Excellent food ! Totally unacceptable! The dessert was a shocking suprise too! The hot pot was fab! The skewers were tooo good! The dumplings were good! Barbeque chicken was fantastic !!!
This is THE best Chinese restaurant ever..with the authentic Chinese food.. Just yummy tasting food & nothing else.. been there 4-5 times by now. Recently had their beef with garlic sprouts...which was too good...

Soup - not an ordinary soup like those being served in other hotpot restaurant, they serve white-colored soup (not a clear watery soup) very tasty! It adds appeal and flavor in the over all taste. Unlimited!
Mixed Fried Rice is also a must try!
Ingredients - all Fresh 💯 guaranteed! From the veggie, seafood and specially the tofu! Amazing! 🥬🥣🍜🍤
Most probably most of their customers would agree that their restaurant is so clean!
Location wise is also perfect because u will find it in a modest residential area in the heart of Karama area!

Chinese star restaurant has one of the better authentic chinese food..located in karama dubai and al nud sharjah...they offer buffet and its very affordable price, and recommendable for family and friends...
So far this is this is the only restaurant I have had the best shabu shabu hot pot in Dubai. All the other restaurants have fancy interiors, greasy and pricey. Chinese star is authentic, simple and so delicious. I even ended up drinking the soup in the hot pot...!!! Last but not least the price is so affordable for such quality. I highly recommend the hot pot buffet ... I'm leaving with an urge to take away the seafood dumpling and rice cake rolls... I'll definitely be bringing my whole tribe back. What a treat 🥳🥳🥳

Nice food, and excellent service, the hot pot buffet have almost 100 chioces,lunch only 39.00dhs, dinner only 49.00dhs,and have free karaoke, best Chinese restaurant in Karama. This is pure Chinese taste.

One of the best restaurant for me where you can find welcoming staff and ambiance is instagramable plus you can enjoy the unlimited video karaoke. Food is 100% recommendable. My most favorite is the Golden Bun its so yummy!

This is my third visit. We tried the Mixed noodles and Fish with ginger and spring onion for the first time and loved it. And as usual the Veg spring rolls and Hot and sour soup was really good. The soup was bit more hot and less sour to my liking. Finished with Halo Halo which is ideal for summer.
Overall enjoyed the lunch.

I always love to eat and experience mouth watering foods in a Chinese restaurant. Thats basically the first thing that I look for during my travels even in Europe. Here in UAE, love to eat and prefer Chinese authentic foods along with my friends. I have visited many Chinese Restaurants in the country and I am very particular about some points when it comes to food choices like from Food, Service and Cleanliness. So far, Chinese Star Restaurant really pleases my taste and appetite. I am very much particular and meticulous about it.
🔴 The food of Chinese Star particularly in Karama Branch can be considered as an authentic Chinese foods such as their Hotpot and they are all using fresh and clean ingredients.
🔴 You can feel the importance and hospitality of their staffs as soon as you enter the restaurant with their Filipino staffs who are so friendly and very accommodating. The serving time is so fast they go far beyond my expectations.
🔴 The ambiance of the restaurant has a touch of Chinese design. The dining area are flexible where you can move your tables and adjust the chairs freely, perfect for family and friends.
In general, I can highly recommend their restaurant to my friends from here or even those people from other countries those who are planning to visit a Chinese restaurant during their vacation in the county. 👍
This second branch of The Chinese Star Restaurant has just opened in Karama, the first and original is in Sharjah. Sandwiched between the Bhukkand Café and De Fish, Chinese Star is an authentic Chinese restaurant in the heart of Little India. From the street it’s unmistakably Chinese with cliché red lanterns hanging under its shop signboard. There are no such shenanigans inside where its décor is simple, clean and cool.
