المطعم سيء جدا وليس كسابق عهده بالاكل و المشويات كان الطلب مشكل مشويات الريش مره صغيره والشيش طاووق مالح والكباب بهاراته مبالغ فيها الى حد انه طعمه غير مقبول والخدمه ليست بالمستوى المطلوب نعم يقدمون كل الطلبان لكن نفسيات الموظفين غير مريحه وقسم المدخنين مليء بالذباب والا رز حار ومالح

If you are Lebanese food lover like me the place is a perfect choice. The food is authentic and very tasty, the portions are massive as well. The audience is beautiful, nice design interior accompanied by Arabic live music which make your time there even more fun. They have also wide selection of shisha. Additional plus is the location just by the entrance to fashion avenue in Dubai mall and a private valet parking. I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you

The Lebanese food couldn’t get better than this. The best happy place to be at because you know what according to my experience yesterday, I loved the live music, people were dancing and cheering, celebrating birthdays, chefs and waiters were really friendly, delicious food and love the ending of my whole experience where I said no I’m not getting any desserts to the waiter Khaled I guess and he still brought me desserts and fruits like its a place that take cares of you

One of the best Lebanese restaurant in Dubai i must say. I loved the ambiance and music . Service was really efficient and all the staff are really welcoming and professional. Shisha is the one of the best attraction if you’re a shisha lover. Food quality, taste and portions are worth the price. Definitely going to visit this amazing restaurant

This is my favourite Lebanese restaurant in Dubai.. I love this branch in Dubai Mall, it’s so convenient and free valet parking available.. Ambient is arabic style, shisha available also.. Food is absolutely delicious, my favourite hummus trio, assorted arabic mezze and shish taouk .. for dessert do not skip famous Kunafa, trust me it’s amazing.. I’ve tried also Grand Cafe signature Detox Tea , karak flavour.. so tasty.. I will be back again for sure.. in the evening they always have great live music and live entertainment, that makes it even more beautiful.. big thanks to the staff Subhash who made sure I was well looked after..

It was one of the best entertaining places in Dubai. I loved the ambience and live music! Service was really really good in spite of busyness of the venue. We have ordered arabic mezze and mixed grill. All was delicious. Shisha is reeeallu good! If u are a shisha lover, u must definitely try this place.

Excellent eating experience, from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken, and served within less than 5 minutes. Meals were served hot and excellent taste... loved the ambience and location of the restaurant too with beautiful downtown dubai views. I recommend the Quinoa Salmon Salad and the Virgin Sangria for the drink. The waiters are so friendly too.

It was very yummy, but the only thing that was not upto the mark was their service maybe they had alot of confusion with many people there etc also the price for this was not worth spending on this. But if you are someone who wants such specific new desserts then you must try this place.

Great place for a fun night out . The kunaffa was a bit let down . Was too soft and wasn’t like a typical Turkish one .

Actually its my second time going there. Once for iftar buffe whichnwas good. And today was my second time. I ordered kabsa according to description in menu. But it was not as described. There was no nuts in kabsa as desribed, just raisin, Alot of rasin. and the meat was not that much tasty. It taste kind of water boiled. But shishah was perfect. Really good.

A great experience with my lovely wife.... the ambiance and service were great... Mr. John served us with pleasure ...he has the knowledge about the restaurant menu and was able to provide us with everything we need. Moreover, the manager who came and asked us about our opinions, or suggestions offered us a complementary juice which looked nice and tasted delicious. <br/>Let go to the food which was great in both quality and quantity ....fattoush which fresh and really tasty.... the dynamite shrimp is to die for .... the mix grill Is delicious .. the meat is high quality and fresh....<br/>My favorite now:::: the dessert.... usually i dont eat much sweets but this gazl banat with ice cream was yummy and i could not resist it.... the cigarette muhalabia is another tasty, crunchy and full of love <br/>This was my first time in this place but for sure not the last <br/>Thank you for providing such great food and service 🙏

Visited this place yesterday afternoon for lunch , opted for their business lunch menu with shisha . Staff people were welcoming , their buffet section was good be it Mezza , starters , Maincourse and desserts . Grape mint shisha was good as well . Batata hara was very bad as it was cold and too hard & the oriental rice was very bad as the rice was too hard to even chew .

Located in Dubai Mall with a nice view of the Burj Khalifa. The restaurant has a very nice ambience with a live music. Ample sitting arrangements are available both inside and outside as well as the terrace on the first floor.<br/><br/>Tried their Chefs Special and Signature dish of Sea food Grill with Sea Bass fish, Calamari, Shrimps, Vegetables & Olives all these marinated in their signature Spices. Wow what a dish, the aroma itself makes you hungry and crave for more. The Sea Bass is extremely soft and very very tasty. This is a must have and i have seen it in almost all the tables. It is served on a nice smoky presentation.<br/><br/>The Strawberry Milk shake is another must have. Thick and smooth.

