“GBG,TOAD” ❤️👌🏻 I stopped here at a trip to Jumeirah because I happened to be in the mood for a burger and wanted to try a new place that would be fairly quick. I was blown away by how good their burgers are! I have been back once since my initial trip, and will certainly visit again.
Not the best burger in town, but can be on par with the better ones imho.
Nice and quaint little place. Good for catching up with friends or if you're simply craving burger and fries.

We were lucky to taste one of their experimental desserts for free! I don't mind being the guinea pig if I were to eat delicious food.

Did the veggie burger! For people who don't like spicy food I wouldn't recommend. It's like a delicious Indian dish morphed into a burger party. I can handle the heat so I thought the flavors were delicious and sooo unique! It was a refreshing meal to have a veggie burger made out of actual fresh veggies rather than processed soy products. However the fries were mediocre. Not bad but not impressive!

I loved everything, the hotdogs, fries and burgers! And you really have to try their hotdogs🌭. I also loved their concept of bringing different hotdog recipes from different cities of the world👌🏼 and as you can see in the photos you can draw whatever you want on the walls🎨

I was just passing by the road when i saw some tables and chairs outside so i got a little curious of the place and gave a visit...so i try their best seller clint east wood and grilliantfries at first i was shocked that it was cooked burned but when i tasted it theres something different in this burger that i have never ate before and the grilliant fries one of not the typical type of fries with cheese and meat simply amazing... definitely worth a visit again bit this time ill bring my family..

This place does good honest juicy burgers ! The regular 150g is good enough Vs the 220g however the price difference between both is not too much. The combo deal is good as well with bottled (😊) coke. They should also offer a mix fries i.e. waffle regular potatoes with sweet potatoes. The exhaust needs work as my wife didn't appreciate leaving the place smelling like we had a BBQ . Overall , worth another visit and the price could be a bit lower.
Grilliant Is located next to Al Telal Gents Tailoring. The best hotdog in UAE . Order the different types of hotdogs and burgers. The service and staff are excellent.

Hands down my favorite burger joint. My favorite is the "clint eastwood" burger! Also the hot dogs are simply delicious! When ur done with the food ... order Karak Tea ;)
The owner looked after us giving us a full brief on the menu with excellent service. Food was outstanding. We tried the Clint Eastwood and even the Buffalo (chicken) Burger was great. Hot dogs definitely worth a try. Small cosy place. Loved it.

Another recommendation took us to turn our wheels to Jumeirah 3 to try out Grilliant burgers. We were unlucky as we reached the restaurant only to find out that their AC was not working and their staff was sitting outside in the heat! The sitting area inside is quite small and I did not want to roast myself in a smoky room with no AC so we decided to get a takeaway and eat the burgers in a nearby parking lot.
My husband ordered the Clint Eastwood and I went for the Toad. The burgers were prepared fresh and warm, with French fries on the side. They were definitely tasty but I felt my burger to be a bit on the dry side- would have loved more sauce in it! The fries were disappointing and very oily- big thumbs down!
Overall, the burgers were good but the experience wasn't complete because we had it on the go.
Watchout: eating experience can be messy so would recommend you eat at the restaurant!

From the owner walking up to take us through his journey of opening the restaurant to what the burger joint specializes in, it was quite a unique experience!
We tried the Viking & GBG Hotdogs, Clint Eastwood & El Diablo Burgers along with Sweet Potato Fries & some new kinda recommended fries.
Favorites - the GBG Hotdog which was succulent & juicy because as told, they make their own hotdogs. Also, the Clint Eastwood burger was very flavorful and cooked to perfection! (fyi they make their own bread too)
I would definitely go back for the chilled ambience and food and more so for the service! The personal touch added by their owner is something you don't find everyday in a city like Dubai.

Toad - This was the he best burger, filled with grilled mushrooms & sautéed onion! Extremely filling as we ordered the 220G beef patty.
El Mariachi - The mexican salsa and avocado dip inside the burger made it really delicious. Same 220G patty, the burger was huge but satisfying.
Check-In - Grilled chicken burger, they just have 2 options in chicken burgers. This was the best IMO. Tasted pretty good.
Went during the afternoon period and unfortunately their A/C wasn't working. Was too damn hot, couldn't enjoy our lunch as expected.
Anyways, it's a good place for burger lovers. Can be visited once in a while! ☺️

Grilliant is a small nook on Jumeriah Beach Road opposite Sunset Mall that serves a variety of gourmet burgers and hotdogs. The meat is hand-picked by the owner and his chef from the meat market, given to their contract butcher and prepared specially for the restaurant to make sure they know what goes in their hotdog sausages.

