Very disappointed with the food as well as the service at the Lulu Hypermarket outlet. They asked what is the drink I want with the food but was not bothered to tell me that there will be extra charge if I select Frutea. I saw this after they billed me but I kept quiet. The signature skinless fried chicken is quiet good. Not the usual fried chicken I eat in other fast food yet the quality is not disappointing. Though we ordered half regular and half spicy, it wasn’t spicy at all. Stumbled over while looking around for some quick eats, pepperoni pizza with the thin crust was pretty decent, but had a weird after-taste for some reason. But the thin crust is simply marvelous. Was a little disappointed with the sizes of the chicken strips, but they tasted pretty nice and made up for it. The spicy garlic sauce however, was, simply put, a little odd and not spicy by any means, but a nice condiment to go with. Overall, an average experience and hoping the best of luck!

Original Beef burger is what the menu says but I regrest to see a hideous beef burger filled with vegetables only. Cabbage, Tomato & onions with a dry & chewy patty. You charge almost the same as other restaurants nearby but still struggling to provide quality of foof like them. What a shame. I would not suggest to anybody.

We are a fan on their spicy chicken however this may be the last time an order was placed as the service received from their Ghusais branch was DISAPPOINTING. The order was placed with scheduled delivery at 9:29 however their driver left SFC at 9:29. As if this wasn’t enough there was an order 407 before our order 408. The food arrived at 10:10 and all soggy. Zomato chat support has been disappointing also whereas instead of giving a local number or mobile number to call they have provided their call center number who we had already called twice. Soggy food and horrible support. Rating: 1/5

Had the combo meal which included two medium pizzas and four pieces of garlic bread, the pizzas we chose to order were Chicken Fajita and Southern. For me the best part of any pizza is how the crust is and this one was soft on the inside and perfectly buttery as well as crispy on the outside. The garlic bread was super cheesy and garlicky, basically perfect. I would just prefer a little more veggies on the pizzas though. All in all a satisfying meal.

Located outside Lulu in Al Qusais, my husband and I were famished after a long Grocerry shopping sprees at Lulu. We entered the food court and could smell the amazing burgers and at once we knew, that is what I want to eat. My husband took the flamethrower and I opted for chicken grand and cheese garlic bread to accompany on the side. We were absolutely happy with the quality, taste, flavours of our meal. Well and reasonably priced with good customer service.

Sfc plus keeps on disappointing me! We usually order for delivery. Last time I got my ordered after 1 and a half hour as the delivery guy misplace the order! and another 30mins more for waiting in the garlic sauce which was forgetten by the staff! Then today my colleagues ordered for their "awesome lunch" offer for 15dhs they delivered it quick today but the problem is chicken was older than their company!!! U can check the photos! Bones was already black no wonder that they only reheat it from yesterday! It is very hard and not juicy as the freshly cooked chicken! Don't put this kind of deals if you will only ruin the taste of ur chicken! Shame on you guys! Manager should look in this kind of matter! Don't serve a FRIED CHICKEN WHICH WAS JUST REHEATED FROM YESTERDAY! If there is a rate lower than this i will surely give it!!!!

The food was actly one of our favorite.We used to order sfc atleast once in a week. But today when I took food from sfc for takeaway and reached home, I found that they have mixed miranda in my cola. I had ordered for a coke and when I drank it it was mixed with miranda. This is not at all a good thing and I had to spit out due to the taste of miranda which I dislike. Please don't mix cool drinks and give from now on. I don't know if the cola got over and you mixed miranda with it. But if the cool drink is over, just ask for another drink than do something like this. I don't think I would prefer sfc again due to this act.

A very nice alternative to KFC and a good dining option at Lulu for Court. I found their chicken better and less oily than KFC. They also have good rice and chicken combo options for rice lovers like me. At AED 18 you can enjoy a good combo meal with rice, chicken, coleslaw and pepsi.

SFC seems to be brother of KFC i have always been to SFC when i used to stay in ruwais abu dhabi, as we didn't had much options there. i really like their chicken popcorns and fresh salads, they serve it best. SFC has really evolved itself very well in competition with KFC. over all its always good to try something new so recommended.

