PF Changs by far is my first choice for Chinese. They serve the most authentic Chinese food with perfect flavours. During covid they have maintained all precautions and the staff is always there to assist you. I always have a standard order as it’s my favourite however I decided to try their fried dim sum which was a delight. Dynamite shrimps - has to be their best , the sauce is perfect and the shrimp is crispy and well cooked. Mangolian Beef- the beef is cooked to perfection and they are coated in some sweet - spicy sauce which adds on a lot of flavours. Definitely recommend this. Fried Chicken Dim Sum- the chicken was well cooked and its a good try. Chicken fried rice - they by far serve the best fried rice which can be eaten without any side sauce or curry. The vegetables , rice and the chicken was well cooked and gushing with flavour . Price - 4/5 Ambience -4/5 Food - 4.5/5 Definitely recommend this place

Total disappointment. I ordered Kung pao chicken for lunch time. The chicken was atleast 2 days old, re-heated and sent as order. It was so hard to break it with spoon or even unable to chew so I have to spit it out. I paid almost 65/- dhm for this dish n couldn’t enjoy a single bite, all I was able to eat was rice n peanuts. This is very unfair to treat your customers with this kind of food on delivery. I never wrote a review on any food on zomato but this was unacceptable service. Ll never recommend this place to anyone.

Totally disappointed with the quality of food. I ordered chicken Kung pao for lunch, and it was atleast 2 days old chicken re-heated and sent as my order. Some pieces of chicken I was even not able to break with spoon or even chew so I spit them out. This is absolute unfair thing to do with your client. I almost paid 65/- dhm for this food and I couldn’t enjoy a dingle bite. I never wrote any food review on zomato though I’m a regular customer but this food was the worst experience for such big name.

This time I had to take my wife to taste the famous batter fried dynamite shrimps. Ordered - dynamite shrimps, Singapore street noodles, chicken fried rice and strawberry blueberry lemonade/mocktail. Truth to be told she loved Singapore street noodles and didn't like the over the top fish flavor in shrimp sauce. Me on the other side liked the fried rice and shrimps more. They were really keen on the Covid-19 precautions and took good care throughout. We had a great time. We chose city walk to have a walk after our meal but the humid weather just limited for a quick stroll and that was done.

going to the restaurant with non-vegans, i was worried they wouldn’t have any options. initially, staff claimed there were only vegetarian options.however, the manager came over to our table and walked me through the vegan options they had and there were plenty to choose from/adjust! i had the coconut curry and edamame. food was nice but my experience with the manager elevated my experience there! very accommodating!

There isn’t a single time that i was ever disappointed with food at PF Chang’s. Consistently good food. If you are a frost timer go for dynamite shrimp or dynamite chicken. If you like spices then daali chicken is a must to order. I am a huge dumpling fan and I think no one does dumplings better than PF Chang’s. Another favourite of mine is Kung Pai chicken and Mongolian beet. The choices are endless. Love visiting PF Chang’s over and over again.

Worst experience and food tasted really sub standard. Pad Thai Chicken was no where near being authentic as it contained a stale smell and the chicken smelled like being defrosted. White complementary rice as well as the vegetable fried where worst than a normal cafeteria restaurant. Too heavily priced. Absolute disappointment! Wont ever come to this place again!

I fail to understand the unwarranted hoopla surrounding PF Chang’s? I found this place to be just another American Chinese outlet which fortunately for the chain is overhyped and unfortunately for the customer overpriced! The only thing I find worth mentioning is the Mongolian beef. Rest everything was either drab or just average! Nothing extraordinary except the prices! Dismayed and disappointed!! I also found the service disappointing

This store used to be Pei Wei by Changs and we used it there often. Now rebranded to P.F. Chang’s. We ordered dynamite shrimp (can’t visit this restaurant and not have shrimp!) and Mongolion Beef - another favourite Dynamite shrimp is their signature dish and one must have this- a great dish! Mongolion Beef is caramelised beef with green onions in their signature sauce- enjoyed this with their complementary rice dish

Adrianne (?) was superb! She was a wonderful help for us. The meals were all great. Service was awesome as mentioned. Seats were not full at the time. Place might be dim for some but I liked the warm lighting. We stayed a bit long but the service was kept going still even after it got busy. I would come back specifically here for the service I experienced and the food was quick but still tasted great.

