They have some good options in entertainer. Simply loved their burgers but i felt the quality went down a little bit before it was way too good. It was a bit oily taste in the burger. Well taste was good. Hope they will improve.

Located close by to my place so I visit here or order frequently. My favourite fast food burger joint in Dubai. I usually order the Beefanator or the Spicy Chicken Burger and they always live up to the great standard that I am used to. Their 4 for 14 meal option is a great meal for the value and works as a great snack or even a light dinner or lunch. Will keep visiting as they never disappoint!

I have tried the Australian Angus Beef burger , its kinda Big burger with a huge Beef patti . after taking the first bite , i noticed the difference that Angus heef makes .. its hotter , juicer and finally freed of its mulch like texture .. I liked it very much..
I reached here 5 mins before closing with a lot of craving for a good beef burger. I was worried that they would have said it was closing time.
But to my surprise I saw the staff rushing around n starting the whole thing for me so they could feed my late night craving! The team literally delivered the order in time without any delays!

Came here for lunch with a friend. Got their 4 for 14dhr deal. It includes a burger, you choose for a choice of 4 options, along with small fries, drinks and 4 pieces of chicken nuggets. We opted for the Crunchy Chicken for the burger as it was the only available option for chicken. The food was served hot and fresh. It was very filling. The deal is priced very well, its good both quantity and quality wise.
Ordered beefanator and the pulled beef barbecue burgers. Happy to say since it was the first time for me in Wendy's , I asked the server and he suggested me the beefanator. Amazing burger it was. But the negatives where the price . For 2 meals AED 62. And the fries were too salty. I had to literally tap the salt out of the fries to eat them. Have to eat the beefanator again. But will tell them to keep the salt on the low side

We visited Wendy with an open mind - hoping to have a decent burger and call it a day after shopping at Al Ghurair Center. On realizing that the pricing for their burgers are an average of AED 25-35, our expectations rose. Shockingly, Wendy's rose to the occasion and damn we had some really good burgers! 😱
We ordered one Dave's Double meal, one BBQNator (only the burger) and the small Extreme Value Meal burger after downing the first two. The clear winner of the three was the BBQNator - two thick juicy patties, 2 slices of cheese, 2 onion rings and 2 layers of bacon. For AED 29, it really felt like a steal! 😍 I would definitely rate this place 0.5 higher if their fries could be better and maybe more innovative.
I'm surely gonna prefer Wendy's over the other outlets if and when I'm looking to have a delicious burger again!

Food is great as expected, mouth watery and super yummy as always. I always order baconator or the mushroom melt and from wendy's ph to wendy's uae, wendy's didnt miss the signature flavor of their recipes. For deliveries, they're pretty fast. Kudos to wendy's al ghurair team!
I have heard so much about the burgers here, so I finally tried the burger here and I loved the burger. The flavour and the patty was yum. The service was very fast as well. And I indeed loved the fries.
For me they have the. Best nachos i have ever taste and the chicken avocado sandwich was really nice but i didnt like the avocado taste , it taste like frozen but the staff was friendly overall i like it

Wendy's serves good burgers and I like especially the beef ones.when I was walking through Al Ghurair , thought of having a burger and called for a beefanator.it was a humongous one with two beef patties.It comes along with fries and I took a room temperature water instead of soft drinks.it cost aed 33.I loved it but a bit heavy though.
After a long while we ate here. Their burgers have improved, especially the veggie burger. Surely I give it 5 stars if compared to McDonald's.
Staff were also very inviting and ensured they double check your order before punching the bill.
However a low rating to them is because what I see is the staff uses the same utensils for Veg and Non veg food. It is not something which I would appreciate especially for my pure veg friends.
Hence the next time I shall visit again and guys please ensure this is taken good care of to earn the 5 rating

This place i went in the afternoon . I would say excellent place to spent money . The food was very nice and i would say the quality and quantity was very nice . Love this place . There staff was very good . In the afternoon i went this place was full and then also there service is very nice , i have got the food in 5to 8 mins which was very nice . I would suggest everyone for this place .

Luckily I bring my entertainer voucher so I use it to save. Forgot the meals that I ordered but it was excellent. The buns was soft. Overall the burger and fries were very good!
I love Wendy's. I wasn't very hungry when I came here today so I decided to try the Rice Value meal.
Ordered the beef and mushroom rice. It came with a cup of rice, beef patty and nacho sauce(i think) with mushrooms. Oh and one drink.
The meal was okay, nothing special, but the price is fantastic. 11 Dirhams and it's pretty filling if you think about going cheap for lunch.
I'd definitely recommend it as there are two other options too. The gravy is less, but can't expect a lot from the price.

This is my first time at wendy's. I tried the Bbq beef brisket with chili chease fries. I felt that the burger bun was not of the good quality or not so tasty apart from that the filling was good. The chili cheese fries was perfect! Truly worth the money! Iloved it.

The burger at this restaurant is different from the burgers found in many fast-food joints. It is juicier and tastes better overall.
Normally, burgers at many other restaurants are usually dry and taste similar in one way or the other. This restaurant is a relief from the monotonous 'so called' burger joints in the UAE.
The service is also very quick and the overall experience was good.
Will definitely visit the place again.