When you're lazy to step out and grab your lunch and you're craving some fried chicken, it's just easier to have SFC delivered home. Their service is pretty quick, food arrived in 35 minutes, no hassle. The food was warm and everything was according to the order. I ordered the light bite meal, four piece strips with fries, bun, garlic sauce and drink. I enjoy their spices in the chicken more than other fried chicken spots. It has more flavor to it. Great value for the price as well. For the sauce, I'd recommend taking the regular garlic sauce, not the spicy one as it's more tangy than spicy.

As long as it remains crispy with tender chicken & slightly juicy. This one slightly lacks in however junkies wont come with many advantages. Therefore going by the speed it delivers & fill your stomach its fine altogether. The choice of juice would be an advantage.

So I ditched bikanervala's veg meals and chose to have one if sfc plus's tempting meal. We ordered chicken tender with rice and chicken broast with rice. Chicken was crispy and nice but wasn't hot and fresh but the rice were light and good. For me the winner was thier coleslaw which was super fresh and juicy. I would suggest them to let customers replace carbonated drinks with juices since its a healthier option. Over all: good junk food but not upto kfc or texas level

Hai sfc I would like to share some experience with you. Last time I went to sfc then I ordered 2pcs chicken combo along with salad... I am really really loved that salad and chicken. In my last 6 year dubai experience I didn't eat like these tasty salad.. chicken also I felt something different taste and good.. I have eaten at Bikanervala many times so thought of trying SFC this time. It tasted okay I would say but the chicken pieces smelled of used oil for some reason. Therefore not planning to get back to this joint if I have other options around.

GOOD DROP BY FOR QUICK MEAL AFTER SHOPPING...... Different in taste than other similar fried foods.The kids love to be here for their special kids meal . chicken is not that soft but okay ,the crust is not always crispy.

I've stopped eating junk food, but SFC is the only one I'll make an exception for. My favorite is the chicken and rice combo.

Usually I go to Salkara when I'm around here. But this time decided to change the place to SFC just to see how it is. The service is with a smile, and order taken promptly. I opted for a combo of burger, fries and Pepsi. The taste and quality wasn't up to the mark. The bread looked stale. They need to improve on that front.

Southern fried chicken has some real nice combo deals which are my favorite. The chicken pieces are crunchy from outside, well done and soft from the inside. The rice they serve has its own unique flavor. Delivery time is usually half an hour.

SFc is the only fried chicken outlet in the lulu foodcourt.. So when I don't feel like having my soul food..I drop by at SFC after shopping... I have tried their pizzas and chicken.. Their skinless fried chicken concept is slightly healthier than the other fried chicken outlets.. Pizzas are good too...if we don't compare it with their competitors... I have tried chicken tikka and Hot n spicy Flavours...Good going..!!!

Fried chicken in SFC is a big disappointment. On top of that there are two types of chicken in this place (normal & spicy). I tried spicy chicken and frankly speaking I did not like it. The chicken which was supposed to be juicier was all deep fried. One thing gud at this place would be fries I guess

It was a day before Diwali we went crab some sweets from bikanervala,their chat counter was closed for Diwali to we ended up in SFC,this is my first time to SFC. My son wanted a pizza so we ordered meal combo to try everything, meal included bbq chicken pizza, garlic bread,salad n 3 fried chicken pieces, looks so perfect but dnt get any flavor from pizza r fried chicken... We dnt get the smell of fried chicken even when we have it on our table. We had a flavor less dinner with disappointment. Price was reasonable, will be good if they improve their quality of food.

I hereby declare that sfc be disqualified from the nominations of the best junk food restaurant :P I just had their chicken stripes meals and it was pathetic The chicken was hard! The coleslaw was ... Ugh The fries were the only saviour in the whole meal ... My knight in shiny oil :D

We went here very few times because always wife prefers salkara when we goes lulu. SFC is a good dine out. My son likes their kids piza. We usually goes for fried chicken combo. They have their unique kind of taste.

There was a point of time where SFC Used to give some very stiff competition to KFC..but i guess over the years their they have lost it The taste has come down...chicken pcs look slim...i noticed more of crispy skin and less of chicken....with such good amount of french fries...all they provide is one small sachet of ketchup..common guys..for the same value ...rivals offer a little more So small things like these are improvised..SFC can make it to the top