• What we liked:
The meat is prepared fresh and with the finest of ingredients which is what makes a world of difference to the taste of the burgers and hotdogs. We had 2 beef burgers and 2 hot dogs. We really liked the Clint Eastwood - it’s a classic beef burger with cheese and ketchup but its grilled after assembly and it's a great classic must try! The GBG burger has mushrooms, caramelized onions, bacon, BBQ sauce making it a burst of flavors - a great option if you're looking for something new!
The hotdogs had a considerably less processed meat taste which we really liked! Not a fan of processed meat. The GBG was clearly our favorite - it had cheddar cheese, sweet relish and thousand island dressing! The Harlem has caramelized onions, spicy brown mustard and pickled cabbage and it’s a best-seller and classic. It's good on the flavors but very messy to eat so watch out!
We also tried the only vegetarian item on their menu which is the Maharaja burger - it’s a vegetarian burger tailored to please the Indian palette and also that of all Indian food lovers. The vegetarian burger was honestly our favorite - the patty is made of potato and coriander and the burger has pickle and yoghurt too - it's got every possible flavor you'd expect in an Indian meal but in the form of a burger! A must try definitely!
• What we didn’t like
Well this isn't something that we didn’t like, but something unfortunate that happened. We have heard great things about their karak chai and unfortunately when we went there was none left cause someone filled up thermos jars full of it for an event! Apparently they make a fresh stock twice a day so we do plan on going again someday soon for the chai. Also wish Grilliant had desserts.

Came here at night, the interior is wonderful, they have a wall where you can free draw or write anything, a nice way to waste time before the food arrives. They play music from the 60s 70s, music you hardly find anywhere in Dubai.
The food is something else, I haven't been to any burger joint in Dubai that can come close to the taste or quality of what grilliant offers. I had the blue cheese burher6 (feeling blue) Grilliant fries and shared a hotdog with a friend, their hotdogs are the best i have ever tasted, even better than those I tried in the US and Europe. GRILLIANT is indeed a hidden gem, not a lot of people know the place as I was told by the owner that they try to do everything the organic way, and they depend on word of mouth, I am sure if they keep up the quality and the work they are doing in no time everyone in Dubai will Grilliant.
This cozy place in Jumeira fulfilled my crave of (in-n-out) type of burgers. Most of the ingredients are home made including buns, hotdogs. Very light and healthy. I will sure come again. 👍🏻

I ordered grilliant after having seen many posts on Instagram from people loving it. Service was quick. Packaging could be better. And I was quite happy with it. I order classic cheeseburger , with cheddar, thousand island sauce and iceberg and asked it without pickles since I don't like them. Fries are tasty and also have the sweet potato option.

Had the Clint Eastwood and Toad.. Clint Eastwood was off the charts! Carmelized onions as an add on is a must! Toad is more of the mushroom lovers paradise with not much of spice. Its a small restaurant with few seats and quirky interiors. One side is full of crayon works and other wall is plain white. Seats are wooden benches which gives you a contemporary feel. First they decided to do only the hotdogs but then included burgers as well, which was a good move in this diverse area.

It is located at one of the opulent areas of Dubai jumeriah right next to the Matar Bin Fadil Masjid.
We had been meaning to try Grilliant for a while, having noticed the clever name on our trips up and down Beach Road; tonight we finally gave it a go and were not disappointed. The juicy, high-quality burgers were crowned with well-considered toppings, on excellent buns (fluffy with a glossy finish and tasty seeds), while the hotdogs (made especially for Grilliant from 100% beef; no dodgy sausages here) were fantastic with a wide choice of toppings. Sweet potato fries were tasty and crisp; regular fries were fine but not particularly memorable. No desserts (yet) but there's a delicious chai karak to round out your meal. Service and personal attention were outstanding, and special requests were granted instantly. Well worth a visit!

