Ordered from them multiple times now. Each time a new dish. Never been disappointed. Besides the fast delivery, the food is absolutely delicious. I've tried both north and south Indian thali. Beautiful food. Even a simple dal chawal is so delicious. Tried their dhaba dal and fish amritsari today. So flavourful. Absolutely recommend this place.

800THALI is located conveniently in JLT Cluster B, its a good option for Indian & Mughlai food. All the dishes are very reasonable priced. The dine in area is small but very swanky which sets the mood. Their menu is simple but covers many famous dishes.
Here we tried some of their traditional starters and Main courses .The welcome drink of Chaach & Mango lassi was very refreshing & cooling. To start with we tried chicken tikka, chicken malai tikka, fish tikka & mutton Seekh kebab, the flavour of all the kebabs were very distinct with the perfect balance of spices. The malai tikka was so soft and succulent.
For the mains we tried Palak paneer, dal makhani and mutton biryani. The gravy was rich and had a thick consistency, went very well with the hot pulkas. The Mutton Dum Biryani was awesome. The mutton pieces are well cooked and the biryani masala was very flavourful. The spices were neither less nor too spicy. The food came steaming hot. Presentation of the dishes is basic but the flavours take the experience to the next level.
Dont leave the restaurant before trying their hot & crispy jalebis with rabdi. It was not sugary sweet & tasted delicious.
Service is excellent and very quick.
Overall we had a good time. Food is reasonablely priced and is of good taste, a must go restaurant to enjoy some quality time with family and friends. Highly recommended!!

Went for the maharaja thali for lunch.. I was expecting a panner dish in the thali as the main curry.. but it was chole.. which was decent. along with it aloo matar, and dal with roti, rice, and sweet which was good .
You can try it once.. you will like it for sure.

Chicken Biriyani was excellent with the chicken well cooked in spices. However, When I ordered a full portion biriyani, the quantity delivered was less and Salan was missing.

While doing my normal walk in Jumeriah Lakes Towers (JLT), I came across this restaurant by chance, I saw there was fish fry Biryani on the menu, which is not all that common to find. I was meeting a friend and we decided to give it a try. It was the best fish fry biryani I've had out of Hyderabad. and my friend's vegetable biryani was equally authentic and mirchi ka salan was blessing in disguise. We'll definitely go back again and can't recommend it highly enough. The staffs were very friendly and the service was also excellent!!!

Reasonably priced and affordable thalis at JLT!
Upto 30 Dhs, these thalis are very filling and some are even enough for two. We had one Home Style Veg Thali and one Maharaja NonVeg Thali.
Both came with raita and dessert alongwith various gravies that we ate well with fresh and hot chapathis served alongside.
If you're in the mood for soup, give their Murgh Shorba Soup a try! And Mango Lassi too.

Starting the name itself, 800thali stands out in an unique way. A long 7 years journey has ultimately produced a special name for them in the culinary world of Dubai, which started as a purely thali restaurant in the begining to include a wide ranging menu of primarily Norh Indian cuisine. •They have a vast coverage area in Dubai with two standalone restaurants also.
The JLT branch is quite near the Metro station and in front of a pleasant lake view with unpretentious surroundings. •The signboard needs to be slightly more prominent though.
It's a small place but with quite a few brightly coloured tables and a nice seating area on the outer side. They have some intelligent quotes on the food-verse on the walls which piqued my interest.
•Mr Praveen is the very ambitious and market savvy proprietor who has build up this brand from scratch and we discussed a large number topics including food of course!
●Our orders-
1. •Aloo gobi masaledar. Nice gravy, great mix of the classic dish with tomatoes, and potatoes and slivers of adrak. 4.5/5.
2. ●Kurkure bhindi. 5/5. The oil free taste but a stunning crunchiness. Arguably the best ever.
3. Mint lemon drink. 4/5. Worked well. Good quality and quantity. Complimented the food nicely.
4. Veg platter. 4.5/5. They have many options of the platter, we took the one for 2 persons. I was blown away by the kaju mixed stuffings in the potato and mixed vegetable kababs. Even the grilled paneer was very nice and soft, retaining it's milky smooth taste.
5. Chicken 65 biriyani. 4.5/5. Extremely light fluffy rice without the overwhelming presence of thick gravy. The 65 pieces of chicken were well marinated and very soft as per the classic tradition of the item. Boneless and flavorful, it was a great dum biriyani, which takes 1.5 hrs to make. They come with Mirchi ka salan and Raita, classic accompaniments wih Hyderabadi Biriyani.
6. Gulabjamun. Presented nicely. They were soft and had slightly more syrupy, essence than to my taste.
7. ●Amritsari fish. 5/5. I can eat this one for hours. Great spice mix. Very soft inside ,instead of the mass produced hard coated ones from others. Great quality. Flavours.
We had a very pleasant time at the place and enjoyed many foodie stories.
●It's great to know that they have a super-exceptional thali range, including the one at only 15.8 dhs!!! That one is a super duper hit among young professionals, which is mind blowing, considering the locale and the Dubai standards.
These many positive points have made this chain a homely familiar name wih the Dubai foodies.
●For two consecutive years they have been Runners and Winner of the best Indian restaurant in JLT.