Pf Chang in city walk is very nicely located with a welcoming ambiance both indoors and outdoors. Below my ratings: 1. Atmosphere: 4/5 ( the place is spacious with ample of dining tables indoors and outdoors) 2. Quality of food: 5/5 ( the hot and sour soup, the Asian chopped salad and the pepper steak were just perfect) the shakshuka was tasteless and needed spices. 3.Staff and Cleanliness: 5/5 ( the staff is very friendly and attentive) 4.Price: 3/5 ( paid AED 165 for the soup, salad and one main dish)

Went there to celebrate a birthday and it was just an unpleasant experience all throughout. First off, PF needs to stop hustling people by calling the “grande” dynamite shrimps a medium and then serving us the normal size and charging us the price of the grande. Secondly, the shrimp was soggy and the sauce was sparse. Absolutely abysmal experience with rude staff! Even after explaining to the waitress, she insisted that maybe other branches say big instead of medium, and then just shrugs it off. Won’t be back again.

I love PF Chang’s so much. I eat at the Dubai Mall branch often. Last night I ordered for delivery and City Walk was listed as the closest branch to me. While the order was delivered quickly and the food was tasty, unfortunately the drink was not delivered and but still charged for. In addition, I ordered the main course version of the Dynamite Shrimp at 81 AED, but what was delivered was nowhere near the size of the same dish when ordered in the store. Disappointing. Felt like the portion size was skimped on because when it’s a delivery the client cannot return the dish. Very disappointed in what is usually a top quality brand.

The location is nice and service is good but the flavours were quite a miss for us. We tried the pan fried dumplings, lettuce wraps, fried rice and Veg rolls. The asian pear mojito was fresh and nice.

I go to PF Changs for three dishes. The dynamic shrimps, magnolia beef and the soup with water chestnuts in it. The price of the Dynamit shrimps are a bit on the higher side.

The shrimps were covered with a massive amount of flour and shrimps in it were too less or close to none. The sauce used in it was too less as well and all that we could taste was the flour and nothing else in it. It lacked TASTE in it The staff who served us was quite friendly and recommended us to try out the Vesper drink. It was the only highlight of the evening compared to other items that we ordered. We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and it was alright. The rice that we ordered was also OK.

Ordered Singapore Noodles with veggies (vegan customized), has to call them directly and explain what I wanted. And I wanted thin rice noodles with veggies )) and they turned out really great. Even though I had doubts, they seemed to be made out of wheat. But anyway I’m happy I found the tasty vegan noodles delivery. Will order again.

First of all, I ordered through Deliveroo so not sure which location delivered, but Al Safa is close. I fancied let’s say a “higher quality” Chinese meal and where we usually order from has surprisingly closed down. So, it was just me as Mrs Fatbloke had other plans. My first time order was simple and perhaps a little predictable for PF Chang’s, Dynamite Prawns and Kung Pao Chicken. Delivery arrived well within time and I was genuinely surprised at the presentation as my meal arrived in very flashy packaging, yes it was impressive but you know I have to question it when considering the environment and when simpler options are available. Anyway, Dynamite Prawns........not sure what I was expecting, but I had presumed by the title that they would be a taste explosion and probably very spicy. In reality they are actually spicy but subtle nicely cooked prawns and I thoroughly enjoyed them. On to the Kung Pao Chicken ...... again I enjoyed what was a dish of good quality and nicely prepared. Overall whilst my meal didn’t blow me away, it was of a nice quality and I have awarded a generous 4 and would recommend.

Yes guys I did order the dynamite shrimps:P Just that it wasn't around by the time I took my phone out to click its picture:p Went here with my folks for dinner and must say the quantity has become really less overtime! We ordered the kung pao chicken, sweet and sour chicken, pad Thai and P. F. Changs fried rice. All of the main course lacked flavor. I'd still visit P. F. Changs for their infamous dynamite shrimps but hop to some other place for the rest of my meal.

