I ordered for paneer and they send in chicken that looks like paneer. And when we spoke to the management - the only reply was it isn't a very big deal and we shouldn't be over reacting. Imagine a Muslim eating pork and then some one says that there's no need to react. Worst customer experience and service ever. Would not recommend it at all

18th July 2019, I have dined along with my wife , as we used to reside next to IBiS and being a regular customer .I found todays experience was pathetic and horrible. As usual familiar face like Pavan etc but the food experience was horrible. We ordered for a chicken Biriyani and Tandoori Prawns. Biriyani was not even indian even our neighbouring country one . Anyways it was reported to Sandeep ( restaurant manger ), and the guy who's served us ( pavan) also admitted mistake . I hope you will learn from mistakes and won't spoil the brand !

Hidden gem? No way! We came here to try out the hidden gems menu. On us asking for the hidden gem menu, the waiter gave us a weird look. We asked for 1 meal to begin with for both of us and told him we will order another if required as some other places we visited on the same hidden gems menu, we weren't able to finish 1 meal. The waiter said he wont allow us to eat unless we order 2. Being a fixed quantity menu(limited items, nothing is unlimited) it is completely my choice whether i want to share it with 2 or even 5 people if I want. And the waiter finally said we wont make any money if i serve 1 for 2 people. This is crazy atrocious behavior and of course we left the place and will never return back. Please dont promote your hidden gem menu if you have no interest in executing the menu.

My first visit to Khana Khazana today... why? No, not because of the food, it was because of the Restaurant Manager. Well, yes I went their to meet the Restaurant Manager but i am definitely sure that next time i am going for the delicious food. Guys, i must say, food was damn delicious, quantity was great too and i am in love with the service standard and the crockeries. Well restaurant needs a bit of interior touch otherwise if you would like to have some great and tasty indian food, Khana Khazana is one of the restaurant that you do not want to miss. Yes, if you are alcohol lover, please avoid, there is no alcohol but you can enjoy new beverages and dont forget “Pan Shot” after your meal. Enjoy... and do share your feedback.! Thanks

We had been to this place as group for Post Diwali dinner. Gunjit was great help in planning the event, menu selection as well as to make sure the event went well. The starters we has we're amazing, Hara Bhraa kebab, Pudina Paneer Tikka, Fish Amritsari fish Tikka and Blanket Crissy chicken were all great, everyone liked it. For the mains and deserts were also great.. over all everyone liked the food. Service was great, the staff ensured buffet was refilled with hot food on a regular basis.. Overall, we had an excellent time and everyone enjoyed.

So we used coupons to eat there and a lot of the food we ordered from the set menu was unimpressive. Better to eat at Gazebo for the same price ranges the drinks we ordered = rose lemonade ( rooh afza and a drop of lemon) mint lemonde( i cant describe how bad the taste was ) sweet lassi ( OK , was infused with cardamom) orange juice ( made with sour oranges) starters Lahori fish tikka - tasted old chipotle chiken tikka had absolutely no twist on the chipotle in it. Was it even there ? Paneer duo - Doable main meal here i liked everything the rotis were nicely baked and the murgh dishes were delicious the dal tadka and dal e khazana was great as well veg pulao was a salty disaster pea pulao ans zeera rice were nice None of the food tasted fresh. it tasted microwaved staff was friendly though will not eat here again

The food is really amazing. I wanted to order chicken gilafi seekh kabab, Mr Gunjit (the manager) suggested that we should order gandheri chicken. That was amazing and we ordered soya chaap which was super as expected. In main course we ordered bhatti chicken and Dal-e-Khazana. I must say that it was very delicious. In desert again he suggested for pan shots which we ordered one but again we ordered two seperate. Overall amazing food.

Visited this restaurant for a team lunch. Availed a set lunch offer through groupon. Taste was pretty good, but the quantities were too less. We entered at 12.30 and untill 1.45 pm only the starters were served. Staff were very friendly , ambience was good. The pan shots were different and good. I planned our family lunch in this restaurant during Ramadan month. I must say it was very good experience for us. The manager Mr Gunjit was very polite and hands on for service. We set up menu according to our choice 2 days before the planned date and everything was arrange on time with good presentation. We all loved it. Coming on food, it's good and taste fantastic. Mutton kadak sheekh in starter was mind blwoing and I never had a mutton kabab like this. Other starters in veg and nonveg were also good. Main course had perfect taste and presentation. Desserts were good too but pan shot was not good as it was expected. All and all we had good time and I will recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I don't know why this spot is so quiet on a Friday we visited..it shouldn't be. The kebabs are succulent, the menu names fun and the ambience perfect. Sanjeev Kapoor ticks all boxes including pricing and quantity. Deserts need an overhaul and is painfully sweet. Don't attempt the rabdi.

