Wilfred (I was told his name is) definitely contributed to our positive dine-in experience: he was the most competent and professional employee I've ever met at a chili's. He was able to answer all my hundred questions and made sure we've received our orders as customized. We're both impressed. Thanks a lot!!! Food was delicious!

(التعليق الأصلي) We visited for a quick evening snack in motorcity . We ordered combo offer and PINACOLADA drinks. Chicken and mushrooms soup was really good. Burgers were nice and juicy. Chicken fry was also nice my son finished it all. Jalapeno chees Overall nice service . Parking outside is always issue so you can use underground parking it's available always.good experience. I will surely come back to try their stakes.

I’ve always found the food at Chili’s a little…um, wanting. Sadly, my experience at this new branch in Motor City was no different. The great service makes writing this hard but, except for my wife’s quesadilla explosion salad, everything else we ordered was…not at all good. The chicken ranch quesadillas my daughter ordered were plasticky, my margarita grilled chicken was over-cooked and even a delicious hot sauce couldn’t bring the boneless chicken wings to life.

For me triple dipper is a full meal. Though it’s a starter the variety ( egg rolls, crispy chicken and mini burgers ) are as good as main course. I usually ask for extra blue cheese sauce and extra ranch which they serve generously. I also like my Diet Coke with a hint of cherry. The staff is so friendly and courteous. Order is on time. Food is delicious. A place which I don’t mind going over and over again.

We usually love this branch and order from them countlessly.. last night we were celebrating and we ordered the usual triple dipper and the loaded chicken.. the amounts that came are barely even half the portion and the sizes were very small.. the chicken strips were the size of my finger and so were the eggrolls.. the celery was not there.. we tried to call the restaurant several times and they did not answer.. the sauces arrived all over the place because one of them seems to have broken on the way.. it was a horrible experience and very disappointing and not fulfilling at all.. we gave them very good ratings and comments just 2 weeks ago and now we are taking them back. I tried to take a photo of the food but forgot about the sauces as it was a bit of a hassle

Chilies has always been my favourite since school days. In this branch the service was really good but the AC wasn't working so it was pretty hot The food took some time to come but it was ready I ordered the salmon, which was made really well but the onion rings that I ordered along with it didn't have any salt. My friends ordered the sliders and the beef burger and which they really enjoyed having. It's the best place if you have enough time to relax have your food and catch up with friends :)

Going back after a bad experience at the Dip branch. And after telling the server to tell the chef to ensure that the steak was cooked properly We ordered the combo of ribs and chicken and trio fillet after a long wait we got burnt ribs and refried chicken. While the fillets we had one steak cooked perfectly other one Raw and the last one over cooked , the manager only wanted to replace our food but there was no sense of responsibility in understanding what went wrong . thank you Chilis my family will never eat at your restaurants again

I must admit I am a bit of a Chillis fan! One of my favorite choices for over 10 years. With all competition from new joints and hype burger joints - Chillis remains a classic that maintains a great taste and vibe. The only downside is that is the inconsistency isle taste from one place to another. Food at some joints is far much than others - it’s very clear. You would expect some variance, but it’s much more significant in Chillis

This is our 2nd visit. As usual, staff our very warm and smiling as soon as you enter the restaurant. Chankah was especially nice as he always comes to offer refill on our Iced Tea. :) Food was terrific and good price. Loved the steak -its so tender and tasty! The portion was good for 2persons. Very good experience for fast junk food ! They have amazing American and Mexican in their menu. I called for Margarita pizza & Pinacolda :) It was really well made. Cheese was well meted and the base of pizza was crispyyy. The tostada chips were also damn yummy. Service was really warm and staff were really polite.

Its been a month since my last dine in and because i craved for steaks 🥩 i went here last week and luckily they extended their Limited time offer so i orderd the Smoked new york strip. T’was very juicy and taste really good. I surely recommend it to others especially my friends. I would give this only 3 stars due to the great service. However, the food was really bland and overpriced. I had ordered the Santa Fe quesadillas without the chicken and paid 62 bucks for it. The waitress had asked me if I wanted it spicy and even though I said yes, the food wasn't spicy at all. A total waste of food and money. Wouldnt come back.