Pathetic. Unfortunately there is no rating below 1. I’ve been a PF Chang goer for a very long time now but visit to this branch at City Walk has ended this relationship. The manager named Shireen here is so RUDE that I would like to take this up with PF Chang international soon. We ordered two dynamite shrimps, one was undercooked. We immediately showed this to our server but that poor lady sheepishly asked us that she has to talk to her manager. Since it was undercooked we were served another one. We ordered a mangolian beef alongside other dishes between 4 of us. We each tasted a bit and found it to be soggy and not crispy as it should be. We asked for manager and here she comes standing at my back a feet away from my table asking loudly how she can help. We showed her the beef and now she comes next to our table and she is like you should’ve told me before. And how do you think we would know before tasting?? Oh. I replaced your shrimp. Yes you did because it was undercooked. She brought up that she replaced our shrimp like she already did a favour to us. so is this the way you deal with your customer complaints? This person was totally rude, unapologetic and disrespectful. I wonder what service standards PF Chang is following in this part of the world. Also the food was so much salt you feel an acrid after effect. Pathetic

As we looking for where to dine, our footstep brought us here in PF Changs. We decided to seat outside the resto just because the smell of the saute dishes smell inside. So we ordered their sumptous menus looks like mouth watering to be excited to eat. The food is delicious. Fresh cook and amazing presentation. Location is great you can see that too many guest dine in. The service is good very attentive staff but the price for me is a bit pricey.

One of the worst experiences today at City Walk branch. The service was just Awful!! We had to ask 5 times for a small bottle of water, one menu one dish for two persons! the supervisor took it very personal and very unprofessional on our comment on the smell of the food dish, paying for the bill means the lady has ur card and u need to wait for her until she finishes taking other orders! We couldnt enjoy any bite of our dish bcs the attitude reflects the dishes served and we were not the only one, beside us two guys didnt accept the order bcs how late and bad the service was and left the restaurant! Me and my husband had gone to city walk the other day and decided to have our favorite P.F. Chang's Dynamite shrimps. But I have to say that our experience at this brand was Horrible. The food served was cold and when we asked the waitress to make it hot she told us that she had to talk to the manager. We waited for her to return with the manager but that took about 15 min and our food got even more cold. The worst part was when the manager arrived she was so rude about it and told us that it would ruin the sauce. With that she kept going on about how we dint mention that the food was cold initially. This was a horrible experience. This branch is really bad. Very Disappointing

What I'd go back for: Dynamite Prawns (spicy prawns) Shrimp tempura rolls (shrimp rolls with a crunchy outer layer) Dynamite prawns. Appetizers that are enough to fulfill your satiety. These prawns are scrumptious enough to make you grab more. The shrimp tempura rolls were also great. The outer texture is perfect and creates a crunchy and yummy chewing experience. Customer service is great. The staff here are attentive and accomodating. This CityWalk branch is near the Junction of al wasl road and al safa street.

We ordered chicken dumplings, dynamite shrimp and chicken sesame to share for two but we could not finish. Food is nice and outdoor seating is joyful here. I know it isn't real Chinese food but I love it. Ambience is literally the same in every PF. I've been to world wide. Very clean and very friendly and welcoming staff. Value for money is good considering the portion size too. Favs: orange chicken, Mongolian beef and dynamite shrimp, coconut vegetables

*Delivery* Having eaten at the restaurant so many times, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that PF chang had started delivering. Unfortunately, this is not available on Zomato yet, you will have to use talabat to order for delivery. The presentation of the food was nothing less of what was expected of PF chang. It came in a proper box and it felt very fancy for delivery food. Ordered the dynamite chicken (3.5/5) which came with its sauce in a small tub. Personally, I would prefer to have it at the restaurant. The amount of sauce given was not as generous as in the restaurant and you quickly find yourself eating chicken in a crispy batter. However, the main courses - Mongolian beef (5/5) and the sesame chicken (5/5) saved the day. The portions were less than what you would get at the restaurant for a dine in experience but the taste was spot on. This is one of my favourite Chinese places... but my experience in Al Safa Branch was absolutely horrible... initially as we went in the staff attended to us seated us at a table of 5 but gave us only one menu to order from... it didn't matter much since we knew what we wanted to eat but stilll!!! And then we asked for all the food to come together it didn't they brought one thing at a time... Although I love P.F. Chang's I don't think I'll go back to this branch again