We went for dinner on 10th december.location wise it is easily accessible by metro(DMCC).Both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements are there.
We ordered the following food
For starters fish amritsari ,veg platter
Which was accompanied by a naan .I ordered mint lemonade in between .main course were bread basket (rampuri bread,lachha paratha,butter nan and plain nan ),Alu gobi masaledar ,kurkure bhindi & chicken 65 biryani .dessert with gulabjamun .
Regarding food ,it was ok .I specially liked the fish amritsari and kurkure bhindi .it was surprisingly remained crunchy all throughout .gobi was good in a sense that cauliflower florets were ample in amount in comparison to potatoes ,the ratio of which is reverse sometimes on other joints .came to know that they have huge takeaway orders in the area between ibn batutta and business bay apart from good corporate clients they have .
Overall I am satisfied with them
The owner ,Mr.Pravin was very courteous enough to shower his warm hospitality .its good to see such young entrepreneurs flourishing their business in such a competitive market .

I was here for lunch one afternoon and throughly enjoyed my meal. With the restaurant facing the lake and the weather being pretty good, it is always a treat to enjoy a good meal outdoor.
The decor is very basic and the service is pretty decent however the owner of the restaurant was around while I was here and it was really sweet of him to help with the order.
We called for a Lemon mint cooler and a sweet lassi from the drink menu, they were refreshing and a great start to the meal.
From the starters we called for a Aloo Tikki. This one had the tikki in the bottom with yoghurt and some chutneys on it, it was full of flavor and I loved it.
Called for a Dal khichdi for my little girl, this one was letils cooked in rice, glad it she enjoyed it as it wasn't too spicy.
From the kebabs we were served a mixed kebab platter that had both veg and non veg kebabs. This one was an absolute feast. It had Mutton Seekh Kebab , Chicken Tikka , Chicken Malai Tikka, Fish Tikka , Veg Seekh Kebab and Paneer Tikka. My favorites from these was the Mutton Seekh Kebab, the Chicken Tikka and the Paneer tikka. They were all well marinated and cooked to perfection except for the chicken malai tikka that was a bit undercooked.
For the mains we tried the Hyderabadi Chicken 65 Biryani. This was served with Mirchi Ka salan and raitha. Loved the flavors of this one and the chicken tasted really good too except that one of the pieces were undercooked. I would surely go back here for this biryani and make sure they cook the chicken well :)
Jalebi and Rabri was a great end to the meal and I am glad that I now know that 800thali isn't only a thali place.

I went with my family to this restaurant its located in JLT Cluster B. THey have both indoor and outdoor seating locations we chose to sit outside because the weather is pretty good and the vibes outside were nice. They have a very simple menu yet the items they have to offer are Extraordinary. They specialize in north indian cuisine. Currently eating at the restaurant provides you with a 25% discount which is pretty good. They also got the best restaurant award in 2018 and the Phulkas are famous in the JLT area.
Food ordered
Firstly we ordered some chaat items
Pani puri and Aloo Tikki
The Pani puri was perfect. The Pani had the right amounts of Sourness in it we really enjoyed it and for the Aloo Tikki the consistency was great The Aloo Tikki itself was made fresh and went well with the Yogurt and the Meethi Chutney.
Then we ordered the Veg and Nonveg mix grill
In the Veg Mix grill, we got the Malai paneer, Paneer tikka and the Hara bhara kebabs all 3 of them were amazing and a delight to have with the chutney.
In the Nonveg mix grill, we got the Mutton Seekh Kebab, Fish Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Malai Tikka
The Fish Tikka was very soft and tender the spices used were amazing and I usually don't like seafood but this was really good and a must-have
The Chicken Malai Tikka was creamy it didn't have the Sharp or Sour taste to it but was perfect if u like less spicy food its worth considering to eat this.
For Main-course we ordered Chole Bhature, Chefs special chicken and Chicken 65 Biryani with Mirchi ka saalan and Raita.
In the Chole Bhature, the Bhatura wasn't that oily and the Chole made had a very authentic taste to it. The chole was perfect and it was definitely worth the try.
I have no words for how good the Chefs special chicken was. The taste was very similar to the homemade chicken and it was Sour and Spicy. It was really good with a Naan would definitely go back to try this out.
The Chicken 65 Biryani was pretty good as well The chicken65 pieces were cooked well and went well with the rice. It comes with Mirchi ka saalan.
For Desserts, We ordered Gulab Jamun and Jalebi with rabdi
Usually, the restaurants in the UAE use Bread to make the Gulab jamun which kind of ruins the taste but at this restaurant, they make it the authentic way which is rare for a restaurant.
Both the Jalebi and the Gulab jamun were not very sweet which is always good because of too much sweet ruins the taste.
For Drinks, we ordered the Mint cooler
The mint cooler was refreshing and sweet.
Overall had a lovely time at the restaurant I would definitely visit them again and if you are in the JLT area you should give this restaurant a try.