Really different burgers from your average burger chains. They almost seem like gourmet burgers, freshly prepared, juicy , grilled (if you choose) and value for money.
One thing: PORTABELLA is to die for! If you're like me who prefers sloppy and "unhealthy" burgers with lots of cheese and no vegetables, then this is perfect for you! I would have given it a higher rating if it weren't for the fries. But this is cheat meal is soooo worth it. Will definitely try this again.

The crew was really friendly and amazingly my order gave me faster than i expected. The fries is also included to my order and i enjoyed eating it because of natural taste of the potato. I must to come back and enjoy it again. :)
uncle daves new burger,they give square patties but i always liked the beef burgers in wendy they are charred and heated rather than frying, pressed juice, the double stack value meal is well worth for witha addon of drink and fries it comes only 15 aed,the beef patty is juicy succulent and extremely flavoured,fries are natural seasalted ones will feel bitter at back of your tongue
Visited Wendy's located in the Al Gurair mall food court today and while the burgers were just as good as always what made the meal special was the excellent service with a smile from its employee Meelven Boongaling Bianzo who altough tired made it a point to bring a smile to the customers he was serving. Good job.
I happened to be at Al Ghurair Center around Iftar time so thought I might as well give it a go. I had the new promotional bbq brisket burger which was fairly decent for what it is. Corn bread bun with a meat patty (which you can double), strips of sliced beef brisket slathered in bbq sauce, melted cheddar and crispy fried onions ring - all make an appearance. Its nice with a single patty, don't think i can finish it with a double - fasting or not. Set the guilt aside and give it a go before its taken off the menu. Oh and the real thing looks nothing like the one in their advertisement posters but it is still worth the price. See photos attached.
PS. The best part were the fries. Fresh cut potatoes and NOT drenched in salt for a change.

Quantity and quality wise of the double beef is one definite yes for me it has been my favourite since then and it's originality has been very similar amongst the other branches and outlets, I like how well they pay attention with the preparations of the burger, although I must say to be fair and hope no bad criticism is to kill me, the chili is quite bland, it does need more flavour suggesting that it lacked the true taste of how chili is meant to be made, it's meant to be smoky, meaty and divine. But overall I have enjoyed my meal and I do recommend others appreciate it's quality and it's service, hope they read this about the chili, this includes all other branches and outlets.

Wendy's is another burger place that gives me cravings for burger, fries and milkshake.
Burger - i always order portabella, mushroom melt. Never got disappointed with this selection. Always juicy, freshly cooked, and spice is just enough. It has melting cheese that incorporates with the patty, and a little dash of smokiness. I always order double and always fill my tummy.
Fries is a little upgraded McDonalds quality. Nothing special unless you asked for Chili Cheese Fries which you have to pay a little extra. But it comes with potato skin that looks like 'real' potato.
Frosty (soft ice cream) - I would say, NEVER order this. It is a rip off! Served in an ordinary plastic cup, with no toppings, not so creamy soft ice cream and nothing more. And it costs 8AED! I have tried vanilla and chocolate but nothing really special. Better have a cola than ordering this. Better go to McDo and order their 2AED soft ice cream in a cone, it is better!
I think this line should be improved - both Frosty and Milkshake options. I feel that this does not deliver.
Oh, I have tried their Rice Value Meals too for 10AED! See my verdict below:
1. Chili Beef Rice - nope, never had this kind of Chili before. I love Chilis and I can cook the best one (according to my friends) but this does not measure up. They need to evaluate this. It feels like a cheap version of a chili - not sure who created this, but very far from the chili taste that i have known.
2. Beef Mushroom Rice - I like, but please not too much rice! Maybe put it in a bowl and call it 'Rice Toppings' than putting it in a tray. It have just loads of tasteless rice but the beef with mushrooms tastes YUM!
3. Bonesless Chicken Rice - again way too much rice! It is rice with some chicken nuggets thing. Its an average chicken, nothing special but I would recommend if you are super rice eater (which I am not!)
All in all, I find Beef Mushroom as the best. Maybe if they change the recipe of Chili, maybe they can get it right. They just need some tweaks, and add some ingredients. It is almost there.
Will update you when I will come and order the 'Value Meals' again.

Why I was able to enjoy their burger and fries?
Back when Wendy's has a special offer in Cobone and I immediately took advantage of it - sadly, I even had a few vouchers which was not redeemed after which.
I tried the Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt on Brioche and really enjoyed it. The beef patty itself is very juicy, the buns are awesome as it is soft and warm. Sauce was great and for my first time in Wendys, it was a great experience. I even ordered their Chili Cheese Fries which is very oozing with cheese. Although I am not a fan of the beef bit that it contains but it was a good side dish.
The staff are equally nice and warm and very accommodating.
Of course, thereafter, I came back again for the same burger and fries and will surely keep coming back again.
After some window shopping in Al Ghurair city we went to try their food court which is in the second floor , we were not reallly hungry so settled down in wendy's ,our order was a crispy chk combo n a double stack combo,i njoyed my crispy chk but my partner didn't like the double stack, the patty was dry the bun did not hav enough spread n made it taste bland so we kind of disliked it ,prices r reasonable so giv it a try itz better if u go for their chk options.