We ordered Konkani prawn....nothing Konkani about it. Prawn was rubbery. Sauce was Indian Chinese Dhaba dal: disgusting. Had uncooked turmeric taste and even a cheap Roadside Dhaba will not serve such tasteless dal. Paneer Timbale: raw pieces of Paneer kept together to look like a design in a precooked gravy that was over empowering of just one spice. Even a sauce paneer cooked at home tastes much better than this rubbish. Roomali roti- as the name suggests, should be thin. Unfortunately it was just the opposite. I could easily use it to hit someone. Rubbery flabber. Laccha Paratha- no laccha about it. It was plain roti rather Garlic Naan - strictly okay. Wasted AED154 on this crappy food. Over priced and not worth trying. The only saving grace was that they delivered on time.

Wow! This Master Chef's Sanjeev Kapoor restaurant in IBIS Style Hotel..is just perfect for an Indian (North Indian precisely) food. We went for a family dinner. Ordered cumin Mint, jaljeera, mojito and Sweet Lassi for our drinks( all we're good but Cumin Mint special). Starters: Paneer cu. bes and soya chaap_ both fresh and soft..and mint chutney gave them good side. Main course- Spinach Risotte Malai Kofta., Paneer Makhani, Dal -Black Dal and Dhaba Dal( this was awesome) Zeera rice was better than peas pulao. Dessert- rabadi( average) and paan shot( interesting and delicious). Overall 4+/5. Service -5/5 🌟 staff was attentive and made our dinner special. Ambience 4/5- looks the only thing dull. Overall enjoy there food and Sanjeev Kapoor master taste of culinary.

I was very hesitant initially about the food quantity they might serve, but to my surprise the quantity was sufficient and the quality of food was amasing. Very friendly staff, and a lively cozy setup. will surely go back to try the Ala- carte. Had a wonderful experience and a lovely family evening. The starter Gandheri Kabab was awesome and very different from normal kabab. Also they had one of my favourite dal served in traditional style. If you are looking for tasty Indian food without a lot of people around then this is the place for you. Easy to reach and there is ample parking. Sometime back there was an offer on groupon. We took that offer and it was a set menu for 4 people. When we arrived there weren’t any people at the restaurant which was a bit of a bummer. You generally associate a place by the number of people who visit. So we weren’t expecting too much. Much to our surprise the food was excellent. There was a menu specifically for groupon customers. We chose a chicken and a fish starter and each person could select their drinks. The starters were good but the drinks were a let down. For the main course we had roti, biryani, dal and a gravy dish. All the dishes were excellent, the chicken was tender and the dal was equally good. The portion size was decent. We could finish everything and the food was just too good to leave behind anything. Sadly there wasn’t any dessert. Overall it was a very good experience!!

Follow "theoneaboutthevegetarian" on Instagram for content on vegetarian food. I came to Khaana Khazaana with a friend a few days ago for a tasting session. Located in Ibis Hotel, this restaurant has a simple interior but it does have an elegant feel to it. We started off with 2 drinks. One was the Kiwi Mojito and the other was the Russian Pina. The Russian Pina, which was a Pina Colada served in a pineapple was something to remember presentation wise. The Mojito was also nice and refreshing. A good start to the meal I would say. Later towards the meal, we ordered a Lemon Mint drink as well. We were given a Coriander and Lentil Shorba before the starters. A nice plain dal soup with rice in it and it was light and tasty. For the starters, we had the Papdi Chaat, Mocktail Sizzler and the Smoked Tortilla with Crispy Spinach. Mocktail sizzler was more like a Veg Platter with Broccoli, Mushroom, Paneer and Aloo in it. The Smoked Tortilla with spinach was unique in taste and presentation and in some ways was a masala papad but did taste nice especially the crispy spinach which had a smokey flavour. The Papdi Chaat was also really tasty. For the Main Course, we had the Paneer Timbale, Four Seasons and the Dhaba Dal. All the three Main course dishes were really nice but my favourite was the Four Seasons, which basically was stuffed veggies in a gravy. The Paneer Timbale had a really rich gravy and some big paneer pieces. The Dhaba Dal was really tasty and filling. Laccha Paratha and Veg Biryani complemented the sabzis and dal really well. We were given some Beetroot Raita with the Biryani.Overall, the quality of the food and service along with the quantity was really good. I would definitely recommend Indian food lovers to dine in at Khaana Khazaana. There is free parking as well in the hotel.

