst experience ever! We very clearly mentioned that the chicken and fries were to be well done. The food was delivered limp and not well done at all. We reached out to the store where the manager explained rather rudely that they fry 100 pieces of chicken together and can’t do any well done for a specific order. To which I told them it’s been done a lot of times for me.. the manager kept blabbering nonsense and said he will replace it. Now the delivery guy was the icing on the cake. He asked us to return the food. I told him that the baby has eaten 2-3 pieces to which he said we can’t replace it, take the well done fries this and that. I told him I will take the balance no of pieces not the whole bucket. He was super rude and said that the food must have been okay and that’s why we ate it. He said I have to take the balance food back for other customers. This food will be reused! Euuuu ... really ! He had the audacity to talk back to a customer, a delivery boy.. really! This is their delivery standard.. sending the wrong order and then the manager n the delivery boy misbehaves. Never ordering from them again ! PATHETIC!

It's been 1 hr and 10 mins and I am yet to receive the food and the funniest part that I am currently chatting with Zomato asked them to cancel the order as they have been telling me that it needs 15 mins since 40 mins. I understand you're supposed to be polite, but I placed an order and after 45 minutes when it didn't arrive I called and after being on hold for 10 minutes I was told there was no order with my number even though I had paid, and had an order number. Bottom line, I never received my order, the person on the phone was not polite and it took more than 15 minutes to get through and be told I have no order.

One of the worst services i’ve encountered. I’ve ordered once before and it took almost 3 hours to deliver and every person i spoke to had a different excuse. I decided to give them another chance and order again and now its been an hour and a half and the order is still not here. It is unacceptable and very irresponsible. I have ordered a simple order from kfc.ae on 1:40am, and till 2:50am I have called the customer service and the agent was very slow on understanding the situation, at the end he said that he will call the branch and let them contact us, at 3:20am the delivery man called me and said that he has lots of work, and asked me wither I want to receive my order or not, and because of his attitude, I have cancelled the order. At the end I have called the customer service again to register a 3 complaints against the branch manager, customer service, and the delivery man, but to complete my experience, the agent didn't take the details or any information about the complaints neither wanted to give me the complaints number, instead he asked me if I want to follow up I need to call again other wise no will follow up with me.

The food is okay. This review is more about the delivery service. I had difficulty receiving my orders. I placed the complete address with the building name and landmark. I got a call from the driver then the call was passed on to another person that made me think they were together. I gave the full instructions to the last person and that’s where the problem started. He was giving different instructions to the driver. I feel sorry for the driver that i was projecting my disappointments towards him. It was cold outside our building and been standing there waiting for awhile for the driver who was instructed to go to a different place. Why not have the same person (driver) deal with customers and have them use whatsapp so location can be shared in cases theyre lost. Atleast its gonna be a smooth process.