Grand Cafe located adjacent to Dubai Mall is really a grand place to enjoy your dinner. Very spacious place with royally decorated interior and amazing live music. Grand Cafe Boulevard, what a mesmerising place to go out for dinner with loved ones.<br/><br/>We occupied the best table on the terrace on the first floor open area with a gigantic view of the Burj Khalifa.<br/><br/>The best news is that there is a Valet Parking, all you have to do is just get your ticket stamped and it will be free.So you don’t have to worry of your car when you will go to enjoy your food here.<br/><br/>We started off with the hummus trio which had beetroot , Avocado & Orginal Hummus served with their home made soft bread. The hummus was very beautifully presented and the taste was so good that we finished it off it no time. The Mix Grill with Lamb Chops and Chicken was also excellent in taste. The Beetroot salad was so fresh and filling.<br/><br/>The Grand Seafood Grill came in an excellent presentation wrapped in all the aromatic spices encapsulating Basa Fish with Shrimps, Carrots, Olives, Garlic, Calamari. This is the best fish with the Chefs secret spices that we ever had. The fish was very nicely cooked and when we had with the spiced gravy it was very just BRILLIANT. A must try ! Each and every dish was perfect, nothing was overdone or overpowering, each dish was full of flavour.<br/><br/>Dessert we tried was the Um ali, chocolate fondant, kounafa bil jebn. THEY ARE All BEYOND DELICIOUS!<br/><br/>The service is very quick, and that is impressive. A special shoutout to our main server Khalid who we call our inhouse Vin Diesel, he knows food and drinks served here in and out and seem so extremely passionate about it. <br/><br/>Overall experience was that Grand Cafe Boulevard is an excellent fine dining restaurant which might be abit expensive, but is very much capable of serving you food of the highest standards. Definitely going to revisit !! Very highly recommended !!

The food satisfies your palate without giving you that unhealthy feeling. I liked their GrilLed Chicken ! I highly recommend it for those who love pesto pasta. The Cordon Bleu is also awesome, it's a perfect combo with Dynamite Shrimp! The flavors really compliment each other.

Visited the restaurant to try out their newly launched lunch deal. For AED 65 its a buffet with drinks and with shisha its AED 85. Its a great deal because the food is really nice and has a lot of variety. Mixed grill, different types of hummus, lots of dessert and drinks. The place is lovely and overlooks the boulevard. You can sit out when the weather gets better. For the price the deal is REALLY good.

It took about 2 hours to reach the place, I’m not very familiar with locations in Dubai .<br/>The place is so nice , one lady was very welcoming and always smiling and you can feel that she wants to help if you need any help,<br/>The interior design so nice the smell of the place was quiet good although the huge amount of the smoke from the shesha , that’s good points that they care about their customers.<br/>The food was delicious you can fell the taste just by looking at it .<br/>Every thing was excellent but I think the prices was little bit higher than average.<br/>ADVICE: worth to try to relax and get separated from problems for few hours.<br/>

They are soo greedy and they dont accept orders without dinner, if you want shisha deserts drinks, they wont accept you in the place!!! Worst place ever<br/>

The food was great. Got there in time, tasted amazing, so it was all perfect. But what was really bad was the way the staff were acting, some of them, specially girls, were rude, didn't smile, kept on staring at us the whole time and rolled their eyes when we talked to them. Great food but wouldnt come back because of the way me and my friends got treated.

It was my first time visiting Grand Cafe yesterday, and I have to say, I was really happy! The place really is quite grand - it's very open and decorated beautifully. We were promptly seated and the waiter took our order - we ordered the chicken biryani, a couple of juices and some hummus etc.<br/><br/>The biryani was a m a z i n g ! Honestly one of the best biryanis I've had in a long long time. I would recommend that you share this dish, because it was huge (there were 4 of us and it comfortably fed us all along with our starters).<br/><br/>A couple of things to note - be sure to book a table because they get extremely busy because they have live music from about 10pm. The singers are so good by the way, so expect a very lively night!

Awesome iftar buffet at Grand Cafe with a Lavish Lebanese Spread.<br/>They have a huge range of Mezze and Salads to choose from.<br/><br/>The Main Course had grills, sausages, pesto chicken which was lovely, lamb and shrimp Biryani, calamari and so many more Lebanese dishes.<br/>For snacks they had cheese sambosas, spring rolls, Kibbeh and more.<br/><br/>The dessert section is amazing with a host of desserts to choose from. I had the Baklava, Kunafa and fresh fruits which was great.<br/>Overall premium ambience, food and service.