Appetizers - duo of paneer The paneer dish was AMAZING! the paneer just melts in your mouth with the perfect amount seasoning - 5/5 3. Praful Anchaliya Tried khana khazana for the first time & it turned out to be an absolute disaster. The rotis were not cooked well. The quality of food did not meet as per the price & expectations. On asking to change the rotis, we were told "that's how the roti is" instead of knowing the issue. Dissatisfying customer service. Such is not expected from a fine dining place. No value for money gained at all. Will never try again nor will recommend to friends!

First time trying Indian cuisine introduced by my sister and from now on, because of this fine dine restaurant, I'll definitely love these kinds of food. Will be back next time. Also, aside from the very good food, service and ambience... .they gave us a complimentary drink! That totally surpassed my expectations -- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :))

Great ambience and delicious food! We had a dinner party on thursdsy, and the staff was very supportive, friendly and accommodating. Our guests really enjoyed and since its in a hotel the kids got a separate area to watch cartoons. Overall, everything went smooth. Only thing is the drinks could have been more presentable, but they tasted good, specially the chaas (yummy).👍

Went to this restaurant tonight was very impressed with the decor and the ambiance but unfortunately the food came along they both tasted the same and full of cardamom powder which really put me of my food we could not enjoy it's a shame as the reviews have been really good hence that's why we came 😔😔😔

It was the Valentines Day special Dinner 14th Feb, 2017 and what could have been better than celebrating it in the most cherished and saught after Sanjeev Kapoor's Khana khazana. It was literally Khazana of Khana that we treasured in the restaurant. Table booking was prompt and the mood was set with the tangy and spicy Phuchkas that takes your taste buds on a swirl. Being Bong people we have special fondness for Luchi and sabzi. The luchis stuffed with peas and tossed in spicy masalas served to us, reminded me of my mother's making luchi for us. Next on the plate we had the inexplicable LAAL MAAS which kept us baffled with its intricate spices and rich aroma. We thoroughly enjoyed it with soft rumali rotis which also spoke of its class. Everything was superb and we to draw the conclusion to the amazing dinner we were served special drinks which truly was so refreshing as one could imagine.

This place is located inside Ibis Hotel, serving a variety of Indian delicacies. I visited this place for the first time on a thursday night. The ambience was simply gorgeous - from the seating to the multicolored plates 😊 For starters we ordered the papdi chaat, snow ball and cocktail sizzler - everything tasted awesome and refreshing. For the mains we ordered their signature - paneer timbale - which was cottage cheese mixed in amazing makhani gravy. We also ordered Bhatti Da Bhuna Murg - which tasted excellent - all the flavors gelled together very well. As for desserts we ordered the Gulab Jamun - yet again one amazing dish and the dry fruit rabri - which was pretty heavy. And finally, lets not forget the gorgeous drinks - fresh orange juice and blue sea which offered an amazing blend of pineapple and vanilla ice cream !! The presentation was a 10/10 - simply beautiful!! Staff was extremely helpful, attentive and the manager made sure we got the best service ! 😊 I highly recommend it as the prices, shockingly, were extremely reasonable. We went here for a Thursday night dinner...was amazed to see that the restaurant was just half occupied but the interiors are very warm, inviting and classy. This place has been set out to serve a fine-dining full-course north Indian menu and it lives upto that for sure. For starters, we plunged onto 'cheeze see' which were skewed kebabs marinated with cheese, cottage cheese and curd. Very soft and subtle tasting kebabs and alongside a plate of 'garden salad'. Then for the drinks we ordered shikanji (tamarind chiller) and strawberry mojito which were great from which shikanji was an absolutely flavorful drink so would recommend to go for that. For the main course since we were already so full, we ordered their subz veg biryani which we told them to juice up with more gravy and make it spicy so it turned out brilliant as expected. The prices are in check considering it to be a fine-dining experience. The service is decent too. Food quality and taste is superb alongside presentation.

Read alot about Khana Khazana and saw couple of times while passing by. Finally visited on a Thursday evening, booked a table via zomato. Location is very good, no traffic and no parking issue. A very warm welcome, must say staff is amazing and excellent service.The manager Mr.Gunjit took very good care of us and guided us through the menu. I followed his advice and ordered Ghanderein Kebab, prawns and chicken biryani. Ghanderein Chicken kebab is a uinque concept with Sugar cane stick, very tasty. Prawn were good too. Chicken dum biryani was very well done. In the end in dessert I had the special pan shot, very unique and yummy. I have to come back for sure and try other dishes to write the review in detail. Must say very reasonable prices and a fresh north indian taste in town. Must try. I wish them all the best.

The staff was very friendly and recommended some great dishes such as the kashmiri pulao, butter chicken and lal mass. Fresh juices also come in a very funky presentation.
