If I could give a flat zero as rating, I would. They accepted my order and cancelled it after half an hour. And this happened twice. I can understand order being canceled after 5 or 10 minutes but 30??? Don't accept the order if you can't deliver! And if ur not going to deliver then say it as soon as you can!

Two hours since I placed the order still waiting for delivery. Secondly I was told by the customer service representative half hour back that its on the way which the other rep denied and told me 10 mins back that it left now. Rubbish service and branch manager didn’t even have the courtesy to call and clarify. Never ordering again from this restaurant and specifically this branch at least.

We've been waiting for the order since 3 hours now and no one is giving us an answer the driver went to somewhere else although this is not the first time we are ordering from texas and they keep telling us 20 mins and the driver are on the way and some are telling us that the driver is leaving the branch. I have been waiting for two hours right now I ordered at 6 am and currently it’s 8 am, my food still has not arrived I spoke to 4 different customer service employees and none of them did anything other then putting me on hold and then wasted my entire credit. This is the first time i encountered a rude delivery guy. First of all my food was late already. When he got to my place no good morning. He just say 50 dirhams while looking on my receipt. No apology for the delayed. And when i pay him, he gave me the food and left. No thank you. This is the first rude delivery guy I've encountered. Please conduct training for this guy. Its good that the chicken and the rice was delicious and affordable. I was surprise that one day after this incident, I received a call from the Area Manager of this outlet and she apologized for the behavior of their delivery driver and assure to me that it wont happen again. Thank you and very much appreciated for your effort to call me and making action regarding this incident... :) :) :) For this i rate you 4 instead of 3.....

Your delivery service is awful. If you can’t handle the delivery load, why did you remove your services from Deliveroo and UberEats? I placed an order at 7,28 pm and received it at 8,50 pm. However a few days later when we went once again and ordered the same thing, they took almost an hour to serve, messed up our order several time and the order included chicken tenders which were not cooked fresh. So far my worst exprience. If you say that it will take 60mn to deliver some chicken tenders and a wrap from al warqa to mirdif, atleast make sure its 60mn not 1h30mn. I have never waited 1:30 for food ever. The food obviously came in cold. The fries were stones and to top it up, the person who delivered the food said "dnt you see that i am sweating" I hope one day they will understand that we pay money and that it is not for free. I am not recommending texas chicken to anyone and surely not gonna order from it again. I hope your ratings keeps on falling so ppl can see your true service style.

Always loved this chain until today when i had it today and somewhat felt the chiken is stale as it was soggy plus my drumstick was quite of blackish in color . Confronted the waiter and he was like it's too fresh with a thumbs up. Anyhow after finishing half of it I realized it's not good to eat and left the whole food as it is . This particular branch of theirs is my favourite... the service is really good, the location is just perfect ie the petrol bunk and easy parking space... they serve great chicken and fries in a very affordable price... this time while waiting for my order to arrive I saw this jalapeno cheese sticks kept on the counter... it looked nice... Most of their burgers is the same as any other joint, except for the Mexican and Spicy burger which are hot and crispy, the jalapeno bombers are addictive and honey butter biscuits...omg those are sinful!! Their coleslaw also better than their other fastfood counterparts. Not amazing..but not kfc crap too :p

Texas Chicken has good quality food. Theres a meal on their menu for 3 that has 8pcs of chicken which means 2people get 3pcs of chicken and 1 person is left with 2pcs. They should change that....yes we mentioned this in person but their response was that the meal comes with different sides, to me thats not how its supposed to be. Everything is good and tasty but the spicyness of the chicken is a bit overwhelming so I cant get any of the chicken flavour. Even though Im a big fan of spicy food however, I would like to taste the actual food itself.

05 Jan 2019: Ordered a very light meal at 3:30 and now it’s 04:45 am and my order hasn’t arrived. At 4am I got an update that my order is on the way but until now no delivery. Zomato live chat told me to keep on waiting as restaurant kept on saying that order has been dispatched! The delivery time was 4:20am. Warqa branch seems to be in a naughty mood and not at all behaving professionally!!! Feeling More and more disappointed for being awaken from the sleep ! 😐😑 ……………………… I always order family deal..... Food arrives fresh and hot.... delivery is within 45 minutes .... never got delayed for me. I think they should add more variety in the menu and announce discount deals more often.

Like all other branches in dubai this Texas chicken branch doesn't fall short in terms of quality of the food , friendly staff , maintaining the place by keeping it neat and tidy . Tried their Mexicans sandwich it was really very good loved the concept of Mexican chips inside the burger was worth trying .