Went recently for Iftar, quiet convenient to get there. Nice ambiance and food was good except Umme Ali was missing :( Not a kids friendly place i would say. Reserved a table for 8 pax. They gave us place quite far from buffet whereas the entire area next to buffet was empty and despite several requests given we had infants along, staff was adamant to not change the tables.

Grand Cafe Boulevard by the fashion parking area of Dubai Mall is a beautiful cozy place. First Iftar of 2019 at Grand Cafe . Its all traditional Lebanese Iftar spread . Everything we tasted was so good. The Salad bar was very well presented . Its a great deal for just AED 149 . The staff was very active and helpful. I recommended this place to my friends and they have already booked in for iftar.

I didn’t get the right discount on the bill , they give less discount , I didn’t expect that from them , the offer should be 1+1 on the mean course

Grand Cafe is located opposite The Address Dubai Mall, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard Road, Downtown Dubai. They have seating both inside and outside and covers two floors. The décor is as grand as the name and blends well with the whole theme of the restaurant. Plenty of spaces help accommodate a good amount of crowd at a single time. <br/><br/>Staff are friendly and provide good customer service during the whole time at the restaurant. The dining area is spaced well as to maintain privacy between tables and provide enough room to walk freely. <br/><br/>During the weekends the place is packed and can make it difficult to get a place. They have shisha offerings and live music that makes it entertaining. <br/><br/>Food Review<br/><br/>Mixed Grill<br/><br/>A mix of meat kebabs, lamb chops, shish tawouk, meat pieces and stuffed bread. It is a dish good for two people that is packed with flavours and is quite juicy. <br/><br/>I enjoyed this dish but would prefer if they would include grilled tomatoes for extra taste. <br/><br/>Maloubeh<br/><br/>A well-known treat in many Arabic cultures this dish is tender, juicy and filled with flavours. Fragrant rice, egg plants and tender meat pieces all combine perfectly to deliver a tasteful dish.<br/><br/>Having said that, I feel that the portion should be increased as it can be insufficient for indulgent eaters. <br/><br/>Lemon Tea<br/><br/>A very entertaining way to see the tea cooked on the table, which represents more of a chemistry experiment back in school. <br/><br/>Tea is refreshing and is the perfect drink at the end of a heavy meal.<br/><br/>Shisha<br/><br/>As an avid shisha lover, I was disappointed with the shisha as it lacked flavour and tasted more of the charcoal. A large restaurant and lounge located in the boulevard, you are able to get a good view of the boulevard up there. The service was good and waiters were available at any time when needed. We ordered some halloumi, grilled wings and batata harra. The halloumi was abit too salty for us but you could balance it out with the small slices of veggies on the side. We enjoyed the batata harra and the chicken, the chicken wings had a cery distinct zesty taste so if you arent too into the lemon zesty flavours then that might not sit well with you. A great quiet atmosphere with shisha aswell.

Went to this so called grand cafe to celebrate b'day of a family member, the ambience and location is really good, food was good, service standard is utterly ridiculously poor. <br/>It's with due reasons have written this. <br/><br/>1. Well ordered a cake for b'day was told by the waiter it will come in an hours time. We waited for almost 2 hours it came after b'day was finished. When the cake was brought to the table it was without knife and they did play a song but was finished even after which knife wasn't got to the table. <br/><br/>2. We had asked for lemon with water no lemon was given same went for Onion with the main course, we ordered food with it did not arrive. <br/>Ordered a dish of cheese roll which wasn't got even after asking more than 3 times, well glad they didn't charge it to the bill. <br/><br/>3. None was even bothered to or was willing to pay heed to what we were asking for. <br/><br/>A place of this calibre need to improve there standards. Well you charge high prices which one is willing to pay but the service standard not up to the mark. Would not recommend this place for a special occasion as too many goof ups bound to happen. <br/><br/>Our table was full compared to other tables but others were given better service. Have visited so many restaurants in my travel sojourn but this sadly was utmost disappointing. 