Being a vegetarian im always on the hunt to taste different and extraordinary dishes. But when it comes to burgers i never seemed intrested, all mostly consisting of meat untill I met a veggie burger this good. Take it from me the #maharaja #burger is a vegetarians delight. It was delicious, served with a tangy pickled spicy sauce and raita used as dressing, so fresh, hats off to @grilliantdubai for this wonderful creation.
Burger without fries is just not a meal, these cheese loaded fries 🍟 are awesome. Topped with crispy onion and dressing loved it. Not to mention this cozy joint is done up so well with neon wall graffiti and rugged benches.

Grilliant a place for burger lovers is located at Jumeirah 3 area of Dubai . Being vegetarian I tried their maharaja Burger that was one of the very spicy burgers I had in Dubai. The burger was loaded with cheese , Spicy sauce , Greens , Veg patty and slices of eggplant served with fries and cola. Its a perfectly prepared recipe and fresh in taste that gives an indian touch. This outlet is pretty small and parking around is limited . Also the level of hygiene is good and staff is prompt at service. I can definately recommend this place to try.

A small sized burger joint namely Grilliant Burgers recently opened its doors few months ago in jumeirah 3 . Decided to go for their veggie burger , check-in burger and the buffalo chicken burger . All the 3 burgers were really good when it comes to their taste and even the portion size is absolutely perfect . The grilliant fries was a let down i felt the onions had to be more crispy and a bit more cheese needs to be topped up and lastly the quality of the fries needs to be improved . Staff people at this place were really friendly and generous .
Over all , when it comes to the burgers one should give grilliant a try you won't be disappointed .

The taste of Authentic beef burgers in Dubai can be enjoyed at Grilliant. Located on Jumierah road, Grilliant is a small restuarant which serves one of the best beef burgers and hotdogs in town. I went in with the aim of trying their burgers only, but the owner insisted to try their hotdogs, and he promised that I will love it, and I did. The hotdogs were amazing and mouth watering.
What makes Grilliant so special, is the taste of their beef. It is not that easy to find real beef burger or hotdogs ( what I mean by real is non-processed) in town.
Their burgers are juicy and delicious. I've tried the BBQ, the smokiness of the burger is what makes this burger so perfect, AED 56. The other one I was keen to try is the Classic! who doesn’t love a good old timer with melted cheddar cheese? For AED 44.
The hotdog was one of my favorites. I enjoyed it more than the burgers to be honest. This one is called the VIKING for AED 28.
Don’t forget to try their Chilli Cheese Fries with minced beef, cheddar cheese and onions for AED 10.
Even though the burgers are priced above the average, you will be getting beef of quality. Their burgers are served in 150 G and 220 G. The ones above are 150G, so you could imagine how big the 220 ones would be.
Nice decoration, tasty burger, plus easy to park your car. I tried the medium beef mushroom burger, it's really good. I will try other dishes next time
Grilliant deserves a 4 for its hard work, as well when you see a owner day in and out in it you know it only means well.
If I had to rate this place only for its burgers I would rate it 3 to 3.5 out of 5 as I have been there a few times and it was slightly inconsistent interms the cooking of the patty at times it's over cooked !

Simply wow... I am addicted, its official. I can't have enough, been here 4 times in a week.
On my first visit I tried their classic to try the quality of meat and bread and i got hooked.
On my second visit I order 2 hotdogs, by far the best in Dubai, the viking is a must, and i also tried the Chicago which came surprisingly awesome.
Third visit I tried the more complex burgers, 150g toad and the blue cheese, both were unbelievable amazing, i like how they ask how i like the burger to be cooked as I like my meat medium.
If you are a meat lover you should try this place, it will definitely be the high light of your day.