P.F Chang's is another one of my places to hit up when I'm craving Asian style food. So I had been there last night, at around 8pm. Since it was Eid, the place was packed with people and the food wasn't really up to their mark :( Despite the noise, there was a nice ambience with beautiful interiors and pleasant music. For starters, I ordered my favorite dish from there which is their Dynamite Shrimp. It is definitely quite expensive but surely worth it. Sadly, yesterday it wasn't as great as usual. The shrimp was big and juicy and had a lot of creaminess of the mayo, as well as lots of flavor. But, the shrimp wasn't as crispy on the outside and I personally think the combination of the creaminess and crispness is the best part of that dish. For mains, I ordered Honey Crispy Chicken which is a dish with sticky sweet and tangy chunks of chicken on a bed of crunchy rice sticks. I love how the different textures compliment each other so well in this dish. But yesterday, the chicken was a bit too sweet in my opinion. I also ordered the Singaporean street style noodles and P.F Chang's Fried Rice. I was disappointed with both the dishes. There was a lot of quantity but lacked quality. Both the dishes lacked flavor. The rice was quite soggy and didn't taste much like 'fried rice'. Considering the fact that it was Eid yesterday and there was a lot of crowd, I could say that is the reason as to why the food wasn't all that great...since I did enjoy the food in my past visits.

PF Chang's is one of my all time favourite restaurants and I visited their Al Safa branch for the first time yesterday. I opted for the Dynamite Chicken (how can you visit Chang's and not have the Dynamite?!) and needless to say, it was downright delicious! They had a new, limited-time menu and I had a try a dish from it. We had the Tom Yum Chicken and Shrimp Soup and the Firecracker Chicken. I'm not usually a fan of soup, but this one was really good! The chicken and shrimp were so tender and the broth itself was spicy and full of flavor. The Chicken was delicious too. The pineappl created an amazing flavour in the sauce and it complimented the crunchy chicken really well. For mains, we also had the Pad Thai Chicken. It has been a while since I had Pad Thai and I thoroughly enjoyed this one yesterday. Overall, the service was a bit slow cuz the place was packed, but the delicious food made up for it. PF Chang's never ceases to satisfy the taste buds.

Craving for Chinese so this is the best place you can eat best Chinese food in town. I have been to many P.F Chang's branches in recent years but visited this branch first time and I can simply say it's the best. Staff were so courteous and ambience was great. We tried this time Dali Chicken which is enough to stuff you to the core especially the fried rice. The quality of the food is same as always it makes this dish more delicious with the sauce. Then from the beverages we tried Asian Pear Mojito and Strawberry Citrus both were pretty decent worth trying it. Highly recommended for Chinese Food Lovers!! Great place, visited in the afternoon. Staff was super attentive and caring. Excellent service! Food was great, a little dissapointed with salmon tartar....they should stick to the original menu instead of trying to push new menu through. Overall nice location, one con (if you come with a child) the bathroom is not equipped with changing table and there is no space at all to change your little one. Otherwise great food as usual and excellent service

PF Chang’s City Walk is the franchise’s take-over (rescue some say) of the group’s embarrassingly unsuccessful Pei Wei branch. It’s amazing how a couple of terracotta warrior statues inside, and their signature sentry horse, stationed at the restaurant entrance can reinforce PF Chang’s brand values. Such small, simple changes to Pei Wei and hey presto, you’ve for another PF Chang’s. The food is the same excellent American-Chinese we all know and love, and we had a couple of the classics, starting with the Dynamite Shrimps (of course), Mongolian Beef (of course) and the Lo Mein (of course). Service at this newly opened branch at the far end of City Walk-1 was exemplary, the best I have experienced at any of their many branches in Dubai…, and making it well worth a visit. Waste NOT. Want NOT.
