The staff are so polite. I love how they recommended a drink that is not from the menu which tastes good. I love the Ginger Apricot Iced Tea.
Why 4 stars? It was kind of a bummer that when I asked one of the staff about the nearest toilet, he told me that there is a public toilet after carrefour. I went there and to my surprise, I need to have a key for access. I was not able to use the washroom and hence needed to hold my pee until I found another toilet.
Please refrain from giving false information to your customers. It doesn’t help.
This was the only negative thing I have experienced. So far, everything else is fine.

Testament that not all coffee shops, nor Caribous, are equal. Some special kind of magic going on here, for sure. Warm, welcoming and cheerful, a cherished neighborhood spot, or perhaps more accurately, neighborhood institution. Everyone who walks through the door seems transformed, a little nicer, a bit more relaxed, congenial and chilled-out; a refuge from the urban jungle, a place where one is no longer an anonymous android but instead greeted personally by name with authentic kindness, and served up with a loving cup of Joe. Hats off to Mike, who sets the tone, and all the staff who make the magic happen :)

It was very intimate, less noise and away from the busy life of the Dubai Downtown vibe. It had the perfect view of Burj Khalifa, if one wants to ditch the gruelling traffic of Dubai Mall to get a glimpse of the Burj Khaliga lighting up performances then this is the perfect spot.