Another burger place in the city but I can't deny that I pretty much enjoyed my meal here. The one thing that I thought was different here was that the beef patties are extremely fresh and juicy and we were told that they are prepared fresh on a daily basis.
The interiors of the place are very quirky. It's a start up and we got meet the owner as well who is completely involved in the running of the business.
We had the Classic Cheese Burger in a 150 grams patty option and another El Mariachi Mexican Burger in a 220 grams patty option. We also called for a GBG Chef Special Hotdog.
For the sides we had the Grilliant Fries and the Mixed Vegetable salad.
The Classic Cheese Burger as the name says it all is a burger with a beef patty cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and thousand island sauce. The El Mariachi was amazing and had a beef patty, beef bacon, mixican salsa, avocado dip, jack cheese and jalapeño peppers. Both the burgers had patties that were juicy and fresh and were full of flavour. Extremely delicious and irresistible.
The speciality about the hotdog is that they don't use processed meat, even these are made of absolutely fresh meat and they taste really different from the normal ones. They are way more flavourful compared to the others and are a sure try when here.
The salad was fresh too and tasted good. The Grilliant fries were fairly good with meat in a tomato based gravy poured over it with cheese and fries onions on it, something different from the regular again.
This sure is a place that serves some great burgers and worth a try.

The place is newly opened and its managed by the owner. He was the one to take our order, and give us recommendations. Very friendly and nice person.
The decoration is funky and very convenient.
I would totally recommend it and will definitely go back again to try other burgers in the menu.

Started 2 months back by a group of 3 friends who are foodies. They wanted to create something unique and authentic and not just burgers that are regularly found in fast food joints. So right from the ingredients they source to the sauces, to buns everything is made with perfect supervision and care like no other. Describing this experience is slightly difficult until you have tasted their perfectly baked buns which are made exactly as per the chefs’ recommendation with a perfect layer of outer crust and the soft fluffy inside. Sauces are different here with everything made in house. There are some surprising elements in the burgers that are really interesting. The meat and poultry is also bought with utmost care and from a well known local supplier – so these guys are quite serious about quality for sure.
Starting with locating the place, its conveniently available on google map so we faced absolutely no problems, also the parking next to them is plenty. It’s a small quirky place with interesting wooden interiors. There is a beautiful wall on the left with messages from all their fans – literally. I was impressed with all that people had written about their food. I met 2 of the owners and the super funny chef. He was there to explain all that went behind the ingredients of their very interesting menu. Omar explained how they carefully chose everything including the funny names of their food. We were filled with so much positivity and instantly placed our orders:
Nonalcoholic Pineapple beer: it’s delicious, different than the others I have tasted. It’s not sweet nor does it have a lot of fizz. Loved it when paired with the delicious burgers.
Toad – Mushroom, beef, onion, swiss cheese, lettuce and brown secret sauce. What a delicious concept, I loved the brown sauce with the juicy Medium Well done burger, the best that we have had in a long time. They have a secret, they have something called a bottle burger, which means they make a cup of minced beef and cover it with bacon – can you imagine? So much goodness just to create a burger. It’s a celebration of meat. This one is a must try. Yum o meter: 5/5
Check in Burger: chicken breast, white onions, coleslaw, mushrooms, tomatoes, jack cheese, yellow mustard. The chicken breast is well cooked and tangy to suit the delicious homemade coleslaw that is stuffed in this burger. This one is delicious and oozing with ingredients, you will need a plate to handle the goodness. Delicious, delicious, delicious. Yum o meter: 10/5
Grilliant fries: minced beef, cheddar cheese, crispy onions, thousand island sauce. How delicious is the concept? I loved the crispy onions on top of the fries. Definitely will get you craving for more if you start with this. Extra points for the thought. Yum o meter: 4/5
Be prepared for huge burgers that will be enough for a meal. Dare yourself to have a hotdog as well after the burger. I loved the bread, extra soft and delicious with my favorite sesame seeds. This place is a must try.
Super fun place to eat! They have amazing verity so many delicious burgers that you can't even decide which one to choose! I loved their blue cheese burger! That was some real good burger and their hot dogs are the best loved everything about the place i tired their burgers and I truly want to visit them again I just can't wait to go back again and also not to forget amazing karak for you waiting at grilliant! They do not have desserts or shakes yet but can't get enough of their burgers
Driving down Jumeirah Road, I decided to randomly stop by the 39th restaurant on my way, and lucky i discovered the new gem of Dubai.
Definitely a thumb up for a unique concept well executed. I was super hungry, tried their mushroom burger and it tasted excellent, from the soft light bun to the beef and sauce. I have also ordered their danish hotdog, by far the best hotdog in Dubai, nothing can come close.
I can't wait for my next visit to try the other dishes, should be very soon.
Nothing like I have seen in Dubai. From the atmosphere to the food everything is simply perfect.
I will get to the point and then down to the little details:
+ The burgers are juicy, they even give you the choice of how you want your burger cooked, usually street burger joints in Dubai don't give you that option.
+ Hotdogs are amazing, everyone should try the Danish hotdog, I am addicted to it, I usually order this hotdog with a burger.
+ Fries: a must have, their Grilliant fries, a combo of cheese, minced beef, thousand island sauce and crispy sweet onions
+ The atmosphere, you are usually greeted by the owner, he seats you and explain a bit about the concept. He even takes your order and serves your food. When i was there, they were playing my kind of music, Soul, funk and Folk music. When you are seated you can ask for the markers to paint on their walls, they have an art space for you to express.
If you want to get out of the typical Dubai atmosphere just go to this place :-)
A recently opened burger & hotdog spot in Dubai offering a great variety of burgers and hotdogs. The menu has hotdogs and burgers made in different styles – mexican, new york, chicago and soon to be introduced indian style. The interiors of the restaurant simple and quirky – the owner is a big fan of art and hence, he left the walls to be decorated by the customers.