Had the chance to visit this luxurious restaurant on the Boulevard.<br/>The place is beautifully designed from all decor aspects. Huge indoor with the double height ceiling that gives an upscale relaxing atmosphere...<br/>The food was really good. The Trio Hommos is really good (beetroot, avocado, classico)<br/>The Moutabbal is pure lebanese, great texture, smokey and Flavorful<br/>The Fattouch is so crisp and fresh with a nice dressing mix.<br/>The Kebbeh 2ras is good yet can be better in terms of seasoning.<br/>The Batata Harra is golden crisp and just right on the seasoning.<br/>The R2a2at is soo good - ideal frying.<br/>Now the mashewe is what takes you back to Lebanon where you really feel the flavor of the Tawouk and how juicy it is, the Kafta is so rich on flavor & the Che2af was my favorite.<br/>Service was good.<br/>Thumbs Up guys.<br/>

Not worth the money spent, the service is extremely bad and the sound system in the place making the singer sound too noisy. (Singer is good actually)<br/>I ordered a cake as we went with friends to celebrate my wife's birthday, within 2 hours we reminded them twice, paid the bill and left and yet the cake never arrived.<br/>Usually highly priced places should come with high level of service, i guess they had an expensive menu only to cover the cost of the rent.<br/>Food presentation is excellent, quality of food and shisha is average.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Yusuf for this opportunity, everything was so on point they have improved their services and their staff it became now my new favorite hotspot in Dubai. The food was soooo goood, I’m already craving their Kebi and their shrimps. My overall experience was not so great...Though the food is ok...yet the service people are somewhat arrogant and not very welcoming....too pricey for the quality of food...

I wonder why it took me so long to go this restaurant. The food was finger licken good specially i liked the baby grilled chicken it was deliciously marinated. Generally in other restaurants its bland at taste but this one was so flavourful. We tried almost all the kebabs as we were quite many. Everything was good plus its on entertainer.

I dont even know what not to mention! One of the best restaurant and cafe in boulevard. The interiors are posh and the ambience is great. Their indoor area has smoking section and when the weather is nice they have a nice view on the boulevard. The food is yummy and fresh with lebanese touch. One remark regarding the Turkish coffee - it could be better-

The ambiance and the live music were nice, the food was good but the service was horrible and the waiters were very rude and arrogant. The staff should be changed and I heard this complaint from multiple people, they’re not welcoming at all!

I think their service is getting worse day after day, no one welcomed us, no one found a table for us, maybe they got enough from serving customers 🙁

Managers and staff are very rude. The service is very bad I wouldn’t come here again ever. Not way to tear the customers, the behavior of the manager worst behavior ever

Amazing Lebanese restaurant. Been there with office mates, great location and good spread of food. <br/>The desserts are authentic , the kunafah was great. Not much options though for starters. <br/>Interiors are good and sheesha is available in the dining area, with people smoking inside, it might be uncomfortable for passive smokers. <br/>Overall good experience

Excellent ambience, Great food and a very grand buffet for the Iftar meals! <br/>The place was is outside the Dubai Mall and the access too is outside of f the Mall.<br/>They have a good sitting area outside. <br/>The spread for Ramadan iftar is truly amazing! <br/>The service is just about Ok! Since they cater to more Arabs! Language can be barrier, otherwise staff is cordial.

Perfect location, wonderful view. Food was tasty, good selection of drinks and desserts. Some stuff are a bit rude. But in general not bad experience.

This restaurant has never disappointed me ever from the food and the staff I absolutely love how clean and delicious and fast and very well experienced waiters how they deal with everything , the food is yummy the sheesha is yummy the ambience is a blend of tradition arabic cosy and modern ...I do recommend all the people I know to go there it's one of the best in downtown whether it's in Ramadan,birthdays,work collegues gathering it's excellent and specially in winter,<br/>Family and friends place<br/>But they need to bring more baby high chairs that the only comment

We booked iftar buffet. Except few dishes food was average. Decoration was good. In buffet table dish names was not mentioned. Dessert is also average. In one word I'm not satisfied.

Have been coming to this place regularly since it's been launched and except the crowd of weekend have no comment to object about..staff are polite , shisha service is amazing, food quality is acceptable ( I'm not saying perfect as it has a place for more improvements).. beside the nice vibes and good shisha, the live arabic band is one of the reasons that bring us back here every 10days..

Food from grand cafe boulevard was disappointing! My hummus was nothing impressive and the bread was really dry! Same for the grilled chicken, as it was dry and tasteless!

I reviewed this outlet three weeks ago and I noticed some flaws in the service. Since then, the management has gone out of its way to ensure my dining experience would be a pleasant one and, not only they addressed my concerns with the service staff, but I was invited back to see if I could notice some improvements. Well, not only I noticed a great deal of improvement, but I was constantly impressed by the level of attentiveness I received (the staff didn’t know I was reviewing the restaurant). I would therefore like to commend the service excellence received at this outlet and the impressive follow up and willingness by the management to ensure a 5-star experience to their guests. They nailed it! The food quality and presentation has always been great during my first as well as my second visit. This is one of my very few 5-star review and it is all for good reasons. Highly recommended

To be honest it’s a shame I haven’t come across this before lunch deal before. The price is insane for a huge quantity that’s other than the quality and taste. I’m your new loyal member!
