This cafe is one of the innumerable keralite cafeterias dotting around dubai.<br/>This one is near the Oasis centre, in a place where not many options for food is available. That's an advantage for them.<br/>Unfortunately, they are not expert in cooking and serving. The food is not very well made, and service is very slow.<br/>I ate a keema paratha there. And I saw all others too having tough time to get food fast. It's in an industrial area, so time is important.<br/>The keema was totally unlike anything I have eaten before. Lots of onions and other stuffs, minced meat was hardly there. A hodge podge of something.<br/>Even the ubiquitous kerala paratha was hard, tasteless, and seemed a stored item.<br/>I am disappointed.<br/>After eating, my stomach was unusually full for many many hours.<br/>Anyway, I hope that they improve soon.

Just called on the shop and want to order a juice, but the most ignorant and mischievous staff i found there named Siraj at Al-Ghala Cafeteria. He literally do not want to listen and trying to jump on customers. The most arrogant and lack of customer service has never been seen across the world.<br/>So disappointed with such sort of act and do not want to deal anymore with you guys.

Minimum time for delivery is 2 hrs. If you wanna a breakfast at 9 you should order it at 7 in the morning. Horrible service and this is the 3rd time facing this issue. very poor service. need to find some other cafeteria nearby

horrible service. the staff is filled with liars. they will never reply correctly. they have been extremely late 4-5 times and few times they sent the wrong order. very frustrating cafeteria to deal with.

I have the shawarma and tea from Al Ghala a couple of times and have had a very mixed experience. While the taste of Shawarma is ok but I think last time (day before yesterday) the pickled beets that they served with the shawarma were not fresh and I had an upset stomach. A normal cafeteria near to oasis centre it serves sandwiches burgers hot chain and Ewen Chinese items .excellent spicy shawarma and best chai the space is lil bit less they have a shawarma section separating

There is hardly any place to sit, just four or six chairs. I felt weird about the place so just ordered tea and even that was really bad. The tea tasted terrible so I lost my appetite to try anything<br/><br/>If there are any positive reviews then I might consider this place otherwise will not be taking the risk.

Food is not tasty and the restaurant is very unhygienic. I once had a peek in the kitchen and saw them using a dirty counter cloth to strain the tea.<br/>Never going there again.