They all are 220 gram.
I personally loved toad it was sooo delicious, must try whereas I didn't like El mariachi much .
I didn't liked there fries , sauce was very less , and they tasted just ok nothing great compare to burgers.
It's a small restaurant, when I went it wasn't much busy, also as I noticed they don't hve any servers , only one guy who's apparently the owner was serving ,but it's a good way to know customers and there reviews until it gets too crowded.
Overall I would suggest this place.
In one of our latest reviews, we mentioned our love for burgers and that love just keeps increasing, what with all the cool burger places opening up in Dubai! Grilliant joins the Dubai burger scene and we found out what this restaurant has to offer at our recent tasting. Located in Jumeirah 3, Grilliant is the definition of cool; the restaurant comprises of park style tables and benches and has a black wall that you can test your artistic skills on. As you wait for your food to arrive, a bunch of crayons are set in front of you and you can scribble on the walls to your heart’s content. Great strategy by the restaurateur to keep you occupied instead of twiddle your thumbs while you wait for your food. Social media got the better of us and we started drawing the different logos!
I was there . I had the hot dog twice . Every body should try it us so original. We where a number of bikers . We had so much fun we were treated like kings.

I really think everyone in Dubai should know about this place!My favorite is their blue cheese burger. Took me straight to the burgers I had in paris!
I also tried their super light grilled chicken burger. Huge chunk of chicken breast with some really tasty marination.
Even the bread they use is soooo good I wish I could order it on its own and make my own sandwiches.Happy tummy :)
A friend of mine recommended the place and he was very persistent that i have to try it. I tried three items from the menu.
- First the Grilliant Fries: made of fries topped with cheddar cheese, crispy onion and minced beef. Super tasty. A total recommend to everyone that visits.
- Second, the Viking (Danish Hotdog): The bread is simply amazing, very soft. You can taste that their hotdog is made from good meat. The sandwich is topped with Remoulade Sauce ketchup and yellow mustard. topped with Crispy onion. An amazing mix.
- Third, tried the blue cheese burger, and have to say by far the best burger I have ever tried.
Everyone should try this hidden gem, was a little hard to find.
Totally forgot to take pictures, will make sure to do so next time i visit.
Great concept. Those hotdogs are super delicious. Never thought I'll manage to eat hotdogs and burgers three times in one week.
I totally recommend the GBG hotdog, Mushroom Burger and the Grilliant Fries.

A small cozy burger joint restaurant on Jumeirah road. You need to park ahead; or else your only two options would be to park at the adjacent mosque parking (which is not allowed) or go for a long U-Turn after/find parking elsewhere.
Going back about the restaurant, the burgers are tasty; I tried the Mexican and really liked it. Yet, the french fries portion is small. Value for money is still okay.

Amazing burgers and hotdogs!!! I was visiting Dubai recently for few days and passed by Grilliant. The hotdog toppings are high quality and the burgers makes you come for more. Quality ingredients and the flavors are incredible. Highly recommended. I even went back on my last day of the trip to have another taste of the food. The owners are very friendly and attentive. They make you feel welcomed!
