It's very yummy and delicious however my orders always arrived very late. The estimated time of delivery is 60 minutes but always arrived 1 and 1/2 hour so when I have soup in my order it gets cold and I don't even given an explanation what causes the delay. When I followed up my order after 1 hour of placing it, it arrived after 30 minutes so it means it took 1 hour for them just to prepare it? And I don't get any explanation of what causes the delay. You know guys your food is very nice but just the delivery time is your problem, I hope you could fix it very soon.

Worst experience ever! 👎👎 Had to order another meal from another restaurant. As the food from you was so so tasteless and the quantity can be seen in the pic. Should have believed the ratings before ordering. Can anybody suggest the food items name in the pic ? I would say Chinese khichadi and guess what? Anyone can have experience of this for just 60 Dhs. The worst experience ever, the food arrived in two hours, obviously the driver was having many orders to deliver because he took one hour after dispatching the order to him (not his fault) the management of this restaurant should manage such issue, of course since the order came late , then the food is cold , tastless, I had to reheat the food to be able eating , very cheap quality of shrimps in the curry order , last order with you this unprofessional service and people for not respecting the time and the customer.

We are actually KFC lovers but i thought of trying Chowking Chinese style fried chicken coz of good offer for 1st time. Believe me i fell in love with their fried chicken. Its so juicy. Since it was 8 pcs with me alone i ate it for 3 days n yet it tasted great everyday 😅. Now i prefer Chowking over KFC 👍. P.S : the delivery tends to get late upto 1.5 hrs so order early so u dont complain. I was prepared n im happy i get to eat on my dinner time. Its bad to see ppl rating 1 star just coz of delivery late. Im happy at least delivery is available even during Covid19 so im grateful.

I ordered chicken barbecue lauriat and the chicken barbecue and siomai are undercooked. They are obviously frozen food, please spend some time cooking it. Also, the noodles need more soy sauce and seasoning. I will send one bottle if you need 😅

Tried the new Meal for 4 and it is amazing! Very economical and the portions were good for sharing. The food was tasty and fresh. Extra precautions were taken to ensure safe delivery and we were even told about the safety procedures followed. Extra points for the very sweet staff who helped me in delivering quickly when I told them it's for Iftar! Bottom line: Good food at a very economical price.

This has been the worst. THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. It took them 2 hours to deliver! Its not even a big order and not that far from my area. Its 4 pm so I don’t think it is rush hour too. Noone from the restaurant was even professional enough to call and apologise. Ridiculous!

Ive been ordering from Chowking for a while and i dont know why do i keep repeating the same mistake, i live 15 minutes away from the restaurant and although i order during weekdays it usually takes 75-90 minutes for delivery although the app says 60 minutes. The food frequently arrives cold and soggy. The delivery driver keeps calling asking for directions and doesn't have a GPS/navigation. The food quality keeps on dropping and portions are getting smaller. The only thing i get when complaining about their slow service is "ok" not even an apology Stay away

If you are hungry and planning your lunch on time, please make sure you will order 2 hrs before your breaktime, otherwise Chowking Dragon Mart Branch will delivery your order in 2 hours time. Late delivery, bad packing full of tapes!, poured drinks and sauce! When other company started to use paper bags for their take away order, chowking will keep using plastic bags and wrap your food full of packaging tape!

The meals I usually order are the ones I'm familiar with. Can't complain on the taste as they're not too oily or salty (that's a no-no to me). On some instances, the servings aren't sufficient, which would leave me wishing the meal had more ingredients. But they somehow make up for this when ordering online, since there's an option to place requests related to the order. I'd normally request for them to add a few more to the dish (like vegetables, soup, fish, meat, sauce, etc.) before they deliver. And they did accommodate such minor requests. Overall, the "eating experience" ranges from okay to good.

I highly suggest that once you commit something, do it. Was told that I would receive my order by maximum of an hour and 15 mins but even after 2 hours and numerous follow ups, the delivery still did not arrive. Sad part is I selected that I need this to be delivered to me on priority since one of my relatives is sick but it turned out to be the exact opposite of what it needs to be. I ordered at around 10:35 and it arrived to me on 2:23. Worst delivery experience so far.

I ordered around past 8PM, food came 10:17 PM! Since we already waited for a long time we didn’t want to cancel and for obvious reasons, we were starving. When the food came it was already cold, halo halo and gulaman was already melted. There’s not even a sauce included for the siomai. Obviously bbq and noodles were already soggy and the chicaron was nowhere near crispy at all. I am very disappointed with this. I would never recommend this outlet and i will have second thoughts about ordering from here again.

During my recent visit to dragon mart, i ordered take away for 2pc fried chicken + rice and breaded fish with rice. But packing/delivery changes was bit high. I customized my order to Chicken Dimsum yet I received beef! Rice in braised beef is uncooked! Didn’t consume as it was hard and dry. A total waste of money. Specifically gave instructions about the chicken to make it Thigh Part! Wasn’t followed! Atleast informed us that it’s not possible! Rest is just okay. I am a regular customer of chowking but today I am not happy. I ordered charbroiled chicken which my kids and I usually order before. But today I’m disappointed 1. The chicken portion is small even the egg rice is less than the usual. 2. The kimchi is not there which I really like.
